      "body": "Rambling Thoughts\n(By Vic Buaquen)\n\tMy classmates and myself are deemed in the pre-departure to the afterlife and many of us have actually taken off and gone. Be it as it may, a question crossed my mind for those of us still lingering around. Is there still anything that remains to be important and needing our serious concern?\n\tPerhaps, it is to take a perspective of what our life has been and ponder where we are headed when we ourselves do take off too. What I will be sharing here are my personal thoughts with those who will find it worth their while reading it, for a comparative look and learning, if not to spur them to take a stand or take a personal view on the matter. My apology, however, for those who find it pointless or nonsensical.\n\tBeing born and living in a Christian world, I understand our view of having been created in the image of God, going through life in a dualistic world and eventually going to heaven or hell as a judgement on how we lived our life on earth. Seems quite simple as a postulate or supposition. I can subscribe to it but not the end part. I cannot reconcile with or accept the thought or the possibility that the divine in man can be condemned by its Creator to eternal pain, suffering and damnation. I cannot see God punishing anyone here but Himself. Nothing can part us from God because the very life or energy that enlivens, animates or quickens us, is God. The bible says that even when we make our bed in hell, God will also be there with us. Without God, man is a null, a void, a nothing. Is it not that God is LOVE and loves man, his creation, unconditionally? Such a God does not judge or punish.\n\tBesides, the idea of a heaven and a hell is obviously an extension of a dualistic world of which the afterlife is most likely not. If the afterlife was dualistic, then there would have been no reason to create  our dualistic world. A very telling point that a vengeful God is indeed manmade.\nThe free will of man is not of man but of God, from God and bestowed to man by God. I cannot help taking a look and making a comparison to what we as parents do, if and when our children do some serious errors. Do we condemn them to eternal punishment? Definitely not. We love our children enough to give them always a chance to do better next time. And LOVE, including our love for our children, is it not of God, by God and also given to man from God?\n\tThis concept or belief about a punitive and vengeful God, smacks strongly, to me like, it is a manmade idea created for the ulterior motive of controlling or enslaving the masses.  Looking around, the conspirators or authors of such an idea almost fully succeeded for they have come to amass 99% of the wealth of the world leaving more than 99% of mankind in dire need and poverty. The tide is changing and it appears that man is awakening and starting to see things for what they are. We are moving forward, advancing and the Light, with compassion amongst us, is becoming more prevalent. Each one of us does have a role in this change. Agree? God is within each of us and cannot be thwarted in whatever plan of glory He has for us all.\n\tReasonable, fantabulous or delusional? You decide. Each of us has free will, remember?",

They claim to be descendants of the biblical Nephilim giants who were the off springs of “fallen angels” and daughters of man. They evolved and look no different from us today although they were inheritors of superior intelligence and technology from their off world parents that enabled them to dominate the whole ancient world. Proof of this is the emerging and uncovering that the royalties and rulers of many ancient societies had elongated skulls just like what the pharaohs of Egypt had. One other distinction they have is that, they worship Lucifer and believe Christ to be the bad guy. Indications is that they are 1% or less of the earth’s population. Thanks to what we may call the Alliance today who fought and opposed the Cabal for hundreds of years. The Alliance consists of humans and positive off worlders who have practically defeated the Cabal, today. And, if I may add and assuage our human understanding, God who created and gave us of his Essence and Divinity would not allow or consign us to be slaves to other beings. Perhaps He allowed us to experience such a process for our own ultimate good and evolution to something much grander and glorious than what we are at present. Just like how the Israelites in biblical time became slaves in Egypt?\t\t\n\tAnd so, the Alliance has defeated the Cabal. The Cabal is practically leaderless and their power structure in the world (among them the mainstream media, giant pharmaceuticals, weapons manufacturing, many legitimate industrial/financial concerns, as well as lucrative criminal activities such international drug dealing, human trafficking, etc) is systematically being dismantled and their members being charged for their crimes against humanity. They are fleeing in droves to South America, to some safe havens they have under the ice in Antartica and even to off world destinations with their space craft. No one is allowed to leave, however, and every single one of them will eventually face justice. We can logically state, however, that whoever or whatever we are, is manifested in the reality and totality of what we are today. This totality of what we are is probably and comparatively the perceivable part of the iceberg with the greater part being hidden underwater. And again, we come full circle to the fact that no one can define or know the totality of our present selves but us, ourselves, and no one else. One definite conclusion we can make out of this is that we are the creators of our own reality even if we do not know why or what for we do so.