I tell you that to take advantage of the fruits of this season, today I want to show you the process of preparing a rich "Auyama Cake" or also known in other countries as "Calabaza", combining it with the delicious flavor of "Chocolate" by adding it melted as a decorative cover over the cake and sprinkling it with crushed pistachios. <center><br/></center><center></center> <br/>If you have never tasted an Auyama cake, I told you that it is nothing special to prepare it and its flavor is incredibly tasty, because it is a cake that although its surface is toasted, its interior is quite moist and fluffy, and when adding the exotic flavor and the beneficial properties that chocolate offers, we can enjoy a perfect dessert for lunch and sharing among family and friends. <br/>You just have to follow these simple steps to enjoy this rich cake: **Ingredients:** • 200 grams of wheat flour. • 200 grams of pump. • 2 butter spoons. • 1 cup of panela or sugar. • 1 spoon of vanilla. • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. • 1 spoonful of yeast. • 1 pinch of salt. • 50 grams of bitter chocolate. • ½ cup of milk. • 5 spoonfuls of crushed pistachios. **Preparation process:** • Cut the auyama into small pieces and boil until it softens. Then drain it through a sieve and then add it in a container and start crushing with the help of a fork until it is pureed. <center><br/></center><center></center> • The butter melts in the microwave, and is poured into the container containing the pumpkin puree. Start beating manually until a homogeneous mixture is reached. <center><br/></center><center></center> • Then add the panela, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and continue beating. <center><br/></center><center></center> • Then add the flour with the yeast and beat constantly to integrate all the ingredients. Vegetable paper is placed in the mold, the mixture is added and the oven is pre-heated at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. <center><br/></center><center></center> • Once ready the cake is left to cool, and we take the time to prepare the chocolate coating and for that we melt the cacao bar with a bain-marie and add the milk and two tablespoons of crushed pistachios. Finally to decorate the cake is covered with this chocolate mixture and sprinkled with the remaining pistachio. And keep a few minutes in the refrigerator until the cover manages to harden a bit. <center><br/></center><center></center> • And ready to serve this delicious cake accompanied by coffee with milk or a good hot chocolate. <center><br/></center><center></center> <br/>Many people tend to discard this dessert when they are mentioned that it is based on an auyama, most think that this vegetable will not give a good flavor, since many use it only for soups, but in reality it is the opposite "La Auyama o Pumpkin "gives us that sweet and creamy taste that we love and also that satisfies the desire to eat sweet, that's why in other countries it is widely used in the preparation of different desserts. Les cuento que para aprovechar las frutas de esta temporada, hoy les quiero mostrar el proceso de preparación de una rica “Torta de Auyama” o también conocida en otros países como “Calabaza”, combinándola con el delicioso sabor del “Chocolate” al agregarlo fundido como cobertura decorativa sobre el pastel y rociándolo por pistachos triturados. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> <br/>Si nunca han probado una torta de Auyama, les comento que no es nada del otro mundo prepararla y su sabor es increíblemente sabroso, pues se trata de un bizcocho que aunque su superficie es tostada su interior es bastante húmedo y esponjoso, y al adicionar el sabor exótico y las propiedades beneficiosas que nos ofrece el chocolate, podremos disfrutar de un postre perfecto para merendar y compartir entre familiares y amigos. <br/>Sólo deben seguir estos sencillos pasos para disfrutar de esta rica torta: <br/>**Ingredientes:** • 200 gramos de harina de trigo. • 200 gramos de auyama. • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla. • 1 taza de panela o azúcar. • 1 cucharada de vainilla. • 1 cucharada de canela. • 1 cucharada de levadura. • 1 pizca de sal. • 50 gramos de chocolate amargo. • ½ taza de leche. • 5 cucharadas de pistachos triturados. <br/>**Proceso de preparación:** • Se corta la auyama en trozos pequeños y se coloca a hervir hasta que logre ablandar. Luego se escurre pasándola a través de un colador y después se agrega en un envase y se comienza a triturar con la ayuda de un tenedor hasta que quede hecha puré. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Se derrite la mantequilla en el microondas, y se vierte en el envase que contiene el puré de auyama. Se comienza a batir de forma manual hasta alcanzar una mezcla homogénea. