It is, of course, quite interesting that people often refer to the “thinking” mind, or ego, as the part of their consciousness that differentiates them from animals, that it is the part of the human consciousness that makes them special or unique among other creatures.\n\nIt was the philosopher Descartes, who ushered in the era to incorrectly identify the ego with consciousness when he stated “Cogito Ergo Sum” or “I think therefore I am”. It has been the unfortunate state of the human condition to associate “thinking” with “being” to such an extent that this compulsion to think has created an entire world of suffering, separation, scarcity, destruction of the planet, and has even created a path to global cataclysm through the threat of nuclear war. Clearly the “thinking” mind, the ego, is not serving the highest calling of humanity, nor the highest calling of your own Truth, or your Divine-Self, the highest calling of the heart. \n\nI would refactor Descartes phrase “I think therefore I am” to: \n\n“The more you think, the less you are.”\n\nUnderstand that it is the “thinking” mind that plots, plans, schemes, and tries desperately to control the outcomes of a world that is truthfully impossible for it to comprehend in any meaningful way. he ego is an entity of fear and confusion, of non-acceptance, and attachment to outcomes that are beyond any worldly control. It is the compulsion to think, to judge, to try to control that prevents the full awakening of the heart into Divine Consciousness. It is the compulsion of thought that prevents the Divine-self from emerging in fullness and giving your best, most loving, and most Divine gifts to the world.\n\nIn the channeled text of Jeshua Ben Joseph, “The Way of Mastery: The Way of the Heart” it is said:\n\n“The Way of the Heart is not the way of the intellect. For indeed that aspect of the mind was never designed to be your master. It was designed to be the humble, and—if you will pardon the expression—very stupid servant of the awakened heart.”\n\nIndeed when the “thinking” mind is absent, when one has put aside fear, planning, plotting, anxiety, tension, limiting beliefs, one becomes open to the Divine Light, the higher consciousness, from shining through. This is the place where one can experience almost limitless energy, creativity, and strokes of thought that seem to come from a higher place; Some might refer to these thoughts as strokes of “Divine Inspiration”. However, to receive the wisdom from this higher place, the “thinking” mind must be quiet, absent, and free from pain, negativity, and compulsive, repetitive thought patterns. It is literally only the space between the thoughts where the true consciousness, where the Divine Self, can arise and offer the wisdom from the higher state of being. With practice and meditation, the gaps between thought can broaden, and eventually, in the state of Enlightenment, the gaps have disappeared entirely.\n\nThe ego-mind is cunning however and does also seek to sabotage the path of the “spiritual seeker” who hopes to find enlightenment or awakening through an attempt to comprehend or think its way into the higher consciousness. Very often you find this compulsion among the devout in monasteries or religious institutions. For example, some may spend years reading and trying to comprehend the words of the Master, in contemplation and memorization of scripture, but failing to witness the higher consciousness in between the thoughts. They would miss the presence of consciousness of the master, which resides in the gaps between the recitation of scripture, not in the study and contemplation.\n\nAmong religious fundamentalists, the ego believes that by praising or worshipping the Master that the state of Enlightenment or Salvation will be granted through ceremony, sacrifice, or martyrdom. Even worse, among the religious, the path to Enlightenment has been made unattainable and reserved for only one Master, where everyone else would be condemned to an inevitable life of suffering. Understand that this is also merely a game of the lower mind, a limiting belief that Salvation or Mastery cannot possibly be attained by a worldly being. This is fundamentally and patently false. Salvation, happiness, and a heavenly life can be had right here and now in the present moment, in the gap, the vibration of love, in the emptiness and absence from compulsive thought.\n\nThe practices of meditation, the path of yoga, and the practices of non-attachment, non-judgement, forgiveness, and connection to the vibration of love and happiness present in every moment can increase the space between compulsive, harmful egoic thoughts. \n\nPlease keep following these offeringings channeled through me to help find the path to the light. \n\nBe Happy\nBe Joyous\nBe Free\nBe Love",

