| body | Here are some of them that won’t change your life, but will certainly change your view of it and make you ask your own questions, to which you can find your own appropriate answers. Some books are made to relax us, while others give us certain information. 1. The Seven Laws of Success The Seven Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra is a short book suitable to be read at any time. The author explains very simply and briefly, the seven laws of the universe and how to use them correctly to be successful in life. 2.The Power of Now The Power of Now , by Eckhart Tolle is designed in the form of an interview, and the author answers several questions to clarify some of the questions, which many people surely ask themselves at some point. The basic idea of the book is that we need to live in the present and the benefits that come with doing so. 3. Becoming Supernatural In Becoming Supernatural, Dr. Joe Dispenza explains why to let go of attachments, the benefits of meditation, and how to get rid of self-sabotaging habits. It’s a book that requires more attention, but it’s sure to change your outlook after reading it. 4. The Untethered Soul The Untethered Soul by Michal A. Singer shows the relationship we have with our mind and how when it takes over, we end up hurting ourselves. The author teaches us how to make our mind work for us and not against us. 5. The Biology of Belief The Biology of Belief by Dr. Bruce Lipton is a bit of a tough one, but well worth reading if we want to find our answers starting with our origins. Dr Bruce Lipton explains the role of every cell in our bodies and their impact on our external environment. The book teaches us how to change our thinking so that we can change our bodies. 6. Power versus Force In Power versus Force, David R. Hawkins explains each level of the vibrational scale, as well as the difference between power and force and why we should choose to live and act using power, not force. When we don’t have the ability to purchase a book in physical format, there is the option of finding it online, and for long, tiring days, so we don’t tire ourselves out further, we can even choose an audio book. Of course, there are many other books to learn from, not to mention that in reality we can learn from anything and anyone, it just depends on our choice whether we want to do it or not. What did you learn today? |

| title | How to refresh your seasonal wardrobe and mood |
| body | Every new season comes with a change. An end and a beginning. This change can be seen both, in our outward appearance and in our inner state. At the beginning of a new season, we look for the right clothes in our closets. But every few years we get tired of wearing the same outfits and looking as if we have a uniform. It might feel boring and a little depressing. We could completely change our seasonal wardrobe every season, but we might be left with a hole in our budget; plus some clothes still fit and look good on us. So, the solution would be to refresh our seasonal wardrobe and our personal state of mind without having to give up old clothes, but at the same time not look the same as last year and like two years ago and like… Beside this, the perfect outfit is all about making everything you put on look stylish. Your outfit should look like you’ve taken the time to take care of your look, but you haven’t spent hours just looking for what to wear. Just as if it were natural, but you still have that something extra for everyone to look at. How to improve your inner and outer image every season What not to do! Throw away all the clothes from past years and renew your entire wardrobe. It is not necessary. What to do! First gather all your clothes for next season together. Unless it’s something old, broken, brings back unpleasant memories or makes you feel cheap, depressed and unworthy. Those throw away. Then divide the rest of the clothes according to the style or purpose for which you are using them. For example, clothes for the evening, clothes for going out, gym clothes etc. Each group divides it again into one or more (depending on how many clothes you have) capsule wardrobes. Dividing clothes into smaller pieces makes it easier to mix them up and create new combinations. Try looking for outfit combinations you’ve never worn before. This is a small change that will take you out of your comfort zone. It will keep your mind busy and also stimulate your creativity. Now add to your outfit a big colorful piece or a print, if your outfit looks to simple, or if your outfit is to overdressed change a element with a basic one. As the seasons change, it's not just the weather and the clothes we wear that change, but also our mood. And if when the start of the warm season approaches, we are hit by a wave of optimism, motivation and desire for liberty and space, once the cold season begins, things might be the other way around. Cold and nasty weather can make us feel easily depressed, careless and forget to get out of our comfort zone and monotony. In summer to keep us present and grounded we can integrate into our outfit some serious and masculine elements, but for the winter we can take into account several details to keep our mood positive. We can use an item we wear in a completely different season. Maybe a floral print jumpsuit to wear in fall or spring over a plain shirt and why not also a slimmer, loose sweater to wear on cooler summer days with shorts. Look in your closet for something funny and childish, even from high school-time. This item will bring a youthful energy to your outfit and make you feel young again. Add a strong colour. It can even be also an accessory. It helps keeping your attitude positive and gives you motivation and self confidence. When it's cold, and we dress thick we tend to get sloppy and this can be seen not only in our look but also in the way we behave. So it's important to keep our proportions and not give up on the sexier lingerie and clothes that flatter our bodies. We'll feel better in our bodies. Multi-layered outfits help you look and feel more active and dynamic, and in winter it's only right to add more layers to your outfit. Plus you'll be able to have more variations of your outfit and your energy won't stagnate. 