\n\tTime to take a look at free will. Free will has got to begin from a point or position of perfect neutrality in everything and every way. Any bias at the start, for positive or negative, up or down, left or right, etc would make free will null and void. Any bias in the beginning would make us robots and not beings with free will. This must be the reason why we were made to forget who or what we are. So that the field will be clear for our uninfluenced or untainted creation?\n\tShould we think we are birds, for example, then we get shackled to the bias of being birds and partial to all things pertaining to birds thereby disqualifying us, by definition, as entities with free will. We have said earlier that our having a conscience is an evidence of bias being in us. Moreover, there are plenty of times we are in autopilot and not actively exercising our free will. For example we do not decide which leg will take the first step of our day. We are on autopilot. Where does all these bring us? Are we free will entities or robots? We do know we have free will, nonetheless.\n\tPerhaps the reason we cannot arrive at a definitive state on who or what we are, is because we are in the task of creating precisely who or what we are. This is tantalizingly beautiful and logical thought. If I were to believe in it, I would take solace in that our future is open ended and is up to us to create. In the vastness of infinity we can create absolutely anything that we have the heart and the will to do.\n\tOn the other end of the spectrum of such a choice is the end of human life at the push of a button. We now have that capability with many such buttons poised to be pushed at many places in the world.\n\tSo where do we go from here? We must believe that our individual choice is very important because it will go to form part of our human collective choice.",

Our body is made up of about 150,000 proteins. In Latin, protein means the “primary element of life.” The DNA is a passive blueprint and does not turn “on” or “off” as is commonly understood today.\nConformational change means protein adapting to signal from the environment, a newly understood process and an enlightening fact.\nHundreds of billions of cells are dying everyday needing replacement, according to Carl Sagan. A huge opportunity for health, wellness and even longevity lies herein. Finding or designing appropriate cell replacements could achieve such goals for us.\nTwo new sciences; signal transduction - environmental signals transmitted by cell membrane to activate cell behavior. And epigenetics – environmental signal activate genes.\nCell membrane is deemed the brain of the cell for receiving signals from its environment and transmitting same to the cell.\nWe have two types of proteins. One are the receptors that receive signals from the environment and the effectors that convert signals to biological responses.\nDNA gets mutated regularly but not the “junk” DNA which comprises more than 90% of human DNA and are turning out to play a crucial role in human life.\nCancer is 10% heredity and 90% environment. Cancer becomes curable by change of environment or lifestyle. The 10% heredity could be changed by our perceptions and emotions to rid them of their cancer-causing effects. Cancer then becomes quite curable. And this makes us the master of our DNA and not the other way around. In June 2008, Dean Ornish in San Francisco, California separated prostate cancer patients into two groups. One group was given pharmaceuticals and the other was not given any pharmaceutical but taught lifestyle change, how to meditate, change their diet and stress reduction techniques. In 90 days, 500 genes changed their functions that led to healings.\nDNA can be caused, by cutting parts and replacing or splicing new parts, to produce new proteins.\nEpigenetics now therefore modifies the central dogma as follows: environmental signals control regulatory proteins which controls DNA which produces RNA which produces protein which is us. We could therefore effect a change in the protein at the bottom of this chain by changing the environment signals. We could therefore more fully control our health, our life and longevity.\nIt seems as if just a part of the dogma was revealed to enable the scheme to enslave mankind, worm its way to society.\nThere are 50 trillion cells in the body which are contained in the culture media of our blood which are affected by their environment signals. Our cells receive signals through our nervous system via our sensory organs (ears, nose, eyes, tongue and skin) which give us our perception of the environment. We are capable and enabled to create positive signals and interpretations for a more fruitful, longer and healthier life not only for ourselves but also for others.       "body": "We will make a point at this time that science does have an explanation on the origin of man – Darwin’s theory of evolution. Darwin arrived at his theory from his study of animal behavior in a small island in the Pacific for a period of time about 160 years ago. He then made generalizations from his observation that he claimed applied to all, including humans. This is how conflict, separation and competition became the framework and structure of our culture, beliefs and attitudes. Life was, accordingly, the survival of the strong and death or weeding out of the weak. Modern science through emerging knowledge on DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), however, disproved all these. It was found and proven that nature had a bias towards cooperation and mutual aid of all life which is opposite to what we believed since the time of Darwin. DNA analysis showed man suddenly and inexplicably appeared on earth 200,000 years ago remaining physiologically the same today. Am hoping that this can result in some gain in worthwhile understanding or knowledge. I am just a seeker for acceptable answers and am not a proponent of any belief, creed or religion.