json metadata{"app":"Musing","appTags":["life"],"appCategory":"life","appTitle":"Is there justice on this Earth?","appBody":"
This question starts from a naive presupposition, which would like justice to be an ideal order of things, where everyone would be rewarded or punished according to his merit. But it is not so simple, and before answering this question, it is first necessary to define what justice is.
\n
In the state of nature, not only does justice not exist, but it simply does not make sense: nature functions on the basis of competition and cooperation. Nature knows the reproduction, the predation, the pleasure, the suffering, on the other hand it totally ignores what is good and bad.
\n
To have the idea of justice, it is necessary to define what is good and bad, and for that to adopt a positioning in the natural order: thus we define as well what serves our interests, and as bad what we harm. And by extension, since we are social animals, we also consider in the same way what happens to those to whom we identify.
\n
For example, if I see a cat playing with a dying mouse, I can adopt three possible positions: - Either I observe the scene in neutral naturalist, I consider that it is a state of normal nature, hard but justified by the logic of the predation and the instinct of survival of the cat which pushes it in this meaning. - Either I identify with the poor little mouse victim of the bad cat, that I scold for his aggressive and sadistic behavior: you will be deprived of croquettes tonight, epic! - Either I identify with the cat, and I reward him for having courageously eliminated one of his dirty beasts that proliferate in the cellar, and it's dirty: go, double ration of croquettes, it's my tour! Thus, as the supreme judge of cats, I do justice only in terms of an arbitrary positioning in relation to the feline social order.
\n
In human society, it is the same: everyone has his interests, his own positioning, by definition only: there is thus a justice per person. Worse still, each of its positions is fluctuating, it varies according to the evolution of my interests, the circumstances, even my mood, the speed of the wind and the age of the captain ...
\n
Needless to say, this state of affairs can only lead to a society where there is always only the law of war of all against all: the simple superimposition of the individual visions of justice, it is this that there is more distant from a peaceful society.
\n
It is for this reason that we have defined the principle of an institution, Justice, which through the law is nothing other than the formalization of an average position among all the individual conceptions of justice. . Because obviously only this definition of a referential justice common to all allows arbitration, and therefore the limitation of the war of all against all.
\n
And the ideal of justice, will you say? Well, it's a vision of the mind, a naive illusion, something that we see more and more blurry when we try to approach it: precisely because justice is only average positioning, an arbitrage, and can not be anything else. This is why justice is evolutionary, it can not afford to move too far away from the social consensus.
\n
There is a worrying corollary to this observation: social consensus being manipulable, justice can be either instrumentalized, either directly by political pressure or through propaganda operations. The first is more direct and faster, but in the long run less effective; the second obviously has the opposite properties.
\n
In short, there is justice only where we are able to define the social order from which it derives its raison d'être, that if there are institutions capable of applying it with a little efficiency, and that the people to whom it applies accept the majority legitimacy: what is the purpose of the ideal, which is only a pious illusion. The only justice that can be achieved is this and nothing else.
\n
This is why I feel uncomfortable when criticizing the judicial institution in an excessive way: to criticize its excesses yes, to reform probably, but to challenge its role and to want to substitute ideology and arbitrariness for it would be worse than any another option.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkxxtafdx","appParentAuthor":"yohantor","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}

body
The answer may surprise you but it's Yes, banks invest heavily in bitcoin.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of banks that invested in bitcoin in 2017: Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, UBS, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, CityBank, Barclay's.

By investing in bitcoin, I mean either bought directly from bitcoin or established partnerships with bitcoin and blockchain ecosystem companies.
In particular, 2017 saw futures trading on bitcoin (more info) on the Chicago Stock Exchange, where investment funds and banks rushed.

Why are banks investing in bitcoin? Simply because they understood that it had become a phenomenon too big to ignore and that bitcoin would take a significant place on global finance.

For the anecdote, JP Morgan boss Jamie Dimon publicly stated in October 2017 that bitcoin was "stupid", a scam and would fire any of its employees who traded bitcoin. The impact of the case was global, relayed in the media and bitcoin immediately dropped by 20%.
What did JP Morgan do in the wake? The same day, the bank took the opportunity to buy several million dollars of bitcoin. It was only a manipulation of prices to buy bitcoin, which proves that he did not think a word about what he said about bitcoin. Funny, no!

body
1. Sleep 9 hours a night

7 hours are not enough for me.

The extra 2 hours that I "lose" while sleeping are easily recovered thanks to the increased productivity I feel and the improvement that I feel throughout the day.

If you have the ability to sleep longer, then I challenge you to take 30 days and allow yourself to just wake up when your body is ready.

Write down everything you do, how you feel emotionally and physically, and how well you behave at the gym.

Then take 30 days and wake up to a strict hour, say 6:30 am and sleep only 7.5 hours.

Maybe you're one of those lucky bastards, I mean .... people who are able to perform at very high levels with little sleep, but chances are you're leaving a lot of performance on the table by jumping on your zzz's.