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Luego se le añade la panela, la sal, la vainilla y la canela y se continúa batiendo. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Después se agrega la harina con la levadura y se bate constantemente hasta lograr integrar todos los ingredientes. Se le coloca papel vegetal al molde, se le añade la mezcla y se introduce al horno previamente precalentado a 180 grados por 40 minutos. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Una vez listo el bizcocho se deja enfriar, y aprovechamos el tiempo para preparar la cobertura de chocolate y para eso derretimos la barra de cacao a baño de María y le agregamos la leche y dos cucharadas de pistachos triturados. Finalmente para decorar se recubre el bizcocho con esta mezcla achocolatada y se rocía con el pistacho restante. In this opportunity I want to show you how to prepare a rich "Pie" from a cookie made in the United States and that is commercially known as "Oreo". This candy is very used in the preparation of different desserts due to its delicious and particular flavor. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> <br/>As many of us know, the pie, also known as "Pay" in Spanish, is a very demanded sweet due to its crunchy texture and magnificent taste, it is usually made inside a round mold, and it consists of a toast or toast like base and a filling that can be cheese or fruit. <br/>Next I will show you the process of preparation of a Pay that does not need an oven and that is based on my favorite cookie the Oreo Americana: <br/>**Ingredients:** **-For the crispy base:** • 8 packages of Oreo Americana cookies. • 100 grams of butter. **-For the filling:** • 8 packages of Oreo cookies. • 500 grams of cream cheese. • 300 grams of milk cream. • 100 grams of sugar. • 1 spoon of vanilla. • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. **-To decorate:** • 6 packages of Oreo cookies. <br/>**Preparation process:** • As always before starting I show you all the ingredients that I will use in each recipe. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • For the preparation of the crunchy base we begin removing the white cream from the cookies with the help of a spoon (saving it for later use), and then the cookies are pulverized with the help of a blender. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • In a large container add the already crushed cookies with the melted butter and beat well to integrate the two ingredients. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • Look for the mold where the pie is going to be made and add the previous mixture, and with the help of a spatula, flatten and compact the container, trying to make it evenly. En esta oportunidad quiero mostrarles como se prepara un rico “Pay” de una galleta fabricada en Estados Unidos y que es comercialmente conocida como “Oreo”. Esta golosina es muy utilizada en la preparación de diferentes postres debido a su delicioso y particular sabor. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> <br/>Como muchos sabemos el pay o también conocido como “Pie” en ingles, es un dulce muy demandado en la repostería debido a su contextura crujiente y magnifico sabor, generalmente se realiza dentro de un molde redondo, y consta de una pasta o galleta tostada como base y un relleno que puede ser de queso o frutas. <br/>A continuación les mostraré el proceso de preparación de un Pay que no necesita horno y que es a base de mi galleta favorita la “Oreo Americana”: <br/>**Ingredientes:** **-Para la base crujiente:** • 8 paquetes de galletas Oreo Americana. • 100 gramos de mantequilla. **-Para el relleno:** • 8 paquetes de galletas Oreo. • 500 gramos de queso crema. • 300 gramos de crema de leche. • 100 gramos de azúcar. • 1 cucharada de vainilla. • 2 cucharadas de zumo de limón. **-Para decorar:** • 6 paquetes de galletas Oreo. <br/>**Proceso de preparación:** • Como siempre antes de comenzar les muestro todos los ingredientes que voy a usar en cada receta. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Para la preparación de la base crujiente iniciamos retirando la crema blanca de las galletas con la ayuda de una cuchara (guardándola para usarla más adelante), y luego se pulverizan las galletas con la ayuda de una licuadora. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • En un envase grande se agregan las galletas ya trituradas con la mantequilla derretida y se bate bien para integrar los dos ingredientes. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Se busca el molde donde se va a realizar el pay y se le agrega la mezcla anterior, y con la ayuda de una espátula de cocina se aplana y compacta al recipiente, tratando de que quede de forma uniforme. Luego se guarda en la nevera. