The public transport and the subway are always in the brink of collapse.  In the past year the combination of lack of cash and public of transportation make many people quit his jobs or his classes. The simpler tasks became unbearable tortures.\nAn enormous amount of products and brands have disappeared of the supermarkets. The deposits of the morgue are full of cadavers, the hospitals are desperately short of medicines and basic supplies. Is not false that the number of people begging for money in the streets, eating from the garbage can or exchanging sexual services for food is increasing.\nToday's Venezuela could be symbolized with so many images: a malfunctioning rusted machine, a caged animal left alone to sore, hunger and rot, a deserted city full of garbage. \nBut those would be just metaphors. Bad metaphors. \nSo many are the signs and images of this disaster, so strong they are that we don't need those supplementary images: ¿is not enough with the clean waters of the Pao Cachinche river corrupted by the blacks and putrid for the Lake of Valencia, the banks of the Caroni river deforested and liquefied until what was forest become mud and dirt, the brown shitty water that comes out from the taps?.\n¿Is not enough with the inmates rotten in the dungeons of the municipal police –without a hearing, and habeas corpus, water or even food- with all those who search in the garbage for food?\nThose are the first signs. Signs of contamination, of rottenness. \nThere are another ones: of need and neglect. The plastic and paper bags that are impossible to find, the empty spaces in the supermarket, the closed factories and stores, the malfunctioning ATM´s, the home appliances damaged by the blackouts, the endless public bathrooms closed because de lack of running water, the untraceable or unaffordable medicines, the desperate waits for an electronic transfer of money, the people murdered by criminals, the people murdered by policeman, the millions of emigrants that will never come back, the emaciated body of the governed ones.\nBut we don´t lack of signs of plenitude. The billions dollars that flight of the country, the mansions in Spain, Florida and Dominican Republic, the price-controlled products trafficked in front of the nose of policemen an military. The endless lines to buy anything, the fat which engulf the swelled body of the governing ones, the inmates who overflow the jails, the garbage that overflows the streets. \nBut no sign is so vehement, as destructive as the hyperinflation, plenitude of zeros with no value at all, of money that can´t buy anything. ¿Can the apologist of the chavismo, the nostalgic left wing, understand the feelings of those who find out that buy the simplest things has become impossible?\nSigns of rottenness, of need, of plenitude and also of failure. The signs and traces of failure are everywhere in the country, from Tocoma in the south to the Andes –and through the course of the Guaire river. In those places a new kind of ruin, a premature one, is the most visible result of the incomparable failure of the chavismo, of his disaster: abandoned or unconcluded projects, neglected infrastructures, nationalized factories that failed to produce anything. \nIn their abandonment they remind a little to the ruins of the soviet period but these ones don´t have the grandeur or glories of the past that can give them some dignifying aura, no pervasive achievement to wave as a banner: those are the inventions of the chavismo the premature ruins, the living ruins, as in PDVSA, the state owned oil company, that produces a little more of a million of barrels of oil every day, as in the oil and aluminum companies, as in anything that the Supreme Leader, with his touch of an inverse king Midas pump dry and destroy. \nIn Venezuela even the worst of tyrants left something of worth: roads, national unity, and infrastructure of some kind. But Hugo Chavez only left ruins, and those ruins are the most distinctive sings of the past of Hugo Chávez on this earth. They scream that the caudillo, the Eternal, the avatar of Bolivar-Crist, passed over there, that made a cheesy and sentimental TV show, that lie to himself and to others speaking of the big achievements of the revolution, that got drunk with the same illusions of his followers, that he assigned resources that ended in the very deep pocket of bureaucrats that are as corrupts as are useless.\nWealthless Country, Worthless rulers. \nSo, in a first level there is nothing complex in the Venezuelan disaster. There is a general state of decomposition caused by massive loss of wealth that was caused by a massive loss of freedom that was caused by a massive loss of forces. \nFirst, there is a massive decapitalization that begins in the Chávez administration and continues with Maduro’s: according to Navarro and Giordani, two former minister of Chavez, at least 300 billion dollars had been embezzled between 2006 and 2015 and left the country . The dissident chavistas of Marea Socialista –Socialist Tide- put the number in 320 billion of dollars.