body

Today my mind is blank. I've no idea what I'm gonna write. Huh. Past week I've sat down every morning, the words just flows out on their own. As I said in the start, this steemit blog here is just for my own pleasure of sitting down every morning with cuppa tea, jotting away what's on in my mind that morning. I really enjoy it.

I've been keeping a very simple daily journal since -11. Date, what I did, what food, people, how I felt etc. Sometimes I write more if a particular day stands out, or I've experienced anything I felt worth putting on paper(I use Evernote).

I've never actually read it through from the beginning, I feel often that I should. So much has changed with me since -11. I would guess it will be very apparent if I spend couple hours reading it through.

The reason I started was for purely unflattering reasons. I noticed I had a hard time recollecting in my mind how I spent the last week, when people would ask or I when I wondered my self. On reason could be many days for me looked the same, with day jobs and that. Another reason could be I simply have a bad memory, which I'm not ruling out completely. I've concluded though that it's not bad enough to cause concern or in any way hinder my daily life, commitment and activities. I think it would be clear if it did.

So enough analasys paralysis. Why should you keep a daily diary?

- Fun looking back at your life, nice memories and reflections.

- Practicality. Where was I that day? Did I meet that person?

- Easy way to track you health.

- With a camera phone and evernote, you can easily attach a photo each day, photo diary.

- Improves your writing.

- You keep it up for life, you'll thank your self when your old. bodyToday I didn't want to get out of the bed. Yesterday I had a headache the entire day. I couldn't sleep at night. Woke up 1.30 am, by the thunder and lightning, rain pouring down outside. In the detox journey all days are not equal. Once in a while you'll feel blue, grumpy, runny nose, aching joins. This is actually all according to plane. The body is doing deep cleansing, you are making huge process during these days. It's called detox symptoms. The funny thing is that theses symptoms are the same as common "diseases" invented by the medical community. What is a cold? It's the body cleansing the throat and sinus area from accumulated waste. Specifically the lymph system of this region. It's not because of a virus. Virus and bacteria does not cause "illnesses". They are there because there is waste to "eat". That's their role in nature. To break down dead matter into its parts, enabling it to go into the natural cycle of matter again. Why is it easier to "catch" a cold in cold weather? Because cool air is alkaline, which may kick your body into detox if you have a lot of waste lying around. That cold air makes the body a little bit more base and if the body has the energy, it will use that opportunity to cleanse and heal itself. Isn't it true that we always feel much better after the "illness"? What is a fever? An internal detox reaction. Waste has accumulated to such a degree that bacteria and virus activity has run rampant. To much of these guys are not good, since they themselves leave acid residues behind. Balance. So the body turns up the temperature to "burn it off". In the same swing loads of mucus will be dispelled, and with no energy you'll thank god for that comfy bed you always took for granted. The body is smart. The worst thing you can do is stopping these natural detox reactions. And that's exactly what doctors like to do. Because fevers are "dangerous" and you can die if the temperature goes to high. No one has died of a fever. People die from the TREATMENT of the fever. The antibiotics , ibuprofen etc. Same thing with cancer, but that's for another day. What is pneumonia? A deeper cleansing, lymphatically, of the lungs. Same principal. But more painful and more bedtime. I woke up 8.30, all groggy and confused. Yoga's at 9 and I knew I'd feel better afterwards. I've never regretted a yoga class. And now my headache's gone.

