title3️⃣0️⃣ DAY November CHALLENGE 💯% COMPLETED
body![47224422_10155763540737665_2388036674530574336_n.jpg](https://ipfs.busy.org/ipfs/QmdFq7RoB42FCHuT3UvvhE7p4RPbDujY6cD4AiEQC77n6J) Set myself a challenge for to do 100 push-ups, 100 air squats, and 50 wide lat pull-ups every single day for 30 days straight. There were some days where I struggled, my body was bit sore, wasn’t in mood, life curve balls etc My mind tried to convince me and sabotage my success but I didn’t allow it. No matter what happened I was determined, focused and there was nothing that would get in my way of achieving this goal. NO EXCUSES! We are all capable of achieving anything and everything we desire as long as we push through that comfort zone. Our mind is wired to keep us comfortable, unfortunately all our goals, dreams and desires are outside that comfort zone. Remember, no matter what your goal is, push on, keep going, one day at a time, you got this, you can do it!👌👊💪

body![Screen Shot 2018-08-14 at 1.02.31 pm.png](https://ipfs.busy.org/ipfs/QmY3hR8fABzWb2Cq2uXazxeap49QXoZhKgvCeeyHh74USZ) The market & media has done a great job of convincing everyone the Bitcoin ETFs are the end-all be-all for crypto growth. (They're not! At all!) **But they want you to believe this to get the prices down really really low for Wall Street. And everyone seems to be playing right into their propaganda.** Realize that Bitcoin ETF's have been applied for and denied going back the last 5 years. With our recent run testing a $1 Trillion crypto market cap, Wall Street woke up and realized holy hell there is actually a ton of money to be made in this space and it has barely begun. But they missed the boat! So they want in, cheap; Convince everyone these ETF proposals are paramount for the market to ever go up again. (What a joke!). Realize the most likely scenario is these Bitcoin ETFs will not be approved at all this year until early or late next year; all the while using each delay and denial to further drive down the price of BTC. We can stop this if we stop giving credence to their propaganda that is the importance of the ETFs. Clearly the ETF Proposals are clouding the crypto space to the point it is absurd and ridiculous -- you see it, I see it, and yet we are all playing into it and spreading their manipulative message. Entirely too much focus is being placed on the ETFs. What everyone needs to be focused on is the technology and adoption. Stay focused on the technology and adoption of crypto, it's what got the market to nearly $1 Trillion already, and let's all let the ETFs do whatever they're going to do. If we can get everyone on the same page here (and if we work together we can) Bitcoin will brush off the ETF bull shiitake and the crypto market will continue to grow massively with the awesome developments in the crypto space. Do not give Wall Street the pleasure of seeing you Tweet, Post, YouTube, etc anything having to do with the ETFs. Just stop. Let's bring it to a full stop my crypto friends. **Will you do your part to help the crypto community get back on track with focusing on what really matters -- the technology and adoption.** Shine the light on this important message and share it with all. Thanks in advance.