      "body": "https://youtu.be/rXLl9Uai4LE\n\nThe ancient Masters have all understood the lower nature of the “thinking” mind, the “cognitive” mind, also known as the ego-mind. It is, of course, quite interesting that people often refer to the “thinking” mind, or ego, as the part of their consciousness that differentiates them from animals, that it is the part of the human consciousness that makes them special or unique among other creatures.\n\nIt was the philosopher Descartes, who ushered in the era to incorrectly identify the ego with consciousness when he stated “Cogito Ergo Sum” or “I think therefore I am”. It has been the unfortunate state of the human condition to associate “thinking” with “being” to such an extent that this compulsion to think has created an entire world of suffering, separation, scarcity, destruction of the planet, and has even created a path to global cataclysm through the threat of nuclear war. Clearly the “thinking” mind, the ego, is not serving the highest calling of humanity, nor the highest calling of your own Truth, or your Divine-Self, the highest calling of the heart. \n\nI would refactor Descartes phrase “I think therefore I am” to: \n\n“The more you think, the less you are.”\n\nUnderstand that it is the “thinking” mind that plots, plans, schemes, and tries desperately to control the outcomes of a world that is truthfully impossible for it to comprehend in any meaningful way. he ego is an entity of fear and confusion, of non-acceptance, and attachment to outcomes that are beyond any worldly control. It is the compulsion to think, to judge, to try to control that prevents the full awakening of the heart into Divine Consciousness. It is the compulsion of thought that prevents the Divine-self from emerging in fullness and giving your best, most loving, and most Divine gifts to the world.\n\nIn the channeled text of Jeshua Ben Joseph, “The Way of Mastery: The Way of the Heart” it is said:\n\n“The Way of the Heart is not the way of the intellect. For indeed that aspect of the mind was never designed to be your master. It was designed to be the humble, and—if you will pardon the expression—very stupid servant of the awakened heart.”\n\nIndeed when the “thinking” mind is absent, when one has put aside fear, planning, plotting, anxiety, tension, limiting beliefs, one becomes open to the Divine Light, the higher consciousness, from shining through. This is the place where one can experience almost limitless energy, creativity, and strokes of thought that seem to come from a higher place; Some might refer to these thoughts as strokes of “Divine Inspiration”. However, to receive the wisdom from this higher place, the “thinking” mind must be quiet, absent, and free from pain, negativity, and compulsive, repetitive thought patterns. It is literally only the space between the thoughts where the true consciousness, where the Divine Self, can arise and offer the wisdom from the higher state of being. With practice and meditation, the gaps between thought can broaden, and eventually, in the state of Enlightenment, the gaps have disappeared entirely.\n\nThe ego-mind is cunning however and does also seek to sabotage the path of the “spiritual seeker” who hopes to find enlightenment or awakening through an attempt to comprehend or think its way into the higher consciousness. Very often you find this compulsion among the devout in monasteries or religious institutions. For example, some may spend years reading and trying to comprehend the words of the Master, in contemplation and memorization of scripture, but failing to witness the higher consciousness in between the thoughts. They would miss the presence of consciousness of the master, which resides in the gaps between the recitation of scripture, not in the study and contemplation.\n\nAmong religious fundamentalists, the ego believes that by praising or worshipping the Master that the state of Enlightenment or Salvation will be granted through ceremony, sacrifice, or martyrdom. Even worse, among the religious, the path to Enlightenment has been made unattainable and reserved for only one Master, where everyone else would be condemned to an inevitable life of suffering. Understand that this is also merely a game of the lower mind, a limiting belief that Salvation or Mastery cannot possibly be attained by a worldly being. This is fundamentally and patently false. Salvation, happiness, and a heavenly life can be had right here and now in the present moment, in the gap, the vibration of love, in the emptiness and absence from compulsive thought.\n\nThe practices of meditation, the path of yoga, and the practices of non-attachment, non-judgement, forgiveness, and connection to the vibration of love and happiness present in every moment can increase the space between compulsive, harmful egoic thoughts. \n\nPlease keep following these offeringings channeled through me to help find the path to the light. \n\nBe Happy\nBe Joyous\nBe Free\nBe Love",