9 more tips to refresh and style your wardrobe every season First of all start with something simple, basic, but of course according to the styling rules suitable for you (colors, body type) and corresponding to the place and purpose for which you wear this outfit. 1. Keep your old outfits but change the accessories. This is how it will look completely fresh. 2. Add to the outfits you already know one single more extravagant or evening item, such as a shiny belt or elegant shoes, maybe even pearls. 3. Restyle a part of your old wardrobe. The clothes will get a new energy, and you will be able to get new outfits combinations too. 4. Style a basic piece in your original way. For example, wear the shirt back to front or add a scarf to a pair of simple jeans. 5. Add a classic piece just like a jacket, a belt, a vest or a pair of stiletto shoes 6. Mix feminine and masculine clothes 7. Keep your proportions 8. Make sure your clothes are clean, have no tears and fit well. A sloppy outfit is never stylish. 9. Don’t forget to refresh your hairstyle and make-up from time to time. They can make all the difference. Tip secret: at the end add your personal attitude and your unique stamp. This changes every simple outfit in a special one. So, if you want that unique, perfect styled look, don’t forget to style your image both from the outside and from the inside. The best clothes are the one that make you feel good in your own skin, and in order to always become a better version of yourself you need to constantly bring something new to your wardrobe but also to your mental state and playing with clothes is a great way to make constantly small changes. |

We could completely change our seasonal wardrobe every season, but we might be left with a hole in our budget; plus some clothes still fit and look good on us. So, the solution would be to refresh our seasonal wardrobe and our personal state of mind without having to give up old clothes, but at the same time not look the same as last year and like two years ago and like…\nBeside this, the perfect outfit is all about making everything you put on look stylish.\nYour outfit should look like you’ve taken the time to take care of your look, but you haven’t spent hours just looking for what to wear. Just as if it were natural, but you still have that something extra for everyone to look at.\n\nHow to improve your inner and outer image every season\nWhat not to do! Throw away all the clothes from past years and renew your entire wardrobe. It is not necessary.\nWhat to do! First gather all your clothes for next season together. Unless it’s something old, broken, brings back unpleasant memories or makes you feel cheap, depressed and unworthy. Those throw away.\nThen divide the rest of the clothes according to the style or purpose for which you are using them. It will keep your mind busy and also stimulate your creativity.\nNow add to your outfit a big colorful piece or a print, if your outfit looks to simple, or if your outfit is to overdressed change a element with a basic one.\n\nAs the seasons change, it's not just the weather and the clothes we wear that change, but also our mood. And if when the start of the warm season approaches, we are hit by a wave of optimism, motivation and desire for liberty and space, once the cold season begins, things might be the other way around. Cold and nasty weather can make us feel easily depressed, careless and forget to get out of our comfort zone and monotony.\nIn summer to keep us present and grounded we can integrate into our outfit some serious and masculine elements, but for the winter we can take into account several details to keep our mood positive.\nWe can use an item we wear in a completely different season. Maybe a floral print jumpsuit to wear in fall or spring over a plain shirt and why not also a slimmer, loose sweater to wear on cooler summer days with shorts.\nLook in your closet for something funny and childish, even from high school-time. This item will bring a youthful energy to your outfit and make you feel young again.\nAdd a strong colour. It can even be also an accessory. It helps keeping your attitude positive and gives you motivation and self confidence.\nWhen it's cold, and we dress thick we tend to get sloppy and this can be seen not only in our look but also in the way we behave. So it's important to keep our proportions and not give up on the sexier lingerie and clothes that flatter our bodies. We'll feel better in our bodies.\nMulti-layered outfits help you look and feel more active and dynamic, and in winter it's only right to add more layers to your outfit. Plus you'll be able to have more variations of your outfit and your energy won't stagnate.\n\n9 more tips to refresh and style your wardrobe every season\nFirst of all start with something simple, basic, but of course according to the styling rules suitable for you (colors, body type) and corresponding to the place and purpose for which you wear this outfit.\n1. Keep your old outfits but change the accessories. This is how it will look completely fresh.\n2. Add to the outfits you already know one single more extravagant or evening item, such as a shiny belt or elegant shoes, maybe even pearls.\n3. Restyle a part of your old wardrobe. The clothes will get a new energy, and you will be able to get new outfits combinations too.\n4. Style a basic piece in your original way. For example, wear the shirt back to front or add a scarf to a pair of simple jeans.