Daarom hieronder de 10 belangrijkste tips voor een goede voorbereiding van de spreker.\n\nAfstemmen van de verantwoordelijkheden\n1. Bepaal of er meerdere sprekers en/of een host zullen participeren tijdens het webinar. Stem af wie welke rol op zich neemt tijdens het webinar en in de voorbereidingen.\n\n2. Wie is er verantwoordelijk voor het presentatiemateriaal? Wanneer dit meerdere personen zijn, zorg dan dat er altijd één iemand eindverantwoordelijk is voor het eindproduct. Daarnaast dient bekend te zijn aan welke voorwaarden de PowerPoint presentatie moet voldoen.\n\n3. Overleg of er naast presenteren nog meer (technische) taken tijdens het webinar moeten worden opgepakt door de spreker. Denk aan het bedienen van de live manager, waar in dat geval van tevoren mee moet worden geoefend.\n\nInhoud van het webinar\n4. Zet de PowerPoint slides niet te vol met tekst en lees de inhoud niet voor. Dit wordt door deelnemers als storend ervaren. Bedenk dat de spreker het verhaal is en de PowerPoint enkel ondersteuning biedt.\n\n5. Interactie is essentieel tijdens het webinar omdat het betrokkenheid creëert en de boodschap beter laat beklijven. Plan daarom interactiemomenten in tijdens het webinar zoals polls en het behandelen van vragen. Overleg met de betrokkenen hoe dit wordt geïntegreerd in het webinar.\n\nVoorbereiding\n6. Wees bekend met alle details van de studio setting. Wordt er staand of zittend gepresenteerd en is er een plek waar de slides worden getoond voor de spreker?\n\n7. Voorbereiding is de sleutel tot succes. In feite is er één op één contact met de deelnemers van het webinar en dit maakt dat elk detail zichtbaar is. Oefen daarom bij voorkeur meerdere keren, neem dit ook op en kijk het terug om er van te leren.\n\nOp de dag zelf\n8. Houd rekening met de kledingkeuze. Draag bijvoorbeeld geen streepjespatroon of opvallende sieraden bij het presenteren voor de camera. Zijn er meerdere sprekers? Stem dan de kleding op elkaar af voor een goed uitziend totaalplaatje. Bedenk ook dat visagie onontbeerlijk is bij het presenteren voor de camera.\n\n9. Wees minimaal 2 uur van tevoren aanwezig op de opnamelocatie. Zo is er voldoende tijd om een laatste (korte) dry-run te doen in de studio en met een gerust gevoel live te gaan.\n\n10. Kijk in de camera tijdens het presenteren en spreek de deelnemers persoonlijk aan met ‘je’ of ‘u’ en niet met ‘jullie’.