\n\tWith science’s latest finding that the heart, not the brain, is the main guidance system of the body, let’s ponder this. When people gesticulate to refer to themselves, as they say “I” or “me,” they simultaneously tap their breast or point to their heart. They do not point to their head or their brain. Says very much?\n\tOne other lead from science that we will consider here is the finding that there is a particular bias in the creation of the universe which they call “intelligent design.” A good example of this might be the fact that darkness in a dark room could be dissipated or driven away by the introduction of light in the room. This is a bias because it could not happen the other way around. The introduction of darkness in a bright room cannot drive away or dissipate the light in the room. Which defines darkness – the absence of light. This should dispel the belief or imagery that darkness has with it a powerful evil out to harm or capture men’s soul. Darkness is simply a void and nullity that has no power or energy of its own.\n\tWhat bias might there be in humans, according to our “intelligent design” of the universe? Our having a conscience is a good evidence of such a bias. Our ready response to positive things such as goodness, beautry, love, etc as well as our repulsion to negative things such as ugliness, cruelty, pain, suffering, etc. are good indications too. The owner of the conscience that reacts to outside stimuli is the “us” that we are looking for. Yet this too is very little information about us.\n\tThe many NDE’s (near death experience) that are very much talked and written about inform us that we are not our body. Invariably, all those who had NDE  changed dramatically. They no longer fear death and want to get back to that state they found themselves while out of their bodies. They became more positive humans who also positively influence those around them. They, presumably, have seen who we truly are while they were gone from their physical bodies and that knowing caused them to become more caring and loving individuals upon their return to physical life. This says very much on who we are but not quite enough. Nonetheless, do we still need to have an NDE to change for the better?\n\tWe thus far deductively arrived at having a conscience and that we also respond to stimuli showing a strong bias for positive things and repulsion to the negative. NDE experiences corroborates this and tell us we are not our body. That whoever we are, we are more truly resident in our heart than in our head.",

There probably are as many answers as there are people who will propose a solution to this. In the hope of sharing ideas and learning from such exchange, let’s discuss the matter.\nHow would I answer this, who or what am I? I am not Vic Buaquen, as I am known today. When Vic Buaquen, a name and a mental construct of my parents, was given to me on my baptism, I was already an autonomous sentient being when birthed into this world with an essential self and inherent identity. However, I don’t know my inherent identity or my essential self. And so with everyone else. A gut feeling says this was done on purpose, the reason for which is another huge question mark for us.\nWe continue to exist and struggle nonetheless, plugging the gap of our unknowing with make-believe beliefs, theories, concepts and ideas about who we are, which are all non-firsthand knowledge and spun by others for us, no matter how we respect or regard the source. This guarded stance on the knowledge in the world today is simply from the fact that the world is replete with fraud and falsity fed the masses throughout history. Our civilization is therefore dysfunctional for there being much falsehood and  bogus material used in its construction. And I might not even want to be here if I had the choice. Perhaps building a better world is also a reason why we are here.\nWe might have some help from science on our unknowing, Main objective of science is the discovery or establishment of truth.  Having said that, what has science has for us regarding our problem? No clear cut answer to our question is available but there are some leads for us to follow that might be of help to our quest.\nScience has thus far established that man creates his reality not from his intelligence, talents, skills, abilities or anything else but his feelings or emotion.       "body": "This is being shared with BCHS 59’ers and all others who might care to read.\n\tThis came as I pondered our coming get together on Aug. 24. 2018. What’s the point or reason of our being a Class?\n\tSo there are still much of us in our high school class lasting this long although we know that we are all in the pre-departure area to the afterlife.\n\tSomehow we conceded to the idea of our being a group which we lately called the BCHS 59’ers that wishes to remain and function as such. Am taking a jump from here, that we also conceded to being a part of the human collective or humanity. Superfluous? Perhaps our world and history would have been much different if man realized this oneness with all other humans from day one of his existence. Would you agree it is not too late to cognize and drill this idea into our consciousness today?\n\tThere are a lot more questions that I have today than when I was a growing young fellow. More reason to continue to wonder and even get more excited, perhaps?\n\tLet’s get back to our Class. Our reason for our being a class, I feel, is to have a context on which to react and relate with each other and with all others to contribute our experience to our collective reality as humans. Seems like nothing predestined in this but that we are continuously becoming and creating who we are, individually and collectively. Has any of us gained a grasp or understanding on what is life all about? Please tell me. I will listen. As I muse over this matter, I arrive and get lost in countless more questions that I now doubt if it could ever be answered. Perhaps life is not given to apprehension by the mind or intellect but more so to be lived with our hearts for the enriching experiences it might yield to us. \n\tLastly, we probably would not have questions such as what we entertain now if we only knew who or what we are. So, who are you? What am I? The irony now, is that no one can truly and validly  answer this question but YOU, YOURSELF. No one else. Agree?",