titleTOP 37 THINGS YOU’LL REGRET WHEN YOU’RE OLDER (PAY ATTENTION TO #15)
body![young-to-old.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSnpyQ99a3hMw2BoSx3Bf6pTaodw5bcxQJJbNAaZtzsCe/young-to-old.jpg) 1. Not traveling when you had the chance. Traveling becomes infinitely harder the older you get, especially if you have a family and need to pay the way for three-plus people instead of just yourself. 2. Not learning another language. You’ll kick yourself when you realize you took three years of language in high school and remember none of it. 3. Staying in a bad relationship. No one who ever gets out of a bad relationship looks back without wishing they made the move sooner. 4. Forgoing sunscreen. Wrinkles, moles, and skin cancer can largely be avoided if you protect yourself. You can use Coconut oil! 5. Missing the chance to see your favorite musicians. “Nah, dude, I’ll catch Nirvana next time they come through town.” Facepalm. 6. Being scared to do things. Looking back you’ll think, What was I so afraid of, comfort zone? 7. Failing to make physical fitness a priority. Too many of us spend the physical peak of our lives on the couch. When you hit 40, 50, 60, and beyond, you’ll dream of what you could have done. 8. Letting yourself be defined by gender roles. Few things are as sad as an old person saying, “Well, it just wasn’t done back then.” 9. Not quitting a terrible job. Look, you gotta pay the bills. But if you don’t make a plan to improve your situation, you might wake up one day having spent 40 years in hell. 10. Not trying harder in school. It’s not just that your grades play a role in determining where you end up in life. Eventually you’ll realize how neat it was to get to spend all day learning, and wish you’d paid more attention. 11. Not realizing how beautiful you were. Too many of us spend our youth unhappy with the way we look, but the reality is, that’s when we’re our most beautiful. 12. Being afraid to say “I love you.” When you’re old, you won’t care if your love wasn’t returned — only that you made it known how you felt. 13. Not listening to your parents’ advice. You don’t want to hear it when you’re young, but the infuriating truth is that most of what your parents say about life is true. 14. Spending your youth self-absorbed. You’ll be embarrassed about it, frankly. 15. Caring too much about what other people think. In 20 years you won’t give a darn about any of those people you once worried so much about. 16. Supporting others’ dreams over your own. Supporting others is a beautiful thing, but not when it means you never get to shine. 17. Not moving on fast enough. Old people look back at the long periods spent picking themselves off the ground as nothing but wasted time. 18. Holding grudges, especially with those you love. What’s the point of re-living the anger over and over? 19. Not standing up for yourself. Old people don’t take sh*t from anyone. Neither should you. 20. Not volunteering enough. OK, so you probably won’t regret not volunteering Hunger Games style, but nearing the end of one’s life without having helped to make the world a better place is a great source of sadness for many. 21. Neglecting your teeth. Neglecting your teeth. Brush. Floss. Get regular checkups. It will all seem so maddeningly easy when you have dentures. 22. Missing the chance to ask your grandparents questions before they die. Most of us realize too late what an awesome resource grandparents are. They can explain everything you’ll ever wonder about where you came from, but only if you ask them in time. 23. Working too much. No one looks back from their deathbed and wishes they spent more time at the office, but they do wish they spent more time with family, friends, and hobbies. 24. Not learning how to cook one awesome meal. Knowing one drool-worthy meal will make all those dinner parties and celebrations that much more special. 25. Not stopping enough to appreciate the moment. Young people are constantly on the go, but stopping to take it all in now and again is a good thing. 26. Failing to finish what you start. Failing to finish what you start. “I had big dreams of becoming a nurse. I even signed up for the classes, but then…” 27. Never mastering one awesome party trick. You will go to hundreds, if not thousands, of parties in your life. Wouldn’t it be cool to be the life of them all? 28. Letting yourself be defined by cultural expectations. Letting yourself be defined by cultural expectations. Don’t let them tell you, “We don’t do that.” 29. Refusing to let friendships run their course. People grow apart. Clinging to what was, instead of acknowledging that things have changed, can be a source of ongoing agitation and sadness. 30. Not playing with your kids enough. When you’re old, you’ll realize your kid went from wanting to play with you to wanting you out of their room in the blink of an eye. 31. Never taking a big risk (especially in love). Knowing that you took a leap of faith at least once — even if you fell flat on your face — will be a great comfort when you’re old. 32. Not taking the time to develop contacts and network. Networking may seem like a bunch of crap when you’re young, but later on it becomes clear that it’s how so many jobs are won. 33. Worrying too much. As Tom Petty sang, “Most things I worry about never happen anyway.” 34. Getting caught up in needless drama. Who needs it? 35. Not spending enough time with loved ones. Not spending enough time with loved ones. Our time with our loved ones is finite. Make it count. 36. Never performing in front of others. This isn’t a regret for everyone, but many elderly people wish they knew — just once — what it was like to stand in front of a crowd and show off their talents. 37. Not being grateful sooner. It can be hard to see in the beginning, but eventually it becomes clear that every moment on this earth — from the mundane to the amazing — is a gift that we’re all so incredibly lucky to share.

