      "body": "Here's a quick list of some of the best invigorating heavy metal music i can find.\nBest live performance I've attended: Mushroomhead. They have two syncronized drummers that twirl their drumsticks every time they strike the drum. Amazing, scary looking masks. Water is placed on the drums so it's like watching The Blue Man group for $20 in a small venue. Sometimes Mushroomhead uses a blacklight at their shows. Their best song in my opinion is QWERTY.\n\nMy top five Band recommendations, number one would be Slipknot but the point of this article is to introduce obscure bands that blow me away with the power in the song i mention.\n1. Solipsist with their song Butcher\n2. King 810 with just about any song, but try Best Nite of My Life.\n3. Nu-Nation with their song Oil\n4. Saving Grace with their song Temple of the Snake (this has to be one of the best Christian metal songs i've heard, also an excellent alarm clock).\n5. Lord of the Lost with their song Fists up in the air.\n\nIf i get any upvotes on this article i will happily make another list to point to some more bands to check out... next idea, unique style of metal..   I mean really unique\n\nCain Hill is a new band on the scene, just in case you knew one of those i listed. Saw them live as the first guest band at an Atreyu concert",
