titleThis thing my parent taught me...
bodyMy dad has taught me a lot of lessons about money. Don’t attach any value or emotion to it ~ was his main one. Don’t do an activity because the outcome is money. Don’t chase a friend or a relationship because there is a potential financial gain in the end (we all know the rich kid at school which has constant stream of kids wanting to visit)… ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/kfvz03hr2u.jpg) Don’t stay in a relationship simply because of financial security. If you are unhappy, you should get out. If the pursuit of life is money, you’ll live a wasted life and years will flash in front of you. Better live a short life worth living, than a long life in misery. The majority of people I see, follow the path of studying, pursuit of educational success (which is very costly), the first 10 years working your butt off in a corporate office before you finally hit a position where you make a lot of money.. You’ll be over 30 by then, if not older… Unfortunately, you did things you didn’t like doing in order to go on living. You buy materialistic stuff to cope with the stress of every days life. It’s sad. I lived my 20s to 30s on full speed adrenaline. Seen the world, worked my butt off, made more money than I could spend, but had fun, every year. In case you lose money, forget money, got in a lot of debt, it’s not worth worrying about. Crying or a restless night because of lack of cash is an empty life. I hear you think, well, you need money to survive right? Of course, but my dad always taught me that if you pursue what you enjoy, you’ll eventually reap the benefits. Through this, you enjoy life because of the pursuit of a certain activity, like becoming a scholar, librarian, baker, rather than the financial security you seek at the end. Extract your happiness out of friendships and yourself, like a walk through nature or your kids. You can give your kid all the money in the world, pay for his education, but that won’t make him love you, or make his or her life any easier. Don’t attach value to rich goods or services. A house is a house. A car is car. Whether you have 15, or an old French brick.. You can get fun out of both. The core essence should be happiness. Nothing more. The world has so much to offer, widen your horizon, try what you think is cool. And do exactly that. I traveled through Europe with a friend sleeping in only the cheapest hostels and cheapest means of travel. It was more fun than traveling with a RV through Europe which I’ve also done. My dad comes out of a poor family. My grandfather was a baker and had a lot of kids to feed. My dad always has a strong sense of curiosity. He was really good in mathematics and logic and he became an electrician in his 20s. Luckily the library was free. He was really good. Because he enjoyed his work, he earned good money. The drive to become good in his profession was to satisfy his curious brain. I’m his only kid. My curiosity was the world of finance. I have a roof over my head, I have food in the fridge, I’m healthy. I do a job I like, what else do I need? My dad’s sister on the other hand married a millionaire. She never had to work a single day in her life again. She has complained for decades about the misery, shallow lifestyle they’ve had. She now feels stuck, and too old to make a move on her own. When my grandparents (my dad’s parents) passed away, my aunt wasn’t allowed to take certain belongings back to her home. As it was all cheap old crap. I still remember her entering the door, full in tears, because her husband didn’t allow her to take my granddad’s belongings… I felt sorry for her. The storm between how she was raised - in contrast to the extreme wealth she was living in now, caused her to live a life of misery. All the money in the world. Yet I have never seen someone so unhappy. If you wake up, and you realize you aren’t happy with your life. Don’t wait. Change today.

titleWhat is life without a Job
bodyLife without job is like without dress…. First of all sorry for my English mistakes and take a time for a long story…. I have completed my B.Tech in 2014 from a college in and around Hyderabad where we don’t have a proper placements.I came out of the college with an aggregate of 76%.I was on a tree after seeing my result thought that i will get the job very easily and started attending interviews with a group of friends. First Interview: I cleared all the rounds and in the HR round they mentioned that they pay only 6K per month and the work location is bengaluru . So my friends suggested that cost of living is to high to bare in that city(I am middle class guy my parents won’t support me financially to survive in that city).I rejected that job. Second Interview: It is a start-up in Hyderabad.I attend the interview everything goes fine i cleared all rounds then HR came to me and said wait for the Offer letter.I was waiting at the reception. Here comes a twist suddenly the HR came and said that we have some other guy who is referred by our we are offering to him. Then i lost my confidence and curse my fate. I thought reference is important for a job seeker to join in a company then i contacted a consultancy for job opportunity. He said pay 50K this week then you will be in the company next week, salary will be 15K per month. I went to my parents and said that i need 30K to join in a company. Some how they managed and gave me 30K and i arranged 20K from some of my connections. Next week i got the offer letter from that consultancy, the job location is nearby mindspace was a 2BHK flat, after a week joining over there. They gave us (With me 70 other people joined) 3 days holidays. After completion of the holidays we all came back to office, here comes the worst moment of life there is no office over there. They cheated us. So many thoughts are going on the mind. How to face my parents and how to clear the debts taken from my connections. Atlast we filed a case against the company even the cops are blaming us for believing fake consultancies. Some how i came out from that. After all that worst phases,i started to think about govt jobs (Always my mind fluctuate from here and there)joined in a coaching institute and attended the GROUP 2 exams and all other exams and almost i wasted 2 years but everything going in vain. Then one of my friend suggested me to join in app development course, but am not ready to bare that coaching fee.He is one of my best buddies buyed a udemy course for me and i attended all the classes.I have a good knowledge on app development for iphone/iPad.But after applying so many jobs on various job portals some how got calls and started atteding the interviews,But the first question from them is ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/02i9wqm002.jpg) 1)why there is a gap…? 2)You better go for govt sector…? like all silly questions and suggestions. Still even today am attending interviews on app development but not achieved anything. People suggest to keep a fake experience but i don’t want to cheat the company. I begged everyone(friends and relatives) for a reference but the real face of them came out.People only love our success but not our problems and issues facing to achieve it.Even today i won’t attend any family functions or parties because everyone asks what do you do..? not how you are…? :( Only person still encouraging me is my mother……love u maa

