Jordan Patterson is noted saying that we are placed into this setting of living that does not want to see us grow or evolve in anyway. For this reasons and more we have had so little growth compared to what we could really have for growth. What do I mean? Being your best version is extremely crucial, so how do you get there? I've observed that those that are unfortunate, fall into the early release. Not like Jesus kind of early but just early in the sense of that on the life trip, they get out within a few days or weeks. These ones get to play the game from the ones who guard them for this reason they will always be in debt to their saviour, not a big deal. \n\nDon't want a pump? You get pumped anyway. The signs and questions will seem very very simple but they are the most effective and precise. It's energy works, in the beginning there's a lot of strength and as you go down the line that strength is sucked out. The physical strength anyway. So what now? You get to the eather.the god's, since you didn't make the first cut and all in between for whatever reason. You get to have a shot at all of creation. I'll tell you the truth that searching the whole of existence from earth will recreate you in this whole mess. At this point you are mostly filled up with gunk but that's ok, a bit of a diet change will get you there with the much needed self belief. Stressors and triggers come in all shapes and sizes. Like Abraham Hicks like to say, why would you listen to any of them? Or their signs? Well it's only natural no? I thought it's the gunk, then I dug deeper to find that there's more to this resistance than gunk. It indoctrination. \n\nWhat is this? As soon as we are done teething, we are free to do our own thing. It's happened so many times before our time but it's been observed that we tend to fail a lot more that way. So people evolved to keep us around longer. So as we stayed around longer we begin to show off new things, new strengths never seen before, creating all types of weirdness and fantastics. It's only natural that those around get envious but is it really envy? For the sake of positive thoughts, because I constantly have to think positive thoughts, let go as soon as possible and heal faster than I did before I don't think it's envy. They started syphoning most of that creativity out, eventually it got to be what runs the world. So if you are powering my world's,which is easier cos there's just much less resistance when you don't know. Before I gravitate to all those anger bits, let's take a detour to chill zone......\n\nThe chill zone is the gut, here is where everything goes, almost literally. You are what you eat for a reason. There's over a 100 million nerves in the stomach alone, not including the whole gut. What does this tell you? That if you are having issues then clean out your gut, strengthen your gut, then maintain. It's as easy as binge eating. You can literally challenge yourself to a no sleep challenge, where all you do is eat. You watch YouTube 10K Calories challenges and thing it's for fun. You watch videos of Indian guys frying masala chicken in the forest on Bana leaves and think they just showing off. What they are doing is getting rid of the gunk. Eat, feed your gut the right staff or just pile on so much food that the gunk is pushed out of you. This can be done with all sorts of food, the solid ones are much better. The liquids and juices including shakes, these are good for strengthening. \n\nYou see knowing that you are a star seed is very beautiful. Getting mad or angry is not. What that does is attract more of that mad anger and madness. So does all these complaining, crying, fighting, and so on. Now when you grasp the notion that yesterday is a lesson done, today is what it is, you will be open to creating a better of what will be. It's not about food, it's about mindset. It's not about the gunk or getting rid of it, it's the way of thinking. Your thoughts create your life. You don't have to do heavy aggressive diets or fear anything or anyone. That fear is inspired by the gunk. Most of it. Once you get that almost half of it is gone. They cannot even begin to comprehend who you are yet they point you to you? And you call it humanity? Now there's all sorts of methods to this madness. The one I found to be most lucrative is taking on your much neglected challenges and adapting them into your lifestyle. As you go forth, creating the life that you want. I know it's good to have it here and now, revel in the creation of it. Spend time on how it will feel, how it will look, where it will be maybe how it will taste even and more of the feel. All these have to slowly become you, it's not just a now thing or release and sick the next one, no don't sick. If you want to then do it. The gut is the second brain for the reason that it absorbs the most from what's put into it, that gunk carries so much. It's crucial that you purge every now and then just to clear the gut. Why? You keep asking why you aren't thinking clearly and you still ask why. In my case it's why I'm thinking narratively, thoughts become narrated like a good song, for sure I don't mind this and I got to blame it on fluoride and all but I just learned not to care or give a fuk about it at all, in a chilled zone though. There's no reason to care about other brings hearing my thoughts, I actually enjoying fuckingfgggg them with my thoughts. No joke, when you embrace it, it's easy to just let it be narrated because they did this now they want to act brand new? Puttan de madre, so I'm just saying that maintaining a chill zone focus of knowing what you are taking it and its effects and where it comes from is very important. You are the most powerful being in existence. This all that you see is an eventual manifestation between all of us, to keep it maintained the syphoning continues. \n\nThe best solution is the challenges, challenge yourself to a better life because you obviously don't enjoy this one. It's not hard to notice that all the excitement in your life is vial. Vial, completely natural though, if you like it keep it. I'd like to share better. So we growing together and getting out of the gutter together is the ultimate goal, although we are on different timelines, and serve different purposes, we will manifest the chill zone.