| title | A Sweet Memory About the Tour De Tribal Area of Rangamati, Bangladesh. |
| body | Hello Everyone,Today I am coming with another travel post on Steem Community. I went to Chimbuk Murang Para with some of my closest friend for the best adventurous experience.Usually tourists come to Chimbuk hill from Bandarban. But our journey is from Ruma. Why did Ruma come? Landscapes and Rizuk Falls. But that's another story.Earlier, moon cars could be found from Ruma Bazaar. Still available as new road. But when I talk about it, I mean in 2018, when a bridge collapsed in the middle, I had to get in the car only after pushing the boat a little ahead. The two of us boarded a boat. Ruma Ghat has become busy again after losing the laziness of the night. Boats, crowds of people are gradually increasing. Marma, Bom women are getting rid of the smoke-wiping work at the beginning of the day. The Sangu Budd flowing through the middle of the hills on both sides is calm, maybe even a little serene. If you want to see its true form, you have to come in the rain. At that time you will see Udayam Sangu in its wild form.Conversation on the boat with a happy young woman. The husband is waiting on the other side of the river with his motorcycle. The gentleman lives in Bandarban for employment. He has come to take his wife and small child. There is no end to the mischief of the child sitting next to the young woman. Although he can't say a word, he is pushing it in shape and gesture. One bamboo raft after another is passing by. Here rafts are made and floated in the current of the river. Boats crowded on shore. I sat down with my partner Ridwan Akram in a waiting moon car.The journey of the moon car has always been enjoyable, thrilling to me. No matter how much the car jumps on the hilly road, the green hills by the side of the road, the forests, the hilly vines below can not stop the enjoyment of Sangur at all.Since the destination is Chimbuk, I got off at Y junction. From here one road goes towards Bandarban, the other can be taken to Thanchi. Coming here from Bandarban, the road that is divided into two parts looks just like the English Y, whose two arms have gone in both directions. Hence the name Y junction. I immediately got on the bus to Thanchigami.Seating did not match. However, the distance to Chimbuk is not much. The bus is gradually getting up along the winding road. One hill after another, seen in the distance, seemed to be competing to surpass each other in height. At one point I reached Chimbu. In front is a canteen run by army members. This is where the bus left us, its destination is absolutely Thanchi further ahead.Dugand jiriye pitch paved road along the Egulam front. As far as the eye can see, there are only hills and mountains. How the mountains are blurred by the unseen clouds, giving birth to mystery. At the bottom of the hill, there is a house in a neighborhood. Murang's neighborhood. The Murang neighborhoods are scattered all over the Chimbuk range. Chimbuk hill is also named after a Murang trader named Chimbuk. Murangs live in different areas of Bandarban including Lama, Alikadam, Thanchi. We will now go to the Murang Para below.A dirt road descended from the paved road. It is necessary to go to the neighborhood. There is a tong house on the right side as you go ahead with a narrow path. Murangras protect their crops from the clutches of various wild animals including pigs at night from such tong tongs. They also become prey to various wild animals including Maya deer who come to eat crops in Zuma. Tong is a different kind of fun to spend the night at home! See you when you get the chance. In the meanwhile, as it has come down quite a bit, the Murang bank also seems to be very close, as if it is calling with its hands. As soon as you enter the neighborhood, there is a temple on the hill on the left. All the colorful flags are being decorated around the temple again. I remembered reading Satyajit Ray's gang in a messy book by hanging colorful flags in front of the temple or by Buddhist monks keeping ghosts away. Who knows if the same purpose here?Ignoring the protest of the guard dogs, I entered the neighborhood. I saw from above that the neighborhood has spread over a large area. Almost every house is on the scaffolding. The veranda in front of the bamboo fenced house. These houses are amazingly beautiful with loft, veranda and windows. Little boys and girls are playing outside. Some people came to see us interested. The face of a teenager can be seen through the windows of some houses, a child in someone's lap. He hid his face when he saw us. He could not be brought in front of the window even after repeated calls. Murangra is quite shy. Apart from that, there is also the suffering of tourists. Now people of different ethnic groups in the hills have become very enthusiastic about reading, but when I talk about it, education in this Murang Para has hardly been able to spread its light. Many boys and girls do not go to school. The herd of pigs in the neighborhood caught his eye. Of course, this is a normal picture in the neighborhoods of Murang, Marma and Bam. While crossing many roads in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, you can suddenly see Nadus-Nudus piglets walking on the mattress-laskari rice. In any case, there are giants in this group as well as children. Some of them are looking at us with annoyance as it disturbs their daytime sleep.I have heard of Murang or Mrod long ago, I have seen them on the way to Bandarban. However, this is the first trip to the neighborhood. The source of their killing has always fascinated me. They observe it while taking the zoom crop home. A cow was stabbed to death. Although it seems to be a seemingly barbaric rule, Murang has a story about celebrating this festival. In their language, the creator is Thurai. Murang legend, Thurai is supposed to give scriptures to people of all nations through one ceremony. But Mro Dalpati failed to appear on time for the event due to the busy harvesting of Zoom. Therefore, he sent the scripture Thurai written on banana leaves with a cow. On the way, the cow, tired of hunger and thirst, ate the banana leaf. Appears to Mrod without scripture. That is why Murangs are so angry with cows. That is why they celebrate the day of killing cows.I started walking around the neighborhood. Women are busy with household chores. Some people are working in their normal clothes in the front yard of the house. The men went to the mountains. The few people I met spoke with sincerity. An old man with many faces is smoking in front of the house. I wanted to know the news