\n There is not public figures of the indebment but firms as Torino Capital estimate the debt, only in bonds and notes over 70 billions dollars .  Other sources put the bilateral debt with countries like Russia and China in 39.3 billion and the total debt in 184 billion . \nJust Alejandro Andrade, the one-eyed former head of the national treasury, according to the Department of Justice of the United States has documented gains for bribes of one billion dollars . With the fall of the oil prices this fantastic loss of wealth deepens, and the drop on the oil production (from 3 million barrels per day to only a million )\nSo, the inner works of the disaster are easy and don’t ‘require any conspiracy theory: a fantastic corruption and a crippling economic crisis left the country with very limited resources. Such decapitalization, such ruin explains the magnitude of the crisis. But is merely and effect. The loss of capital explains the crisis but is not explained itself. \nThe enigma would be ¿why the country allowed to be ruined? ¿and what is the chavismo that caused such loses?\nWhich has been lost is not merely capitals: is wealth. “Behind” the loss of wealth is a loss of force, of productive forces, and “behind” (¿or inside?) of that loss of forces there is a loss of organization, information, structure and complexity. \nIf Venezuela still produced the three millions barrels that had been producing for decades there would be much more resources and money for imports, investments and the ability of solicit credits, then the crisis would not be that severe. But that is not the case. \nIf the –always weak- industrial network of the country were, at least, in the level in which were in 2007 there would be much more supply and the scarcity and the inflation less severe. But that is not the case.\nIt takes wealth to produce wealth, it takes force to produce force, and freedom to produce freedom. If there are not resources to increase the oil production then there is impossible to pay debts, and import food, medicines or supplies. Is impossible to obtain credits. And so, the loss of wealth continues in a nasty and vicious circle. \nThat loss is not merely economic: is ontological. The loss of money and resources express a loss of many other kinds of wealth, and many kinds of forces (since wealth and force are always immanent one to another): population, forests, clean water, rain, electric power, productive forces, public transportations, knowledge…\nOur hypothesis is that there is a relation between this catastrophic loss of wealth, force and freedom in Venezuela with the massive extinction of animals, the death of the bees, the global warming, the ecological disasters and the continuous state of war in some regions of the world. In an age of disasters the chavismo is nothing more than another disaster on this critical point of the anthropocene.\nAs for the Venezuelan disaster there are not mystery in his inner works: is a fantastic failure of stratification –in the deleuzian sense of the word. It works in a very simple way: Whatever is taken, seized, ruled or controlled by the government stop working or works in a very crooked way. Is as tragic as is comical.  \nWhatever is seized stop working because is corrupted and everything is seized or captured in one way or another. After the takeover it loses shape, form, information, matter, energy. The process is simple, banal: the managers and directors of anything would be put in charge not because of his merits or preparation but because of his loyalty, because their ability to produce chavismo.  \nThey would bring with themselves more people loyal and unprepared. Whatever resources and office, institution or organization have would be sacked –because there are not comptrollers, attorneys or courts that do anything that held them accountable- the procedures legal and technical would be considered bourgeois or outdated, the maintenance, the training, the supervision would be abandoned. \nIf a factory is nationalized and seized by the government a new manager, usually a member of the military, would be put in charge. There would be great celebrations and a great deal of propaganda and television shows as a semiotic expression of   that takeover. From then, the factory will collapse. And not only because the problems of a planned economy as delays and bureaucracy but also because the money destined to fund the factory will be stolen just like the products, and even the machinery, the tools, etc. The factory will be, by all practical purposes, dismantled or metamorphosed in a crooked business.\nBut this process of take over and collapse happen in all the extension of the state apparatus: a hospital, a jail, a public bank, a television station, a road, a power grid a water supply network. Even PDVSA the almighty oil company and the armed forces are prey of the corruption.\nAs in comics or science fiction there is an entity that assimilates and consumes everything.  