An order to show cause is a court order that compels a party or individual in a case to justify, prove, or explain something in court.\n\nThe orders come as part of a state investigation into “what has become a trend of allegedly fraudulent companies looking to make quick money,” according to the press release. The investigations are being conducted under the purview of the of the Division of Securities, which is part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).\n\nBionic Coin, Sybrelabs Ltd., and Global Pay Net (also known as GLPN Coin and GPN Token) received orders. DORA has previously submitted orders to EstateX, Bitconnect Ltd., Magma Foundation, and Bitcoin Investments Ltd.\n\nAccording to the press release, the firms made hyperbolic and misleading statements to investors regarding their products. Bionic claimed that “Bionic will grow your money without any effort.” The firm also listed Forbes as a media partner, but investigators could not find any reference to the company on the sites supposedly promoting it. The site also claimed that individuals who promote the project on social media and blogs will receive up to ten thousand tokens per post.\n\nSybrelabs promoted an unregistered security to Colorado residents via a type of investment pool which reportedly allowed for trading on crypto exchanges through what was advertised as a “cryptoarbitrage robot.”\n\nGlobal Pay Net sells GLPN Coins, which reportedly provide an international financial platform based on blockchain technology. The press release quotes a description of GPLN coins as “full-value assets that represent one’s share in the business” and that “investors receive 80 percent of the company’s profits.” The site also lists multiple crypto professionals, two of whom have denied involvement in the project.\n\nIn May, DORA announced its investigation into two companies for promoting unlawful ICOs to Colorado residents. The Colorado Securities Commissioner said that California-based Linda Healthcare Corp. and Washington-based Broad Investments LLC could possibly be violating securities laws by promoting unregistered ICOs.\n\nWithin the course of DORA’s investigation, officials found that Linda Healthcare was not in operation, while Broad Investments’ “math-oriented value system” on their website was also not operational. DORA officials said that neither company provided information on the risks of investing in ICOs.",

      "body": "before i start i want to say hi to everyone here ...\nI have story with question for you my friends .\nthis story happend in UK log time ago in some place\na man named TOMAS owns a big farm in the cuntry \nin his farm he had an apple grove ,he worked hard every day to keep his apple great.\nlife was good for him and he was happy living his dream.\n\n\n![257695.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXW5buCoRwhuxTb9561X6tb6fzsTPPmDmQETXQjpEBUfb/257695.jpeg)\n\n\nfar away from TOMAS farm in the city DAVID was walking hungry in the sreets\nlooking for somthing to eat or someone to give him few £ to buy food\nbut noone care or even look to him for DAVID life was very hard to live.\n\n\n![poor-woman-1600.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdvLarDpzpVdzvaW5D3vzypmox6wH9zA2YijUja2y7QSF/poor-woman-1600.jpg)\n\n\nafter hunger makes him not thinking DAVID enter into a bakey and take a piece of bread from a woman hand\nand start eating like he never did \nthat woman did not notice how he was hungry and start screaming\nDAVID out and sart running without loking behind him and keep running untile he out of the city.\nin that time TOMAS was working in his farm like always but this time something wrong happend \nhe heard some noises few meters awy from him in the beginning TOMAS thought its some animals\ntrying to eat his apples like always .\nbut when he come closer he find DAVID eating apple like he did with the bread \nTOMAS notice that he was so hungry so he didnt want to stope him \nhe wait untile DAVID done and go to ask him his what he dowing here\nfew minutes later TOMAS catch him .\nDAVID was so   scered becuse he never take somthing from anyone he did just becouse he was so hungry\nTOMAS was old and smart man,and he understand what DAVID did so he told him : no worries \nand take him to his house .\nthat night TOMAS and DAVID had long conversaion they know eatch othes story than go to sleep.\nin the morning TOMAS must go to work so he take DAVID with him to show him his farm and how he keep his apple the best in the area.\nTOMAS has a small family just a wife and a beautiful daughter named JASMINE like the flowers...\nhe was loking for a good man to help him with his work and married JASMINE \nso he want to test DAVID \nTOMAS take a tree branch and give to DAVID \nthan told  him this : i dive you this branch and i will ask you a question if you answer was right \ni will make you a partner and i will marry you my daughter but if you did not answer right you must leave my land .\nDAVID was so poor and have nothing and this was the only chance he get so he said YES.\nTOMAS : look you see this branch i give you \ndont give \ndont throw \ndont keep \nwhat you will do with will decide your future DAVID \nSO WHAT YOU WILL DO DAVID ?.\n\nIF YOU READ THIS TELL ME WHAT YOU WILL DO IF YOU ARE DAVID \nTHE ANSWER NEX POST .",