\n5. Add a classic piece just like a jacket, a belt, a vest or a pair of stiletto shoes\n6. Mix feminine and masculine clothes\n7. Keep your proportions\n8. Make sure your clothes are clean, have no tears and fit well. A sloppy outfit is never stylish.\n9. Don’t forget to refresh your hairstyle and make-up from time to time. They can make all the difference.\nTip secret: at the end add your personal attitude and your unique stamp. This changes every simple outfit in a special one. So, if you want that unique, perfect styled look, don’t forget to style your image both from the outside and from the inside.\nThe best clothes are the one that make you feel good in your own skin, and in order to always become a better version of yourself you need to constantly bring something new to your wardrobe but also to your mental state and playing with clothes is a great way to make constantly small changes.",

| title | Plain Jaine and Average Joe or why People are Afraid of Fashion |
| body | Plain Jaine and Average Joe are the typology of the average people with common looks, ordinary jobs and common hobbies, not to beautiful but also not ugly. In terms of fashion they do not care about styling rules and wear only average clothes that can be found in cheap stores and that are common sense. Every average person wears them, so Plain Jaine and Average Joe dress the same, but for them it is not a problem to look alike. Moreover, they feel this way accepted in the society. Therefore, Plain Jaine and Average Joe are the description of average people or are they just afraid of fashion and beauty? Plain Jaine and Average Joe : Why people choose to be one? Average people have average mindset and behind their plain clothes are some fears, guilt, shame and unfulfilled desires: Fashion is a form of expression. Through fashion, you can show inner values, your message to the world your uniqueness and get also better results for your daily goals. Fear of rejection. They know, they could be rejected from other people with plain mind set, if they look different. Moreover, they do not want to think that they did something wrong, so it is easier to be accepted by the crowd. Fear to stand out of the crowd and be judged, followed by the fear to be left out and be alone. If they are different they might end up alone against the world, and they believe this could be the worst punishment for them. Fear to get out of the comfort zone. Laziness and routine. Shame, they may thing they look ugly when instead they look better but are not accustomed to it. Maybe guilt to be better dressed than their friends or coworkers and bosses. No self-love . Believing they do not deserve to be noticed and to stand out. All this can be solved with a few honest discussions with yourself. You should understand that you deserve the best, that whatever bad happened to you was meant to prepare you for a better version of yourself and no matter how hard you try to fight it, you will always be unique, and that is a good thing. How Not to be a Plain Jaine or a Average Joe Plain Jaine and Average Joe does not mean you have to buy expansive clothes or follow the latest trends. But just to learn to know yourself to find what benefits your look and to gain the acceptance and self-confidence you need in order to build your personal clothing style, but most of all your personality. Every change takes place in stages and through continuous experimentation, and your clothes are the perfect tools to help you get used to making changes in your life. Some basic tips to start with until you gain enough self-confidence: It cost you the same to buy ugly common clothes or some items that suit you. You may even shop in second-hand stores, where you can find cheap but different clothes. It costs you also the same amount of time daily to choose a common plain outfit or to style a outfit that suits you and makes you stand out. Change daily just one piece of your averrage outfit with something new, different and maybe that you have never worn before. Take some time for yourself and study some basic styling rules that suit you. You can find free information on you tube, fashion blogs and magazines or social media groups. Then take some time again and experiment with your clothes. A general reorganization of the wardrobe doesn’t hurt from time to time. Experiment also with your hair and make-up. Use your average clothes but mix them different. Add accessories. Begin with small ones. Choose your daily outfits according to the circumstances, dress-codes, locations and type of events your attending. So, why are people afraid of Fashion? People are not afraid of fashion, they are afraid of themselves. They are afraid to show their true potential, their beauty and uniqueness. Fashion is a form of expression, and the reflection of your inner self out there in the world. Your clothing can convey your messages to the world, and an outfit that flatters and beautifies you can instantly improve your mood and help your inner evolution. Therefore, self acceptance and self-love and a boost of self-confidence are they key to a perfect fashion sense and the best outfits. |

| title | Dating Dress-Code: Never do This |
