      "body": "I found an article recently and wanted to share a connecting story.\n\nIn October (28-30), 2016, using geometry, I had discovered the True value of Pi, after which I told my good friend Phillip about this.\n\nHe had suggested that I should publish it and that I could even win a noble prize or something. However even though I had the intention to publish it, I never did do any of this. I had procrastinated despite the possible benefits, yes, this was one of my unwanted habit. Well truth be told, because I am not a scientist I had found this a bit daunting, which led to my _inaction_.\n\nI had told my friend then,  the reason I had gotten into solving for the true value of Pi in the first place was because Mr. Eduard Meier of FIGU had published in his writings, _that the presently used value of Pi is incorrect_. And he had also stated some benefits which will come about from correcting the value of Pi.\n\nAfter reading what Mr. Meier had said, I decided to verify this _for myself_ and use it as a means to weigh further on the veracity of the Meier material. I had come to this answer _Pi = 4 / sqrt Phi = 3.144605511..._ which when mathematically applied to reality proved accurate, unlike the old incorrect value of Pi (3.141592654...) which gave more of an approximated result.\n\nNeedless to say, Mr. Meier was _right_, and Pi was indeed _wrong_. But most importantly, I had no need to _believe_ him because _I had proven this for myself_ and _knew it to be true_.\n\nSo why say all of this?\n\nWhile, I understood that solving for the True value of Pi would pave the way for new abundant and renewable energies to be discovered, along with all its interconnected benefits. I, however never truly realized how far reaching and of how imminently serious and important this simple discovery was until I read this _[article](https://theyflyblog.com/2018/02/15/open-letter-to-president-trump/)_, which I had alluded to earlier.\n\nNow, knowing that the value of Pi used in the article is the same as the answer I had arrived at, 3.144605511... (True Pi), I can clearly see (understand) that what is stated in the article is correct. Now if this is so, then what about the implications? \n\nThis has made me realize the gravity (seriousness) of _inaction_. Fortunately _Harry Lear_, who had made this discovery separately from myself, had taken the initiative and had been proactive, hence his _open letter to President Trump_ article.\n\nThis is important, if nothing is done to prevent the impact of Apophis, how much will the life of each of us here on Earth change? If what you can imagine is not to your liking, ask yourself the next question, how can I make a difference? Strive to fine an answer then follow through with it. After all, whatever answers you think up and decide to act on, will be better than _inaction_.\n\nNow, apart from brining to our attention the incorrect value of Pi and also the threat [Apophis](https://www.theyfly.com/The-Adventures-of-Billy-Meier-1.html) poses, there are many other events of importance which Mr. Meier speaks about in his published works. And while not everything related to the Meier case can been proven (due to lack of technological development in most cases), ever so often, just like events relating to the inaccuracy of Pi and the threat of Apophis, more and more things published by Mr. Meier are _proven to be true_ and requires no _belief_. \n\nPublications which are dated and copyrighted and whose validity are immutable, by which they vindicate themselves. \n\nNow I can understand that not everything Mr. Meier states will be a persons _cup of tea_ (to a persons liking). Still, even if you are not in agreement with everything (and you should not simply be), this does not mean that a person should _throw out the baby along with the bathwater_ (disregard what is beneficent along with what is deemed erroneous), so to speak. Instead, _strive to prove things for yourself_.\n\nSo, with an objective mindset, go and check out the Meier case for yourself and the wealth of benefit the information he provides offers each person. Do not simply rely on someone be they  intellectuals, sceptics or otherwise, to _think for you_ and _decide for you_, your views on the Meier case. \n\nHere is a good example of this. Even though I had not made the connection between Pi and Apophis I remember writing to a very notable space institute, [_The Spaceguard Centre_](https://spaceguardcentre.com/), regarding Apophis on 31, October 2015 and this was their response from the 4, November 2015. \n\n\n\n__________________________________________________________________________________\nDear Mr Anderson,\n\nApophis (2004MN4) does pose a minimal risk for it's fly-by in 2036, but that risk is way below the normal background.  These data are based on observation and mathematics, so the results are verifiable and repeatable, unlike the supposed messages from some undefined extra-terrestrial entity.  Why wouldn't such an individual make it's warning directly to those who have the ability to verify the data?