En lo particular aún tengo dos grandes dudas,  de sí se pierde el tratamiento si se olvida tomar **una** sola pastilla y lo otro es a partir de cuantos días del inicio del tratamiento es seguro el coito sin un embarazo.       "body": "*Hace varios años decidí planificarme con métodos anticonceptivos, ya  tenía varios años con mi pareja y siempre habíamos usado preservativos pero me sentí lista para usar otro método, por lo que me dispuse a buscar en internet y en el mercado la mejor opción.\nMe sentí súper abrumada con tantas opciones ya que hay pastillas, métodos de barrera, métodos mecánicos y métodos hormonales no orales, entonces me día la tarea de ir al médico y probar que me iba bien. Por lo que en este post les hablare sobre mi experiencia y el correcto uso de los anticonceptivos orales*\n\n![ilustracion aco.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSb9bPCmFpPShkMbchv2vges9YXkAhoxqFrZQPXiiwJjP/ilustracion%20aco.png)\n\nBueno como les decía, mi búsqueda empezó investigando en internet un poco, qué son los métodos anticonceptivos orales, que no son más que píldoras las cuales tienen por principio activos hormonas, estas hormonas son el estrógeno y la progesterona, ellas actúan en el ciclo menstrual y estas se liberan gracias a otras hormonas que son la FSH (Folículo estimulante) la cual hace que se libere estrógeno y maduren los folículos para la ovulación y la LH (hormona leutinizante), la cual mantiene vivo al cuerpo lúteo luego de la ovulación.\n\nAcá les dejo un esquema para que se ubiquen mejor.\n\n\n![aco 3b.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYGMaAdaxrB3P8P3P522zR8eWYcMze4TUpnT3SNsTeeUN/aco%203b.png)\n\nEntonces al tomar la píldora le digo a mi cerebro que hay progesterona y estrógeno entonces el no secreta FSH, ni LH suficiente como para ovular, por lo que no ovulamos...ahora esto suena maravilloso -sí método estas píldoras no ovulare!-  sin embargo hay que tomarlas al pie de la letra para que esto sea así ya que debemos simular que nuestro cuerpo es que le dice al hipotálamo que hay estas hormonas y que todo está bien, para que este no, nos haga pasar a la siguiente fase y ocurra la ovulación.  Por esa razón es importantísimo que tomemos la píldora a la misma hora, sin olvidar ninguna, además que al iniciar el tratamiento debemos empezar el día número 1 del ciclo, el cual como ven es el primer día de a menstruación.\n\n*Ahora teniendo en cuenta esto hablemos de los tipos de píldoras*\n\nHay muchísimas píldoras pero acá solo abordare solo las de uso más común.\nlas primera que hablare será la que es de 21 días, que en su mayoría están a base de etenilestradiol el cual es un estrógeno junto a un progestágeno, se toman igual como les decía, el primer día de menstruación y el resto nos las tomamos 1 por día a la misma hora durante 21 días tomando un descanso de 7 días, el descanso es para cumplir con los 28 días, y al no tomar las píldoras en ese tiempo disminuye la carga hormonal por lo que se produce un sangrado que interpretamos como menstruación. \nLas segundas son las de 28 días por lo general tienen la misma composición de las primeras o son solo a base de progestágeno y los 7 días de descanso se remplazan por 7 placebos, esto se hace con el fin de tener una rutina y no olvidar tomarlas.\n\nLuego tenemos a la píldora de emergencia a la mundialmente famosa \"píldora del día después\" esta tiene mayor dosis de estas hormonas por lo que  si  la tomamos antes de que ocurra la ovulación, la frenamos pero nos condicionamos a tener manchados o un retraso porque alteramos el equilibrio hormonal, debemos siempre tener en cuenta que:\n 1- es solo para emergencias, no hay que toarla como caramelos.\n2-  tenemos que tomarlas antes de las 72 horas luego del coito sin protección\n3- esta solo tendrá eficacia si y solo si aún no se ha llevado a cabo la ovulación, ya que sí nos la tomamos el día en el cual ovulamos no va a parar ningún ovulo ya que este ya está maduro y esta rumbo a las trompas de Falopio. La cultura popular dice que son como un abortivo por lo que evitan la implantación y déjenme decirles que NO, es progesterona y la progesterona es la hormona del embarazo por lo tanto no va a frenar que se implante el embrión.\nTomando en cuenta esto debemos pensar bien antes de usarla.\n\nHay píldoras de emergencia de una sola pastilla y de dos, ambas tienen la misma concentración por lo que está en la paciente si la que trae 2 píldoras la toman de una vez o como dice la caja, si tomas 1 ahora y la otra a las 12 horas, dependiendo lo que diga la caja o su ginecólogo .\n\n\n![aco 2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbUpdyZrAuSUpbpaMZEz98mfZ3oUf6ytkUPc4ntXb9h7o/aco%202.png)\n\nEn fin... son un buen metodo pero hay que ser constantes y no olvidarte tomarlas,  ayudan mucho si tienes un ciclo muy irregular porque permite tener control del mismo, disminuye el sangrado, mejora la piel si tienes problemas con el acne. \n\nRecuerden siempre, siempre, siempre preguntarle a su medico especialista y no tomar estos medicamentos a la ligera.\n\nbueno... este fue mi articulo espero les haya sido de ayuda.\nun abrazo :)",