titleThe rudeat experience I had in movie theater
body*** Warning: this answer contains sexual language *** I once was working with a model for a series of B&W nude pictures, and for some studies of drawings. It must have been more than ten years ago. The model was not a pro: she modeled in her spare time, and was actually a (very good) lawyer, and she still is. She loved to undress, and being studied, which is an excellent thing in this line of work. She was of exceptional beauty, so that was an other big plus. Here is an actual picture I took from her in one of our first sessions: ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/c4hh7vpdsl.jpg) After I had learned to know her quite well, she confessed to me that she had this fantasy about going to a sex movie theater in The Netherlands, but that she did not dare to do this on her own, and so she asked me to chaperone her. We were not even close to that country, and it did not happen. Quite some time later, she was working in The Netherlands now, and I happened to be nearby for a couple of months, and she did another model job for me. She brought up the fantasy again, and we decided to try it out. And we did. So on this one afternoon, we ended up in such a place. The theater was very small — I guess it was made for about twenty moviegoers — and it was dark, and very warm. It also smelled a bit funny, like sweat. The movie that was playing was of the hardcore porn type. But the idea was in fact very exciting to watch such a thing besides a good looking woman, whose plans and thoughts on this whole situation were very vague ! There were some older men in the room, maybe five or six, and most of them were jerking off. We did not look at them, but they had all seen HER. After about 15 minutes or so (I was thinking it was almost time to go), one of these men simply came standing in front of her, with his (erected) dick out of his pants. The situation was very awkward, and time seemed to be standing virtually still. Then, in one very fast and graceful movement, she took a condom out of her purse, put it on the man, and gave him a blowjob !!! He was finished in three minutes, she disposed of the used condom, and then asked me to leave, and have a coffee with her. Which I did. I think the term “rude” could apply to a number of things that happened in there, for instance to the fact that that man came standing in front of her, with his thing out of his pants. But for me, although it was exciting, maybe it even applies more to her, to what she did. I was just so baffled that she did that to/with an unknown man, while I was sitting there … (maybe I kind of hoped that I would do some modest sexual thing with her in that theater myself, who knows ? — or is that rude thinking of my behalf ?). In any case: “going to the movies and then having a drink” never meant the same to me again !