The very wealthy ones tremendously benefitted with the 62 richest individuals today owning as much as the combined wealth of half of the world’s population.\n•\tOur way of life is destroying the environment and killed 95 % of the species of life on earth. The reality of destructive and killer hurricanes, recurrent and devastating floods, earthquakes, droughts, widespread fires and the unchanging Schumann resonance so vital to earth life has more than doubled in 2014, are upon us. The world is on an exponential curve to destruction and man is teetering on the brink of extinction. What do we do from here?\n•\tThe first industrial revolution occurred in the 19th century, the second in the 20th. The third industrial revolution has begun in Europe with China vigorously pursuing it too. The Philippines, like China, never directly benefitted from the first two, but owe it to itself to pursue this emerging third one and join an awakening world. Third world countries, for their lack of infrastructure, are better suited to adapt to this third industrial revolution than the developed countries. It is much easier to build a new structure in an empty space than to retrofit an existing old structure that outlived its usefulness.\n•\tThe third industrial revolution is seen as a convergence of communication, energy and transportation that would require a far-reaching and an all-encompassing change in man to include a change in awareness to the changing of the constitutions of all countries in the world. Time to manifest the primacy of Love in our reality and our very being? Time to recognize our Oneness with everything and everyone?\n•\tOur sense of identity as sovereign individuals will be shifting to being a part of world community. Freedom shall be seen no longer from the perspective of individual humans but from that of collective humanity.\n•\tDecision making shall also be shifted to collective lateral coordination of the masses and no longer by any central authority or one leader dictating to the many, apparently leading to a more democratic existence.\n•\tThis write-up is a simple invitation for interested individuals to take a look whether the Third Industrial Revolution does hold a promise for a better tomorrow. Time to act and respond to the urgency of the moment?",

      "body": "A View of Christianity\n(By Vic Buaquen)\n\tChrist came to show a way of love and being to man and in his ascension from this world, he clearly said that man shall thenceforth be doing works of wonder even greater than those he did while on earth. He also said that for man to be so enabled, he has to love God with all his soul, with all his heart, and with all his strength; and that man must also love his neighbor as he loves himself. What then transpired from the time of Christ to today? The growth, evolution, and metamorphosis of Christianity were then handled and led no longer by Christ but by man. The foremost figure that appears to have decided most of what Christianity is today, is Emperor Constantine, a world ruler, and conqueror, who convoked and presided over the Council of Nicaea in the year 325 which formulated from extant scriptures, arbitrarily including some and rejecting some others, basically forming what the Bible is today. Dogma and doctrine were supposedly passed and decided on and reincarnation was rejected as part of the teachings of the church. Luminaries of the church not favored by the Emperor were excluded from the Council.\n\tSo where is that universal love that Christ envisioned for the world? Where are the spiritual masters working wonders and miracles spearheading the spiritual growth and evolution of mankind? The world today appears to be the making of a power-hungry ruler and conqueror instead of a loving God. Did a plumber do a job meant for an electrician? Why do we have the mindset of a sinner, undeserving of the love of God and bound for hell, utterly forgetting that it is God himself that animates, enlivens and empowers us? \n\tIt appears that Christ was used as a means to gain worldly power and control of people. The church got used not for the spiritual welfare of man but for conquest and enslavement of man. Would this explain why we are in a mess we do today? I wonder. Perhaps this happened for a better-ingrained transformation and sweeter victory of the light, eventually? And even so, whatever happens from here, due to the free will of man, depends on us. The ball is really and truly in our hands and the decision for the next occurrence is up to us. Shall we then engage ourselves to the task beckoning before us?\n\tChrist consciousness is not extinguished and will soon dissipate whatever darkness that remains in this world. A lighted matchstick dissipates and drives away darkness in a room but not the other way around. No darkness can dissipate or drive away light unless we allow ourselves to be fearful for whatever reason. Cultivating and sowing fear in the world has been the very effective tool that was used in the enslavement of unaware humans. Understanding this and never allowing ourselves to be fearful, the days of darkness in the world, are numbered and will soon be gone. So indeed we do appear very silly at times professing to the almightiness of God yet being fearful at times that His ways could somehow be obfuscated or defeated.