      "body": "I was not able to create this account as a diary at all so all I had to look back to was me posting random thoughts that made me cringe and nostalgic at the same time 😂\n\nMonths after I became an Engineer, time came when I needed to support myself entirely  - might be an entitled experience but for me it was life changing because moments when I started \"Adulting\" choices became narrow, my lifestyle suddenly became a big deal, time management is a must, and just balancing everything so you can still have your sanity\n\nI'll just turn 3 in the corporate world and it's been a roller coaster ride but Alfred you're still able to support yourself - you're still good. Keep moving forward, leave your excuses behind and reveal those results. Hiking without proper training is surely a drag because you try to overthink on what you're doing with your life. 😅 Spending money just to tire yourself up but in a positive perspective, hiking surely beats what indoor activities can offer.\n\n__2) Away from Technology__\n\nNot really but most of your phone's function cancels out. You'll mostly use your phone as a camera rather than a communication device. Not sure if this applies to all but it's soothing for me to be away from the stress of online medias.\n\n__3) The locals__\n\nHere in the Philippines, it's required to have a local guide that will accompany you in the Mountains. If you're the type to talk a lot, squeezing out conversations from anyone, you'll definitely enjoy talking to the locals because the'll provide you with a conversation that you rarely get within the barriers of the city.\n\n__4) Company__\n\n![IMG_20180204_105629.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmc8KNdsQAGJLaVqjFbdH8AJck5hYKdYUMyDHNa516xHoD/IMG_20180204_105629.jpg)\n\nBeing with a group that shares a common interest is amazing. It's like having a group wherein you can be a different you without totally being different. It's really hard to express in my terms but I guess if you understood my cloudy statement then I'll just leave it as that. 😂\n\nAlso, no matter how simple the food you packed for the group. The view that sips in your body removing all the pains of the trek. The comfort of mother nature that hugs your body to squeeze out all exhaustion.\n\nIt's only for a while actually, because after the picture taking, deciding to continue the hike will be another drag 😂\n\nClimbing a mountain is one those mini goals you fulfill in short terms but the experience is still worth every effort, even if it's just for a while.",

      "body": "All throughout your academic life, you learn different subjects that doesn't even fit in your own interests and that only when you begin working that you start to realize that it was kind of a let down to be wasting your life on unnecessary things, thinking back when you were learning journalism when your path was to be an engineer(well you get my point), giving an extra mile to all the subjects you enrolled just for the sake of having a passing mark, then only after finishing everything that you realize that you actually don't have a use for those subjects so it was kind of a wasted investment right?\n\nWell, these are just random midnight opinions going around my head after an overtime at work but anyway hope you hear me out.\n\nSo only when I started working that I realized that I only use a very small percentage of what I actually learned in my classes. So this got me thinking, what if as a child I decided to focus my time and energy to what I should've been now, then I might have more time to devote myself on what matters most like focusing my time and energy on being better on the oath I am taking instead of dividing the remainder of my life to what I should've been and to become better on what I'm doing now. \n\nBut still, even with this thoughts running through my mind, I won't regret that I stepped into school because without this experience, I wouldn't be able to know what I really want most, I wouldn't realize on where to focus the remainder of my time and energy, and certainly I wouldn't be able to feel what matters most, to be able to know how to be happy and make the most out of everything as long as you're living with hope that everything is in place, you just need to keep moving forward.\n![FB_IMG_1516126121200.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZ5WhuJpYnSogbUYciZSbG1rkjtLwGjm7kmcbv2YdeAaL/FB_IMG_1516126121200.jpg)",
