| body | Your mother carries you in her womb for 9 excruciating months. You make it out alive, crying. For the next few years, everything is done for you. You are now 3 years old in nursery/kindergarten. You're too innocent to know anything about the world. You're now old enough to go to middle school. Here you learn the basics that strengthened and developed your cognitive abilities. Eventually you reach high school. Here you make friends and you lose friends. You experience breakups, mood swings and your body decides to change too. You find it hard to fit in and find your identity. This is a tough time, for all teenagers. Then you reach College/University. Here you question your entire existence. A few years later, you graduate. You're unemployed, piled in debt and have no idea what to do next. You eventually find a job after failing many interviews. You find the love of your life (or so you hope). You propose, settle down and have a baby. You’re now 30, have many bills to pay and have a family to worry about. You're extremely tired and just want a break. Your child is now an adult. They have their own life and experiences. You wonder when they'll come by to see you. You gradually become old and you're not as strong as you once used to be. You reminisce about the past, the things you could have changed and the goals you have accomplished. You contemplate. You're lying 6ft under now. That's the cycle of life. |

| title | Why is Finland’s education system considered the best in the world? |
| body | The question as it was when I answered: “Education in Finland: Would other education systems benefit from adopting Finland's system? School starting age is 7, 5 hour school days (which typically start at around 9 AM), 15 minutes break after every lesson, no formal examinations until the age of 16, yet Finland typically scores in the top 3 in terms of academic achievement. What's stopping other countries such from adopting Finland's methods, especially since it's rather clear that their system is an ideal one?” ___________ Thanks for asking to answer. "The world" has set its priorities with regard to education. Those priorities vary, and I'm not aware of different goals that have been set in different countries. Pasi Sahlberg, a Finnish authority in education has written about this subject and he has pointed out that you can't just take some features of e.g. Finnish education system and transfer them into a totally different culture. So, to adopt the positive features of Finnish education, you must adopt other things as well, like cultural values etc. Especially in the USA Finland is regarded to be a socialist country by many. What can I say? How likely they are to adopt anything from us? Some other countries may have better understanding of the Nordic Model and they might more likely benefit some of our features. There is one feature in Finnish education system, that Pasi Sahlberg has pointed out and the same feature has been discussed in the context of the Nordic countries in general on Quora. It is the culture of trust. It seems to be characteristic for Nordic countries that we trust our authorities, we trust each other, we trust our parents, teachers and students. And this has a huge impact on e.g. the professional independence of teachers and how students are tested. Of course we have rules, bureaucracy and control in our education system, but many things are still based on trust. We trust that our teachers do their job without metering their results all the time. Same is with the students. We have tests, but we don't examine everybody all the time. We trust on their responsibility and their will to do their best and that they will develop inevitably. The other cultural feature is prioritizing between whether we concentrate to offer the best for the best or the equally high quality "normal" education for all. In Finland we have chosen the latter. It is a cultural choice in general. I have understood that in the USA the choice is different. The third feature is in the teacher education: in Finland it's hard to get to this education, the profession is highly valued and the salaries are quite good. The studies are high level and the educational pressure is rather in the teacher education than in the schools. When they are let out to the schools, they do very good work. This all has lead to the good results in international tests like PISA. And as a comment to Matthew Daneman: I've learned from several sources in Finnish discussions, that we didn't really know how good our system was until we took part to the PISA tests. So I would say that our educational style is NOT the result of our test scores, it is just the opposite. I tried to describe shortly how the cultural values affect the organization of the education system. I don't think it can be copied to an other system as such. But may be it can be used as an inspiration and the parts of it can be tested in other cultures too. |

| title | 5 Habits to Adopt for a Happier Life |
