      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>If I were to read ‘The Best Way To Build Wealth’ as the title of something, I might cringe a little bit.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Generally, it’s pretty hard to claim ‘the best’ of anything. The best &nbsp;hotdog? The best hotel? The best car? It’s all a bit subjective, right?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, for wealth building there is a simple, non-negotiable, strategy that is the best.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You have to have more wealth coming in than going out.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It’s just simple math. You have to be adding more than you are subtracting.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In general, this means making more money than you are spending. This &nbsp;comes down to talent and discipline. Talent will increase the money that &nbsp;you make, while the discipline will limit that amount of money you &nbsp;spend.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But, there is one more variable that we are all subject to, that plays a significant role in wealth building: Taxes.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>The lower your tax burden, the more money you get to keep.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For the 1% (this year in the US, that’s anyone making over $480,930), &nbsp;tax efficiency is almost as important as actual wealth creation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/g1n5jrmwp/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_6.48.44_PM.png\" width=\"794\" height=\"406\"/></p>\n<p><em>Source: </em><a href=\"https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-02-22/to-get-into-the-1-you-need-adjusted-gross-income-of-480-930\"><em>Bloomberg</em></a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In addition to making sure that the &nbsp;money they are making is taxed as low as possible, the wealthy also &nbsp;pursue investments that are tax efficient to begin with.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For example, in the US, municipal bonds are tax free. Municipal bonds &nbsp;are basically loans to cities. The interest that investors collect from &nbsp;these bonds are tax free. That’s a major incentive.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But, only certain investors are actually taking advantage of this:&nbsp;</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-02-22/to-get-into-the-1-you-need-adjusted-gross-income-of-480-930\">\"In &nbsp;2015, Americans received $57 billion of tax-fee interest, according to &nbsp;the IRS. Just about half of that interest went to 1.2 million filers who &nbsp;earned $250,000 and more, which is how the IRS slices it.”</a>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Look above at that chart again. If half of the the tax-free interest &nbsp;is going to people who make $250,000 or more, then that means that 2% of &nbsp;the population is receiving half of that incentive.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Clearly, that is a lop-sided return… the rich get richer… right?&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>It’s true. The rich do get richer.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Of course there are always bad actors in any industry, but there is a &nbsp;reason why wealthy people (and companies) continue to get wealthier.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>They continue to ensure that they are keeping as much wealth as possible.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Just look at Ireland. The Los Angeles Times has said, <a href=\"http://www.latimes.com/world/europe/la-fg-ireland-economy-2017-story.html\">“Ireland has become a mecca for US tech companies.”</a>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>That’s because Ireland has a significantly lower corporate tax rate than the US.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For the individual, there are all kinds of tax savings that you can take advantage of by simply looking at your tax law.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It’s usually a very good idea to pay someone to do your taxes. And &nbsp;don’t be afraid to pay top dollar, as you usually get what you pay for… &nbsp;and that extra money you pay can often be well worth it in the long run.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>However, just like major corporations, it’s usually the best to be physically located in a location that has the best tax laws.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If you are a non-US citizen, the world is your oyster. You can &nbsp;basically pick from dozens of countries that have favorable tax laws. &nbsp;That’s because non-US citizens do not have to pay their home country &nbsp;income taxes if they are living and sourcing their income from outside &nbsp;of their country.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If you are a US citizen, then your options are very limited. US &nbsp;citizens are the only people in the world (except for those in the &nbsp;African nation of Eritrea) that have to pay taxes to their home country &nbsp;regardless of where they live or where they source their income.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>There are two main options for US citizens, if they choose to live and work outside of the US.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>First, they can take advantage of the FEIE, which is the Foreign Earned Income Exemption.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Straight from the IRS website:&nbsp;</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/foreign-earned-income-exclusion\">\"If &nbsp;you are a U.S. citizen or a resident alien of the United States and you &nbsp;live abroad, you are taxed on your worldwide income. However, you may &nbsp;qualify to exclude from income up to an amount of your foreign earnings &nbsp;that is adjusted annually for inflation. In addition, you can exclude or &nbsp;deduct certain foreign housing amounts.”