(Version <a href=\"\">EN</a>)\n<h2>Présentation de Phoenix OS</h2> Phoenix OS est une distribution Linux faisant partie de ce que j'aime appelé les <strong>Android Desktop</strong>. Vous pouvez voir comme image ci-dessus l'OS qui comme son rang Android Desktop oblige présente une <strong>GUI</strong> (interface utilisateur, voir <a href=\"\">ici</a> pour plus de détails sur les environnements graphiques) ayant les caractéristiques d'un <strong>OS</strong> pour ordinateur, c'est à dire gestion des fenêtres, menu démarrer, barre des taches... et j'en passe.<h2>Avantages face à la version portable</h2> A noter que par version portable, j'entends version mobile.<ul><li>Le Multitache <img src=\"http://cdn.phoenixos.com/img/os/win_windows_251cdf4.png\"/> Et oui ! Un des plus gros avantages d'un <strong>Android Desktop</strong> (non pas que Phoenix OS) comparé à la version portable est le fait que les fenêtres (en réalité application Android) peuvent être utiliser de manière multitâche comme sur un ordinateur. Qui n'a jamais rêver sur son portable Android (ou sa tablette) d'avoir plusieurs applications à l'écran ? C'est chose possible sur Phoenix OS !</li></ul>\n<ul><li>L'utilisation de la souris. </br>Toute bonne version ordinateur se doit d'avoir une compatibilité souris, et c'est un point essentiel pour tout <strong>Android Desktop</strong>, point que Phoenix OS sait relever haut la main. Cependant certaines applications Android ne prennent pas en compte la souris (car non développer pour être compatible à la base) mais on  ne peut pas leur en vouloir.</li></ul>\n\nCependant c'est là les seuls avantages. Et on va voir que ça ne vas pas rattraper l'OS pour autant !<h2>Les avantages</h2> On est fort à constater que Phoenix OS apporte aussi son lot d'avantages qui lui est propre.\nOn retrouve notamment une interface réussie avec un menu démarré nous faisant penser au dernier OS de Microsoft. Il réussit sur ce point à vaincre son concurrent Remix OS qui ne possède qu'un simple menu répertoriant les applications. On remarque aussi une forte stabilité, Phoenix OS est stable, rapide et n'a jamais manquer de faire bugger mon PC. Malheureusement...<h2>Les inconvénients</h2>L'on pourra croire que j'ai abrégé mes compliments quant à Phoenix OS et pour cause, un détail essentiel est en vogue et permet de casser le rêve pourtant bien présent... Le Play Store manque à l'appel. Il a certes un moyen de l'installer mais il faut pour ça télécharger une version modifiée de l'OS pour pouvoir bénéficier du Store de Google et c'est bien là le gros problème. Il a suffit à me faire détester Phoenix. \"Un OS PC Android n'est pas un <strong>Android Desktop</strong> si celui-ci n'a pas le Play Store\". C'est en soit très gênant, le but d'un <strong>Android Desktop</strong> est de pouvoir profiter d'Android sur PC, un de ses points forts et son catalogue d'applications présentes sur le Store... Un autre défaut des non négligeable non plus concerne l'interface, le pack d'icone est à mon sens horrible, il suffit de regarder l'icone \"Computer\" (ordinateur) pour s'en rendre compte. Associé à la seule possibilité de sélectionner la langue anglaise ou Chinoise à l'utilisation, il en devient impossible de se repérer de façon aisée dans le système. De plus de nombreuses applications chinoises sont préinstaller et gâche un peu l'expérience car non traduites. On note le même problème que pour Remix OS, la selection du réseau avant celle du clavier qui nous oblige à connaitre le clavier international anglais pour entrer notre code wifi.<h2>Conclusion</h2><strong>Zéro pointé pour le Phoenix</strong> qui n'aura pas su renaître de ses cendres. En revanche Remix OS qui avait trébuché dans le <a href=\"\">#2 d'Android sur PC</a> reviendra dans un 4ème épisode qui arrivera prochainement.</br>\n\n<strong>Merci à vous d'avoir lu ce post</strong>. I think it is really <strong>good-looking</stron>, and <strong>sober-minded</strong>,  in fact... everything we can ask to have in a GUI.\nThe interface is <strong>intuitive</strong>, we has to firstly chose the language, not really a problem for an English-speaker. Next we have to connect on wifi, the keyboard input is QWERTY and one more time not really cool for non-english users.\nThe final step is to connect to the Play Store, which is <strong>functional</strong>. I've tested to use Facebook, Messenger, Inbox, Hangout and even the game Boom Beach, they all worked <strong>well</strong> and was <strong>fast</strong>. \n\n<strong>However, the dream had to stop.</strong> I've tested Remix OS with the <strong>\"Guest Mode\"</strong>, everything I'd do wouldn't be saved. But I knew it. I wanted to test Remix OS really quickly without doing a kind of boring installation - I never like to install a new thing (OS) on my computer, cause I always think if I mess up i'll delete everything.