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Mientras tanto vamos preparando el relleno y para eso se busca un envase grande y se le añade la crema de leche, el queso crema y el zumo de limón. Y con la ayuda de un batidor se comienza a mezclar lentamente hasta alcanzar una consistencia bastante cremosa. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Luego se agrega la vainilla y el azúcar y se continúa mezclando hasta que se logren disolver todos los ingredientes. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • La crema que retiramos de las galletas no se desperdicia, pues este es el momento de agregarla a la mezcla. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Seguidamente se le adiciona las galletas Oreos troceadas en pedazos grandes. Y con la ayuda de una paleta se mezcla cuidadosamente realizando movimientos envolventes para mantener su volumen. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Después se retira el molde de la nevera y se le agrega el relleno. Podrán notar que la base de galletas ya tiene una consistencia bastante dura. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Con la ayuda de una espátula se trata de distribuir todo el relleno hasta que quede de una forma uniforme sobre todo el molde. Posteriormente se vuelve a llevar a la nevera por un tiempo mínimo de 4 horas. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> • Una vez transcurrido este tiempo y que ya nuestro pay posea una consistencia bastante firme se retira el molde y se comienza a decorar con Oreos, puede ser rodeando el pastel con galletas y colocando otras en el centro del mismo. Lo deben mantener en la nevera hasta el momento de servir. Y ya está listo para disfrutar. <center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center> <br/>Al observar y degustar este postre, notaran su perfección en cuanto a consistencia y sabor, por lo que muchas personas llegan a pensar que su proceso de preparación es muy complicado. Esta golosina es muy utilizada en la preparación de diferentes postres debido a su delicioso y particular sabor.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n<br/>Como muchos sabemos el pay o también conocido como “Pie” en ingles, es un dulce muy demandado en la repostería debido a su contextura crujiente y magnifico sabor, generalmente se realiza dentro de un molde redondo, y consta de una pasta o galleta tostada como base y un relleno que puede ser de queso o frutas. \n\n<br/>A continuación les mostraré el proceso de preparación de un Pay que no necesita horno y que es a base de mi galleta favorita la “Oreo Americana”:\n\n<br/>**Ingredientes:**\n\n**-Para la base crujiente:**\n\n•\t8 paquetes de galletas Oreo Americana.\n•\t100 gramos de mantequilla.\n\n**-Para el relleno:**\n\n•\t8 paquetes de galletas Oreo.\n•\t500 gramos de queso crema.\n•\t300 gramos de crema de leche.\n•\t100 gramos de azúcar.\n•\t1 cucharada de vainilla.\n•\t2 cucharadas de zumo de limón.\n\n**-Para decorar:**\n\n•\t6 paquetes de galletas Oreo.\n\n<br/>**Proceso de preparación:**\n\n•\tComo siempre antes de comenzar les muestro todos los ingredientes que voy a usar en cada receta.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tPara la preparación de la base crujiente iniciamos retirando la crema blanca de las galletas con la ayuda de una cuchara (guardándola para usarla más adelante), y luego se pulverizan las galletas con la ayuda de una licuadora.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tEn un envase grande se agregan las galletas ya trituradas con la mantequilla derretida y se bate bien para integrar los dos ingredientes.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tSe busca el molde donde se va a realizar el pay y se le agrega la mezcla anterior, y con la ayuda de una espátula de cocina se aplana y compacta al recipiente, tratando de que quede de forma uniforme. Luego se guarda en la nevera.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tMientras tanto vamos preparando el relleno y para eso se busca un envase grande y se le añade la crema de leche, el queso crema y el zumo de limón. Y con la ayuda de un batidor se comienza a mezclar lentamente hasta alcanzar una consistencia bastante cremosa.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tLuego se agrega la vainilla y el azúcar y se continúa mezclando hasta que se logren disolver todos los ingredientes.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tLa crema que retiramos de las galletas no se desperdicia, pues este es el momento de agregarla a la mezcla.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tSeguidamente se le adiciona las galletas Oreos troceadas en pedazos grandes. Y con la ayuda de una paleta se mezcla cuidadosamente realizando movimientos envolventes para mantener su volumen.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tDespués se retira el molde de la nevera y se le agrega el relleno. Podrán notar que la base de galletas ya tiene una consistencia bastante dura.