Hay momentos en que los creadores de contenido nos quedamos sin ideas y dejamos pasar el tiempo para vivir experiencias y entonces volver a retomar el ritmo, La Navidad nos ayuda a reflexionar, a recordar y a cocinar, desde que estoy acá en Colombia, que han sido ya 6 años, siempre he hecho mis hallacas, incluso cuando no tenía nevera, ese año hice poquitas o cuando me mudaba, incluso cuando yo sentía que no me alcanzaba el dinero, pues yo no sé como hacía y Dios multiplicaba y lograba hacer mis hallacas cosas que este año también me pasó. # <center>![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaNZpMfauLA5XccdCcC3z37gkzqdn2ztHGvw3Zda4V33i/1766938510105.jpg)</center> # Vamos a contestar entonces las preguntas de este simpático concurso: # 🎄 Tradicionalmente ¿como es el proceso de elaboración de la hallaca en tu hogar? ¿Que ingredientes usan? # En mi hogar traigo la receta de mis abuelas desde Maracaibo, el proceso básicamente es el mismo se buscan las hojas que vienen en algunos casos hervidas y cocidas, se pican las verduras en este caso utilizo: cebolla, pimentón, cebollín, ajo porro, ají dulce y papas, lo hacemos con varios tipos de carnes: pollo, cerdo y res se le agregan aceitunas alcaparras pasitas, previamente yo pico las carnes y las macero en vino tinto, se utilizan las especies pimienta, sal, aceite con onoto para darle color. # <center>![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmP6tWc27hwCCjQnLwmkZqThc53hm9jzcYbY2si6ohksUG/1766939205305.jpg)</center> # Para empezar sofrito primero las verduras con el aceite con onoto, las salteo muy, muy, muy bien y ya la carne que ya está macerada, la incorporo cuando ya las verduras estén bien sofritas, luego le coloco un poquito de vino y un poquito de agua con la que hervir el pollo, le incorporo sal, pimienta, encurtidos, adobo, salsa inglesa. Esperamos que seque un poquito y lo dejamos reposar, luego hacemos la masa, yo hago la masa con el agua de donde se hirvió el pollo y le agrego aceite con achote para darle color amarillo, luego realizamos el montaje, las hojas se cortan del tamaño adecuado, se hacen bolitas de masa del tamaño que tú de tu preferencia, la extiende sobre la hoja colocas una cucharada o dos de guiso, dependiendo el gusto, lo adornas con aceitunas y pasitas la doblas y las amarras luego las pones en agua bien bien caliente por 20 minutos y lista la hallaca. # 🎄 Las hallacas cruzaron las fronteras y estan por todo el mundo, pero ¿qué hace únicas las hallacas de tu casa? # Sí la hallaca ha cruzado fronteras, está en todas partes del mundo, que me distingue? por ejemplo acá en Colombia muy complicado conseguir la hoja de bijao y usamos hoja de plátano es complicado conseguir achiote, también el ají dulce por lo menos en Bogotá, las especies y condimentos son diferentes. Pero uno trata de que la sazón sea lo más parecido posible al de nuestras casas en Venezuela, por supuesto la reunión familiar para poderlas hacer, en muchas ocasiones no se hacen este mi caso mis hijos y mis hermanos trabajaban y yo hice mis hallacas yo sola y es un trabajo bastante tedioso pero hecho con mucho amor, es la tradición. # <center>![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXbzXMeCuSNwTiVrzmTYheQTB3FUF8RcHDDurD37rRXEv/1766938882913.jpg)</center> # 🎄 ¿Desde cuándo se hace esta tradición en tu familia? ¿Quién te enseñó a hacerlas? # Desde que tengo uso de razón en mi casa se han hecho hallacas y en casa de mi abuela se hacen hallacas tambien, las de mi abuela tenemos que ir muchos a ayudarla a hacerla: a picar, a cocinar, armar porque se hacen o se hacían más de 400 hallacas porque íbamos todos a la cena. En mi casa se hacían menos unas 100 o 80 solamente para nosotros. En mi casa se hacían menos unas 100 o 80 solamente para nosotros.