\n\nThere is 2 mod you can use, the Guest Mod, the one I used for the test, and the <strong>\"normal\"</strong> mod. Let's talk about the Normal Mod, we HAD to conclude the test with this mod, which is pretty normal, that's the mod where everything you do is saved, and here is the <strong>calvary</strong>. The installation is <strong>impossible</strong>. It keeps asking us to format the usb key where we want to install the os, and even with his format tool it still doesn't working, then the normal mod is just <strong>unusable</strong>, it just keep displayin the \"Remix OS\". Just looking on this internet allowed me to see I'm not the single one to have this problem even after following the official indication. To resolve this problem I modified the boot command for the normal mod.\n\nOnce after I resolved the problem, I had a new one: the normal is <strong>slow</strong>, <strong>very slow</strong>, <strong>unstable</strong>, <strong>freezing</strong>, <strong>making weird sounds</strong> when we are clicking on some apps. It's just <strong>THE HELL</strong>.\n\nRemix OS is not good, only if we can forgot the normal mod, However we can't use an OS only with the Guest Mod except if we are ok to reinstall everything at every restart. Even if Remix OS disapointed me, it will just be a way for me to test his concurent the: <strong>Phoenix OS</strong>.",

Je la trouve vraiment bien <strong>travaillée</strong>, <strong>élégante</strong> et <strong>sobre</strong>,  tout ce qu'on peut attendre d'une interface graphique.\nL'interface est assez <strong>intuitive</strong>, on débute avec le choix de la langue, seul bémol pour les français aucun pack de langue disponible, il faut alors se cantonner à l'anglais, mais la connaissance globale d'Android permet de passer outre les petits défauts de compréhension. On a ensuite la connexion au wifi, il est assez utile de noter la présence de la case \"afficher le mot de passe\" qui peut être utile si vous ne connaissez pas la disposition du clavier anglais, car oui par défaut on utilise la disposition d'un clavier international anglais, il faut donc utiliser un mémo des touches de celui-ci, ou avoir un clavier qwerty. \n\nUne fois ces étapes finies on arrive sur le bureau, c'est le cas de le dire, on voulait Android sur PC quand même ! On définit alors le Play Store, qui est parfaitement <strong>fonctionnel</strong>. J'ai pu tester les applications Facebook, Messenger, Inbox, Hangout et même le jeu Boom Beach, tous étaient parfaitement <strong>fonctionnels</strong> et <strong>rapides</strong>. \n\n<strong>Cependant, le rêve s'arrête là.</strong> J'ai testé ces fonctionnalités en <strong>\"Guest Mode\"</strong>, c'est à dire en mode invité, tout ce que j'avais fais aller être perdu au moment ou je fermerais l'ordinateur. Cependant je le savais. Je voulais tester l'OS le plus rapidement sans être confronter à une installation des plus embêtantes - J'ai tendance à ne pas aimer les installations d'OS au cas où cela effacerait les données de mon disque.\n\nIl y a donc deux modes disponibles: le mode Guest, celui que j'ai utilisé précédemment, et le mode que j'appellerais <strong>\"normal\"</strong>. Passons donc au mode normal, il faut bien après le test conclure par une installation, et là est le <strong>calvaire</strong>. L'installation est tout bonnement <strong>impossible</strong>. Il demande le formatage d'une clef, ce qu'il n'arrive pas à faire même après mainte tentative avec des configurations différentes et même l'utilisation en mode normal à partir de la clef d'installation est <strong>inutilisable</strong>, la clef affiche le logo \"Remix OS\" mais à partir de ce moment elle \"s’éteint\", plus de signe d'utilisation de celle-ci, cela entraîne la continuité infinie de l'affichage du logo. Un tour sur internet permet de savoir que je ne suis pas le seul à reprocher ce problème. J'ai suivi toutes les indications du site officiel en vain. Pour finir finalement par modifier le boot du mode normal pour en identifier le soucis.\n\nUne fois ce périple finit, en voilà un autre qui débarque, le mode normal est <strong>lent</strong>, <strong>très lent</strong>, <strong>instable</strong>, <strong>freeze</strong>, <strong>produit des sons bizarre</strong>s de temps en temps quand on clique à des endroits. Bref un <strong>enfer inutilisable</strong>.\n\nL'OS en lui est pas mal, du moins si on oublie le mode normal, cependant nous ne pouvons pas utiliser un OS en mode invité sous couvert de perdre toute données à chaque arrêt de l'ordinateur et de tout réinstaller au commencement. Cet OS est à surveiller de prêt, de très prêt, il a du potentiel. En revanche il ne sera pas exploiter tant que les bugs perdureront. Mais tant mieux, cela nous permettra de nous pencher la prochaine fois sur son rival: <strong>Phoenix OS</strong>.",