\n\nA good clean up, strengthening and maintainance of a healthy gut will truly compliment your life. It's not a now thing or tomorrow thing, past the trial and error phase, it's a lifestyle. Don't just opt for anything, observe what that thing really is, what the solution is. We are no longer only looking for what works but what it means to work it. How it influences our +100 million nerves. Imagine that you are a whole community of millions of beings and all you feed yourself is gunk. Well if it's not all you feed yourself then cool, I'm glad you are steps into your greatness. I'm even more grateful that you know all that you do and what it's doing to you.\n\n I'm an avid long time life learner, I thrive on life lessons afforded to me. Some can only get these lessons through me, they'll never go where I went, do what I did in short they'll never be me. For that reason they teach me too, and I'm thankful for that part more than anything that can get me mad rather than analyse my situation and create a good, clean and healthy gut love chilling zone. When you read this a few more times, you'll be met with more questions, ask, explore and dive into yourself, learn as much as you can on everything that you can. My 9 week challenge was inspired by @hannah.may.fitness on tiktok. When I came across her tiktok clip a couple of days ago I decided to save her clip. Saving tiktok clips has been very instrumental to my progress. With this one, watching it over and over again helped me get into the right mode to take up the challenge. This challenge is meant to flip my life around in 9 weeks. For me this is like a boost to my way of life already because I've been character building for a while now. I always thought of taking up my 9 month body goals challenge. I kept failing miserably at this challenge, giving up after a few days at a time. With this 9 week challenge, I've managed to get myself in the right mode. I'll be using this 9 week challenge as a much needed detox of my own resistance to get to my own 9 months body goals challenge.\n\n I have learned quite a few things about these challenges that didn't come through. One of the things I've learned is that, it's much easier and better to form and step into a lifestyle than it is to actually take on challenges. What I mean here is that merging your lifestyle with the challenge in order to allow yourself to transform easier by taking the challenge as a habit that you are picking up. In preparation I've been getting my money right, like it's about time 😅. As they say it's not all about the money but I'm like, to have more choices you need to be able to provide for yourself in ways that power your dreams on a real level to progress. In other words it's ok to drop the trial type of life ( for most people, life is like those 30 day free trials in cycles). Getting your money right is absolutely necessary and crucial to progress. The way challenges are setting you up for progression like a life flip is so that you gear up to take on all the plans, dreams and goals you keep putting off. These challenges are the much needed boost to build up the right momentum, the right energy, the right skills, the right mindset, the right environment, the right flow and all the right things. Looking at all that you have been putting off you do realise that it's about getting into the right flow with all of you in a continuous manner. A lifestyle. \n\nFrom the way you eat, the way you talk, who you talk to, what you talk about, what you think about or don't think about, where you are, how you are, who you are with, what you daily rituals and routines are. All these and more contribute a lot to why you keep putting of your much needed progressive plans. Most people like to say it's money limits, I'd like to think that getting in tune with yourself by these challenges will get you the money. It's about a focused flow, like how nature flows, the birds fly together, the waves easing their way from the far seas to release their energies on the shoreline. It's in the winds and currents both cold and warm currents exchanging places to bring rain, fog or snow in different variations based on the pressures up high in the atmosphere and down on the ground. It's about time, location and elemental conditions. It's about love, love for oneself, enough love and gratitude to power your first step into the first second that will start off your life flip challenge. Its very important to note that when we change the things we think about, the things we thing about change. Same goes for things we see, when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. What this means is that its all about love and perception, what you give to the world/life the world/life gives to you. Loving yourself shows the world/life that you are worthy of more love. Hating on the next