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tCon la ayuda de una espátula se trata de distribuir todo el relleno hasta que quede de una forma uniforme sobre todo el molde. Posteriormente se vuelve a llevar a la nevera por un tiempo mínimo de 4 horas.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n•\tUna vez transcurrido este tiempo y que ya nuestro pay posea una consistencia bastante firme se retira el molde y se comienza a decorar con Oreos, puede ser rodeando el pastel con galletas y colocando otras en el centro del mismo. Lo deben mantener en la nevera hasta el momento de servir. Y ya está listo para disfrutar.\n\n<center><br/></center><center>[Fuente]()</center>\n\n<br/>Al observar y degustar este postre, notaran su perfección en cuanto a consistencia y sabor, por lo que muchas personas llegan a pensar que su proceso de preparación es muy complicado. For these days of excessive heat today I want to show you the process of preparing a refreshing "Oreo Ice Cream", because the truth is that I am addicted to this cookie and I always try to find options to integrate it with my desserts. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> <br/>You may already notice that it is a very simple ice cream to make based on the cookie commercially known as "Oreo" combined with a rich chocolate syrup, and the best thing is that you can prepare it at your whim, especially in terms of sweetness (quantity of sugar) that suits them, since there are many people who do not like them to be very cloying. Para estos días de excesivo calor hoy les quiero mostrar el proceso de preparación de un refrescante “Helado de Oreo”, pues la verdad es que soy adicta a esta galleta y siempre trato de buscar opciones para integrarla a mis postres. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> <br/>Ya podrán notar que es un helado bastante sencillo de realizar a base de la galleta comercialmente conocida como “Oreo” combinado con un rico sirope de chocolate, y lo mejor es que puedes prepararlo a tu antojo sobre todo en cuanto al grado de dulce (cantidad de azúcar) que más les convenga, ya que hay muchas personas que no les agrada que sean muy empalagosos. Esta receta también es excelente para preparar y compartir en cualquier reunión entre familiares y amigos, verán que los hará lucir frente a sus invitados. <br/>Si les provoca saborear este rico helado solo tienen que seguir estos sencillos pasos: <br/>**Ingredientes:** **-Para el cremoso helado:** • 120 gramos de queso crema. • 150 mililitros de crema de leche. • 1 cucharada de vainilla. • 50 gramos de azúcar glass. • 5 galletas Oreo. **-Para el sirope de chocolate:** • 7 galletas Oreo. • 80 gramos de azúcar. • 1 cucharada de vainilla. • 100 mililitros de agua. • 30 gramos de cacao en polvo. **-Para decorar:** • 6 galletas Oreo. <br/>**Proceso de Preparación:** • Lo primero que siempre hago es colocar todos los ingredientes a la mano para no tener interrupciones al momento de preparar el helado. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Comenzamos preparando el sirope, y para eso agregamos en una olla el agua y luego le añadimos el cacao y el azúcar y se va batiendo a fuego medio hasta que todo se logre disolver. Cuando hierva se baja el fuego y se le agrega la vainilla. Y se deja cocinar por 5 minutos más hasta que espese un poco. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Para la preparación del helado en un envase grande agregamos la crema de queso y se bate hasta que quede bien cremosa, luego se agrega el azúcar glass y la vainilla, y se va batiendo poco a poco. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Después se le agrega la crema de leche y se continúa batiendo hasta que quede bien cremoso. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Se trituran las 5 galletas de helado por un lado y las 7 galletas del sirope por otro. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Se le agrega a la crema del helado las 5 galletas, y se mezcla muy suavemente hasta que se logre incorporar bien. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • En unos vasos pequeños (en este caso lo hice en vasos de vidrios para que se pueda observar mejor pero hay que tomar en cuenta que el recipiente o molde donde se agregue el helado debe ser resistente al congelador) se va trabajando en forma de capas comenzando con las galletas trituradas y luego el sirope de chocolate. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Luego se le agrega una capa de crema de helado, después una de galleta, posteriormente una cucharada de sirope y luego otra de crema de helado. Con esta cantidad de ingredientes te podrá rendir para 3 o 4 vasos pequeños. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Finalmente se decora colocando encima unas galleticas oreo, y se bañan con el mismo sirope. Luego son llevados al congelador por un espacio de 4 horas como mínimo.