titleHow young person incest money
bodyThere is no set textbook rules. Besides Textbook is obsolete in this generation anyway! Let me tell you a story how a this kid got rich by buying sneakers and turning into a passion business! ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/own6nl18st.jpg) I heard this story from my wife last weekend and learned that we should allow our kids to be creative with their investments in future. And the story Goes… This Asian American Born kid (i didn't catch his name) actually made more money that his parents before he turned 30. All he did was buying and selling sneakers (sneaker flipping). He grew up in a good suburban family area with good schools. He was not good at hitting the typical asian grades and enrolling to Harvard etc. He was just a regular kid who loves sneakers and fashion. He always knew which sneakers caught his eye and started collecting them as a hobby with his pocket money. sometimes he bought a second pair incase the first one wears out too quickly. He learned about the sneaker and fashion business on his own interest at a very young age. When he graduated he was doing a really dull office job even though it was well paid. He never enjoyed a single moment and never enjoyed waking up for it. His parents realised that and decided to invest in him by providing $20,000 as a venture loan for his business start up. He started marketing via instagram and vlogging like a typical millennials. Soon his fashion sense and reviews caught eyes like the Brooklyn Beckham and other sports celebrity. He then started sorting shoes for these celebrities. It was like the hint for classic cars. He build his own brand first and then proceed to the typical stores opening and logistics assortment. Now he works like 15 hours a day 7 days a week including travels everywhere to meet clients and also supplier. He is far happier then he was in his day job. It was better paid too. During his shop opening, he invited the guest of honor (aka his parents) and thank them sincerely for believing in him. NEVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU HOW TO INVEST YOUR MONEY & TIME! Stocks, shares, bitcoin, forex are classes as passive investment and not a full time job. You need to asked yourself, what do you really want to do? A young person can afford to invest in TIME, ENERGY and MONEY at their youthful career. When you go back to your work place, ask yourself, WHAT THE FAK ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE! Dr A Koh

titleLife lesson from frog
bodyPut a frog into a vessel fill with water and start heating the water. ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/fzz1ssze7i.jpg) [Source](www.google.com) As the temperature of the water begins to rise, the frog adjust its body temperature accordingly. The frog keeps adjusting its body temperature with the increasing temperature of the water. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog cannot adjust anymore. At this point the frog decides to jump out. The frog tries to jump but it is unable to do so because it has lost all its strength in adjusting with the rising water temperature. Very soon the frog dies. What killed the frog? Think about it! I know many of us will say the boiling water. But the truth about what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when to jump out. We all need to adjust with people & situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust & when we need to move on. There are times when we need to face the situation and take appropriate actions. If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually or mentally they will continue to do so. Let us decide when to jump! Let's jump while we still have the strength. Thankyou..!! Be happy .. Grow wise

titleWhy tech startup are not ran by single man
bodyOne tech startup scaled to 73 million views per day, with only one developer. One developer named Markus Frind founded a dating site called Plenty of Fish in 2003. It wasn’t until 2009, 6 years later, that he needed to hire his first employee. In the meantime, the site had gained 50,000,000 users, 1 billion monthly pageviews and $10,000,000 in profits every year. Even more impressive, he only worked for 10 hours a week during this period. Ultimately, he sold the business for $575 million in 2015. Similarly, Thibault Duplessis runs , one of the world’s most popular chess sites, on his own. He founded the site in 2010, and since then has grown it to 20 million visitors per day. Unlike his competitors however, Duplessis has honourably opted to keep the site ad free, supporting it only from donations and running it as a non-profit. ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/mmqcw7wb8v.jpg) Obviously these 2 examples are massive successes. As a result of completely bootstrapping their business, and neglecting VC funding, they have maintained full ownership of their businesses and avoided dilution. This worked out particularly well for Markus Frind, my first example, who managed to keep the full $575 million (minus taxes). Their existence is a testament to just how cheap it can be to run a business under efficient management in today’s climate, thanks to cloud computing, low hosting costs etc. However these two companies do remain outliers. The fact that I can count on my hand the number of businesses achieved this scale with only 1 employee prove the minuscule odds of replicating their success with one man. There’s simply too much to do in the chaotic world of the average startup to manage with only one person. If you’re worried about your equity being diluted, one solution would be to bootstrap your startup to a profitable state, and then slowly add employees to your team, only seeking VC funding if you really need it, or think it can multiply your growth rates. This prevents dilution from VCs or a co-founder. Personally, I think this is probably the happy medium between the amazing, yet rarely successful aforementioned businesses of one developer and the addiction some startups develop to VC funding, without ever actually building a profitable company.

