      "body": "Hello, good people of @campusconnectng, hope you all are doing fine.\n\n![IMG_20220210_212752_218.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmc8avFMevtLpfprUSQJectfiZTVBdT4CsbDFJHPdF7uQX/IMG_20220210_212752_218.jpg)\n\nI wake up this morning by 7:am because mosquito don't allow me to sleep last night, I first prayer and  wash my face, brush teeth  before doing anything at home. \n\nI checked kitchen if something eatable still remain after and nothing I found in kitchen  I went out to buy snacks and prepare for class. \n\nI called my friend and tells him that to branch my house when going to class. \n\nI make sure everything at home are well okay before I will left the house to campus because I dont think i will came back in time. \n\nHe came like he promise and both of us match together and enter bus direct to inside  campus which saves our time and also our money too, motorcycle normally cheat on us in order to help us. \n\n\nWe enter the class and have a seat as usual and joined the lectural because I love the topic it was saying. \n\nAfter the class we decide to move out in either to flex because today lecture was so sweet and I really enjoy it. \n\nWe hangout to enjoy ourselves in a big Place that took us about  45mins before we get they well we enter inside the shopping and pick some things we need. \n\nWe spent alot there with my friends before we plan to go home and take our bath and take better food. \n\nWe share Area to our various home and when I get home everybody was sleeping I take my bath and eat small and decided to check some post I posted for long but no joy come inside it. \n\nAfter checking it I sleep for some 2hrs before my sister came back and wake everybody to get prepare for night virgin which I refuse to join them. \n\nThey left the house and went to virgin then I lucked the house and sleep back byee!!!.",

I have been participating in the cryptoacademy from season one. I have participated in all the seasons of cryptoacademy . Infact , I have participated in contests organised by Steemitblog before commencement of academy courses. I was boosted to participate in all the seasons when I was declared as winner in I love Bitcoin contest hosted by Steemitblog. At that time , my repo was in 50s. Since than, I have worked very hard despite my busy schedule at work. I owe my all crypto knowledge to the Cryptoacademy.\n\nWhat worked well with the Academy\nAll the professors have worked diligently to teach students various concepts related to crypto trading. I believe, Teaching means to learn twice . All the professors have worked very hard to touch diverse trading related topics. Some worth mentioning points are ;\n\nOrganisation of courses into three tiers is an adorable step that was introduced . The tier system promotes systematic learning as per the traders knowledge. By spending time in particular level, users are gradually polished up so as to have smooth transition into succeeding level.\n\nSelection of topics within the tiers does coincide with the level of students. Topics are wisely choosen by professors to suit the level of students.\n\nFixed introductory courses that are set to no expiry is a wonderful initiative to carve the way into weekly courses. However, there is random topic selection there. So scope of improvement is there.\n\nLevel and grading based reward system does facilitate creation of quality content by users. Before the introduction of grading, tasks were randomly voted by curators and were therefore over burdened. But now, things are going smooth.\n\nMultiple homework tasks within each level does promote learning alongside earning and propel students to work hard so as to participate in most of the tasks.\n\nHow you would improve the Academy ? What changes would you make for future seasons of the Academy?\nI would make a proper structure of course within each level. it should be such that, students qualifying for intermediate levels are well verse with the basics in a properly structured manner unlike the mosaic pattern that was there.\n\nI would not restrict entry or participation in any course but would bar qualification of higher level users for weakly rewards in lower level .\n\nI would make club5050 optional with additional rewards for those who participat in it and also additional rewards for club75 and club100 users.\n\nI would abandon the 150 SP rule and lower repo for advanced courses from 65 to 61.\n\nTo promote plagiarism free content, I would ban those students, for at least one week, who are found posting plagiarized content.\n\nI would like to promote healthy interaction on posts of authors by mini votes to quality comments. People are busy posting content and do not take interaction with other authors seriously.\n\nNumber of posts that remain uncurated despite grading need to be reduced to bare minimum for the greater interests of the community.\nWhat did you think of the marking scheme for Academy posts? And the rewards available?\nGrading of homework tasks is a wonderful initiative to promote posting of quality content. Everyone likes to get good grades and rewards thereby. But there is no uniform scale of grading. Different professors use different criterias while marking the content. I would suggest to develop uniform criterias of marking. Suppose, a fixed five point scale is formed like Quality, originality, depth, complaince and structure. All the professors should make use of such a uniform criteria to grade the homework instead of following their customised way of marking. In this way, students will get familiarised with areas to focus on and would promote uniformity and avoid any confusion.\n\nSecondly, some professors make use of question based marking scheme. The marks must be fixed at the time of posting homework by professor, so that students get to know the expectationa of professor and depth of analysis needed.\n\nAs for rewards are concerned, there is need to improve the percentage of votes from SC02. As steem is a volatile crypto like others, price keeps on fluctuating and therefore fixed rewards don't suffice always. It can understood by rewards on advanced posts in last 2 weeks of season 5. Moreover, when club5050 is mandatory, rewards aren't satisfactory.\n\nEnjoy, Learning, Inspiration from academy.\nI enjoyed the knowledge that I gained from Academy because it hastened and smoothed my journey into the trading. With basic kick from academy, I joined online trading course of stock maket to streamline the content and concepts. Honestly speaking, except orientation of course, I learned nothing more than what was being taught in academy and some specific stock related concept.",

They are so numerous to count but i will streamline it to the most important one(s).\nFirst and foremost i plan to settle down maritally, this year. \n\nIn my culture, when a woman gets to a certain age it is expected of her to have her own family. But most time she cant help but wait for the right person to find her. since its not in her place to propose to a man. In as much as its one of my plans for this year, i still leave it in God's hands, hence this particular plan is beside the point.\n\n## Another plan i have for this year is to improve and develop myself.\nSelf improvement and development is one feat i want to achieve this year. Not just self development , i will also extend it to business development.\n\nfirst off i want to acquire some skills . i want to learn certain skills like cooking all types of dishes both continental and local dishes, interior decorations, improving on my diction and command of english, and most importantly i want be an independent forex trader.\n\n## HOW I INTEND TO ACHIEVE MY PLANS AND MY GOALS\nTo improve on my diction and command of english , i will have to give my self to serious training. i intend to go on youtube to get some videos on that. i will also need to read more educative books. \n\nThough reading is not so much of a hobby for me, but its a sacrifice i have to pay to achieve this particular self improvement.\nsecondly, i will also learn how to cook so many dishes. i intend to achieve that through some online and onsite courses/training. For the online training , i will subscribe to the youtube channel of some good cheff both international and local. for onsite, i will contact a friend that is a cheff for a comprehensive training. though this might cost me a fortune but i dont mind.\nanother feat i want achieve this year is to venture into interior decoration. \n\nThis is somewhat an uphill task cause its mostly guys that go into it. but its a desire i want to fulfil. how i want to achieve this is through onsite training. i have some male friends that are into interior decoration, i will meet them for the a serious training.\n\nFor the forex trading, it requires alot of equity, so i wont say much about it.