person shows the world/life that you deserve hate, and so hate goes around then people start crying about things going wrong. It's what you cultivate within you that will project out. In that is the definition of that you can't give what you are not, if you don't challenge yourself to be better how will you give better? We like to look at the world with so much contrast. Contrast is very good so we know what we want and what we do not want. Contrast also overwhelms to cause reasons to complain amongst other challenge killing habits. Sometimes it comes off like an observation or a judgement that we do not realise that we are complaining. Some will never hrow out of the life of complaining, this shows life and the world that you actually need more to complain about. So then you will find all types of conditions coming to you to complain about. \n\nWhen you tune into love you find that everything is love, everyone is love. I found this to be the best starting point to any one of my challenges and endeavours. Be it money, personal, or broader goals and dreams, it all comes down to the love. The love I put into my work determines how much more refined it will be. Same for thoughts, the more love I put into my thoughts the more refined my thoughts become. This ultimately means that the world/life inevitably gets the message that I am about that love so I get more love in all sorts of manner. Keeping the love and leveling up to a more specific and focus on where I'd like that love shows the world/life what kind of live I'd like to have, slowly the world starts giving me that kind of love in that focused point. As I explore more of that focus of love, that love for me gets more refined. This refined the love that the world/life gives me.\n\n As we live in a duality, it's important to align with that love, the imbalance of not aligning will cause a very bad whiplash on the snapback. It get real bad like an accident. People keep being surprised by incidents and accidents, to me it's easy to filter out the noise and realise that there was an imbalance in the duality of the energies involved in the accident. That's the only way I have observed accidents to happen because the imbalance has build up so much that it could not take any more, it takes itself out. It's very tragic and the best way to go on about it is to align with what you are really about. This means that even if you want to be the worst person alive, you just align with being the worst on both sides of you and there will be little to no incidents. This is how bad people keep winning, because they are true and aligned to their duality. You align to yours by exploring yourself to your core and so you create tunnel vision for what you are about. For me that's always been love, getting back at love has been my goal, it's my goal and it will always be my goal. That however doesn't mean I cannot be bad because I too am on earth which mean I have my shrewdness too. Which I love because it balances me out, it's the side of me that cheats, lies and play funny games. I don't entertain much of it in growing into love, I just enjoy observing my mind coaching me into different variations of bad genius levels. Which I'm cool with because it shows me where I am on both sides of my duality. Embracing myself in all my ways shapes and forms has been a very good way to explore more into myself love. \n\nI think I could carry on much more but I'll write another articles on that someday. For now let's get into the 9 week life flip challenge digest and flow\n\n1. Progress Pic\n\nTheres a lot of progress pics that one can take over the period of 9 weeks, 63 pics if you take one every day. There's a few types of progress pics, a selfie and full body are my focus. My start to the challenge will have a compilation of my recently taken pics, mostly selfies as I was preparing for my 9 week life flip challenge. I will of course take full body progress pics. \n\nThe selfies focus more on the face, head and shoulders. A good focus point. The hair growth, facial hair growth if any, the clarity of the skin and change of pigment, if any deformations, whatevers progressions made will be very noticeable in selfies. 9 week will grow your hair by an inch or more. I have plum dye in my hair that has since turned golden due to washes and elemental exposures. I am most definitely interested in my hair growth and progression just to know what I'll do with my hair. If I'll cut it or keep growing it. If I'll dye it and what colour. If I'll style it and how often because I use to do different styling when I grew my hair a few years back during my studies in Beijing. I'll drop a pic right here. \n\n\nThis challenge is also a confidence boost for me to come out and show who I am. Being shy and not showing my face has been a resistance that I needed to overcome for a while now. This is the perfect opportunity to expose myself because the momentum flows with freedom of exposure and expression. I'm also not hoping that y'all love my looks or hate, I honestly do not care because you already like my content. 😏🕉️😘.\n\n2. Meditation (5-10 minutes)\n\nThis has been a point of resistance for quite a while. I've found it hard to just calm down practice mindfulness. I've learned so much from the gurus and sadhus and mystics amongst other great teachers but I needed this one. I'll actually increase the 5-10 minutes to 30 minutes and eventually over an hour a few times a day too.