bodySo you may say: So just fruit, that simple? That's extreme... No it's not. What's extreme is having you chest cracked open to have a by-pass surgery. Extreme is living on toxic medication for the rest of your life. Extreme is dying at the age of 55 from lung cancer. Our diet is the single most important factor in our health. If you're taking in acid forming chemistry (food) your body will become an acid dump nest. Take in alkaline forming food and it will be well and healthy. Yes my friend, the principles are simple, but not easy to implement. Old habits and social conventions pull us down from making big changes sometimes. For me the motivation of healing my body and not passing on genetic weaknesses to my future children has been the biggest motivator for me. And yes you can heal your genetic weak spots. Kidney and adrenal weakness are rampant in today's world, especially with the newest generation. The genetics get weaker by the generation now since our lifestyles are very not in line with the natural laws and our societies high stress on us. Did you ever have a grandmother who could smoke, drink, not exercise and still keep the doctor happy? I have one, and she's still alive. Why is this? Why can some people eat whatever they want, party, smoke and drink without paying the price like the rest of us? Simple: Strong genetics. The older, generally, the stronger constitution. This is why some kids can take all the toxic vaccines, and be fine, while others will get seizures, autism and other neurological "diseases". Their body can't handle the toxic load as well as the genetically strong can. And these genetic weaknesses can not be distinguished by a DNA test, but only with Iridology. It's still a fairly unknown modality, but it is priceless in determining an individuals genetic strength, level of inflammation and potential drug deposits (from antibiotics). This will be the healing science of the future. Trust me. I mentioned Dr Robert Morse before. He has a youtube channel where he teaches all of this very simplistically. He's been in the business 40 years helping people heal up left and right. You wouldn't believe the results he has with his simple program. Fruits and herbs. The herbs help in cleansing and rebuilding the body. There is nothing such as diseases. There's only a toxic body and its inherent genetic strength. The body has 1000s of miles of pipes(lymph) and if these get clogged, waste won't be able to get out, and that creates inflammation. Nothing mystical about this, it's very simple. But still to this day the doctors can't figure out where this "mystical" inflammation stems from. It's really sad actually. The doctors are the ones who really should learn this in school, but they don't. You could say the same of the economists. They learn the bullshit Keynes stuff and see where the economy is.. For me it's very clear that there's an higher agenda here aimed at NOT helping people, which becomes very apparent if you do some research. And yes the government is the spider in the web here. Pulling the strings in the backroom. That's why I'm an anarchist.

bodyNow fruit has some very beneficial qualities to it. Firstly, if you can get it picked ripe and good quality, it tastes amazing. Just ponder that for a seconds. Nature produced this sweet mango or fresh apple, just from the sun, water and soil. The more I think about that miracle, and that it's completely "automatic" , the more I'm convinced that nature holds far more answers to our problems than we can imagine. I love hiking and camping. There's nothing better than waking up in a tent an early late summer morning by a lake. The distant chirping of the birds. The calm presence of the lake. The rising sun and its warm rays, waking the forest and its beings. There's something so powerful with clean and calm nature that just pulls me out of my over thinking mind and settles me in my beingness. Breathing, walking, perceiving. No need to meditate here, nature is meditation itself. The worst part is leaving it. Coming back to civilization with all it's structures, I can feel the mind starting to turn its wheels again. Stuff to think about, things to plan, tasks to execute. people to answer to. Nothing wrong in that, at all. It's just different. And if people actually spend more time out in nature, than at the countless distractions society provides(do I even need to name them..), I believe people would find themselves newborn in a couple of weeks. Ok back to fruit. The gifts of nature are not only well tasting, it has some very beneficial effects upon the body. Fruits in particular. With its easily digestible fiber it doesn't require much energy for digestion. The energy comes predominantly in the forms of simple sugars. Fructose. Now keep in mind, this is not at all the same as "High Fructose Corn Syrup" that very sweet artificial compound is made in a lab from GMO corn, grown with a truck load of pesticides on depleted soils. Not something you want in your fine, snappy body. People are afraid of sugars mostly I believe from clever marketing and misdirected science. The ""bad" sugars getting all the heat in scientific literature and media, is the white, refined stuff. And for good reason. Firstly, it's a complex sugar meaning its molecular structure has several branches to it. This is what we call glucose. It's actually a vegetable sugar. And where does the white refined sugar come from, well either from sugar beets or sugar cane. Which both are plants, vegetables. Vegetables are not really suited for human consumption because of its hard to digest fiber, cellulose. That's why the herbivores(cows, horses, giraffes, rhinos, elephants etc) has strong grinding teeth, long and complex digestive tracts, to break down all this cellulose. The length of a herbivore GI-tract you will find is up to 24 times the length if its spine. Humans only 12 times. When you start eating predominantly fruit, you will quickly realize that getting it ripe is the main challenge. The fruit industry works on harvesting the fruit a bit early in order to survive shipping. Bananas comes out strongest of them all because they actually ripen after it's been picked. Some other fruit does this as well, some don't, but banana does this the best. That's one of the reasons you can get it all over the world. If you live in a European country, there will be a mix of locally grown fruits and imported. Find those you enjoy and experiment! I love to squeeze some lime on almost most fruit, gives it a nice tang. I was heavily into the dates for some years. They were pretty affordable and easy to find. Loads of sugars, carbs. Great for an active lifestyle. You can mic them in a smoothie with banana and you have the best sports drink money can buy. I also love apples and in my community they were plentiful in the autumn. Find what's local in your area and go the extra mile to get your hands on those! I promise you the best fruit is the one that grows in your garden. Unfortunately most people with a garden don't pick the fruit growing there, which leaves great opportunities for a fruit addict like you and me. I think I told this before but most people I've encountered would gladly give it away in good knowing it would come to use for someone. I think you will find the same. Fruit is not only highly nutritious, it has a astringent (pulling) effect on the lymphatic system I touched on before. This is very important since the lymph is what handles all waste in the body. This is especially true for the acid(lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mandarins, clementine etc) and sub-acid (apple, mango, blueberry, blackberry, cherry, peach, pear etc) fruits. The fruit cleanses and nourishes at the same time. Also it's content of simple sugars, fructose, has an interesting quality. You see this is one thing not understood in the scientific community yet. Fructose does not require insulin to be carried into the cells. Glucose does require insulin but fructose does not. Remember that. And the theory that fructose would first have to be converted in the liver to glucose, before it can be used, is just that, a theory. The simplicity if nature goes over the head of most scientists at this moment in time unfortunately. The idea that the body would have to convert something coming directly from nature is just astounding to me. This accuracy in this statement is also demonstrated in the Diabetes type 1 cases Dr Robert Morse has cured. Check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVPTVCJRmWE He puts them on 100% fruit and they have NO blood sugar problems. Why? Because fructose doesn't require insulin. As soon as they start on the salads their blood sugar shoots up. Why? Vegetable sugars, glucose, requires insulin for absorption into the cells. And diabetics have a problem with insulin as we know. To be continued..

