      "body": "<html>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In 7th grade I started out in Lutheran school. I thought I had it all, a small school, no one will bother me. Just me and my classwork. Was I wrong.. The school was hell, imagine a 95 degree day, in a classroom with 30 other kids sweating, feeling like you're getting a full body like I'm in the army and just ran 40 miles with 200 pounds on my back just by sitting. And they had the audacity to say to me to focus on my learning and pretend that i'm not in a pool of sweat and on the brink of dying from dehydration. It wasn't that serious but it was pretty bad, I couldn't take it anymore. The school was the worse but the only other school I was able to go to was the public school right by my house. This is where my life did a complete 360.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;First day of public school was amazing! Air conditioning, girls (my school was a all boy school), and the work was so much easier. Final period came and it was computer class, a legit class of mine was to sit on the computer and learn how to type faster and once I finished that I can play any online games. It was amazing. School finally finished and I had no clue had to get home, I had to remember what my parents told me and just trust my gut. &nbsp;Walking home wasn't so bad but I took the longest way possible home. There were a group of girls I found cute so I wanted to follow them and they noticed me as the new kid and they actually asked me to come join and walk home with them. Life felt great.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coming close to home I was alone again and there was a kid in front of me, me minding my own business I was just walking, trying to get home but he kept looking back at me. I found that weird but I continued to mind my business. It was funny because he lived literally a block away from me, so when he would turn I would as well and when he crossed the street I would too and I can tell it was pissing him off. Finally I was almost home and the kid turns a corner and right before I turn the same corner he confronts me and says to me \"yo why are you following me, do you think my ass looks good?\" I started to die of laughter, he didn't know why I was laughing so he started to get really mad at me. He says \"If you keep laughing i'm going to fuck you up\", I was a short pudgy kid with a lot of heart back then so me thinking i'm a big shot I said, \"Fight me pussy\". Those three words got me into a lot of trouble in my life.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He grabs me, and he was probably 50 pounds heavier than me but it was muscle and he was about six foot and I was 5 foot nothing so you could probably understand how this fight goes. Actually the fight was 50/50 but till this day he tells everyone he fucked me up but we both know I won. We fight for a total of 30 seconds. I was so out of breath with the thought of pizza rolls and runescape on my mind. That's all I wanted to do today but instead i'm fighting some random guy in front of my house. Finally I get him off of me and I kick him in the nuts, I know it was a cheap shot but I had too. He went down and I walked home. First day of public school I fought someone already.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The rest of the day i'm thinking to myself, how am I going to go back to school, he's probably going to get all of his friends and jump me and I have no friends because I was a neck beard gamer in the making. Finally the next day of school comes and I didn't see him all day, last period came and it was computer class. The moment I walked in he was right there, just chilling. He didn't even notice me so I sat down at my seat and the class went by just fine. At the end of the class, I headed out of the school and started to walk home a different way so it won't be as long and I won't see the kid. Boy was I wrong. A couple blocks away from school there he was again, but this time I tried to dodge him but at the time I didn't know he lived right next to me.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Almost home I see him waiting for me on the same block we fought on and i'm thinking to myself \"Here we go again, i'm going to have to fuck this kid up again\". I was actually thinking maybe if I make the kid laugh he would leave me alone and I can go home to my pizza rolls. We come face to face and I can tell he wasn't in a good mood because he told me he wasn't in a good mood and that if I don't stop following him he's going to fight me again. My dumbass self told him that he wasn't worth my time and that i'm not going to waste my time with him and that I have pizza rolls and runescape waiting for me at home. At that very moment everything changed. He says to me, \"Wait you play runescape too\"?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We have been best friends for almost 11 years now and nothing has changed. This kid has changed my life forever and helped me turn into the man I am today. The shit we got into which I will be telling in future posts is just to funny to believe.&nbsp;</p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Friday was a big day in my life and it's going to change everything for me. Life can change in the blink of an eye, and I blinked way to quick. One minute I was at home on my computer all happy and safe and the next I was in the front of my house with all my stuff on the side of the road thinking of what to do next. Moments like these changes a person, it either makes you stronger or you let it get to you and you just fall into a depression. With my job not going my way, school starting again soon and so much on my plate and for me to be thrown out of my house, I felt like it was so much to handle and I almost broke down. This taught me to never let anything get to you and to be strong.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You're probably wondering what happened, I was kicked out of my home. One simple fight can change your life and when you have had enough, it's time to change. Living with my father has been very hard ever since my mother left. My mom was not happy and I never understood the reason why until Friday. You can love someone to death, but sometimes you cannot live with them. Me and my father got into a huge fight where it escalated to a point where it shouldn't of have. A couple of words can mean a lot to somebody and it can change them. Most people will see this as a horrible point of there life, but I see it as a blessing of disguise. I've been so stressed out and I never understood the reason why until today. It was my living situation and it sucks thinking that nothing is ever good enough and all you want to do is just move on and make your family happy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The past is the past, people make mistakes, but when someone holds your past over your head and makes you feel like you don't belong there, its very unhealthy. In a matter of two days leaving my house, I found a beautiful apartment that I can afford and still work and go to school, Have multiple job interviews within the next two weeks and my relationship with my girlfriend has never been healthier. When life throws you down, and everything seems to be going wrong, look at the good from what is happening and see what you can make out of it. &nbsp;It's been two days and already I have accomplished more than what I accomplished since the beginning of the year. Just one change can change your life for the better no matter how bad it looks.