\n\nThe gravitational influence of an, as yet, undiscovered object could certainly affect the orbit of 2004MN4, but since no such object has been discovered such speculation remains just that.\n\nI am totally confident in the data produced by NASA/JPL and ESA SSA as it is verifiable independently, and has been so verified.  The sums are right.\n\nApophis will not hit the Earth, so there are no specific plans to deal with that eventuality.\n\nJay Tate\nThe Spaceguard Centre\n\n______________________________________________________________________\n\nIt is clear that Mr. Tate had made a _mistake_ and dismissed everything relating to the Meier case. So relying on others, even intellectuals, to decide your views on the Meier case is truly unwise. For they are humans too and can also make mistakes.\n\nIn light of the fact that, Pi (3.141592654...) is incorrect, what does this mean for the accuracy of the underlying mathematics _which rely on Pi_, and on which Mr. Tate had based his confidence on?\nWhat does this say about the verifiability of the data?\n\nIt is clear that being an authority in an area of study _does not guarantee_ accuracy at all times. For while well intentioned, the reality is that as humans, _we are prone to making mistakes_. So with the underlying Mathematics clearly inaccurate, due to the _inaccuracy of value of Pi_ used in the calculations, the question must be asked;\n\nWhat does this means for the emphatic claims that \"The sums are right\" and \"Apophis will not hit the Earth\"?\n\nAs I had said before, a person should not _throw out the baby along with the bathwater_. Instead _be objective_ when going through the Meier material, regardless of the _extraordinary things_ you may encounter.\n______________________________________________________________________________\n\nSo, why is Pi important?\n\nWell for me it is simple, it has thought me the gravity of _inaction_.       "body": "If the right questions are not asked, would you seek *the right answers*?\nAs human beings we all like to give the *right answers*, but how often do we consider asking *the right questions*?\n\nIn this series I will be identifying important *topics*, asking *questions* (hopefully 21 maximum) on said topic and giving my *answers* to these questions as objectively as I can.\n\nIn the comments, feel free to leave your own relevant questions and answers on the topic.<h1>\n___________________________________________________________\n\n# Overpopulation<h1>\n\n\n**What is Overpopulation?**\nAnswer: As it relates to humans, overpopulation is an occurrence where the population exceeds the *healthy carrying capacity* of our ecological niche.\n\n**What is meant by the term _healthy carrying capacity_?**\nAnswer: The _healthy carrying capacity_ is the carrying capacity of the Earth which can ensure abundance for the human beings, faunas and floras occupying the planet. \n\n**Is the Earth's carrying capacity finite or is it infinite?**\nAnswer: Finite. Therefore once the human population becomes so large that it infringes on the faunas and floras of the Earth, then we have surpassed the _healthy carrying capacity_ of the Earth resulting in overpopulation.\n\n**What happens when the healthy carrying capacity of the Earth is exceeded?**\nAnswer: As a causal factor, overpopulation contributes to the exasperation of all associated problems and circumstances linking to our population, such as lack of food, water, energy, jobs as well as climate change and the ever increase in the destruction of our habitat (Earth) and so forth.\n\n**Isn't that simple a matter of technical underdevelopment, which once achieved could solve these problems?**\nAnswer: If a person is sick and their symptoms are treated, does that mean the cause for their sickness is resolved?\nIf the problem giving rise to the symptoms are unresolved and the person continue living under the same conditions, would the symptoms return?\nWould the technical solutions implemented for approx. 8.9 billion humans, increase or decrease in its effectiveness when the population increases to 9 billion, 9.1 billion, 9.2 billion and so on?\nWhen the desired level of technical development is achieved, would this lead to an increase or a decrease in automation and how would this impact employment or unemployment globally?\n\n**If the Earth's carrying capacity is finite, how do we determine the total appropriate land size for our use?**\nAnswer:  This can be determned by doing a [Overpopulation Calculation](http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Overpopulation_Calculations_2009). The figures from the calculations are presented in this [Population Table](http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Population_Table_2009) for ease of view, and you can also view the [Interpretation of the Population Table](http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Interpretation_of_the_Population_Table_2009) to understand how things such as the _arable land_ and the _possible population_ of a country are arrived at.\n\n**Is Earth overpopulated?**\nAnswer: Yes. The calculations from above were carried out in 2009 almost a decade ago.