I used to get up early and try to hurry and make my way through every day.

Now I wake up when my body is ready and my life is 100 times better thanks to that.

2. Spend at least 90 minutes a day outdoors

Everyday, I'll jump on my bike and spend at least 90 minutes on the beach.

This is my favorite moment of the day.

It relaxes me, allows my mind to wander and solve problems, and gives me a chance to expose myself to the sunlight and exercise.

I know that 90 minutes is a lot of time (especially considering that I lift weights for 60 minutes 3 times a week), but it's one of the habits that has improved my life so much that I can not just do not give it up.

If you do not have that kind of time, start with a 30 minute walk.

Just go out in the sun. body
5 reasons NOT to root your smartphone

1. Le root met en danger la sécurité de votre smartphone Android

As you have already seen, every time you install an application, you must accept the permissions of the application. If you have rooted your device, you can give access to all system files for any application. That is, you cancel the action limits that applications normally have.

This is a huge risk for your Android smartphone. If a malware (malware) accidentally accesses your device, either from an infected application or through an unsecured connection to a public Wi-Fi network, this can be devastating because it will have access to the Internet. whole system.

2. Applications requiring root access are becoming fewer and fewer

Each version of Android brings new possibilities to the public. At the birth of Android, the system was pretty closed. Root access was required for many things. But over time, Google has been able to evolve its mobile OS for more transparency and more freedom.

For example, with Lollipop you can save your desktop while doing another task, something that up to Android 4.4 Kitkat was something only for rooted users. And of course, the new version 6.0, Android Marshmallow, further expands this process.

3. Rooter his smartphone is complicated

Rooting your Android phone is not as easy as one might think, at least for a typical user who does not necessarily have highly developed computer skills. To begin, you need to look for useful information on the Internet to learn how to root your model. The process is indeed different depending on the brands and versions of Android. This is often referred to cases of phones "bricked" after a rooting attempt.
Root is also complicated when you install applications. It will be necessary to remain very vigilant on the authorizations which you give. A bad surprise can happen quickly and a virus can escape your attention.

4. Problems with updates

When you have rooted your Android smartphone, you may have problems updating your device via OTA (Over-The-Air). Warning messages for updates tend to disappear when the phone is rooted.
Although it is still possible to manually install new software, it complicates things a bit. For a person who is not necessarily expert or comfortable, it can quickly become a nightmare.

5. You can lose the warranty

In Europe, root does not remove the warranty unless the problem is caused by the procedure itself. And believe me, problems can happen. The comments are numerous and the topics on the forum are not lacking. Worse, if you are not in mainland France, rooter is not allowed. In Canada, for example, root simply cancels the warranty.
Still, if you do not want to have to procrastinate and negotiate 107 years with the SAV, I advise you to remove the root, or not to root purely and simply your Android.

                                                                Conclusion

It is advisable to think carefully before rooting your smartphone. The benefits are many, and here at AndroidPIT we are well aware and we recommend it for Android fans who know their phone and its limits. But each user must also know the disadvantages that an Android root can cause to be fully informed to make his decision. Le root met en danger la sécurité de votre smartphone Android
\\n
\\n
As you have already seen, every time you install an application, you must accept the permissions of the application. If you have rooted your device, you can give access to all system files for any application. That is, you cancel the action limits that applications normally have.
\\n
This is a huge risk for your Android smartphone. If a malware (malware) accidentally accesses your device, either from an infected application or through an unsecured connection to a public Wi-Fi network, this can be devastating because it will have access to the Internet. whole system.
\\n
\\n
2. Applications requiring root access are becoming fewer and fewer
\\n
\\n
Each version of Android brings new possibilities to the public. At the birth of Android, the system was pretty closed. Root access was required for many things. But over time, Google has been able to evolve its mobile OS for more transparency and more freedom.
\\n
For example, with Lollipop you can save your desktop while doing another task, something that up to Android 4.4 Kitkat was something only for rooted users. And of course, the new version 6.0, Android Marshmallow, further expands this process.
\\n
\\n
3. Rooter his smartphone is complicated
\\n
\\n
Rooting your Android phone is not as easy as one might think, at least for a typical user who does not necessarily have highly developed computer skills. To begin, you need to look for useful information on the Internet to learn how to root your model. The process is indeed different depending on the brands and versions of Android. This is often referred to cases of phones \\\"bricked\\\" after a rooting attempt.
\\nRoot is also complicated when you install applications. It will be necessary to remain very vigilant on the authorizations which you give. A bad surprise can happen quickly and a virus can escape your attention.
\\n
\\n
4. Problems with updates
\\n
\\n
When you have rooted your Android smartphone, you may have problems updating your device via OTA (Over-The-Air). Warning messages for updates tend to disappear when the phone is rooted.
\\nAlthough it is still possible to manually install new software, it complicates things a bit. For a person who is not necessarily expert or comfortable, it can quickly become a nightmare.
\\n
\\n
5.
