Умеренная экономия конечно разумна и целесообразна, однако, не в случае дизайна помещения. Разработку интерьера целесообразней доверить квалифицированным специалистам. Что касается тех дней, когда транслируется какое-то важное событие в мире спорта, то процент возрастает до всех ста. Количество подобных мероприятий составляет около четырех раз в месяц. \n\nПотенциальная выручка, которую можно получить в обычные дни, равна тридцати тысячам рублей (в такие дни доходы, поступающие от реализации пива и снеков, приравнивается сумме выручки). \n\nПрибыль, получаемая в пиковые дни, значительно отличается и может составлять до девяноста тысяч рублей, поскольку удваивается доход от продажи товаров из меню. \n\nВ итоге, складываем два получившихся показателя: доход в обычные дни и доход в пиковые дни, и получаем один миллион сто сорок тысяч рублей. \n\nДля того, чтобы узнать рентабельность своего заведения, ведь это один из главнейших показателей, который является решающим, необходимо учитывать некоторые обязательные платежи. Так, из полученной суммы итогового дохода, следует вычесть расходы на налоговые платежи, пенсионные и других статей. Процент, получившийся в результате расчетов, составляет почти четырнадцать процентов. Это и есть показатель рентабельности планируемого спортивного бара. Получается, что, уже начиная с первого месяца функционирования, проект сможет приносить стабильный доход.",