One could say that a virus of corruption that spreads with the chavismo. In this point even the government blames the collapse of PDVSA in former ministers of Chavez as Rafael Ramirez or in mafias or mobs. Even Maduro speaks of “red mobs” meaning mobs of chavistas. Nobody in the government claimed the innocence of Alejandro Andrade the friend of Chavez who sacked de public treasure.  \nIn this contagion of corruption everything became a bad imitation: of a factory, of a jail, of a hospital…Not a simulacrum, not something new but a bad copy of whatever the things are supposed to be. \nIn fact there are mutations, becomings and metamorphosis but those are terrible and sad and inconvenient: the jail, privatized to the gangs,   transforms in a concentration camp but also becomes a fief, and a business.  Many things that are public became private business of the mob who controls it as the corruption performs a the facto privatization. \nIn the thesis of the antichavista opposition (which a natural history of the political entities could find closely related not only to the Cuban Exile or the Colombian uribismo but also to the Alt Right) there is a master plan behind the collapse: or the plan of Fidel Castro, working since the late sixties, or the plan of the Foro de Sao Paulo, since the 90’s.\nBut in fact there is no plan anymore. The recent history of Venezuela is that of the failure of the plan of the chavismo: to become a regional power, a super oil producer that have “food sovereignty” and would have eliminated the poverty by 2021.  Plans that supposed that the beloved leader would have a “long and prosperous life” and the cost of the oil barrel would be very high. Two hundred years charging 100 dollars per barrel and some of that time obeying blindly a leader that would die in a very old age like Fidel Castro did. That was the masterplan. \nIt didn’t workout. \nBut all the projects of Hugo Chavez had collapsed before his death, and his achievements lived only in the imagination of the caudillo, the scams of his ministers and the television shows that that thrown all those fantasies over us. And when the leader died and the price of the oil plummeted the master plan of the chavismo was over in less than two years. Since then, has been trying to administer, manage or rule a continuous disaster, the void, the corruption and the mourning for all those things that never were.",

      "body": "Los antichavistas tienen la hipótesis de que todo este desastre es planificado para que estemos \"como en Cuba\". El primer problema con eso es que en Cuba, aunque pobre y precaria, no existen estos niveles de desastre. El segundo problema es que la experiencia nos demuestra que el gobierno lo que ha hecho es aprender a beneficiarse o explotar el desastre como ocurre con los Claps y las OLP, el binomio: clientelismo/ represión que ni regulariza el abastecimiento ni previene la violencia.\n\n¿cual era el plan original del chavismo? ¿había un plan?. Pues si: reelegir a Chávez por unas cuantas décadas, vender petroleo de la faja a 100 dolares y mantener a la gente mansa con moneda sobrevaluada e ilusiones baratas (busquen las entrevistas de Mendoza Potella y verán como el admite que ellos se habían convencido a si mismos de que el precio del petroleo nunca bajaría). El petroleo nunca bajará su precio, Chavez vivirá por décadas. Esas eran sus previsiones. Su visión estratégica.\n\nPueden agotar ese monumento del autoengaño y la mediocridad que es el llamado \"golpe de timón\" de arriba a abajo buscando la brillante anticipación del comandante de esta crisis y como impedirla y no la encontrarán: estaba feliz contando sus fabricas de satélites y sus fabricas de fabricas, viviendo en un pais de utileria sin homicidios, sin sindicatos mineros y bandas armadas, sin apagones, sin cortes de agua, sin salud y educación destartaladas, sin pobreza, sin caída de la producción petrolera y sin ninguna consciencia de que los miles de proyectos que inauguró los domingos no duraron hasta el sábado siguiente.\n\nEl chavismo contaba con la inmortalidad de un enfermo terminal y el alto costo del betún de la Faja del Orinoco. Su plan era repetir eternamente el año 2006, año de gloria en que todo salió bien. Luego de eso solo han improvisado, nunca han hecho otra cosa que improvisar y en la improvisación, asi como descubrieron que el colapso del estado hace más facil saquearlo, aprendieron que el colapso de la sociedad hace más sencillo dominarla. Eso es todo. Hasta los pobres antichavistas deberían poder entender eso.",

