The girl who wears the dress gets killed by a falling bust in it lol. This took hours and hours and hours and hours... I worked painstakingly hard on this in order to get it done in time. After the show, my mentor said she didn't think I was gonna be able to pull it off, but I did and did a great job. I know these are like the worst photos ever. This was for the fairy queen Titania, for A Midsummer Night's Dream. I worked as assistant set and costume designer for the most wonderful and talented woman. She's primarily a puppeteer, but the beautiful art kind like in The Lion King stage production. The cape is a map of the kingdom. I don't remember the names of the three different cities or areas, but they are all represented on there. We used PVC piping in the costumes of most of the royals, or at the very least his three daughters. It was really difficult to work with. Manipulating and securing it was an issue. \n\nDuring this production we actually had to change a bunch of the costumes last minute. One of the Asian cast members thought that the costumes were too close to Japanese kimonos, and that it was cultural appropriation. I honestly think it was kind of silly.\n\nI've got many more works, but I thought these were some of the more interesting ones.",

I worked as assistant set and costume designer for the most wonderful and talented woman. She's primarily a puppeteer, but the beautiful art kind like in The Lion King stage production. The cape is a map of the kingdom. I don't remember the names of the three different cities or areas, but they are all represented on there. We used PVC piping in the costumes of most of the royals, or at the very least his three daughters. It was really difficult to work with. Manipulating and securing it was an issue. \n\nDuring this production we actually had to change a bunch of the costumes last minute. One of the Asian cast members thought that the costumes were too close to Japanese kimonos, and that it was cultural appropriation. I honestly think it was kind of silly.\n\nI've got many more works, but I thought these were some of the more interesting ones.",