of tiger and cheetah from him. I was able to retrieve the meaning of what he said in half Bengali, before it was around the shore, now it is not. Then he gestured to the mountain range towards Myanmar and realized that there is still there. In the meantime, the children of the neighborhood are frozen. He is accompanying me wherever I go. I wanted to stay a little longer. But seeing the scorching heat and Chimbuk, the urge to go to Bandarban soon.On the way back, we left behind the canteen of the army in front of a high hill. I found a wooden-bamboo rest house on the way up the hill. We are now about 2500 feet above sea level, at the top of Chimbuk. I thought from here the mountain range below would catch its enchanting look. But the forehead was burnt, nothing was visible due to the clouds. As far as the eye can see only the free spread of white in the smoke. Like the neighborhood, Ridwan was busy with the camera. The pictures given with the writing were taken by him.I heard a more old story of Chimbuk from Mahfuz Mama, a forest department employee. In 1992, his posting was in Bandarban. Then the road from Bandarban to Chimbuk was built. Somewhere paved, somewhere laid red bricks. Work on the next path was going on. It took two days to reach Thanchi by sea from Bandarban. The road from Y junction to Rumara now before Chimbuk was up to Kukshinjhiri. Emerald also came to Chimbu with Mami. Said there was a bamboo-wooden rest house, that's what we probably saw.At that time the work of teak garden was going on around Chimbuk. Sometimes the Murangs get news of hunting bison or forest cows. Deer and pigs were not literate at all. He said there were even cheetahs around Chimbuk. Ah at that time, I wonder why I came to the world so late!I stood on Chimbuk for a long time, with a hint of light from behind the smoky clouds. Then I came down from Chimbuk. There were a few passengers in a jeep with hood open from Thanchi. We also got up. Leaving Chimbuk behind, the car headed towards Bandarban. I haven't slept much in the last two days. And so in the distance, the mountains seen vaguely in the clouds, the houses of the hill dwellers on the top of the hill all of a sudden - when I saw all this, my eyes began to blink ....I have visited Chimbu many times since then. However, Dhu was not killed in Murang Para. I saw a new building on the site of the old rest house on the hill. Arrangements have been made for tourists to sit and take pictures, and tickets have to be bought to enter. I want to write about Bandarban in the future. When writing about Chimbuk, I have to say one thing, I read in the newspaper that a tourist center, a five star hotel will be built on a hill in the hill state of Chimbuk. The development of tourism is very important for the development of a country. At the same time, it should be seen that the Murangs here are not harmed in any way, if they have any grievances, it should be verified, as well as everything from infrastructure to tourism should be in harmony with nature and environment. Last of all, go to the forest and keep the environment clean. That's all for the awesome tour experience. Hope you'll also enjoy the full blog. All the pictures captured with our devices. Murangras protect their crops from the clutches of various wild animals including pigs at night from such tong tongs. | title | A Sweet Memory About the Tour De Tribal Area of Rangamati, Bangladesh. |
| body | Hello Everyone, Today I am coming with another travel post on Steem Community. I went to Chimbuk Murang Para with some of my closest friend for the best adventurous experience. Usually tourists come to Chimbuk hill from Bandarban. But our journey is from Ruma. Why did Ruma come? Landscapes and Rizuk Falls. But that's another story. Earlier, moon cars could be found from Ruma Bazaar. At that time you will see Udayam Sangu in its wild form. Conversation on the boat with a happy young woman. I sat down with my partner Ridwan Akram in a waiting moon car. The journey of the moon car has always been enjoyable, thrilling to me. No matter how much the car jumps on the hilly road, the green hills by the side of the road, the forests, the hilly vines below can not stop the enjoyment of Sangur at all. Since the destination is Chimbuk, I got off at Y junction. From here one road goes towards Bandarban, the other can be taken to Thanchi. Coming here from Bandarban, the road that is divided into two parts looks just like the English Y, whose two arms have gone in both directions. Hence the name Y junction. I immediately got on the bus to Thanchigami. Seating did not match. However, the distance to Chimbuk is not much. The bus is gradually getting up along the winding road. One hill after another, seen in the distance, seemed to be competing to surpass each other in height. At one point I reached Chimbu. In front is a canteen run by army members. This is where the bus left us, its destination is absolutely Thanchi further ahead. Dugand jiriye pitch paved road along the Egulam front. We will now go to the Murang Para below. A dirt road descended from the paved road. Who knows if the same purpose here? Ignoring the protest of the guard dogs, I entered the neighborhood. Some of them are looking at us with annoyance as it disturbs their daytime sleep. I have heard of Murang or Mrod long ago, I have seen them on the way to Bandarban. That is why they celebrate the day of killing cows. I started walking around the neighborhood. But seeing the scorching heat and Chimbuk, the urge to go to Bandarban soon. On the way back, we left behind the canteen of the army in front of a high hill. The pictures given with the writing were taken by him. I heard a more old story of Chimbuk from Mahfuz Mama, a forest department employee. Said there was a bamboo-wooden rest house, that's what we probably saw. At that time the work of teak garden was going on around Chimbuk. Sometimes the Murangs get news of hunting bison or forest cows. Deer and pigs were not literate at all. He said there were even cheetahs around Chimbuk. Ah at that time, I wonder why I came to the world so late! I stood on Chimbuk for a long time, with a hint of light from behind the smoky clouds. Then I came down from Chimbuk. There were a few passengers in a jeep with hood open from Thanchi. We also got up. Leaving Chimbuk behind, the car headed towards Bandarban. I haven't slept much in the last two days. And so in the distance, the mountains seen vaguely in the clouds, the houses of the hill dwellers on the top of the hill all of a sudden - when I saw all this, my eyes began to blink .... I have visited Chimbu many times since then.