| body | The “more success + more money = happiness” equation never adds up, no matter how you stack your figures. In fact, the means to a happier life has nothing to do with how much you have. Rather, it is using gratitude to turn what you already have into an abundance. This theory is legit, too, because Harvard said so. I began injecting more gratitude into my life during a time where my days were very repetitive and running through the motions was exhausting. As a result of striving for gratitude, I began to notice small, delightful moments. If I took the time to notice just one of these moments, I found that other delightful moments came along more frequently. Once I stopped rushing through life, my days became more fulfilling and less hectic. If this sounds like something you need for your life, take one (or all!) of these tangible actions daily to cultivate gratitude. Start a gratitude journal Keeping a record of what brightens your day and adds value to your life is a great way to bring gratitude to your mind. Before bed, write down at least three specific things for which you were grateful during that day. They can be as small as a good latte, sunny weather, or an insightful conversation with a friend. You can record them in a paper journal or keep a running tab of your gratitudes on your phone. Date your entries as you go, and when you are having a bad day, review your journal. This will remind you of just how much you have to be grateful for, and that a bad day does not define your identity or your life. Be grateful from the get-go Treating each day as a blessing, instead of a burden, will help you become happier. As soon as your alarm goes off in the morning, remind yourself to be grateful for waking up by labeling your alarm “be grateful!” or by putting a note by your bed. Try not to focus on how much you have to do, but rather how you get to experience life and see your co-workers, family, and friends for another day. Being alive is literally a miracle — even on the worst day! Thank someone Be intentional about thanking those around you. Look your barista in the eye and give a genuine thanks as they hand you your coffee. Write a thank you note to a co-worker who helped you with a project. Send a friend or family member a text just thanking them for being there for you when you needed it. Even thinking about someone you are grateful for will make a difference! By being deliberately appreciative of the people in your life, your relationships with them will thrive. Shift your lens The next time you are faced with a hardship, ask yourself what you will learn from the situation. Consider what you will be grateful for, disregarding emotion, when you look back on this time in your life. Anything that comes your way can be used as an opportunity to grow and learn more about yourself. It may help you to get your thoughts out on paper in your gratitude journal. Whatever you write does not have to be perfect or publishing-worthy, it is simply a therapeutic practice to turn your perspective around. Meditate Take some time in stillness and silence to recognize your blessings. Be aware of your body and thank it for how it carries you through life and fights to keep you well. Think of specific reasons you are proud of yourself and repeat them internally. Consider especially how strong you are to have endured your battles and turned your pain into triumph. Be very grateful for that. |

"title": "5 Habits to Adopt for a Happier Life",
"body": "\n\nThe “more success + more money = happiness” equation never adds up, no matter how you stack your figures. If this sounds like something you need for your life, take one (or all!) of these tangible actions daily to cultivate gratitude.\n\n Start a gratitude journal\n\nKeeping a record of what brightens your day and adds value to your life is a great way to bring gratitude to your mind. This will remind you of just how much you have to be grateful for, and that a bad day does not define your identity or your life.\n\n\n\nBe grateful from the get-go\n\nTreating each day as a blessing, instead of a burden, will help you become happier. As soon as your alarm goes off in the morning, remind yourself to be grateful for waking up by labeling your alarm “be grateful!” or by putting a note by your bed. Try not to focus on how much you have to do, but rather how you get to experience life and see your co-workers, family, and friends for another day. Being alive is literally a miracle — even on the worst day!\n\n\n\nThank someone\n\nBe intentional about thanking those around you. Look your barista in the eye and give a genuine thanks as they hand you your coffee. Write a thank you note to a co-worker who helped you with a project. Send a friend or family member a text just thanking them for being there for you when you needed it. Even thinking about someone you are grateful for will make a difference! By being deliberately appreciative of the people in your life, your relationships with them will thrive.\n\n\n\nShift your lens\n\nThe next time you are faced with a hardship, ask yourself what you will learn from the situation. Consider what you will be grateful for, disregarding emotion, when you look back on this time in your life. Anything that comes your way can be used as an opportunity to grow and learn more about yourself. It may help you to get your thoughts out on paper in your gratitude journal. Whatever you write does not have to be perfect or publishing-worthy, it is simply a therapeutic practice to turn your perspective around.\n\n\n\nMeditate\n\nTake some time in stillness and silence to recognize your blessings. Be aware of your body and thank it for how it carries you through life and fights to keep you well. Think of specific reasons you are proud of yourself and repeat them internally. Consider especially how strong you are to have endured your battles and turned your pain into triumph. Be very grateful for that.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n",

| title | Single experience made me grow up the most in my life |