\n\n3. Half a gallon of water \n\nThis one is rather sensitive because none of us really like that fluoride waters. On this, I'll work on getting a centralised and decentralised water purification system. In adapting purified water into my life based on the results I have achieved during my no fluoride challenge. The results I have achieved showed that an increased pH lifestyle is crucial for a disease free and worry free life amongst other forms of releases in the duality. It's really a no brainer in that a lowered pH lifestyle which is the way of most people's life creates breading grounds for all sorts of dis-eases in the duality. So a gallon of water is completely good for clearing the system and the gut. With this in mind it's very important to note that the kind of water intake of a gallon is important. Of course it's entirely up to me to gravitate towards what serves me best. Of course I've made peace with the fact that strict discipline and adherence to this challenge will be flawed by occasional mishaps but that's alright. Having a drink or two will probably help me put out a word or two about my own brand. The highest pH of water that I ever drank was about 9.8 I think although I'm sure that I most certainly drank more alkalinic staff, I do have to be more conscious in my choices of drink and observe the different effect. \n\n4. Write a journal, planners count on too\n\nThis is my favourite part, writing. I love writing so much that I know for sure I'll never give it up. It's the one true path to progressive progression. One sure way to lock in goals, memories and store up good energies for later revivals.\n\nMy ideal journaling method is online. A physical journal works, I foresee this life flip challenge getting me a physical journal. Which will be super cool. I'm working on my YouTube channel to blog and create content on the documentary side of things. This too is my way of keeping myself in check, same as journaling. I have a podcast set-up where I upload two times a day. Varying lengths of content everyday on different topics, not too different from what you are reading now. Not limited to this too.\n\nI've observed the power of journaling again when I started off this year with journaling in my phone notes. I had an imaginary 1K to spend every day. I actually uploaded a compilation of these entries on my other page. By the way it's totally legal and allowed to have multiple accounts of read.cash.\n\n\n5. Eat Clean\n\nThere is more than a million nerves in the stomach alone. This goes a long way to show just how sensitive the gut is. It's often called the second brain. Also often said is that you are what you eat so eating clean is totally crucial to progress in any challenge or endeavours. I've observed many diets, my favourite is most certainly a meat diet, mutton and chicken to be specific, that is not entirely clean and for that reason I made myself observe and study different diets. No meat diet, vegetables only diet, diary only diet, protein only diet, for a very short while a water only diet, sea food only diet, no fish diet, all fish diet, juices only diet, a fruit diet, an alcoholic only diet (you'd be surprised), an alcoholic and food diet. What I found is that all these diets are functional and can work to give varying results from the efforts put into them to serve the intended purpose in the present challenge. My personal best diet preference is the alkaline diet. This one is about turning up the pH, not too much but around 8-9. This is best of all time especially during fasting stages. Filling up the diet with lime, moringa, spirulina, sea moss, kelp, turmeric ( it's important to know that turmeric by itself is rather dormant, perperine which is component in pepper will activate much of the turmeric, it doesn't matter much if it's black pepper or white pepper or Cayenne pepper, although black pepper works best), oregano and silantro is such a beautiful compliment to any diet. I've adapted these and more to alkalise my diet and it worked, still works because consistency is the only currency that matters the most. That's why this challenges sort of have to fuse with lifestyle in order to stick. So I'm always on to better methods to clean up my diet, kelp served the best. Sea water is super activating too.\n\n6. 1 hour of physical activity\n\nI've faced a lot of pitfalls and down plays on my physical therapy. I am a very active individual, ever since my return from Beijing, I've been working out. I've been practising emergency medicine for a while and during this time I needed to be very fit. Fitness was also a prerequisite to the entry into the emergency medical care studies. It's the best studies I never completed but the fitness stuck. I've been on a lag for some time although I'd put in some pull ups and push ups, I found myself to go long periods without any workout. \n\nThe workouts I use to do was a lot of body work and calisthenics. Pull ups, pushups, bag punches and more. Not much running, I generally don't run for fitness. The most running I did in my life was the 2.5 kilometers runs I did in the emergency medical programme. We ran every Monday afternoon, sometimes we do excursions where we'd go out into the mountains and do emergency medicine type of camping. We tested most extremes because in times of rescue one would need to be super prepared for all kinds of confined spaces and this required fitness, both mind and body.\nTruth of this matter is that only now my mind is getting healthy, I was operating on a healthy body the whole time.