I'm not a financial advisor and I don't play one on the internet.\n\nRich Dad Poor Dad was my first exposure to the producer mindset and paved the way for turning my cash flow into long-term wealth.\n\nTo summarise the core concept, the book explains that you need to own more income generating assets like a stock that pays out dividends, a cashflow business or a rental property and fewer liabilities like the home you live in or your car.\n\nEver since I read that book when I was 16, I've been fascinated by accumulating assets so that I can spend on liabilities without having to work a lot more.\n\nThe majority of my asset classes have been cashflow businesses that I've built from the ground up and affiliate websites that I either buy or make both things that I can directly control. However, it's only now that I'm looking towards a new\nCryptocurrencies and the blockchain industry in itself have quite rapidly developed a very recent, under-appreciated income-generating asset class of Masternodes.\n\nWhat are Masternodes?\n\nMasternodes are fundamentally servers that keep an active copy of the whole blockchain and help in making the transactions over the network more secure, private and faster.\n\nIn return for this service, Masternode holders get a share of rewards generated from each block.\n\nWhile It has been called just another Ponzi scheme because of the bad actors that exist in any asset class. If you do your research before investing in a project regardless of whether it supports Masternodes or not, there are early-stage opportunities, backed by strong, committed teams with the intention of developing a better ecosystem for everyone involved.\n\nDash and PIVX are both strong projects that fit the profile, but comparatively, they're more established than my liking. The 7% ROI is barely better than holding a savings account, and I would much rat her put the money back into my existing asset classes.\n\nHowever, I did find one project that was at just the right point in their journey for entry, have a solid foundation, a strong team and plans that I believe will make a dent in their goal of becoming a 100% privacy centred cryptocurrency.\n\nBulwark is a PIVX fork, built on the shoulders of giants like Bitcoin, Dash and PIVX and is changing the game when it comes to privacy coins with the ground up approach to making the infrastructure with both hardware and code to develop a privacy-focused ecosystem.\n\nHere's how not to pick a project…Positive Price Action\n\nI see a lot of people valuing projects from their positive price action, and I see the same people getting burnt.\nWe have to understand that the current market price is all sentiment and shows little to do with the actual progress of the project. You'll see this with any project where you care to dive in a little deeper.\n\nTake EOS for example,\n\nIt launched at $1, quickly shot up to $4 due to the hype and then fell back to under $1 for a long time before shooting back up to $20.\n\nDid the premise of the project change at any time? From their inception to almost 8 months later when their price reached an ATH, nothing much had changed regarding an actual product being shipped. It was all market sentiment.\n\nSo instead of following the herd, it pays to research the project, the team and the future vision of the project as well as how likely it is for the team to actually ship the product they're promising.\n\nOnce the product has been shipped, the price action will follow since the sentiments are much likely to be positive towards the project.\n\nThis logic is what led me to invest in EOS when it was at $0.8, and this is the same sentiment that is driving me towards Bulwark as a solid project.\n\nHere's why Bulwark makes a robust income-generating asset for my overall portfolio:\n\n1. Fundamentals and Team\n\nSince day one, I've been engaging with the team, checking in on their communication with the community, complete focus on the product development and complete lack of focus on the price action. \nI find them to be just the team required for a fast moving crypto project, that is not afraid to switch gears and change directions if that's what's needed.\n\n2. Infrastructure\n\nThe Bulwark team focuses on developing the infrastructure that will make future adaptations either easier or irrelevant. \n\nThey follows a no-hype approach and rarely disclose the upcoming features until they're released.\n\nI see a lot of projects do a random partnership or hyped-up feature announcements just for the sake of price action, which is a big red flag for me.\n\n3. Future Plans\n\nWhile the Bulwark team is working hard at the backend, their no-hype approach makes it seem like there's little to no future planning to the general community.\n\nThis paradigm is destroyed as soon as you read their whitepaper where they've detailed the release of privacy-focused hardware, a hardware wallet and a more community-driven cryptocurrency with the focus on fair distribution of value.\n\nLet's Talk Numbers\n\nWhile these were the core values that got me interested. The numbers aren't shabby at all.\n\nHolding a bulwark Masternode right now will cost you around $3700 with an annual ROI of 150%.\n\nIt might seem like too good to be true, but it's not. The reward premium is high compared to the likes of Dash and PIVX because the risk premium is significantly higher as well.