"body": "One tech startup scaled to 73 million views per day, with only one developer.\n\nOne developer named Markus Frind founded a dating site called Plenty of Fish in 2003. It wasn’t until 2009, 6 years later, that he needed to hire his first employee. In the meantime, the site had gained 50,000,000 users, 1 billion monthly pageviews and $10,000,000 in profits every year. Even more impressive, he only worked for 10 hours a week during this period. Ultimately, he sold the business for $575 million in 2015.\n\nSimilarly, Thibault Duplessis runs , one of the world’s most popular chess sites, on his own. He founded the site in 2010, and since then has grown it to 20 million visitors per day. Unlike his competitors however, Duplessis has honourably opted to keep the site ad free, supporting it only from donations and running it as a non-profit.\n\n ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/mmqcw7wb8v.jpg)\n\nObviously these 2 examples are massive successes. As a result of completely bootstrapping their business, and neglecting VC funding, they have maintained full ownership of their businesses and avoided dilution. This worked out particularly well for Markus Frind, my first example, who managed to keep the full $575 million (minus taxes). Their existence is a testament to just how cheap it can be to run a business under efficient management in today’s climate, thanks to cloud computing, low hosting costs etc.\n\nHowever these two companies do remain outliers. The fact that I can count on my hand the number of businesses achieved this scale with only 1 employee prove the minuscule odds of replicating their success with one man. There’s simply too much to do in the chaotic world of the average startup to manage with only one person.\n\nIf you’re worried about your equity being diluted, one solution would be to bootstrap your startup to a profitable state, and then slowly add employees to your team, only seeking VC funding if you really need it, or think it can multiply your growth rates. This prevents dilution from VCs or a co-founder. Personally, I think this is probably the happy medium between the amazing, yet rarely successful aforementioned businesses of one developer and the addiction some startups develop to VC funding, without ever actually building a profitable company.",

titleHow to be beautiful as a father girl
bodyThe question you shouldn’t be asking is “Can I be overweight BUT beautiful?”, it’s “Can I be overweight AND beautiful?” And of course, the answer is absolutely! What makes a person “attractive” or “beautiful” is entirely subjective. There is no set of criteria in which your goal is to check off all the boxes. Beauty comes in so many different forms. Some people are beautiful because they have a smile that lights up the room and makes everyone around them feel happiness. Some people have a wonderful way of carrying themselves that let’s you know that they are present, attentive, and confident. Some people have twinkling eyes. Some people are incredibly passionate. Some people have the rare capability to be truly empathetic, and want to show love and respect to everyone they meet. Some people have wonderful hair. Some people have wonderful faces. Some people have wonderful bodies. Some people think that you DO have to have a perfect body in order to be attractive or “dateable”, and you want to get as far away from these people as possible. You would never want a person that is so naive, shallow, and unable to see true beauty. No matter how well you conform to society’s definition of beauty, if you are with a person like this, you will never feel like you are good enough or truly appreciated and loved as a person, therefore you will never be comfortable in that relationship. Just for extra measure, here are some absolutely GORGEOUS models: [Sources](www.google.com) ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/sy67himl6d.jpg) ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/i59b2polu1.jpg) ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/7satv5q5md.jpg) ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/vnun0nchb5.jpg) The best thing you can do to improve your appearance is dress nicely, stay active (you don’t have to workout hardcore, just going on daily walks is enough) have good hygiene, and carry yourself with confidence and grace. These things will make a WORLD of difference without you having to fit into a certain size.

titleDirty tricks by cab drivers
bodyI, along with my cousin brother went to watch a movie. It was a night show and we were running late, so we quickly booked an Ola Cab. The driver arrived and we sat in the cab. My brother took this phone out and said- Brother(B): Bhaiya OTP number is 4487. (Translation- Brother, My OTP pin is 4487) Driver(D): Mera Phone meh network nhi ah raha ha. Aap amount aur location batado aur drop ke baad pay kardo. (Translation- I am having network issues with my phone. Just say the drop location and amount. Once we reach the destination pay me that amount) My Brother and I glanced each others face and both knew something was fishy. But we were running late for the show so we went ahead as the driver said. During the trip my brother noticed the notification bar on his phone. *Your ride is cancelled and you were charged Rs. 50* We were like: ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/3z5l2ik37v.jpg) So what he did- * He saw it was a long trip and amount was Rs. 350 * He cancelled the ride as soon as we sat in the car * He told there is a network issue * He dropped us in our destination and got the amount from us * He have a 100% share of the ride amount * After that took his other phone and logged into UBER account What we did- * We smelled something fishy * We saw the notification * We understood his trick * We reached the destination and paid the amount * My brother took his phone out and navigated to my trip section in Ola app * Clicked on our cancelled ride and then applied for a refund of the cancellation charge stating “The driver cancelled the ride”. *Final output* -We reached our destination on time and got the refund -The driver after deduction of the cancellation amount of Rs.50 got Rs. 300 in hand. *Conclusion* -Although we were not in loss here but what if someone have not noticed this and got unnecessarily charged extra for cancellation. -In this scenario the driver didn’t had any intention apart from the trip amount. What if he had evil intention. He had cancelled the trip and there is no proof that you were travelling in that cab. So, Be careful with such kind of tactics while travelling in a cab. The situation we were in is the most safest scenario but it will not be always.