| body | “I have a daughter I have to support; I can’t be with someone who sleeps on one family member’s couch after the other and works enough to pay his cellphone bill.” Those were her words to me. And she was right. We had known each other since we were little kids but had only been dating for six months prior to this conversation. She had been working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) working double shifts as a single mother while going to college to become a nurse to support her and her daughter from the time she was 18. I was 24 and was on pace to becoming a perpetual learner with no plans of ever leaving college. I was a drifter with a large and supportive family who literally let me sleep on their couch whenever I wanted. My car was given to me by my dad when I graduated high school. I only had to work to pay my $70 cellphone bill. The rest of the time I read. All day. Every day. She was right. How could she be with me? As a single mother, she had to put her daughter and herself first. She could not be with Peter Pan. I had a decision to make: Stay in Neverland and never grow up. Be with Wendy and experience all that life has to offer. I knew what I wanted was her; and I had a lot to prove. The next day I called my Dad and asked if I he had any job openings I could have at his company. All he had was the equivalent of a secretarial job that paid a whopping $8 an hour; it was the antithesis of any wanna-be philosopher. I said, “I’ll take it,” and never looked back. It took time, but eventually she was convinced that I was “growing up” and she stayed with me. Fast forward six years and she is now my beloved wife. And not only am I now fortunate enough to call her daughter my daughter — we even brought another little person into the world to create our happy little family of four. No, I do not have my master’s or my Ph.D. like I had planned. But what do I have instead? Love. Peace. Joy. Thank you, Audrey Beth, for challenging me to be a better man and making me the man I am today. |

| title | 10 things that you should definitely do before turning 30 |
| body | 1.When in doubt, say hello - Take a chance. Put yourself out there. Don’t live a life of regret. When in doubt, say hello. 2.Turn off your phone completely for a weekend - Watch a sunrise with friends. Talk about life while watching the stars. Really listen to people when they open up to you. Be silly and laugh until your stomach hurts. One of the most valuable gifts you can give to another person is your undivided attention. 3.Write an answer on Quora - By the time you’re close to being 30, you’ll have a wealth of life experiences to share. Don’t just keep them to yourself. Pay it forward and share your wisdom with others on Quora. I started only writing recently, already have over 8 million views and I get constant “thank you” emails from readers. It feels good knowing that others can benefit by learning from my experiences. Being authentic and sharing your world with others can change people’s lives. Type away, my friend. 4.Take the job that challenges you to grow - Earlier in my career, I’ve taken jobs that didn’t challenge me, yet I stayed in those jobs for a while because it was comfortable. It was a mistake. Looking back, I wish I took the jobs that challenged me to constantly grow. It would have helped me build additional skills and wisdom sooner. I realized that: You’re either moving forward or you’re moving backward. 5.Buy a Blender - The Nutribullet and Vitamix are both awesome blenders (if you needed a recommendation). Anyway, I love salads, but I don’t make really delicious ones at home. So for me, it was always a challenge eating enough vegetables and fruits every day and my body definitely showed it. I was most out of shape when I lived in North Carolina, where my diet consisted of hot wings pretty often. That all changed when I started making a green smoothie (kale, mixed greens, spinach, peaches, blueberries, apples and bananas) every morning for breakfast. I started to slim down and my cholesterol went down substantially too! I wish I implemented this sooner. Nowadays, I’ll crave a green smoothie if I haven’t had it for a while. Invest in your health. It’ll thank you down the road. 6.Conquer a fear - If you’re afraid of heights, go parasailing. If you’re afraid of rejection, ask someone out. If you’re afraid of not doing well at work, go out there, work hard and crush it. Face your fears. 7.Dance all night - There’s something exhilarating about listening to music you love and dancing the night away with friends. Dance like no one’s watching. 8.Take on a 30 day challenge - Whether it’s eating a green smoothie every morning for breakfast or going for a 5 mile run in the afternoon, 30 day challenges are great because it’ll teach you discipline. Consistency in effort is key. Daily habits compound over time. 9.Show your family the appreciation they deserve - Stop taking your loved ones from granted. Make dinner for them. Give them a big hug. Help them with chores. Tell them thank you for what they’ve done for you. Love makes life fulfilling. 10.Fall in love - “The greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.” Yup, I just quoted Moulin Rouge. |

| title | What is the saddest truth about life? |