\n\nThat's is why it's imperative to do your research with low market cap projects like these because the risk of losing your investment is VERY real.\n\nThe ROI is bound to drop significantly as the project holds ground, builds up a more significant community, more masternodes show up.\n\nI currently have a few Masternodes which is generating passive income every single day.\n\nI can take that value out to invest in other projects, collect another Masternode and get those coins to work for me or pay for the liabilities I like to accumulate.\n\nHow much would that translate to when the price action reverses, or the project starts to pick up adoption? Only time will tell.\n\nHowever, for now, it's one of the riskiest and most profitable asset classes in my portfolio.\n\nIt's just as risky as any other early stage crypto project like AELF or POLYMATH, however, my price of entry keeps on reducing as time goes on. \n\nThink about it.",

I’m not a financial advisor and I have no intention to play one on the internet.My friends call me crazy.</em></p>\n<p>While I’ve been following every trading rule under the sun with my cryptocurrency portfolio.But one project where I’ve been irrational is Bulwark.In fact, it is the only project that I’m currently invested in which is truly a “low market cap” cryptocurrency.</p>\n<p><strong>Biggest risk: </strong>The volume isn’t enough for me to exit if the project goes to zero. If it goes to zero, I lose a sizeable portion of my crypto portfolio.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, if it does live to it’s promise, given the rewards you make for being an early investor, It can easily outperform by-far any other project that I’ve been involved in.</p>\n<p>So, to say the least, it’s calculated irrationality</p>\n<p>.Here’s why it might be the single best time to get into this project:</p>\n<h3><strong>1. The ROI on Masternodes vs Substance</strong></h3>\n<p>I started my first Bulwark masternode at the peak of the crazy holiday season bull market. There were only 100 or so bulwark master nodes online at the moment, the return was out of the world.</p>\n<p>At the time, there were a lot of projects that were offering similar returns and there are still a ton of projects that are offering much better returns on their masternodes but little compared to the vision and grit that I’ve seen with the Bulwark team and community.</p>\n<p>Despite the fact that the price has dropped by over 90% (not surprising given the volume on this project), what makes it still a great opportunity is that the masternode which was once priced at $79,000 can now easily be obtained at a price of $7000.</p>\n<p>The ROI on the master nodes is decent and now that they’ll be moving on to Proof-of-stake consensus in less than a month, even the rewards will be adding to the ROI.<strong>Disclaimer:</strong> At the time of writing this, I’m operating over 10 master nodes, most of which I bought in at a significant discount from my first masternode.</p>\n<h3><strong>2. The Incentives are&nbsp;Changing</strong></h3>\n<p>I’m pretty excited about the upcoming switch to POS, for both Bulwark and Ethereum.I’m excited to see if my theories would hold out to be true or will I learn a new lesson that goes opposite to my intuition:</p>\n<p><strong>Here’s what my theory is:</strong> with the onset of POS, the incentives will shift from selling the coins (and thus having fiat to pay for all the mining equipment, electricity, etc) to holding the coins (to generate more value).</p>\n<p>The selling pressure would subside and with the demand being maintained, every BWK would ultimately increase in fiat value.However, after being involved in crypto for a length of time now, I’m open to surprises.</p>\n<h3><strong>3. The Conditions are Perfect for Accumulation</strong></h3>\n<p>Most people enter a project when it’s either too late or the returns are mediocre at best.Here’s what the cycle for every market looks like:</p>\n<ol>\n  <li>Accumulation</li>\n  <li>Healthy Trend</li>\n  <li>Parabolic Bull Move</li>\n  <li>Crash/Fast Pullback</li>\n  <li>High Volatility</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Here’s how I used it when investing in EOS:</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*B2Ms6vHyOjbY-N9N2KGjxA.jpeg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"630\"/></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Here’s what the current Bulwark Market Cycle looks like:</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1600/1*i2Qx3mGzsYim8JEx_jnuvg.jpeg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"630\"/></p>\n<p>Moreover, with the current dumping going around by miners, since BWK will soon be moving to POS and thus miners might be looking for new projects, I believe this project is as cheap as it’ll be.<strong>Conclusion</strong></p>\n<ol>\n  <li>The masternodes and POS are incentivising people to hold rather than sell the coins.</li>\n  <li>The community is growing, privacy features and infrastructure is being developed without it’s reflection in price.</li>\n  <li>In theory, The market conditions for entry are ideal.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>What’s your take on this.
