      "body": "![D0496C42-23F9-4389-AECE-34C5B22C3DE9.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNn3tXRpoEgRDfx4nvsPqZJoQgBVXppNFavDoZgiNfeRB/D0496C42-23F9-4389-AECE-34C5B22C3DE9.jpeg)\n写给有缘法看到的人：\n倘若你一如我当初那般迷茫。\n倘若你深陷在心情不畅郁郁寡欢的境地里。\n倘若你整夜整夜的不得入眠。\n倘若你不知还有多久才能走出而今这般的困顿。\n这是一个真正有用的方法，我寻寻觅觅了很多年，终于能得以触碰到它的边角。今天在这里发知乎，是想让有缘法的人知道，还有方法能改变既定的轨迹，能让自己重新回到平和舒心的心境。\n\n事情最初的起源是在十余年前。那是我刚上大学的时候，我很想很想成为一个让自己喜欢的自己，许了很久很久的愿，却终究未能实现。现在想来是福缘不足。\n\n而后的年岁里，我在海外飘荡，而后从英国辗转到了香港，过上了最压抑的那几年。记不清是什么缘由，我开始背诵了心经。到背的很熟的那天，我随性的走进了学校的图书馆，然后得以在港大的图书馆5F遇见了那满满都是佛经典籍的书架，也得以遇见我最爱的经书。港大图书馆的佛经基本都出自于台湾，印刷的很好，也都是繁体字。在这里我翻到了唐莫高窟版的《金剛般若波羅蜜經》影印本，那是还未分品相的版本，深爱之。还有印着超慈祥的地藏王菩萨相的《地藏菩薩本願經》。\n\n我很感谢H同学，她是个很有福缘的妹子，很认真的在学习佛法，也很和善的待人。之所以发现人的生活与福缘息息相关，也是源自于她。她是个出生在江南的水乡妹子，小时候全家移民到了新西兰。自小就很孝顺父母，很自立，能帮爸妈搞定各种生活杂事。虽然家里人都没特别的宗教信仰，她仍是自小自学佛法，高中读的A level，然后用擦边的分数进了港大，还拿着奖学金。其后的几年，虽然成绩没有太闪亮，但奖学金仍是一直有发。众所周知，在没有参加什么社团没啥特别亮点时，港大的本科生单人宿舍不是特别容易就能申请到，H和我所在的学院课程比较忙，上莊（hk参加社团的说法）的时间基本没有。但是H还是很幸运的申请到了离上课地点最近的hall，而且还是海景房，成天阳光明媚，然后一直住到毕业。而我终日飘零，无处落脚，之后花着比她贵五六倍的价格住着同一个hall的街景房。就是在那时，我才明了一个人的福缘有多么的重要。而改善生活，改变既定的命运的核心方法，就是修福慧。\n\n福由勤积，由福生智。\n\n和H同學的日常聊天中，我聽到她提起了《了凡四训》，《地藏经》，还有十善业。而后在不断地学习中才有了而今的认知。\n\n讲了那么多，接下来就是最重要的核心了，如何改变既定的命运？核心方法就是三个字—修福慧。但具体而言，怎么修？\n\nStep 1\n背《金刚经》\n\n或许你觉得我在胡言。但佛家不打诳语。不信的话，诸位可以去背背看，没有足够的福慧，是没有办法完完全全的背下来的。说来惭愧，《金刚经》我念的不是很多，只有300余遍，很努力的去背了，就是没有办法完完整整的一字不漏的记全。别的资料我看几遍就能一字不漏的背住，唯独《金刚经》，总是会漏字漏句或是背茬了。为什么要背？是为了增长福慧。或许有人不信，没关系，你背完就知道了，如果你有足够的福慧一字不差的背好的话，你自然明白我在说什么，而且感悟会比我多得多。\n\n\nStep 2\n读诵《地藏菩萨本愿经》\n\n嗯，是不是觉得我在宣扬封建迷信？刚开始读的时候，我也有些下意识的疑惑，而现在我可以清清楚楚明明白白地告诉你，为什么要读。读《地藏菩萨本愿经》是为了了因果，知善恶。《地藏经》讲因果写的明明白白：若遇窃盗者，说贫穷苦楚报…若遇悭吝者，说所求违愿报…。很多发生在自身身上的，其实都可以在《地藏经》里找到答案。知道了这些因果，就知道如何行事了。例如想要好的姻缘，就不邪淫；想要所求得以实现，就不悭吝；想要不再贫穷，就不做任何窃盗之事。《地藏经》云，见诸老病及生产妇女，布施医药、饮食、卧具，如是福利最不思议。\n\n\nStep 3\n行三种布施：财布施，法布施，无畏施\n财布施可以由小到大逐渐增。每个人都有自己的因缘，所以可以去看看有没有适合自己布施的人事物或机构。我平时接触比较多的是hk版的聯合國兒童基金會，無國界醫生这两个。因为聯合國兒童基金會还有礼物布施，这个也很好。具体布施多少，看个人。至于法布施，我觉得知乎就是一个很好的法布施的平台。把自己知道的正确的知识和感悟分享给大家，也是一种法布施。至于无畏施，慈心不杀的放生便是一种。这年代放生被各种新闻吐槽了，真正的放生，是哪天路边或菜场遇到活鱼啊之类的，把它们放到适合它们生长，不会对环境造成破坏的地方。还有一种无畏布施，给深陷畏惧痛苦的人，予以让她们心里平和的安慰。\n\n\nStep 4\n在有点迷茫不知道干啥的时候，可以看《了凡四训》，里面有记载着什么事多少功，什么事扣多少功。在日常生活中多做书里记载的加功的那些善事，尽量避免做里面那些减功的不好之事。\n\n\n\n写了这么多，这些是我目前努力在做的。当然在我最不开心的那两年，我也开始诵《金刚经》和《地藏菩萨本愿经》，也用很好的纸和笔抄写了几遍这两部经书以及《僧伽吒经》，然后日子就渐渐好过一些。\n\n当然而今的我仍是无车无房，生活也仍有些烦恼之事，但至少，我从最艰难的那段时光走出来了。或许几年后，我会再写着知乎，告诉诸位有缘人我的收获。\n\n《太上感应篇》云：语善，视善，行善，三年天必降之福。",

      "body": "One day I walked in a buddhish vegeterian resteraunt in Hong Kong. \n\nA nice waittress friendly suggested “Would you like to try the special soup we provide tonight?”  “Sure.” I answered.\n\nAfter then, I was lucky enough to taste the most delicious soup in Hong Kong. \n\nThe soup is cooked with the whole coconut from Thailand. Inside the the coconut shell, various dried mushrooms are hidden. \n\nThe delicate flavour brought me a big surprise. I had never ever tasted this kind of soup which would give me a sense of happiness. \n\nThe soup does not appear in the menu.