</a>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For 2017, that amount is just over $100,000. So, if you make less than $100,000, you will not pay any US taxes.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Second, if you make significantly more money than $100,000, and/or &nbsp;you don’t want to move very far, there is another very good option.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>And this other option may be one of the greatest locations in the world right now for tax efficiency.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You can pay ZERO taxes if you move to Puerto Rico. It’s &nbsp;completely legal and you file your taxes annually with the IRS, just &nbsp;like you normally would… except you keep all of your money at the end of &nbsp;the year.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>There are, of course, a few catches. Here they are: &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>You must live in Puerto Rico for more than half of the year.</li>\n  <li>You pay 0% taxes on interest, dividends, and capital gains.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Also, if you set your company up in Puerto Rico, you only pay 4% taxes on your yearly net profit.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Now, that’s Puerto Rico just form a tax perspective.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Let’s say that you are not a US citizen (and don’t care about &nbsp;this tax stuff)… there are incredible investment opportunities there &nbsp;right now.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>And that’s why we’re going there April 24, 25, and 26.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We already have some of the biggest movers and shakers coming to &nbsp;speak.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We’ll also be meeting with some of the most connected people on &nbsp;the island… and learning about how we can get involved in investing in &nbsp;those same deals.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Our block of hotel rooms (which, by the way, is at a beachside resort) has only a handful of rooms left.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2><a href=\"https://cody-shirk.rebilly.com/signup/puerto-rico-travel-offer\">Join us.</a></h2>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;<em><strong>“You don’t know how good &nbsp;you have it! Back in my day, life was tough. Jobs were hard to find and &nbsp;the pay was low. Now-a-days, the new generation is spoiled!”</strong></em>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Sound familiar?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Whether you’re 80 years old, or you’re 20 years old, you’ve probably had someone tell you that they had it tougher than you.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>People think that they<em>, themselves,</em> always had it tougher than the generation after them.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It’s like that with everyone. You always think that your experience is more dramatic than someone else’s.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>As humans progress, we have a better standard of living, we have more &nbsp;conveniences, we have better health care, and we have better knowledge. &nbsp;Newer generations should have it easier.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So, it makes sense when someone says, <em>“You don’t know how good you have it now! You should’ve seen what I had to go through!”</em>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But is that true? Is it always worse for previous generations?&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>According to incomes, this is NOT true. Millennials actually have it worse than previous generations.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>For example, in Spain, Generation X has seen a 62% increase in income compared to the Boomer Generations.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In contrast, Millennials have seen a 30% <em><strong>decrease</strong></em> in income compared to Generation X. <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/jl939g7l5/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_6.42.19_PM.png\" width=\"795\" height=\"487\"/><br>\n <em>Source: </em><a href=\"https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-02-19/boom-turns-to-bust-for-millennials-across-advanced-economies\"><em>Bloomberg</em></a> <br>\n<br>\nUsing income as a data point, this means that newer generations are actually worse off than previous generations.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>“Britain and Spain stand out. In the U.K., Generation X were 54 &nbsp;percent better off than baby boomers born between 1946 and 1965. By &nbsp;contrast, millennials, born between 1980 and 2000, had incomes just 6 &nbsp;percent higher than those of Generation X at the same age.”&nbsp;</p>\n<p>From a macro economic perspective, this is not too surprising. If we &nbsp;assume that markets and economies are cyclical, then we can see how the &nbsp;Millennial Generation may be the start of the down cycle in terms of &nbsp;income.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Each individual economy has different numbers, but the overall trend &nbsp;is very similar. The world has seen a massive bull market since the &nbsp;Boomer Generation really started to enter the work force.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Since a ‘Boomer’ is considered anyone born between 1946 and 1965, &nbsp;that means that the early 80’s saw markets and economies really start to &nbsp;take off: <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/l0any7b95/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_6.43.49_PM.png\" width=\"846\" height=\"503\"/><br>\n <em>Source: </em><a href=\"http://www.macrotrends.net/1319/dow-jones-100-year-historical-chart\"><em>MT</em></a> <br>\n<br>\n<strong>So, does that mean that &nbsp;Millennials and the next few younger generations are doomed to ride this &nbsp;cyclical income decline down further?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Well… maybe.