Android and Linux are from the <strong>same family</strong>. A lot of Linux OS already exist, also some of them which <strong>allow the use of Android out of a mobile device</strong>. And that's the point i'd like to talk about !\n</br><strong>Linux OS which uses Android</strong>\nNote that only some of those would be presented.\nWhen we're searching on the internet about <strong>Android on PC</strong>, we always found some projects called <strong>Android</strong>, that may be a little hard to understand the <strong>difference</strong> between the Android version you all know about and those version. In fact those <strong>Android</strong> version that you can use on your PC are <strong>Linux based distribution</strong> which have the same name as the mobile one because they have for intention to <strong>be closer from Android on mobile</strong>. Then those distro doesn't have any new features, they just allow you to have Android on your computer.\nBut I won't talk about those projects but about the one I called <strong>Android Desktop</strong>.\n</br><strong>Android Desktop ? Never heard of it !</strong>\nHowever you should ! I call <strong>Android Desktop</strong> a Linux based OS that allow you to use <strong>Android on PC</strong> but with graphic improvement.\nHumm... That's maybe a strange translation isn't it ? Even if that doesn't sound English just look to this image to see what I'm talking about.\n<img src=\"http://techliveinfo.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Remix-OS-for-PCs.png\"/>\nIt's looking pretty awesome ! We can see Android but also some <strong>improvements</strong> as <strong>taskbars</strong>, <strong>Multiple Window</strong>, <strong>Multi-tasking</strong>, and even <strong>Mouse integration</strong> !\n</br>Here are some questions you may ask yourself:\n<strong>Why is my english so bad ?</strong> 'Cause I am french :'D\nOr even:\n<strong>Is there the PlayStore ?</strong>\n<strong>Are Android app compatible ?</strong>\nFor those questions (except the first one), the only answer is <strong>YES</strong>. <strong>This OS is Android</strong> (even if it's based on Linux) there are no reason to not have the PlayStore.\nNote however that Android App are build for mobile device, then they'll maybe don't fully work with the mouse.\n\n</br>To end this article (and the agony caused by my english), let me present you an other Android Desktop OS: the <strong>Phoenix OS</strong>.\n<img src=\"http://cdn.liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/phoenix_03.jpg\"/>\nSame presentation than the <strong>Remix OS</strong> one.\n\n<strong>Thanks</strong> to all the readers who have taken time to decrypt my english and read my article. Linux est déjà présent sur de <strong>nombreux ordinateurs</strong> et est encore plus présent qu'on ne le croit, <strong>serveurs web</strong>, <strong>serveurs de jeux</strong>, ou encore dans <strong>certains objets connectés</strong>.\n</br><strong>Quel rapport avec Android me diriez-vous ?</strong>\nLe rapport est très simple à tirer. Android se base sur Linux, de multiples <strong>distributions Linux</strong> existent. Il existe donc des distributions Linux qui permettent l'utilisation d'<strong>Android</strong> hors d'un périphérique mobile. Et c'est le point où je voulais en venir !\n</br><strong>Les OS Linux qui utilisent Android</strong>\nÀ noter que tous les OS se basant sur Linux ne seront pas présentés.\nQuand on se dit <strong>OS Linux utilisant Android</strong>, on pense de suite à tous les projets que l'on peut trouver sur internet portant le nom d'Android. Et oui ! Là est la <strong>difficulté</strong> de la chose, beaucoup de ces projets qui nous permettent d’accéder à Android sur ordinateur (à l'aide de Linux) portent le <strong>nom éponyme d'Android</strong>, et il y a une raison très simple à cela ! Ces distributions Linux ont pour but de <strong>restituer au plus fidèle</strong> Android sur un ordinateur. Il n'y alors <strong>quasiment aucune</strong> implémentation autre que celles présentes sur Android sur mobile.\nMais ce n'est pas de ces projets-là que je souhaite vous parler ! Je désire introduire de plus grands projets à base d'Android: <strong>Android Desktop</strong>.\n</br><strong>Android Desktop ? Jamais entendu parler !</strong>\nEt pourtant vous devrez ! Commençons par une <strong>image de présentation</strong>.\n<img src=\"http://techliveinfo.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Remix-OS-for-PCs.png\"/>\nVoilà ce que j'appelle un <strong>Android Desktop</strong>, une version d'<strong>Android modifié pour s'adapter au mieux à un ordinateur</strong>.\nÀ mon sens, le design est magnifique ! On peut y voir <strong>Android</strong>, mais ce n'est pas tout ! L'environnement graphique nous rappelle <strong>Windows</strong>. Et à juste titre, cette distribution, du nom de <strong>Remix OS</strong> (version 3.0 pour les curieux), est une adaptation <strong>PARFAITE</strong> de ce que pourrait rendre Android sur un ordinateur, ainsi elle possède un <strong>design qui ne nous change pas</strong> du leader des OS pour PC: Windows.