\n\nThese days I skip a lot, I skip almost as soon as I wake up. Round about +1000 jumps although I rarely count. I like to skip twice a day when possible. Skipping for an hour for my life flip challenge will definitely be a good start. Although I plan on incorporating a new exercise every week for diversity. In the clip Hannah is noted saying that this can include house chores and walks so it's basics. Joining the gym would definitely be a plus, especially on my own long term lifestyle goals.\n\n7. Say Something that you grateful for out loud\n\nGratitude is super powerful, there is so much power that fills up when we are grateful. Shouting out loud something that I am grateful for send a message to the universe that I want or need more of that. My shout word for the day is love and growth! I mean I can flex it like I'd like.\n\n8. Do 1 thing that your future self will thank you for\n\nThis is really powerful, it's a form of time travel. How I've been doing this all my life by paying it forward has paid off well. What I'm currently doing to love my future self is growing, a lot of growing. Loving a lot of loving. Writing a lot of writing. Reading a lot of reading. Mining, StormGains. Trading, on pause till I clean my gut. Crypto observations, a lot of crypto observations and analysis. There's a lot more that I'm doing for my future self as I found that it's the best way to love myself and grow. The occasional suicidal thoughts make these things obsolete but I wake up and bake anyway, whenever I can.\n\nA lot of growth into investments, agricultural research investments, air and hotel industries are a real good investment now that they are low. As the new normal catches on, the rises will be observed all over the place. Especially now that the people are realising that they don't need to be in the office to work or class to school and the decentralised economic freedom offers the much needed push.\n\n9. Work on something you have been putting off\n\nThis would be coding, to me coding is a very valuable part of me. I love languages, I am multilingual and I'd like to learn even more languages. Maybe over ten languages or more as the universe can afford me. Coding is another language of mine, computer coding and bio coding all fall under one classification.\n\nActually this is my added point, Hannah has 8. I added the 9th which is mutable every other week as the challenge gets me digging deeper, I'm sure I'll find other things I've been putting of, like completing my studies or something like that. Whatever I'll find will have a week's focus, if need be, more!\n\nThat's a wrap!\n\nConclusion\n\nI started off this year with only one goal in mind. That goal was and will continue to be growth in every way shape and form. I do not limit myself to any limits, especially not those that keep me from learning more. I know this is true to me that it's ok to be wrong for a long time, what's more ok is finding the right way to do it and doing it. \n\nWe just finished the first quarter of the year. Into the second quarter, I am seeing myself more liberated. Although in repeating cycles, I'm glad to have the experience I got because it makes everything so much better and conducive for growth and progression. Working on myself has never felt better. So what's this really about the... You see I set out to clear my vibes and free my soul. Along that path I've learned so much and loved more than I ever did. I learned that I can be se;fish love me and that perfectly fine. I've ;earned that I'm being taken advantage of on such a cosmic scale that I never have to worry about it because the only riddle here is when it started, maybe when I was  a day or two, who gives a fux right. So I've gotten mad for like two years on the third I found myself listening to my fixes, that's sadh Guru and Abraham Hicks. There's so many more but these two had me especially captivated. Listened to them on repeat so much that it's an automated meditation every single time I get to listen to them n yeah I listen to them a lot. Through this I've learned that I attrat that which I am not what I want so becoming the thought and living the feeling has made things much better. I get to laugh the fuxery away, like a mad max but the focus gets sharper. The abilities get more fine tuned. I just don't care so much, this is heavily attributed to this one suxing act that they do not talk of. I swear , ok they did ya;k of it now to come to think of it. They did. Can't lie now, it's like a spiritual glitch that wringles up in my being when I lie so truth sets me free. Not one truth but so many, not a chain though cos I need to do work everyday on myself, healing and making sure my inner child is free to speed through any and every timeline and hop back to me whenever we feel like at the same time moderating my higher being savagery. I once recall someone say that I've been weakened and made to be like a detoothed bulldog but what I've realized is that a simple detox can get those teeth growing back. Tearing through these hoooooooooooooes will be fun although I think that with all that I've come to learn about them they are way too miserable to give that kind of benefit of the doubt. Sure take it as it resonates, it's all about what fits right. What I'm saying here is that the concept of forgive and forget is cute but in this time and space continum once you learn that no one cares for you and that's completely fine, if you are destined for something you will know that it's ok because nothing matters more than that you feel good. So what are we going to do, feel good. It's only logical that you open a trade, read mad news about the asset and still stay in the trade till your time to exit, this