| body | There are so many tips on how to prepare for a date and still not enough. How you dress for a date can decide how everything goes afterwards. But why is it so important what clothes we choose and what lies behind this challenge? Men think and react one way while women think and react completely differently, and the first impression they will react to is your visual image. What to wear and how to prepare for a date First of all when preparing for a date think about what you want from it; what your expectations are. Are you looking for someone to keep you company, do you want to get involved in a serious relationship, do you want to have fun or do you simply have no expectations and are reluctant to see what happens next? Follow the dress code and adopt the dress style according to the location and time you are going to meet your future partner. If you meet in a coffee shop in the morning , it is not necessary to prepare too much. You can wear something casual and more informal. If you’re having lunch together, it’s formal, so your outfit should be formal too. A minimalist style, perhaps with a few office elements, would be an appropriate choice. When it comes to an after-dinner date at a terrace, a movie or a walk, things get a little more romantic. So even your clothing style can be romantic. However if it’s an outing in nature and involves walking it might be better to ditch the heels. You wouldn’t want to look awkward on the first date. When we go out for a romantic dinner, we can indeed use a slightly more elegant dress and the right heels, according to the location. How to dress for a date The most important thing is to be you, so your clothing style shouldn’t differ much from what you usually wear either, just adapt your outfit a little. You just want them to get to know you as you are, and men always retain the first image of the woman they are interested in. What to wear for a date and how not to dress: First: something simple. Men can’t concentrate on two things at once. So is it you or your outfit? We as humans are designed to be attracted to what we are similar to. Men’s clothes are made in simple cuts, neutral colors and without too many accessories. So if your outfit is similar to his, he will feel a closeness and a similarity, creating a connection. The same goes for hairstyles and make-up. If you have too much makeup and too much hairspray in your hair, you’ll put up resistance. What if he wanted to kiss you? Never do this Be natural, but not masculine sloppy or unkempt. Anyone would want a well-groomed woman by his side. In terms of outfit energy, use clothes with feminine energy: pale, warm colors, delicate accessories, micro-prints, fine materials such as lace or silk, etc. If you use too much masculine energy, you will attract a man with predominantly feminine energy and you don’t want that. Do not use brand logos. It shows a desperate need to impress and looks cheap on top of that. Besides that, not all men are fashion savvy, and if they see an expensive brand logo, whether real or fake, they might even feel they’ re not good enough for you. Benefit your silhouette but don’t overdo it. If you cover all of yourself, the man won’t know exactly what to expect, and because male thinking is simple and straightforward he might not even want to take the risk and you might be surprised to be seen as just a girlfriend right after the first date. If you expose your whole body, he will only feel sexual attraction, because again the man can’t concentrate on several things at the same time and this will be the first thing he notices. He’ll use you without meaning to. If you dress too seriously, childishly or in an extravagant style of clothing, such as rock or hippy, they might reject you even during the date for being too extreme. So the key is the balance. Just a secret tip Pick the easiest and possible outfit you would wear everyday, then add 3 items. The first one has to be something feminine and warm and innocent, it has to suggest gentleness and closeness. It could be a warm colour, an accessory, a scarf, a flowered shirt, etc. The second element should be something serious, but not very tough or masculine. Stiletto shoes, a feminine tailored jacket or a watch are a few options. This will command respect. The last element is the sexy one. You can wear it low-cut, but not over the top, you can show off your ankles or highlight your waist. The most important advice is to be yourself. When we have someone very dear to us, we may overdo it out of a desire to make a good impression. But maybe it’s not even what we wanted, and if it’s the right person no date can go wrong. |

"body": "\n\n\nThere are so many tips on how to prepare for a date and still not enough. How you dress for a date can decide how everything goes afterwards. But why is it so important what clothes we choose and what lies behind this challenge?\n\nMen think and react one way while women think and react completely differently, and the first impression they will react to is your visual image.\n\nWhat to wear and how to prepare for a date\n\nFirst of all when preparing for a date think about what you want from it; what your expectations are. Are you looking for someone to keep you company, do you want to get involved in a serious relationship, do you want to have fun or do you simply have no expectations and are reluctant to see what happens next?\n\nFollow the dress code and adopt the dress style according to the location and time you are going to meet your future partner.\nIf you meet in a coffee shop in the morning , it is not necessary to prepare too much. You can wear something casual and more informal.\nIf you’re having lunch together, it’s formal, so your outfit should be formal too. A minimalist style, perhaps with a few office elements, would be an appropriate choice.\n\nWhen it comes to an after-dinner date at a terrace, a movie or a walk, things get a little more romantic. So even your clothing style can be romantic. However if it’s an outing in nature and involves walking it might be better to ditch the heels. You wouldn’t want to look awkward on the first date.\nWhen we go out for a romantic dinner, we can indeed use a slightly more elegant dress and the right heels, according to the location.\n\nHow to dress for a date\n\nThe most important thing is to be you, so your clothing style shouldn’t differ much from what you usually wear either, just adapt your outfit a little.