| body | No one actually cares about you. People only care about themselves. People only care about you because you have something that they don't have. Once whatever you have is gone, those people go away. Whether it is happiness, a girl, or boy, or millions of dollars. Death is the ultimate unknown. Death is an experience that will never be shared for eternity. But you will die one day no matter how hard you try to prevent it. Most of the food we eat is chemically designed. Unless you go into the forest and eat nuts, berries and leaves. But you'll be working harder than ever to find food so you're probably better off sitting on your butt working a desk job and getting your food at a grocery store. Everything that you believe in isn't real. The only thing that is real is evolution and the survival of the fittest is real. And your name isn't real either, your just a living organism that will eventually decompose into the earth. |

| title | You Make Or Break Your Life Between 5-7 AM |
| body | While serving a humanitarian and ecclesiastical mission at the age of 20, I learned potentially the most important lesson of my life. How you spend your morning determines your success in life. How you spend your morning determines who you will become. How you spend your morning determines whether you become world-class at something, or remain merely average. How you spend your morning is the difference between making tens of millions of dollars and making less than 100 grand. How you spend your morning determines how well you: think strategize prioritize spend your time choose your friends choose your lover choose your career perform in your work influence the world I didn’t understand how important my morning was at the beginning of my mission. But it quickly became very apparent. As a missionary, the first several hours of the day are dedicated to getting ready, studying, and planning. After a few months in “the mission field,” I noticed that most missionaries dragged themselves out of bed, and dragged themselves through their studies. My experience was different. For the first time in my life, I experienced the power of learning. I felt the nourishment of feeding my mind and soul. To quote Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.: “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.” I started waking up earlier than prescribed to read more and more. Rather than reading one hour each morning as recommended, I was reading three or four. Within six months, it became apparent that my thinking and teaching abilities were accelerating at rocket speed. I began to stand out as a missionary. The following quote by Jeffrey Holland became crystal clear to me: “I frequently say to missionaries in the field, ‘You make or break your mission every morning of your life. You tell me how those morning hours go until you are on the street in your mission, whatever time it is; you tell me how those hours go, and I will tell you how your day will go, I will tell you how your month will go, I will tell you how your year will go and how your mission and your life will go.’” You Make Or Break Your Life Between 5 and 7 AM “Lose an hour in the morning, and you will spend all day looking for it.” — Richard Whately If you lose an hour in your morning, you’ll spend your whole day looking for it. If you spend your day looking for the most important time you’ve lost, you’ll be spending your whole life on a lower-level path than you could have had. If you don’t prioritize and maximize your morning hours, you’ll always be left wondering what your life could have been. You’ll never know what you could have had. You’ll never watch yourself accelerate and advance at rates that are possible, but seem impossible. You’ll always settle for less in your choices, relationships, eating, environment, income, and life. Given the fact that most people reading this article operate on a 9–5ish schedule, the hours before 9AM are significant. Moreover, many people reading this article have kids and other responsibilities that are immediately pressing upon them, usually around 7AM. If you start your day at 7AM, you’ve already lost the most important hours of your day. You’ve already lost your chance to radically separate yourself — intellectually, emotionally, spiritually — from the masses. When you upgrade yourself intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually, you’re enabled to see the world from a more elevated plane. You’re empowered to deal with the difficult and challenging emotions required for growth and evolution. You quickly learn how to work with people, solve problems, and create an amazing lifestyle where you’re making great money. What Do You Do Between 5 and 7 AM? If you could give yourself two hours, every morning, solely dedicated to learning, thinking, planning, meditating, praying, and writing in your journal, your life would change. These are the best things you could do with your morning time. How a person spends the hours of 5 to 7 AM are a pretty clear indicator of how successful they’ll be. Is this always the case? Of course not. Are there certain circumstances, such as people who work night shifts, when these exact hours don’t apply? Sure. But for most people, the hours of 5 to 7AM make or break their entire life. How do you spend the hours of 5 to 7? Do you spend half of that time sleeping? Do you sleep the entire duration? Do you spend that time working out? How you start something is very important. Prevention is far better than rehabilitation. Starting right is much easier than correcting course. Consequently, how you start your day is extremely important. It is indeed possible to correct your course mid-way through the day, but let’s be honest, it doesn’t often happen. Momentum — good or bad — is hard to reverse. Waking up at 5AM isn’t enough, then, if you wake up at that time and you start yourself down a non-optimal path. First things should come