comes with disciplinary reactions from what jumping out of trades prematurely does to the portfolio. Cosistency is the only currency that matters the most. If it's consistent with you then go ahead, I love you anyway. Now apart from the obvious money, most are into decentralization because it's a way of life thats been in mind for the longest time. Why do they keep us fluoride fed up and all these GMOs, because the status quo matters to them a lot you see. Who are they, well they all all those that condone keeping any being blind to themselves. Oh yes it's not only human beings. Now should we hold protests about this, I don't think so neither will I participate. Screaming about these things just gives them more power. The reasons why they don't block you for screaming out all the things they do is because much like we are getting cryptocurrency adapted like this, they have been doing this since the newspaper was invented. It's the oldest secret to keep you tense and worried and worse talking about it. Sharing the dose of how to stay confused and poor while you are singing I'm woke song and attacking on the low level cos you can't even think of taking the real shot at the ones who will set you straight. \n\nA couple of hours ago I updated a tik tok of the full moon, loved it but it's so bright on camera it's like another light but I did it anyway. ''The choices that we always have is that we can choose to take on whatever comes, such as offense or fear. Or we can choose to TRANSENT it all or TRANSMUTE it all. Better yet we can choose not to take it, by living better. With better mindsets , goals and pure intentions''\n\nI think that's one of my best quotes as hermitworldwide. It's these truths that really make it worthwhile to go through what life is putting me through. I am waiting on a download of Abraham Hicks audio titled ''you are doing it all to yourself'' for me not to hate that truth is almost impossible because it's so true and fuxed at the same time and it's not about the law. Because law or not I do not fux myself in anyway shape or form. But for the synchronicity to make us one in that we are all made of the same staff so we are all connected really makes sense in understanding that when I sleep and the other guy decides that timing doesn't matter. Now moments are not litteral, what got given or done hours ago should be a point of sale now, and say that's it's all me. Heck I live to die so there's no need to stress about it, but I get a good kick out of expression. In seeing through the fear one really realizes that the world is not suppose to be silent. They are fishing out food and points of sales so they are low-key forcing the silence of the no time zone on this beautiful sound space. You see the beauty of where we are now is the life, the compressed vibrations and varying frequencies plus the massive numbers just flowing all around us and the time as the most valuable gift to life. These things and more express themselves in sound frequencies, the trees, the sea, the birds, the volcano and us. We speak to ourselves or others, in thought or verbally. It's all too organic so much that I think that as other forms of life observe us, they ask themselves that why do they not communicate telepathically. Rather choosing to primitively stick to language. But it's sound that really makes this realm all too hot and cold actually. From the music to the wolf wild cry, it's all sound beauties that convince me that it's better I get my silence naturally by kicking out the thought noise makers but also finding a place to adopt to myself where my water won't mistakenly be charged with fluoride. It's something of understanding that to be one and aligned, silence must be embraced, facts, now through the adversity one learned that fear keeps the masses on the tip. Keeping the men from 60 and my ladies filled up. \n\nThe wonderful detox option really works when you can build a mindset around it and more. Sure detox but not only the body, the mind and spirit need a purge too. It's a whole being , youd be fuxin yourself into fuxing others to give you experiences for answers you already possess. It's the law it's the law, fux that. Take you inner child and higher self and you the physical fool as one. Detoxing caters for the fool, what about the child and the angry beat of you. You know that you can by no means go mad, because if you do you'd be a berserker right. If your dangerousness takes over all the controls, your true self without the much needed healing. It's a whole craze and this is how I sometimes self diagnose. Jerking off helps but it's just shifting focus to the lazy parts of you while keeping the active parts of you dormant. Sure it can sort of keep them from juicing out the best if you but think about it, that juice takes up to three days to perfect. Do the math, it takes 60 days to spermatogenesis. Rolls royce aren't made in the same timeframe as your last ride. All the offense. Take it and feel better. There's processes that are made to perfect us so much that I got to differentiate between my aura intersected to make me suicidal and my own suicidal thoughts. These suicidal thoughts aren't the pity me kind, initially it was my inner being signaling me something. Most of my own suicidal thoughts came from the deduction that there is little to no meaning of going through all of this, as I went farther I got to find that I was void of feelings and emotions. I needed to heal in places in places I didn't know I was broken and that kept being reset and broken every time I slept. I needed to