bodyIt's for health reasons primarily. 5 years ago I became incredibly interested in health and foods. Raw vegan books, vegan recipes, and where to find the cheapest dates where I lived. I don't now what started it all, it just came from within that I needed to change some things. The area I lived in had apple treas in every garden, so in the autumn i went from door to door asking if I could pick some of the them. Almost everyone said: sure! take it all! We can't make use of even half of it. I made glorious fresh apple juice and dreamed about having my own plot of land in the future with fruit treas and veg plots, a green house and a little pond. This is also when I read the Anastasia books, which blew my mind away. Highly recommended reading. It was a slow ride from the start. Cutting out meat was the easiest. Cheese and bread proved more difficult. I learned that certain foods have addictive properties to them, like cheese (Casomorphins). See: http://ind.pn/1Wb0mOF Other stuff like bread and meat leave undigested sugars and proteins in the body which attracts natures answer to garbage men; fungus and bacteria respectively. What the body can't break down, it will invite agents of nature to handle. Of course that comes with a price. Fungus, especially candida, leaves behind ammonia and uric acid which are highly acidic. The meat eating bacteria also leaves acid residues. The body works round the clock to keep its pH balance in check, so logically these acids makes that harder. Keep in mind that every cell of the body also produces acids, 24/7. The lymph system is what handles all this waste, but it can get clogged up (to acidic) if we don't take care. I noticed some improvements. Most noticeably my constipation being much less a problem. Probably due to cutting the meat out and eating more natural fibers from fruits and veggies. People would ask me why I only had honey melons for lunch, which in the beginning made me very uncomfortable. I felt like I was standing out to much and rocked the boat eating so differently. I answered mostly it was for health reasons and time saving. Now it's much easier especially when many of my friends are on the same track. Even though I loved to cook big dinners, and still do, there's something to the simplicity of nature that I find really compelling. I mean it's all ready made for us. The fruit is cooked in the sun, drops to the ground when it's ready to eat. I'm in an Asian country at the moment and the amount of fruit growing here is astounding. Coming from a western country with its limited supply of fresh fruits and veggies, it baffles me every time we go to the local market, the amount and quality of produce a tropical country provides. Every other day I feel I'm in paradise. Let's just take a look at a few tropical fruits you can find around here. Can you attach pictures here on Steemit? Huh.. Apparently not yet. I'll post some links instead: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mango https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durian https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rambutan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lychee https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangosteen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackfruit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papaya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherimoya ..and this is just to name a few. At the moment I'm living of grapes since they're almost out of season and so juicy. Watermelons are excellent as well and the second choice for me now. Limes are available year round and adds a nice sting to actually most fruits i think. Citruses are acidic in taste but alkaline forming in the body believe it or not. I'll have to admit sticking to a fruit diet is incredibly hard in today's world, it's been everything but easy for me. Cheap and accessibly junk food, stimulation packed products like cookies, candy, soft drinks messes with our natural instinct for food that actually nourishes us. As babies we get feed ice cream and candy when we don't shut up. Food is often the last resort to handle "bad tempered" children. What a joke. Some time I'll expand on peaceful parenting and the importance of connecting emotionally with your kids. I'm not a parent, but I can very well see myself as one in the future. To be continued.. //SH

