A special tool I pick up from this profession was the Art of giving Undemanded Time. \n\nSo a few years into my training to whisper with horses my coach told me that no matter how good a \"trainer\" I was, I would never have a relationship with a horse, if I wouldn't learn how to BE undemanding and share that with my horses. Putting this \"new concept\" to use brought amazing results with the four legged ones. Naturally I had to bring this into the human experience. \n\nSo at a time when the kids were older, I found myself in the situation, that our daily exchanges where reduced to the \"fight to get them out of bed, likewise to get them to bed, mixed in with have u brush ur teeth, eat ur veggies, how was school, don't watch to much TV\" and so forth. What our relationship consisted of was the sum of about 3 1/2 minutes per day of me having some kind of demand on them! No wonder it felt so dissatisfying! \n\nUndemanding time means just that. Time spend without demands! This is a one way road! It means putting ones attention fully on another person without any expectations, for even hoping something of this person is a demand!! So in order to do that I would hold one of my kids mentally in positive regard. Only if we hold someone in a state of at least acceptance do we not have a demand. Acceptance translates into being ok with what is, aka no demands. When u hold a person in such regards, u look for what's good, appreciative and beautiful about this person. \n\nThere were a few realized insights with this practice. First of all one can't \"hoover\" otherwise all this backfires and secondly the person doesn't need to be present. Let me explain, my earliest experience was that my son could sense when I was there physically but not mentally. This should hold true in the reverse as well. So he wouldn't have to be with me, in order for me to place my mind on him!! \n\nAgain another time where going to Alpha gave my the baseline to apply relationship building tools! So if the kids wouldn't be around for me to give them undemanding time, I would go to Alpha and spend this special time with them here.",

To explain better of what I \"did\" to help him, I needed to remember the fact, that he can \"feel me\". That means I cannot \"fake\" something either outwardly or inwardly. So in order for him to get a certain feeling from me, i actually had to have it my self.\n\n Here is an example:  a parent walks through the dark forest with his/her child by his side, when the child gets scared of the dark, s/he will naturally ask the parent if there is any reason to be worried. Whatever the parent expresses verbally has no meaning. Only the actual inner state of the parent counts. So if the parent is afraid, this is what the child feels, likewise if the parent isn't worries, same applies! So as parents we have to become emotionally intelligent. \n\nSo back to the experience with my son, when he would wake up terrified, I would first of all \"be a certain way\", which he could translate as different from his state. This allowed him to \"shift\" from terror to  being ok. So this transfer of emotions is not a mental task, as in \"it was only a bad dream\", but rather experiencing a different reality. This is what we started calling this shift, from his initial perception(later that wasn't limited to night terrors, but also daily life situations), which felt so real, shifting to a completely different perception, which was the second reality. He has used this second reality through out his life when his take on circumstances seem to corner him. Additionally those shared situation are bonding moments, because the sense of having done something together is what creates bonds.",

      "body": "#2 Self inquiry and finding tools\n\nIt was an unbearable burden, have come to accept that I was often not \"enough\" for my family!  Because I soon realized that what my son made me notice about my \"state of mind\", was actually my \"normal\" way of functioning. I would, without intention, \"divide\" my mind to more than one task. Having learned that that doesn't \"feel good\" to my environment, I tried everything to be \"mindful\". Another expression I had heard so many times before,  it only now took on a meaning. After a few weeks of fruitless attempts to reign in my mind, so that it would allow me to put my \"undivided\" attention on someone , which by now I had accept was what he wanted from me. My undivided attention translates to him as him being the most important person to me at the moment, I concluded I was incapable of holding this special state for anymore than a few seconds! \n\nAfter this realization, as \"luck\" would have it, I was listening to someone on the radio, that was describing exactly the mental experiences I was having and was talking about how meditation is very helpful. Long story made short, I signed up not only to learn how to meditation, but also to become a meditation instructor. All the tools I will share in the following stories can be applied in a special state of mind. What I refer to as \"Going to Alpha\" is the foundation on which everything we think, feel and do comes from a \"different\" place than when functioning from the \"ordinary\" state of mind.",

      "body": "Is there a \"second reality\"? \n\nMy story proposes, the a human being functions very similar to a modern day computer and the level of someones functionality in life depends on how effectively you \"navigate\" the different levels of information input and output. \n\nLet me share quickly how my progress of higher understanding started. About 10 years ago, I was bringing my seven year old son to bed and while I was tugging him in and spending some quality time with him, he told me that I could leave now, since I had already left! It took some mind searching to realize, that even though I was still with him physically, I had actually left him mentally ( and emotionally) since my mind was already on the next task after bringing him to bed. This experience opened up a new paradigm for me. How was it possible for him to be so perceptive to detect that somebody is partially absent? What does it feel like to him when I'm not fully present? What happens to me when my system is in a divided state?  These and many more questions stimulated my curiosity to such an extent, that I realist early on, that my \"ordinary\" state of mind was insufficient to find answers. A intense meditation practice gave me the environment in which I came to understand, that there is the potential to have access to information, that \"rational thinking\" is excluded from.\n\nHere I go back to my initial proposal. Our human reality functions like the virtual reality. Our brain in \"ordinary\" mode is like a computer without wifi connection. In a higher state of mind our \"brain\" gets access to more and different information just like the computer now connected to the Internet. The similarities don't end here. Once a computer or you are \"connected\" we cannot help but to \"influence\" the \"cloud\"  with our actions. \n\nSo my son, being highly sensitive, can feel the output that I'm eminating into the atmosphere between us. This epiphany made me learn to become responsible about how I act, think and feel about my surroundings, because not only are they not hidden from  other people, but  for the better or worse my actions are stored in this atmosphere that surrounds us. This \"content\" is influential and accessable just like the Internet cloud. \n\nI will rest here, since I have learned over time, that I'm ahead of time with such concepts. This \"short\" story is just a trial to see if there is any interest out there for me to share more about what I have come to understand about how to navigate beyond the Matrix.\n\nAlways open for comments and questions.\n\nBe well",