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We’re already seeing massive youth unemployment in countries such as Spain, Greece, and Italy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In addition to Boomers staying in the workforce longer, younger &nbsp;generations are being displaced by automation and economies that are not &nbsp;growing as fast as the population.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Younger generations are becoming a victim of circumstance.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>And that’s where the opportunity lies…&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The problem is that most people are expecting to continue to work in &nbsp;an environment that provides a steady salary, with plush benefits, all &nbsp;for completing monotonous tasks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The reality is that these types of jobs - task oriented, instead of &nbsp;decision oriented - will be completely outsourced to automation in the &nbsp;future.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So, Millennials and younger generations have to pivot their &nbsp;perspective. They can’t follow the footsteps of the previous workforce, &nbsp;because those footsteps are going to lead to jobs that no longer exist.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><a href=\"http://www.codyshirk.com/newsletter-signup/\">For those who see this trend, there is a massive amount of money to &nbsp;be made.</a> It won’t be easy, though. The normal staples of home ownership, &nbsp;a steady paycheck, and a reliable work schedule will have to be thrown &nbsp;out the window.</p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p><strong>In no particular order, here are a bunch of reasons you should not be buying stocks:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>There’s a reason why buying stocks is so easy.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Think about it… What is the process of buying stocks?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Well, first you open a brokerage account with one the many different &nbsp;major players. There’s Charles Schwab, eTrade, Interactive Brokers, and &nbsp;about a dozen other companies you can choose from.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Then, you simply link your bank account to your brokerage account. &nbsp;Once you have some money in your brokerage account, it’s off to the &nbsp;races. You can buy and sell stocks in an instant all with a couple &nbsp;clicks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In fact, there are even stories about cats walking across people’s home computers and accidentally executing trades. <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/3p6h1g061/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_1.35.09_PM.png\" width=\"789\" height=\"442\"/><br>\n&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Seriously. A cat. Can trade stocks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This means there is almost zero barrier to entry for people who want &nbsp;to trade stocks… and that’s how the brokerages want it. Because they &nbsp;make money off of every trade. So, they want you to buy and sell as much &nbsp;as possible. They’re not making money off of stocks… they’re making &nbsp;money off of you <em>trading</em> stocks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>The information you’re using to buy stocks is not hard to get.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Ever heard of Yahoo! Finance? How about Google? Bloomberg?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>These are all free websites that you can go to and find out all kinds of information about different stocks and the companies they represent.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You can look at all of their valuations, you can review their &nbsp;financials, and you can read what analysts think about certain stocks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Again, this is all free and readily accessible information.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So how do you get an advantage over other investors? The answer is: you don’t.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Yes, you could do more research than someone else. You can stay up &nbsp;later at night staring at a computer screen trying to figure out what &nbsp;stock is the best buy… but at the end of the day the actual information &nbsp;you are reviewing is not a secret that you are discovering. Everyone &nbsp;else can see the same thing you do.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Some of the best investments out there involve a level of secrecy… &nbsp;meaning that the general public doesn’t know about it or it’s very &nbsp;difficult to get information about it. If you can invest in things where &nbsp;you have an advantage, then you’ll be setting yourself up for success.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In the stock market, it’s almost impossible to have an advantage.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You massively overestimate yourself.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You think that you can get 50% returns. Don’t worry, everyone thinks this before they start trading stocks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Here is what happens… You start looking at stocks that have had &nbsp;massive run-ups. You think to yourself, “Duh! That was so obvious why &nbsp;that stock went up 300%! All I have to do is find a similar stock before &nbsp;it goes up 300%!”&nbsp;</p>\n<p>And then you go out and try it yourself. And you absolutely ruin your &nbsp;account. You end up buying a bunch of stocks that you think are going &nbsp;to explode higher. But… they just crater into the ground.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You think you know a lot about the markets, but the reality is that you are lost in the jungle.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Again, you overestimate your ability. And more importantly you lose perspective.