first. Some things are good, other things are better, and other things are best. Given that your morning hours are your most important, you shouldn’t dedicate those golden hours to activities which are merely “good.” As Jim Collins has said, “Good is the enemy of great.” Similarly, Dallin Oaks has said, “We should be careful not to exhaust our available time on things that are merely good and leave little time for that which is better or best.” Every person has 24 hours per day. However, what each person does with those 24 hours determines who they become and what they do. How you spend your 24 hours is the difference between making tens of millions of dollars and living paycheck to paycheck. How you spend your 24 hours is the difference between being happy and being miserable. There are endless choices you could make. Endless activities you could engage in. Endless people you could surround yourself with. Endless goals you could pursue. John Maxwell has written, “You cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything.” Most choices are bad choices. Most activities are unimportant. There are a lot of things which are “good.” But those activities should NOT come first thing in the morning. Research confirms the brain, specifically the prefrontal cortex, is most active and readily creative immediately following sleep. Your mind is clearest in the morning. Your energy is highest. A lot of people wake up first thing and head to the gym. This is certainly a good activity — it will wake you up and get you moving. But fitness is not the most optimal thing you could do in the morning. Research confirms that you workout better with food in your system. Your workouts will be far more productive and powerful if you do them in the late morning or early afternoon, as opposed to first thing in the morning. Lunch-break work out. If you’ve already accomplished more in your morning than most people do in a month, you’ll be SO PUMPED to workout. You’ll push yourself so much harder. You’ll feel so much more fulfilled. You’ll feel so good it will feel like beating the system — which is actually what you’re doing when you live on your own terms. Your workout should be a mental break — a way to break up your day. The physical and mental can push each other upward. Once you workout, you give your mind a rest and allow your subconscious to synthesize and organize all the work you’ve done throughout your morning. Indeed, stepping away after several hours of hard thinking is where you’ll get your best insights. Don’t waste those epic insights by working out first thing in the morning! Instead, workout during the afternoon and get even more insights WHILE YOU’RE working out as a byproduct of the thinking and mental work you’ve done that morning. Another benefit of working out later in the day is that it does energize you — and thus you can add a couple extra hours of good mental energy that you won’t get if you exercise first thing in the morning. So What Should You Do First Thing In The Morning? “If we encounter a man of rare intellect, we should ask him what books he reads.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson If you want to quickly set yourself apart in life, you should make it your first priority to read lots of really good books. If you spend 1–2 hours per morning reading, you’d read 50–100 books per year. Do this for 5–10 years, and as they say, you’ll become an “overnight success.” In our incredible age of information and technology, it’s never been easier to access information. Of course, it’s also never been more distracting. There are many REALLY REALLY good books. There are also MILLIONS of books that aren’t that great. The quality of books you read matters. To quote Ryan Holiday, “If you read what everyone else reads, you’ll think like everyone else thinks.” Some books are classics for a reason. Some books have shaped culture for a reason. Some books are continually recommended by people who have achieved wealth and success for a reason. And when you start really reading, you’ll be guided by the books themselves. The right books will pop-up and stir your heart. You’ll intuitively know — I need to read that book, which will then lead you to the next book and the next. You’ll begin making important connections that other people haven’t made. You’ll be able to shape culture yourself. You’ll be able to make influential change — first in your own life, then in your family, then in your circle of friends, then in your work and community, and eventually, you’ll be able to influence and shape the whole world. Reading isn’t enough though. You need to spend plenty of time thinking, meditating, praying if so inclined, and writing in your journal. Rather than just reading for 1–2 hours straight, it’s good to shift between reading, thinking, and writing down your insights. Listening to audiobooks makes this process even easier. While either listening or reading, it’s good to allow spaces of time to really think about what you’re learning, and to measure what you’re learning against your current worldview, priorities, and goals. Hopefully, if you’re open to learning, you’ll allow what you’re reading to alter and enhance your current mental model. You’ll allow your learning to hone and improve your current priorities, goals, choices, and daily behaviors. Thus, while you’re learning, it’s good to ponder and think about the goals you’re currently pursuing. Writing your goals down in the morning, and emotionally visualizing their completion is powerful. It’s awe-inspiring and humbling to read