titleWhat is the most beautiful place where you went on vacation?
body
Undeniably, Japan, my favorite country on the planet Earth.

Franco-Algerian, I live an endless love story with this country since the first time I went there, at the age of 14, in 1990.

I went there many times, I lived there, and I speak the Japanese language. The magic always works :)

I particularly recommend, by region:

 In the Kanto (Tokyo area)

Tokyo: Meiji-Jingu Shinto Shrine, near Harajuku Subway, traditional Shintoiste Hie-Jinja Temple surrounded by skyscrapers, near Ginza District, the improbable Turkish-style mosque near Yoyogi-Shibuya Metro, observatories fabulous Shinjuku Town Hall, Shinjuku Subway, and Yokohama Station 35 minutes from Tokyo by JR train. Take the opportunity to discover the city of Kamakura, 50 kilometers from Tokyo, Yokohama being halfway to discover the spectacular Buddha "outdoor" but also the incredible number of Shinto temples AND other Buddhist sanctuaries of this small city seaside ancient cultural and spiritual capital of medieval Japan. A marvel.

In Kansai (Osaka region): The Osaka Castle, set on a lush greenery surrounded by the skyscrapers of Osaka, the commercial and commercial capital of Japan, with a Mediterranean spirit!, Then Nara direction, the ancient spiritual capital of Japan, which, like Kamakura, presents an incredible number of Shinto temples and Buddhist sanctuaries including one of the largest Buddha of Japan, in addition to being a wooded and particularly relaxing city, one of my shots of heart. The castle of the city of Himeji, considered as one of the most beautiful castles of Japan and, for me, of the World.

The Chugoku region: the city of Matsue, Shimane Prefecture which is beautiful and near which is the mysterious and fascinating shrine Izumo-Taisha, one of the most sacred shrines of Japan !!!

This is only a few of my favorites, the list is not exhaustive. Surely, I have traveled in many countries but it is stronger than me, I am passionate about this fascinating country :)

titleWhat did you learn too late in life?
body
1- Love is a transient feeling. It fades with time and mood.

2- Your problems are gossip and hobbies for EVERYONE, even for your best friend. The only people who really care are your parents. Nobody else. Not even your brothers and sisters. For example, if you fail an exam, people around you may be sympathetic, but it is your parents who will face the headaches and seek solutions.

3- The key to happiness is acceptance. If your girlfriend or boyfriend dumped you or cheated on you, accept that it was not supposed to happen. Accept that someone more worthy is made to be in your life. Have pity on them and move on.

4- The terrifying breaks are a blessing. You will only realize it after a few years of breaking up with someone you really liked. Ruptures change your whole perspective and make you mature.

5- Sex is only an act. It is very overrated and has no meaning. It's hyped for no reason. Sex has nothing to do with love. Having sex does not guarantee a lasting relationship. It's just a performance.

6- There is nothing wrong. There is nothing good. There are only consequences.

7- Life is a question of perspective. As I said, there is nothing wrong and nothing good. For example, if you tell a porn star that it's wrong to make love, he or she will make fun of you. If you tell a soldier who kills people that it's wrong, he does not care about your opinion. Everyone operates according to their own perspective.

8- The main cause of misery in life is having relationships with negative people. If you are surrounded by positive and like-minded people, the chances of you being depressed will decrease exponentially.

9- Life begins when you stop contact with a toxic person. If you are dealing with someone toxic (ex gf / bf), take that person out of your life.

10- Being friends with an ex who dumped you will only cause more pain. Because the day they will have a new partner, guess what, they will still dump you. It will hurt even more.

11- As Conor McGregor says - "there is no talent here, I am obsessed". If you think about it, work, dream, talk about it, do everything in your power to get something, the universe will make sure you get it. Feel it in your blood. Without saying it, work hard to make it happen.

12- Do not engage with any boy or girl until the age of 24 years minimum. Be loyal, of course, but do not engage. The choices change as you get older.

13- If you are going through a difficult time, keep repeating that everything is going well and that you will become stronger thanks to this experience.

14- Time heals EVERYTHING, but only if you let it. So when something bad happens, be optimistic about the future.

15- With most emotional ties that do not work. Strange fact: you start as strangers and you end up becoming strangers.

Thank you. Thank you. Give an upvote if you think reading this text was worth it! titleWhat are the dangers of red meat?
body
denote a great lack of knowledge of the basics of dietetics. At the risk of appearing arrogant, it seems necessary to state some basic principles:

The body has a vital need, but in variable quantity, of the following three types of nutrients, in descending order of quantity: carbohydrates (= sugars), proteins (= proteins) and lipids (= fats): a healthy diet should be constituted especially carbohydrates, a little less protein and even less lipids (for simplicity I will not speak here of fiber and and vitamins or trace elements, nor of "good" and "bad" carbohydrates). So to begin with, the fact that meat contains very little (and not "none") of carbohydrates and a lot of protein and lipids rather pleads against it.
Since meat is mostly protein and fat (and extremely low levels of carbohydrate), an exclusively meat-based diet is particularly contraindicated (this creates a lot of problems for the Inuit, for example, and still feeds on food). they mainly seal meat, much healthier than beef or pork, especially those from industrial breeding).
Of course, outside this particular example, meat is usually eaten with another food: rice, potatoes, etc. The whole question is about the overall balance, not of a dish or a meal, but of a global diet: it is necessary to average food over several days to judge if it is balanced. Off, most of the foods that come as an accompaniment or complement to the meat are already rich enough, either in fat (eg fries or fried vegetables, whether in oil or butter, sauces, etc.), either protein (anything that is rice or wheat, such as pasta, semolina, bread, etc.), or both (cheese and other dairy products, ...).
In short, it is not a question of the so-called vegetarian lobby but of common sense: Western culinary habits (and which are in fact Western bourgeois culinary habits, because before the twentieth century the meat was very expensive and most Europeans ate exceptionally) are not particularly healthy.
Of course, and some answers have emphasized, everything is a question of dosage: a moderate consumption of meat (and quality, avoid frozen steaks at 5 Euros per kilo at the supermarket ...) is not bad for health. On the other hand, contrary to what we read unfortunately still too often, there is no contraindication to a strictly vetetian diet, since it is very easy (in fact easier than consuming meat ) to respect the hierarchy of carbohydrates / proteins / lipids by being vegetarian (and yet God knows that I like sausages ;-)
In fact, almost the entire population of our globalized and industrialized world has a diet that is very, if not too, protein-rich. The only places in the world where protein-deficient diets still exist need to be a few villages in Central America where people are so poor that they only eat corn (which is very low in protein): I insist the fact that rice and wheat have a protein content that is quite sufficient!