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Have you ever watched one of those finance channels on TV where you &nbsp;see all the stock tickers scrolling across the bottom of the screen?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Of course. We’ve all seen that. It’s an overload of information, but &nbsp;it’s also intoxicating. The colors, the fast pace, and the thought that &nbsp;you can make lots of money make this an addictive habit.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It’s literally like sitting in a casino with all the flashing lights, interesting sounds, and smell of money in the air. <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/nxtumshd5/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_1.38.33_PM.png\" width=\"791\" height=\"302\"/><br>\n&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The problem is that you completely &nbsp;lose perspective of the bigger picture. While you are focused on trading &nbsp;some tech stock, there might be a bigger story going on outside of your &nbsp;little world. Something like a geopolitical crisis or decision by a &nbsp;central bank.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Do you know what a Bloomberg Terminal is?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This is a Bloomberg Terminal: <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/kqzb38p89/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_1.39.33_PM.png\" width=\"794\" height=\"375\"/><br>\n <em>Source: </em><a href=\"https://data.bloomberglp.com/company/sites/8/2016/04/terminal.jpg\"><em>Bloomberg</em></a>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Basically, a Bloomberg Terminal &nbsp;provides news, price quotes, and messaging across its proprietary secure &nbsp;network. It’s what most professional investors use, as it provides a &nbsp;vast amount of information about what is going on in the markets.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>And it costs $25,000 per year.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So, let’s assume, for argument’s sake, that your information source &nbsp;should cost you 1% of your total portfolio. That would mean that you’d &nbsp;be trading an account with at least $2,500,000 in it.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The point is that investors who are trading big money are using &nbsp;expensive tools that give them an advantage… but they are trading the &nbsp;same stocks that you are. Who do you think is going to win at the end of &nbsp;the day?&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Do you know what HFT is?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>HFT stands for ‘high frequency trading,’ and the strategy is exactly what it sounds like.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Basically, trades are executed in fractions of a second with each &nbsp;trade making a tiny percentage. But, if you do this multiple times a day &nbsp;with large amounts of money, the profits can add up quick.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>And here is the alarming part… HFT-ers have been caught in the act of &nbsp;front running the market. Basically, this means that they can see big &nbsp;trades going through from regular investors, and then they make a trade &nbsp;in the short amount of time in between the normal trade.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Oh… and here is another thing… Did you know that many HFTing &nbsp;companies physically moved their operations to be right next to a stock &nbsp;exchange? They moved there because the time that information takes to go &nbsp;through wires is fastest if you’re located right next door to the &nbsp;exchange.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You want to compete against those guys?&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>All you have to do is make a 1% return a day.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Easy? Right?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Try it, if you think it is.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You might have several days in a row of making small gains. Hell, you might even do it for a couple weeks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Then you’ll have one day where you erase all of your gains in a single trade. And you have to start all over again.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>How do you know what is going on in the company?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Yes, it is a requirement that all companies that are listed on public exchanges disclose their financials and internal business.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, much of that information is significantly delayed, and recently many companies are reporting using non-GAAP accounting.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>GAAP stand for ‘generally accepted accounting principles,’ and it’s &nbsp;essentially what all companies stick to. In other words, it’s like a &nbsp;rulebook that all companies use so when financials are reported, &nbsp;everyone is using the same metrics.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So what is non-GAAP accounting? It’s exactly what it sounds like. It &nbsp;means that you are doing accounting that is not consistent with other &nbsp;companies. When you use non-GAAP accounting you can manipulate the &nbsp;valuation of a company in a ton of different ways.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Investing in multiple different stocks does not mean your investments are diversified.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So you have a balanced stock portfolio with tech, commodities, &nbsp;consumer goods, and some REITs? No matter what happens in the world your &nbsp;money will be safe?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Ummm… no.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>A diversified portfolio doesn’t mean that your brokerage account holds a bunch of different stocks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>A diversified portfolio means that you own some real estate, some &nbsp;foreign currency, some physical gold/silver, some collectibles, some &nbsp;private equity, and some stocks. (And now, some crypto-currencies!)