old journal entries and realize that many of your former goals have since been attained and accomplished. While listening to or reading powerful information — your mind will be primed to get lots of really good ideas. Especially if you’ve developed skills in meditation, thinking, and prayer. While listening/reading, you’ll get lots of REALLY GOOD ideas about how you can better accomplish your goals. Ideas will come to your mind about how you can better help the people in your network accomplish their goals. You’ll want to immediately act on these ideas. The longer you hesitate, the more likely you will be to forget about your key insight. The longer you wait, the less power your idea will have. When a brilliant idea sparks, start writing. Don’t just put it on the back-burner. Follow the idea and see where it takes you. It’s usually the idea after the idea that really matters. But most people take their ideas for granted, or they just continue their reading. No. When you get a core insight, pause and reflect. Pull out your journal and begin connecting that idea with your most pressing goals and priorities and relationships. Quickly, another connection will be made. A deeper insight will present itself. Eventually, you’ll stumble upon something very practical. Something you’ll need to act on immediately. That “something” may be a conversation you need to have. It may be an article you need to write that morning. It may be something you can do for someone to dramatically move the needle. You need THAT insight. The one that leads to immediate action and makes immediate impact on what you’re trying to do. This is how you make quantum leaps, day-by-day, in your progression. When you’re getting powerful insights that improve how you live, your life changes. That’s why learning every day is so important. If you read good books every morning, visualize and strategize your goals, and write your insights in your journal, you’ll have an amazing life. You’ll become a highly creative person. You’ll be a brilliant decision maker and strategist. You’ll become financially successful. You’ll learn from your mistakes, and not continue the same unhealthy patterns. You’ll elevate yourself while most people continue small lives of regret. |

| body | I will be the first person to tell anybody that a cigarette is about the most enjoyable goddamn thing on God’s green earth. They go wonderfully with coffee, they go great with beer, after a meal, when you’ve just had sex, when you’re stressed, when you’re having a serious conversation, when you’re catching up with friends, when you’ve just got off work — short of being in such an oxygen rich environment that lighting a cigarette would cause you to explode — cigarettes are absolutely, positively, amazing. Without a cigarette, Camus would’ve been half as cool. But that pleasure comes at a price. The first cost is obviously monetary. I live in Georgia, and cigarettes are roughly 4–7 bucks a pack, depending on the brand. In New York, the tax for cigarettes is 4.35% which means you will be paying a hefty price for smokes if you live in the Big Apple. No thank you. Once you start getting in the regular habit of smoking, your day begins to revolve around your smoking regiment. You’ll have one after breakfast, lunch, two on break at work, two when you get home, one after your shower, one before bed. You’ll follow a surprisingly specific smoking schedule the more you do it. If you hang around with other smokers, you’ll end up having an overlap. If my mother smokes, I go with her and have a cigarette 95% of the time. If I’m doing research, reading, or writing, I have to have a cigarette. Cigarettes cost you time because they impose a strange sense of order on your life. If/when you decide to quit, the lack of routine is one of the greatest challenges to overcome. I’m 22 years old, and I’ve smoked off and on for about five years. At my worst, I can eat through a pack a day. If I restrain myself, I can limit it to maybe about four a day. That being said, I’ve already had distressing health symptoms. Recently, I went to the doctor due to asthma-like symptoms. These symptoms were caused by a combination of smoking and allergies, and I had to get a steroid shot in my ass, and take an albuterol treatment just to feel alright. I can tell you personally that nothing is shittier than wheezing and tightness in your chest. Those symptoms can become so uncomfortable that you won’t be able to sleep at night. Some people can have such severe asthma symptoms that they end up in the hospital, or worse, and smoking can agitate those symptoms. The most insidious part of smoking is that you know that it’s blowing your lungs out, but you will end up ignoring your symptoms 95% of the time because you love smoking so much. Bottom line, cigarettes, in very short order, will cost you your health. Every time I’ve tried to quit, stress has been the trigger to bring me right back to mama. When day-to-day stress start piling up, and my brain is nicotine starved, I can feel my temples throb, and I can feel the dopamine in my brain pressing against the floodgates of my neurons — waiting for that lovely shot of nicotine to open them. I’ve resisted that urge before, but once you give in, it’s hard to get back on track. Cigarettes rob you of your will, and your effort. Let me reiterate, cigarettes are absolutely amazing. They are without a doubt one of the most enjoyable things that one could consume, but they will turn you into a hacking, wheezing, automaton. It’s not a price worth paying. Don’t smoke. |