link my healing to all that I ever was, all that I am and heal all that I'll ever be. It's something to work on every single day but it's really worth it because if not this then death is pretty much the transformation that makes up for all this BS. Death is beautiful, I've written about it and my interests in it and why it's not coming yet for me. I still believe death is one of the most beautiful events in life and that we shouldn't fear death at all. It's like graduation from life. Most of us want to graduate much earlier than the main program. Because for real, if you study this world, it's fuxed. We have manifested the decentralized ecosystem because of this. It's not just bitcoin or cryptocurrency this/that, it's years, generations, centuries of tears, fears, all illuaions and blood. That people didn't have better, didn't know better, settled for owning the fluoride because it's better than getting owned by fluoride. And this isn't even 0.00000001 of the whole gig. \n\nI've learned to breath and control myself deeply when I get annoyed. Although I sometimes like to fux their beings up because the mindset is so contrary to why we chose to come here. We came out here to have life and have more abundantly not suckle each other to death. It is what it is we say but we are living in a world created out of fear. Overcoming illusions is only the beginning but what do I know, I'm only the dog , condom, fool, which all goes to mean a trapped wise man. And this isn't half of it. It's completely free and it's on the cloud so it does not need your CPU to run. The same account can run/be open on several devices at once. \n\nOn the other hand I have observed that the gains can only be withdrawn after gaining 10 USDT. The withdrawal is to a bonus account meaning the gains from the mining would need to be traded then what profits you make, you eat. To my surprise I found that my inner man is infinitly focused,so focused any action that I take is mundane to him. As I came into this world to enrich our (me and myself) experience, there is no wrong in anything I do. The more of these what we call mistakes I do the better. This is true to the extend of variability,in that everything that I go wrong in creates infinite levels of explorations by my inner man, how unique are these explorations? In all of existence only I can make these and bring them to life, the more suffering a pure heart endures, the sweeter these explorations are. This is mainly because we do not know how to really be fully our bad selves in this time and space as it is filled with feeling of the lower vibrationals. My inner man on the other hand does not have these lower vibrations,  he is almost overly positive. He would fuck you up with the most positive smile to exist. What does this make me? A major target to especially those falling under my inner man, because I'm out here not knowing anything, well I really do not know anything. I got an audience of hundreds maybe thousands, some applying make up on me for whatever reason, some of them inspiring these kind out energy outputs, and most of the others have enjoyed years on years of running me around making sure I do not succeed. So what is about these beings and encouraging failure so much that we are presently coming to an end of one of their worldwide scams? Is it that the black plaque was really that different from the cold or the earthquakes and tsunamis?  It's not all about the inhibited successes, it's about the beautiful energy filled juices at the climax of the extremes that are just so priceless, the residual can then be shared around but the climax is a collector's juice. The mindset behind books is that because of the many pages (most books have hundreds)  we are constantly dismissing the thought of writing that book.\n\nOn average (my own facts) a normal human being with or without spirit knowledge goes through the year picking up almost a 1000 topics of inspiration from which to write, sing, act or a combination of a display of projections of their talents. The inner man is always seeking to be expressed or to express themselves. Themselves? Yes, the inner man has many sides to him, he is not always the same nor is he always a man but you do have dictatorship over him because he is you. So when that book idea comes in on a daily you keep brushing it off, thinking \"it's not my thing, if I write I'll be like this or that, I don't have the resources, or wielding a pen and writing has mad spiritual implications\". My dear, draw your breath and hold up a double dose of middle fingers to those thoughts! They are not you, if you are looking for belief, I believe in you, so much that I can actually back you up and show you the way. Here is the way, warming up to your own heart. As much different as the faces of your spirit man so are you. When the moon changes phases so do the water balance in your body through blood works, lymphatic fluids, white blood cells in the marrow, your breathing. These moon phases influence how you think and act sometimes because of the intense focus on certain part of you like the heart or the brain or the calf. Wonder why sometimes out of the blue or red, you feel like working out then you tell yourself you'll work out tomorrow? Then tomorrow comes you feel very different? Tell me that's just life right? Well no it's not and so you should stop (yes this is unsolicited advice) you should stop doing that to yourself, it's killing gains. \n\nJust to boost your confidence, the writing that you read is more about the writer than you but you pick up on the