\n\tThere supposedly will be a forking of the path for all of us. Those refusing to abandon the old ways and in denial of the light shall experience armageddon while those others who will embrace the advent of the light, supposedly devolving right now, shall ascend to a more beautiful and amazing world of beauty, love, and harmony.  Which way to go for each one of us shall be an intimately personal decision and not a result of judgment of God or anyone else. So, quo vadis human? Where goest thou? Those taking the fork to darkness shall have another chance to choose the light. We don’t condemn our children who disobey us to eternal damnation but continue loving them and give them another chance to do right. Expectedly, so does a loving God.",

      "body": "An Outlook\n(By Vic Buaquen)\n           To lay down the foundation of this outlook, let’s review the past from the time of Moses to be the beginning of the era of the Dispensation of Law. It was through Moses the Ten Commandments was given to man. The coming of the Christ into the world with his enunciation of LOVE as the primary and ultimate precept by which man should live for and live by began the era of the Dispensation of Love. Now let’s postulate another era and call it the Dispensation of Responsibility which does not necessarily replace the Dispensation of Love but could be coexistent with it. The beginning of this new era should be at the ascension of the Christ when he said he was going back to the Father and stated that man shall then on be doing greater things than what Christ did in his lifetime. It was the signal beginning for man to put on the cloak of Christ awareness and start wonders and miracles for all. Has man done so?\n          So the question to ask now is, what has man done since the ascension of Christ, to the present times? There would possibly be as many answers as the number of people who would try to answer such question. So comes in this outlook which could be one of several that could be given.\n          Christ has come to the world and has given his message to man. How did man heed the message of the Christ? The departure of Christ from the world left man holding the ball, so to speak. So how has man responded to the message of the Christ? What has history got to tell us? An unbiased look at what happened actually for the past two millennia should provide the answer. Yet, many might say that the answer will be in the eye of the beholder and not on what actually happened, which might also be valid observation.\n          Nonetheless, this outlook shall be given for those who would care to look or listen. This Dispensation of Responsibility is understood herein as the time for man fully transforming his old self into a new and awakened state of Christ consciousness. A transforming of the physical man into his birthright of divinity as a child of God. It is now man’s responsibility to make Christ real in his life and being and not just a belief or faith, mistaking the map for the territory. Faith or belief in Christ or in God become now the very barrier for man to actualize Christ in his life. Where have two thousand years of believing and having faith, brought us? History simply shows that faith and belief has not brought mankind home to the oneness with his Maker. Being and believing are two different things and are a world apart from each other. Paul said that it was no longer his old self nor his belief in Christ that made his life new but the reality of the Christ consciousness or awareness in his very being that has changed him completely. Let’s stop our fallacy of taking the pointer as the target. By simple definition, faith and belief presuppose that what you believe or have faith on is not reality in your life or being. What is the relevance of faith or belief in God once we attain that oneness with our Maker? From the vantage point of the Christ, it appears that his focus is not our faith or belief but our full and complete transformation into that empowered, divine and awakened state that he attained. \n           Is there urgency today for man to attain the Christ consciousness? Or do we continue to believe and have faith for another two thousand years? And continue in the barbarism, wars, violence, pain and misery that was the human lot throughout history? Shall we continue to do what we used to do and continue to get what we used to get?",

One of this is when you, in effect, said that we are not our thoughts when you stated that we get a glimpse of “our true being outside of thought.” And you also said that we are “an extended reality of the universal consciousness” which sits well with the Christian or biblical view that man is an individuated parcel of God. Your recognizing and proposing Love to the primacy it should have in human life is also in keeping with the most important commandment according to the Christ, for man to love God with all the urgency he can muster and love his fellow humans as he loves himself. Having said all that, I cannot see a heaven, however, that was meant only for Christians.",

      "body": "its a call to take control over your own brain/perspective.  People's prisons are generally self-made from taking on their experiences and creating normal modes of operation.  I have found more success with young people whose brains are still growing to take on this call to be responsible for their own perspective.  Brain's are incredible and no matter what kind of crap people put on you, even with abuse and trauma the brain can still heal and create new modes of operation.  Thanks for your comment",
