Well I will show you the process of preparing a rich "Pasta" bathed in a delicious and creamy "White Shrimp Sauce". Being this crustacean an ingredient of great importance in the culinary art, since it gives a very provocative aroma and flavor to the palate. <center><br/></center><center></center> <br/>It is definitely a menu that you will not want to miss if you are a lover of pasta and shrimp. And the truth is that the preparation process is quite simple, and does not require large amounts of ingredients, and the best thing is that in just 15 minutes you can prepare this delicious dish, which is undoubtedly ideal for any special occasion, especially for get out of trouble in those romantic dates that are unforeseen. You will notice that your partner will be delighted to try this exotic and aphrodisiac dish. <br/>If you feel like it, just follow these simple steps: <br/>**Ingredients:** (For 2 people). • 250 grams of pasta (use the brand of your choice, it can also be integral). • 250 grams of shrimp (already peeled or without shell). • 3 garlic cloves. • 3 oil tablespoons. • 1 cup of milk cream. • 1 pinch of pepper. • 1 pinch of salt. <br/>**Preparation process:** **Step 1:** Once we have all the ingredients together and at hand, we start by cooking the pasta, following the manufacturer's instructions. Do not forget to add a spoonful of oil and a touch of salt to the water. Pues les mostraré el proceso de preparación de una rica “Pasta” bañada en por una deliciosa y cremosa “Salsa Blanca de Camarones”. Siendo este crustáceo un ingrediente de gran importancia en el arte culinario, ya que regala un aroma y sabor muy provocativos al paladar. <center><br/></center><center></center> <br/>Definitivamente es un menú que no te querrás perder si eres amante de la pasta y de los camarones. Y la verdad es que su proceso de preparación es bastante sencillo, y no requiere de grandes cantidades de ingredientes, y lo mejor es que en sólo 15 minutos podrás preparar este exquisito plato, que sin duda es ideal para cualquier ocasión especial, sobre todo para salir de apuros en esas citas románticas que son imprevistas. Notaras que tu pareja quedará encantada al probar este exótico y afrodisiaco platillo. <br/>Si te apetece, sólo sigue estos sencillos pasos: <br/>**Ingredientes:** (Para 2 comensales). • 250 gramos de pasta (usa la marca de tu preferencia, también puede ser integral). • 250 gramos de camarones (ya pelados o sin cascara). • 3 dientes de ajo. • 3 cucharadas de aceite. • 1 taza de crema de leche. • 1 pizca de pimienta. • 1 pizca de sal. <br/>**Proceso de preparación:** **Paso 1:** Una vez que ya tengamos todos los ingredientes reunidos y a la mano, comenzamos cocinando la pasta, siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante. Sin olvidar agregarle una cucharada de aceite y un toque de sal al agua. Se deja cocinar hasta que quede al dente, y se escurre. <center><br/></center><center></center> **Paso 2:** Al mismo tiempo del paso anterior se prepara la salsa de camarones, y para eso comenzamos salteando el ajo en el aceite caliente (sin dejar que se quemen porque alteraría el sabor final), luego se agregan los camarones sazonándolos con un poco de sal y pimienta y se van removiendo. <center><br/></center><center></center> **Paso 3:** Los camarones se dejan cocinar por un espacio de un minuto, sin dejar que se pasen de cocción. Después se le agrega la crema de leche y se va mezclando hasta que comience a hervir, en ese punto se retira del fuego. <center><br/></center><center></center> **Paso 4:** Para servir de una forma más presentable, primero se sirve la pasta y se baña con esta salsa distribuyéndola de una forma uniforme. Si te apetece también le puedes agregar un poco de queso parmesano rallado y se puede acompañar con pan. It is the popular "Catalinas Criollas" also known as "Paledonias or Cucas Negras". It is said that this majestic delicacy comes from a mixture of cultures that resulted from combining Spanish and Arabic culinary art, as this gastronomic heritage originally consisted of soft biscuits with honey, but when they arrived in this region they began to be sweetened with papelón and some criollo spices that gave it that particular flavor. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> <br/>Previously it was very common to find these delights in the villages' bodeguitas, as many people undertook this gastronomic legacy by creating their distribution companies of the different criollo sweets of each region where the famous Cuca always stands out. But with the current crisis that Venezuela is going through, all this type of activities have been paralyzed, either because of the scarcity of the ingredients for its elaboration or because of the lack of transport for its commercialization, which has significantly affected the loss of this tradition, its delight and tasting among the sweet lovers of this beautiful terroir. <br/>That's why I want to share each of the steps for those who want to prepare them easily in their homes from anywhere in the world: <br/>**Ingredients:** **-For the mass:** • 2 cups of wheat flour. • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon powder. • ½ tablespoon of clove in spice. • ½ teaspoon of baking soda. • 1 cup of paper. • ½ teaspoon of ginger. • 3 tablespoons of butter. • 1 tablespoon of oil (to lubricate the mold). **-For the paper molasses:** • ½ cup of water. • 1 cup of papelón (chopped into small pieces). • 6 spice sticks. <br/>**Preparation process:** • Once we have all the ingredients at hand. The first thing to do is the mole of papelón for that, add the foil with the water and the clavitos in a large pot and place it on the fire until it boils and dissolves all the paper. Then it is strained to eliminate the nails or any solid residue it contains. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • On the other hand is added in a large container the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda, and beat until they are able to integrate all the ingredients. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • After this mixture add the butter and beat constantly to achieve a fairly uniform consistency. (The butter should be at room temperature). <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • Finally add the syrup to the mixture and stir well until a smooth dough is obtained. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • Once the dough has reached its consistency, proceed to grease a large tray with the tablespoon of oil. And with the help of a little floured hands, begin to make balls with the dough and crush until you get a circular shape about 1 centimeter thick, and the size you like the most. What if I recommend taking into account is that they should be placed separated from each other in the tray with a minimum space of 3 centimeters as they tend to grow when cooked. And then they are introduced into the preheated oven at 300 degrees for half an hour. And when they are ready, they are immediately removed with a spatula. <center><br/></center><center>[Source]()</center> • And ready. | body | <br/><div class="text-justify">Hola mis queridos amigos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa receta de uno de los postres más tradicionales y emblemáticos de mi país Venezuela. Se trata de las populares “Catalinas Criollas” también conocidas como “Paledonias o Cucas Negras”. Se dice que este majestuoso manjar proviene de una mezcla de culturas que resultó al combinar el arte culinario español con el árabe, pues esta herencia gastronómica originalmente consistía en unas galletas suaves con miel, pero al llegar a esta región se comenzaron a endulzar con papelón y algunas especias criollas que le otorgaron ese sabor tan particular. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> <br/>Anteriormente era muy común encontrar estas delicias en las bodeguitas de los pueblos, ya que muchas personas emprendieron con este legado gastronómico creando sus empresas de distribución de los diferentes dulces criollos de cada región de donde siempre sobresale la famosa Cuca. Pero con la actual crisis que atraviesa Venezuela se han paralizado todo este tipo de actividades, bien sea por escases de los ingredientes para su elaboración como por la falta de transporte para su comercialización, lo que ha afectado significativamente la pérdida de esta tradición, su deleite y degustación entre los amantes del dulce de este hermoso terruño. <br/>Por eso quiero compartir cada uno de los pasos para los que quieren prepararlas fácilmente en sus casas desde cualquier lugar del mundo: <br/>**Ingredientes:** **-Para la masa:** • 2 tazas de harina de trigo. • ½ cucharada de canela en polvo. • ½ cucharada de clavo en especia. • ½ cucharada de bicarbonato de sodio. • 1 taza de papelón. • ½ cucharadita de jengibre. • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla. • 1 cucharada de aceite (para lubricar el molde). **-Para la melaza de papelón:** • ½ taza de agua. • 1 taza de papelón (picado en trozos pequeños). • 6 clavitos de especia. <br/>**Proceso de preparación:** • Una vez que ya tengamos todos los ingredientes a la mano. Lo primero que se debe hacer es el melado de papelón para eso se agrega en una olla grande el papelón con el agua y los clavitos y se coloca al fuego hasta que logre hervir y se disuelva todo el papelón. Luego se cuela para eliminar los clavos o cualquier residuo sólido que contenga. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Por otro lado se agrega en un envase grande la harina, el jengibre, la canela, el clavo y el bicarbonato, y se bate hasta que se logren integrar todos los ingredientes. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Después a esta mezcla se le agrega la mantequilla y se bate constantemente hasta lograr una consistencia bastante uniforme. (La mantequilla debe estar a temperatura ambiente). <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Finalmente se añade el melado a la mezcla y se remueve bastante hasta lograr una masa suave. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Cuando ya la masa haya alcanzado su consistencia se procede a engrasar una bandeja grande con la cucharada de aceite. Y con la ayuda de las manos un poco enharinadas se comienza a realizar bolitas con la masa y se aplastan hasta obtener una forma circular de 1 centímetro de grosor aproximadamente, y del tamaño que más les guste. Lo que si recomiendo tomar en cuenta es que se deben colocar separadas unas de otras en la bandeja con un espacio mínimo de 3 centímetros ya que ellas tienden a crecer al cocinarse. Y luego se introducen dentro del horno previamente precalentado a 300 grados por media hora. Y cuando ya estén listas se retiran inmediatamente con una espátula. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> • Y listo. Ya se puede degustar esta delicia caribeña. <center><br/></center><center>[FUENTE]()</center> <br/>Como pueden notar es bastante fácil y rápido de elaborar como resultado obtendremos unas ricas Catalinas o Cucas de apariencia oscura y textura suave pero firme, con un aroma y sabor bien intenso y dulce que lo hace muy particular, de verdad no se pierdan de probar esta exquisitez criolla.