&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You’re an outsider.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Look at the stocks that you hold. Can you call up the CEO of any one of those companies?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Probably not.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Don’t worry, neither can 99.999% of the other stock holders.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Taxes.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Let’s say you buy and sell the same stock in the same year. And let’s pretend that you tripled your money.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>That’s amazing… and you’re going to have to pay taxes on whatever &nbsp;your gains are, just like ordinary income (so subtract the percentage of &nbsp;whatever tax bracket you’re in from your profit).&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Obviously taxes are something we all live with. But, when it comes to &nbsp;trading stocks (especially when you are doing it in less than a year, &nbsp;which is a short-term capital gain), your tax liability can be massive.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You are investing in stocks based on what other big investors are buying (or selling).</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Form 13F is a filing with the SEC that institutional investment &nbsp;managers with over $100 million in qualifying assets must submit. And &nbsp;it’s available to the public.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So, any investor can see what the best investors in the world are &nbsp;buying and selling. You literally get to look inside of their portfolio.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But… there’s a problem… this filing is delayed by several months. So &nbsp;many times, the stock that you think you should buy has already been &nbsp;bought AND sold by that big investor.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You may think that you’re copying a great strategy, but in reality, your buying into a trade that has passed its prime.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>At the end of the day, do you have any control over the company you are investing in?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Have you ever had to evict a tenant out of a rental property?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It sucks. It’s not fun at all. Not only is it very frustrating, but there is an emotional component that is very stressful.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, once you get that bad tenant out of your rental property, &nbsp;it’s like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders. It’s a great &nbsp;feeling to have control over your investments because you can personally &nbsp;sway the direction of how things go.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Stocks? That’s more like crossing your fingers and hoping for the best.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Investing in general is gambling and the stock market is like the main floor of Caesar’s Palace.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I don’t care what anyone says… Investing is just sophisticated gambling.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>A lot of people find that offensive. They’ll say something like, “NO! &nbsp;Investing is not gambling! Investing is all about finding the &nbsp;opportunities and then committing capital and energy to ensure that the &nbsp;investment grows and becomes successful.”&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Well… yeah… that’s 100% true. But, at the end of the day you are making a wager that something will work. <br>\n<br>\n <img src=\"https://s10.postimg.org/zbgdy0ugp/Screen_Shot_2018-02-26_at_1.46.44_PM.png\" width=\"786\" height=\"437\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;If you invest in a company that you &nbsp;think will be successful in the long term, then you’ve probably done a &nbsp;lot of work. You’ve researched the industry, you’ve looked at the &nbsp;company’s financials, you’ve done due diligence on the executives, and &nbsp;you’ve looked at competitors.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>AND THEN, YOU MAKE A BET THAT THE COMPANY WILL BE SUCCESSFUL. Betting is gambling.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Yeah, you might not be chain smoking cigarettes and sipping cheap &nbsp;whiskey at the bottom of the Hard Rock Casino… but you’re still making a &nbsp;bet.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Investing in the stock market is boring, stressful, and it makes you a weirdo.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Now, I’m all about making money, so don’t get me wrong…&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But… tell me which you would rather do:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>a. Trade stocks while sitting in a dark room all day, staring at a &nbsp;computer screen, eating crappy food, drinking caffeinated drinks, &nbsp;cussing out loud every time you see your screen go red…&nbsp;</p>\n<p>…or…&nbsp;</p>\n<p>b. <a href=\"http://www.codyshirk.com/about-the-explorer-partnership/\">Travel &nbsp;to an exotic county that your friends can’t even pronounce, eat &nbsp;delicious food, meet incredible people, learn how to say ‘cheers’ in a &nbsp;weird language, and of course find an interesting (and profitable) &nbsp;investment that no one else knows about.</a>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>-&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Now… with all of that said, I personally invest in the stock market. &nbsp;Owning stocks is a form of diversifying your wealth, so you should &nbsp;consider adding some exposure if you aren’t already. And if you ONLY invest in the stock market, you need to consider all of the exciting and profitable alternatives out there.&nbsp;</p>\n</html>",