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm truly happy that I can go home to something that I own, stress free and feel welcomed. No more getting judged, or getting complained at 24/7, no one in my business and telling the whole world about me. No one making me look bad. I am blessed for this and for the first time in a while I was able to sleep peacefully. This is going to take a while getting used to, new neighborhood, new bed, new walls, new everything. Change is good, you need to be able to leave your comfort zone and expand, this is how you grow as a person and this teaches you how to live life. You only live once (YOLO), you shouldn't settle for the same thing over and over again. Talk to the girl at your job that you find beautiful, go travel, get out of bed and just drive somewhere, do something that you thought you would never do and just do it. I'm only 21 and I am so happy that I can now start living out of my comfort zone because just by doing it once, my life has made a complete 360 for the better and I couldn't be happier.&nbsp;</p>\n</html>",

Before your twenty's it's like a tutorial in a video game, you don't really pay to much mind and you just coast on by thinking this is how great life is going to be. School doesn't teach you how to file taxes, drive a car, save money. But trust me I know how to measure a triangle thirty different ways! Now your twenty's come and you're thrown into the game which is called life and its either you make it or drown. Well what i'm saying is what I did and trust me i'm struggling way harder than I should be.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm currently 21 about to finish college in a year and currently working part time in a supermarket. Boy oh boy, working with the public is the ultimate test of patience. The job is physically easy, but mentally, finals week has not drained me as much as this job. I will never talk bad about anyone but sometimes things need to be said. I come to work to work, not to make any friends and create drama and my current job has more drama then high school. You would think people would be professional and respect others and make your work environment good, but the people I work with, there job is to make you break and give up. It's a really good feeling when you come into work, clock in say good morning to everyone and they just look at you like you got 40 heads.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Have a complaint? you should go to the management and they will fix it right? No I was told it is what it is and that I have to live with it. I'm currently being accused of smoking weed at my job where everyone can see and smell but the only person who complained about me about this was a past co worker who accused 3 guys of sexually harassing her because they brushed up against her. Now where I work it's very small and yes we do sometimes touch each other but its never intentional. So seeing this is a problem I went to the management who didn't tell me this was happening to me I asked if we can talk about this, one of my managers said to me to stop complaining to much and get out of his face.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I have never had a job that made me question the intelligence of people until now. I am a very honest and open person and I like to vent but when I truly have a complaint about a fellow co worker or something that happened and i'm told to get out of your face and that I complain to much then why are you even a manager. Now this happened a couple days ago, I come into work with my friend to buy a couple sandwiches for lunch and I was taken off to work Sunday and put me on for Monday working as a porter. That's no big deal but call or text me this or I would of shown up Sunday for work and I would of gotten in trouble because I didn't know and that I have to tell the future. It happened to me and to other workers many times already.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I go up to one of my managers and ask him about this and he said he is just the messenger and that he has nothing to do with this and I told him, well you're really shitty at your job because you haven't told me anything and that the bosses were across the street and for me to talk to them. Now these guys are the head honchos, they are very successful business men and know what they are doing and for that I respect them. So we talked, my bosses said my piece on what they think and heard of me and every time I tried to say something I would get cut of and be cursed at. Now I was raised to respect people no matter who you are, everyone gets mutual respect, but when you're cursing and spitting in my face because \"I complain to much\" and that I'm a terrible worker and i'm smoking weed in the store, this made me very upset and I had my breaking point. Yes I understand he is my boss but you shouldn't get pushed around and get treated like you're the dirt on there shoes so this is what I did.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bosses like to be respected correct? I kept calling my boss dude and bro, this made him very upset, every time he started to curse at me, I would make a face that let him know his breath stunk. I told him to stop disrespecting me multiple times and to talk to me like a human being. I told him to drug test me for the accusation of me smoking weed and he had the audacity to tell me that it's a waste of time. Why would you treat your workers like this. I worked a number of jobs and I never had this ever happen to me for any reason and now he would like me to work with him side by side next week because he believes that I don't deserve to work in his store.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The whole point of this story is that yes I do understand that he pays me and he can do what ever he likes and that I'm just a worker and I have to do everything he says, to always respect your boss and all that jazz. I was raised up correctly and sometimes you need to have a little fun or you're going to drive yourself insane. It's been bothering me since it happened but it shouldn't. It's just a job that is helping me get by to finish off college and that I should take this place with a grain of salt, but no matter where you go, this can be my next job and then what do I do then. My idea for my next job is that i'm going to keep to myself and keep it very professional with all my coworkers and try not to make friends because I tried doing it here and it made it so much worse. If anyone has any advice for this I would be more than happy to hear it. I'm currently stuck because I don't know if i should wait it out and just do what I want to do at my next time at my current job, or just look for a whole new job all together.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The upside now of this is that I did make really good friends at my job. A hand full of people I can truly call friends and my job did teach me with no matter how impatient the customer is or how awful of a person they are, keep calm and kill them with kindness. This job has taught me about patience and how to make a amazing sand which. I guess you can say there's always a bright side! Thank you guys for reading this, i'm just venting, i'm not the type of guy to complain about his problems but steemit has an amazing community and feel comfortable enough to talk about something like this.