titleTOP 37 THINGS YOU’LL REGRET WHEN YOU’RE OLDER (PAY ATTENTION TO #15)
body![young-to-old.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSnpyQ99a3hMw2BoSx3Bf6pTaodw5bcxQJJbNAaZtzsCe/young-to-old.jpg) 1. It can be hard to see in the beginning, but eventually it becomes clear that every moment on this earth — from the mundane to the amazing — is a gift that we’re all so incredibly lucky to share.

title5 Strategies for Your Most Productive Workday
body![mostproductiveworkday.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmbRsyovrqX2PteTdEAJwqeATk4XwSCs2r7nfpywqtb6Qe/mostproductiveworkday.jpg) Regardless of whether you are a high profile business leader or a freelancer in charge of your own hours, it can be a struggle to fit in a productive day’s work and shut down your computer at a reasonable hour. However, turning your working day around might be as simple as changing just a handful of behaviours. **1. Get focus fit.** We are living in a world of distractions. Some of them are inflicted upon us through notifications that pop up on our devices. Others are self-imposed, like when Jenny checks Facebook for the 53rd time today, just in case that cute photo of her Labradoodle has another like. In his book Deep Work, Cal Newport suggests that because of the distractions technology imposes on us, we spend the majority of our time doing “shallow work”—work that is non-cognitively demanding. Because of the constant distractions, we have forgotten how to truly engage in “deep work”—that is, focused thinking where we make meaningful progress on our most impactful projects. What we need to do is get focus fit. When we start a new exercise regime, we don’t start by bench pressing 100 pounds in our first session. So when it comes to (re)building your focus muscle, build up slowly. When I began retraining myself, I started out by doing just 30 minutes of focused work where all notifications and distractions were switched off. And I simply built up from there. **2. Take frequent breaks instead of one long one.** If you are in a busy job and already working long hours, you may be someone who can easily get consumed with your busyness and “forget” to take a break. Or perhaps you believe you simply don’t have time to take a break. Unfortunately, this puts us in a constant state of poor cognitive performance. One study showed that the most productive performers worked solidly for 52 minutes and then had a break for 17 minutes. Other research has shown that in contrast to one 30-minute break, hourly five-minute walking breaks boost energy, sharpen focus, improve mood and reduce feelings of fatigue in the afternoon more effectively. To help make this happen in my own working life, I have banned 60-minute meetings from my schedule. Instead, I make what would have previously been 60-minute meetings as 50 minutes. This gives me time for a quick walk and a few minutes to get ready for my next meeting or activity. **3. Don’t eat lunch at your desk.** Did you know 62 percent of Americans eat lunch at their desk? While I am not American, I am ashamed to admit that I most definitely fell into this category of people. Surely I was being more productive by eating and working at the same time. Multitasking, right? Wrong. Research has shown that the simple act of eating our lunch anywhere but at our desks leads to us being better able to cope with workplace stress and also gives us greater energy for the afternoon. Real estate company CBRE has even gone so far as to ban desk lunches in their Toronto office. **4. Park on a downhill slope.** If you are human, there is a good chance that when you have sat down to start or even continue work on a project, you have felt overwhelmed, not knowing what to do first. Sometimes, it’s just hard to get started. Even writers such as Ernest Hemingway are not immune to this issue. To find motivation and flow in the morning, Hemingway used to end his writing sessions mid-sentence. It allowed for an easy start the next day, because he could simply complete the sentence and keep on going. Hemingway’s technique is the writing equivalent of parking on a downhill slope. It tricks our sometimes lazy brain into starting, because it’s starting from an easy base. **5. Shut down your day.** It’s so easy to leave the office, only to get home and start working again. And even if you are not engaged in this pattern, it’s very easy for work and stresses from the day to linger in your mind well beyond 5 p.m. To help reduce stress and provide closure on your day, author Dan Pink suggests developing a mental shut down of your day. Specifically, he recommends spending two to three minutes writing down what you have accomplished that day; feeling a sense of progress has been shown in research to be the most powerful motivator at work. Then spend two to three minutes planning the following day, which helps provide a sense of control, another great motivator, and mental closure. If you have a spare minute left express gratitude for someone, in the form of an email or a text message. Gratitude has been shown time and time again to be an effective mood elevator.