      "body": "http://2016.versionfinal.com.ve/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/plantaversionfinal.jpg\n\nLa luz se va por horas, el agua no llega en semanas, el internet es tan  intermitente como las líneas telefónicas. No hay dinero en  efectivo para pagar y las plataformas de los bancos públicos no funcionan. Las unidades de transporte cada vez son menos y el metro se acerca al colapso. La combinación de falta de efectivo y de medios de transporte obliga a muchos a renunciar al trabajo o los estudios. Las gestiones más simples se hacen torturas interminables.  Incontables productos y marcas han desaparecido de los estantes de los supermercados.  Las morgues rebosan de muertos, los hospitales carecen de insumos básicos y los alimentos y medicinas son escasos o muy caros. No es falso que se haya incrementado el número de personas que mendigan, sacan comida de la basura o se prostituyen por comida.\n\nLa Venezuela de hoy podría simbolizarse con  muchas imágenes: una maquina descompuesta y  abandonada al oxido, un animal encerrado abandonado a la llaga, el hambre y la podredumbre, una ciudad desierta y llena de basura. Pero esas serían meras metáforas. Malas metáforas. \n\nTantos son los signos e imágenes del desastre, tan fuertes son  que no necesitamos esas imágenes suplementarias: ¿es que no basta con  las aguas blancas del Pao Cachinche corrompidas por las negras y pútridas del lago de Valencia, los ríos contaminados del norte del país, las riberas del Caroní deforestadas y licuadas hasta hacerse barro, el agua color mierda que sale de los grifos? ¿No es suficiente con Los presos pudriéndose en los calabozos de las policías municipales –sin audiencias, sin habeas corpus, sin agua y  sin comida- , los que escarban en la basura  para buscar comida?\nEsos son los primeros signos. Signos de contaminación, de podredumbre. \n\nOtros son  de falta, de carencia y de omisión: las bolsas de plástico y de papel que ya no se encuentran, los estantes vacíos, los productos y marcas desaparecidos de los mercados, las fábricas y comercios cerrados,  los cajeros automáticos descompuestos, el dinero en efectivo que no se encuentra, los electrodomésticos dañados por los apagones, los innumerables baños cerrados por falta de agua, las medicinas que no se encuentran, las esperas desesperadas porque llegue una transferencia bancaria, la falta de dinero en efectivo, los asesinados por los criminales, los asesinados por la policía, los  millones de emigrantes que no volverán, el cuerpo macilento y cada vez más flaco de los gobernados. \n\nTambién hay   signos de plenitud. Los dólares fugados, las mansiones en España y dominicana,  los productos de los Clap traficados ante la vista de policías y militares, Las colas interminables para comprar cualquier cosa, la grasa que envuelve los  cuerpos atocinados de los gobernantes, los presos que rebosan los calabozos, la basura que desborda los basureros. \n\nPero ningún signo  es tan vehemente, tan destructor como la hiperinflación, plenitud de ceros que no valen nada, de dinero que nada puede comprar.  ¿Pueden imaginarse los abogados del chavismo, la izquierda nostálgica, los apologetas profesionales la sensación desesperante del que descubre que, cada día, se la hace imposible comprar las cosas más sencillas?\n\nSignos de podredumbre,  de carencia, de plenitud  y, también, de fracaso. Los signos del fracaso están en todas partes del país, desde Tocoma en el Sur hasta los Andes –pasando por el cauce del rio Guaire-  un nuevo tipo de ruina, la ruina prematura,  es el resultado más visible del fracaso incomparable del chavismo: proyectos inconclusos o abandonados, obras de infraestructura abandonadas , fabricas nacionalizadas que nunca produjeron nada...\n\nEn su abandono recuerdan un poco  a los restos de la época soviética pero, a diferencia de estos, no tienen grandeza o glorias pasadas que les den un aura, ningún logro perdurable al que apegarse: es la invención del chavismo la ruina prematura, y también, la ruina viviente, como en PDVSA que produce menos de millón y medio de barriles diarios, como en las empresas básicas, como todo lo que con su poder de Midas inverso el caudillo secó y destruyó. \n\n \nEn Venezuela incluso los peores tiranos del siglo XX dejaron algo: carreteras, unidad nacional, infraestructuras.  Pero esas ruinas están entre  los signos más claros del paso de Hugo Chávez sobre la tierra. Declaran que el caudillo, el avatar de Cristo-Bolívar pasó por allí, que hizo un programa de televisión kitsch y sentimental, que se mintió a sí mismo y a otros con los grandes logros de la revolución que, se emborrachó con las mismas ilusiones de los ilusos que le seguían,  que asignó recursos que terminaron en el bolsillo de funcionarios tan inútiles como corruptos.\n\n\nLas ruinas son su huella.   Ellas y el amor y la sumisión que todavía inspira en sus seguidores. Ellas y la raza impúdica de nuestros nuevos amos, sus sucesores,  que prefiere cualquier cosa a dejar al poder.  Ruinas prematuras,  amor al poder, y tiranía.  Sumémosle el agua negra sale por los grifos, los apagones,  las estafas de Derwick y Odelbrecht, el crecimiento incomparable de la violencia y el crimen, y la riqueza fantástica de los bolichicos y boliburgueses: he ahí el legado.  \n\n\n Todo lo bueno o noble que intentó en medio de sus excesos de riqueza y de poder o se quedó en fantaseos o buenas intenciones o hace rato se perdió en la descomposición y el desastre que el mismo desató. En esta región del mundo donde el padre es a la vez ausente, mediocre y brutal, el caudillo no fue anómalo sino desaforadamente normal, como si la contrapartida física de su obsesión metafísica con la unidad, fuese el desastre: unidad de los cuerpos y las almas, de la tierra y de sus riquezas en el seno del estado que se pudre y se desmorona. \n\nCada ruina atestigua un hechizo contrahecho, un golem mal armado del cabalista mediocre, del imitador de brujo  que no dejó más que dinero en el bolsillo de los burócratas e ilusiones en la mente de los ilusos como si ese agenciamiento entre ilusiones, ruinas y dólares fugados fuese el verdadero invento del chavismo. \n\n\n Nadie como el caudillo  ha encarnado a la mamarrachada, el esperpento nacional que, liberado de sus últimas, de sus precarias contenciones (multipartidismo, disciplina fiscal, residuos de estado de derecho) ha mutado en desastre y corrupción ilimitados: prometió soberanía alimentaria y la comida es importada, prometió hacer de Venezuela un súper-productor petrolero y PDVSA está quebrada, prometió democracia y dejó caudillismo y estado de excepción, prometió participación y dejó verticalismo y burocracia ¿es que hay un solo caso en que los conjuros inversos del caudillo han dejado algo que no sea lo perfectamente contrario de lo invocado, de lo ofrecido?. \n\n¿Es que no apareció en su última alocución pública (Golpe de Timón le dicen los simples) hablando de fábricas de fábricas y fábricas de satélites apenas un par de años antes de que se hiciera casi imposible encontrar comida?. \nFundador indiscutido de nuestra necropolítica Hugo Chávez tuvo un método implacable quebrarlo todo con sus conjuros inversos, de  apropiarse de todo para destruirlo. A él ni las viudas del neoliberalismo ni nuestras izquierdas patéticas le entienden. Atribuir su método –que es el de Maduro- al totalitarismo, o el neoliberalismo es, en el peor de los casos, estupidez doctrinaria, en el mejor una simple aproximación. \n\nIngenios azucareros, fábricas, canales de televisión, nada escapaba del hambre de unidad de Hugo Chávez. Los resultados los conocemos, el azúcar es escasa y cara, sus fábricas nacionalizadas son cascarones vacíos…olvidemos a los tontos sin esperanza que corren con la boca abierta gritando ¡¡esto no es socialismo ¡¡¡ a sus hermanos neoliberales, igual de imbéciles,  que giran y gritan ¡¡¡castro-comunismo¡¡¡ hay algo descompuesto, disfuncional, mamotrético en el chavismo que no sirve ni a los requerimientos del mercado libre ni a los del estado planificador:  hace imposible tanto la producción económica que requiere el primero  como la gestión pública más o menos ordenada que reclama el segundo: demasiado desastroso, inepto, incapaz, para establecer un mercado libre o un totalitarismo funcional, el chavismo los imita y los entremezcla a su manera, estatiza porque ha privatizado al estado, licua lo público y lo privado en un compuesto  en lo que lo único discernible son las mafias.\n\n\n¿Es que podemos imaginar en los grandes autoritarismos de Eurasia (el saudí, el turco, el iraní, el chino, el ruso) sumergidos en apagones, el agua cortada por semanas, los bancos dejando de funcionar por días? ¿Es que podemos imaginarnos al rey de Arabia Saudita pidiéndole al presidente de Aramco que venda pollos?  ¿A Mendelev  peleándose con los panaderos de Moscú?, ¿a los  Castro privatizándole las cárceles a los presos o declarando “zonas de paz” donde la policía no entra?\n\n¿Es que imaginamos a un neoliberalismo asfixiando las empresas y quitándoles las condiciones mínimas para subsistir?\nEste el dominio de la necropolitica o, también, de la necrocracia. Es que entre gobernar la vida y disponer la muerte está el amplio espectro de la descomposición, de la corrupción. He ahí la política definitiva del chavismo, la que engloba y digiere a las demás: a su clientelismo con sus deudas, a sus ilusiones y obediencias, a su derecho de matar… es la necropolitica, que gobierna la descomposición, si tal cosa es posible.\n\nCorrupción, estrictamente hablando, es la destrucción de cualquier cosa por la corrosión, la descomposición y el colapso. Desastre es el desalineamiento de los astros, la dislocación cósmica que augura desastre para los mortales.  Entender el chavismo es entender el Necropoder. Entender el Necropoder es entender la corrupción y el desastre…Es cierto que la necropolitica es ya la de las petroleras, la del capital financiero, la de las guerras eternas en el medio oriente, pero son pocos los rincones del mundo donde el Necropoder se extiende en tal medida en que se deviene una necrocracia.\n\n Es en el centro de África, en los restos del Mar de Aral, en los rincones del mundo abandonados a la podredumbre y el desastre, allí donde la corrupción no tiene límite,  el autoritarismo se nutre del colapso y la empresa privada y el poder público se funden en la mafia  donde podemos encontrar algo con que comparar o conmensurar este desastre.",