bodyLately I've been reading and listening to the good ol´Eckhart Tolle. I think I read the first book back in -08, and I remember it made some big changes in my view on reality and day to day level on awareness. This time though it's like the words are penetrating even further in my being. It's like I'm a tree and I can feel my roots and branches grow an inch every day. The more I think about it( yes I know the point is to not think ;), it's makes more and more sense. All the thousands of random thoughts one has everyday is really just bullshit. They don't do any good, and the more we can train ourselves to let go of these thoughts, the happier we'll be. The more present in the moment we become, and we can see the world for what it really is. Be really present with those around us. Connect with them. God I miss that. The part of us that thinks it knows everything is called the ego, I think that is what Tolle calls the pain body. Most of us was raised by parents with heavy pain bodies, so we never really were allowed to be ourselves fully. For quite some time I've wondered if I should hold my parents responsible for their occasional bad parenting, and emotional traumas I still can remember. Tolle's view is that we should not. Since unconscious parenting simply stems from unconsciousness, how could we ever keep them responsible? They were unconscious. And some of them still are, so they won't even understand now if you try to explain it to them. Let go of the need to be understood. Huh that was a big one for me. Have compassion for them. You can only change yourself. Yes that one I've had to relearn many times. So change yourself. And the world will change with you. Oh was that too cliche? Probably. No worries. My goal here is to just keep expressing my self and see where it leads. I was thinking of doing this for 30 days straight and then decide, but something tells me it will go on for so much longer. Why only 30 days? That's the mind, as Tolle would have said. Having so many plans the future that it clouds the waters of the present. I try not to make so many plans anymore. The past and the future, all happens in the NOW. Thanks for reading.

"body": "Lately I've been reading and listening to the good ol´Eckhart Tolle. I think I read the first book back in -08, and I remember it made some big changes in my view on reality and day to day level on awareness. This time though it's like the words are penetrating even further in my being. It's like I'm a tree and I can feel my roots and branches grow an inch every day. \n\nThe more I think about it( yes I know the point is to not think ;), it's makes more and more sense. \n\nThe part of us that thinks it knows everything is called the ego, I think that is what Tolle calls the pain body. Let go of the need to be understood. bodyToday is September 11th and I just created my steemit account. One part of me want to start this off with telling the story of what I was doing on this day, 15 years ago. Another part slaps my cheek "No man you don't wanna set things off with one of the most tragic days in human history". Maybe its right. But I don't care at this moment. I just want to start. I've always been the introverted kind of guy. And I always wanted to improve my writing. So I'm not going to the let that part of me stop me from sharing whatever i feel sharing, at this moment. Am I doing this correctly? Oh, that was not the real me, it was "that part". Steven Pressfield calls it "The Resistance". It's the force that chokes creativity and entrepreneurship in its cradle. Some call it the beast. Some the ego. It has many names. I will probably address it further in the future. So what did I do on September 11th 2001? I remember it as clearly as yesterday. I was in my early teens at the time, just came back from a day at school. My dad was working from home that day, and was doing some ironing in front of the TV. I barely had time to take off my shoes before he called: "Son, They've bombed New York!!" Who? I don't know. Look! Our old Telefunken thick TV showed a live stream from the Twin Towers. One of the towers were in flames, and TV reporters on the local news channel were running around like decapitated chickens. No that's not true, but that's how i remembered it. Chaos. Shock. Focus. Why? If you're a libertarian like me you've probably done the research and know exactly why it all happened. But I wont focus on the why today. Dad was ironing the shirts with unusual engrossment today. I hadn't put my back pack to the floor yet. Live on the screen I could see the other plane hit the other tower. Boom. I put my rucksack down and took a seat in the sofa. What's going on dad? Why do they do this? Good question.. After this the memory fades. Probably because you never remember sitting in front of the TV for hours. I stopped watching TV 5 years ago. I just sold it. I felt a bit bad actually. It was a gift from my family when I moved from my parents house. Where's your TV? Sold it.. You did what??! I never used it. But you can't be without a TV! Well, actually I can. September 11th shows the power and agenda setting the TV serves. It's called program for a reason. I do admit that TV time has been replaced to a large part by computer time, but at least that is a more active. On the internet you can choose. The TV serves what others have already chosen for you. I want choice. Thank you for reading. See you tomorrow. /S