relative because of the reason you picked the reading. So when you get that idea to write, write so you inspire the masses who are stuck in places they shouldn't be all because of one week or one month they don't want to spend writing a book page by page if they must. \"I'm too busy they say\" \n\nSo from the battle is half won when you appreciate your own talents by approving the thought. After approving the thought, you send it off, forget about it, as with all good things, you must let it go (yes must)  so that if it's beautiful enough it will always come back every so often so easily so lovingly, or harshly depending on the motivation you need. The point here is that the energy investment in thought is not too much, the thought dismissed into the vortex connects to all the energies that are related to it and comes back to you with even more energy. That's how people go to extremes, that's how people become who they become becomes of the energies accumulated. Even if you do not like the energy,putting it on paper is most certainly one way to let it go and not bother your present life but in so doing you create another world within your world that you get to keep this other thought from coming back and turning your life into directions you'd rather take elsewhere. It's nothing bad, it's you! No one else can be you no matter how hard they try, only you can be you not even your inner man can be you. No matter what the world has made of you, only you can be to express you in the ways you'd express you if you decide to, no one can copy you enough to be you or limit you enough to be you. You are so unique, I love you, it's actually my honour to love you because I'll probably not get another chance to love you but through this way.\n\nAfter the thought comes back with more energy as you decide what to do with it because if you don't it takes you over. It takes you shopping, watching stuff, talking stuff, it takes you into deeper thoughts to let you know how deep it went to come back. Thoughts are very powerful, when they come through as books,songs or some other expression, it's best to adhere, if you don't then the thought takes you over because it is you and it's easily one of the inner man's faces.\n\nThere's a battle, between the chosen platform of expression and the thought, halfway the thought seem to disappear or too much of it comes forth that it overwhelms you but careful observation will have you relate to the water works changing as the moon phases change. So? So just write, worry about editing later and brush off your pragmatic human monkey brain that's always selling you short and just express yourself. \n\nAfter you are done doing that, compile your work. If you do not trust your language skills to have no typos(misspellings) amongst other grammatic errors,theres tools you can use such as proof readers. Proofreading your writing is a crucial step in your writing,every book needs to be perfect but only according to the author and editors specifications. \n\nAfter editing out whatever errors have found their way into your work, now you can start with the real work. You are probably thinking that the writing was the real work but no. You hear them urging you and telling you not to judge a book by it's cover because much like human beings, books are much more beautiful beyond the cover. He k, the book can be cover-less and still put your whole library to shame every single time. So the cover is very important for it to connect to the right readers wether they are just discovering their love for reading or they are looking for more seasoning to their reading affairs. It is very crucial that at least 1 % of the design yells out what the book is about, you won't really want to read a Bible that looks like a spell book now would you. That's just ironic but the design must reasonably gravitate towards the writing. Although there is ways that writers and authors make this books so unique that you cannot in your wildest dreams guess what the book is about. But by all means design what your heart call you to design because it's all you expressing you and the life that you experience or imagine. \n\nWith your books designed there's nothing much left except making sure all the book data is legit, such as copyrights and all that (I just really wanted to get you pumped up so you get the idea of writing into you started so you awaken the beast within you) \n\nNext is deciding how you want to sell your book, online, offline, in bookstores or to a very selected few, it's all depending on your appetite for the reasons you write. The pricing has to come in at some point if it's not the main motivation to write. Most people think money motivations when someone is writing but more than that books can be very liberating, sets your mind free from unnecessary attachments and burdens that need heavy numbers to let go of. Every ink drop counts, every letter every page is an investment into the energy you'd like to put out as the readers recreate your characters or writing according to their impressions. So then you'll probably need a launch team to launch your book right? Or you can just do it with a couple of hundreds of thousands of truly fitting audience from your platforms, you do have some platform right? Ok that doesn't really matter, thought is king that's why when thought comes to play the script is fucked. So at this point you have done so much, gone through so much exploration of yourself and other possibilities you probably feel like writing another one or perhaps you've ditched that anxiety effects.
