No importa si es un ex, una pareja, un pretendiente o un interés amoroso: el ni contigo ni sin ti desgasta, agota y no lleva a ninguna parte.\n\nEntre los problemas sentimentales que me soléis consultar, tanto en la página como en las sesiones de coaching, uno de los más habituales es la incertidumbre afectiva: parejas que pasan de nosotros, pero que no nos sueltan; ex parejas que ni comen, ni dejan comer; o simplemente personas que prolongan los límites de nuestra paciencia a base de ganchos. ¿Qué son los ganchos? Veamos:\n\n– Veo un futuro juntos.\n\n– Sé que algún día me arrepentiré de dejarte ir.\n\n– Te quiero pero no puedo estar contigo.\n\n– Estoy seguro de que eres el amor de mi vida, pero no puedo estar contigo.\n\n– No quiero nada contigo, pero ¿por qué me has borrado del Facebook?\n\n – Eres la persona perfecta, pero ahora mismo no estoy preparado para una relación.\n\n–  No sé que va a pasar con mi vida, pero espérame.\n\n![reconciliarse_mujer_guru_720.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmb93AtBLzX3Q8RTewqrg1c2zeQ5rfZKs6c2YDweuRdb4C/reconciliarse_mujer_guru_720.jpg)\n\n\n\nOtros ganchos habituales son las súplicas, los lloros, las pataletas y el suscitar sentimiento de pena y culpabilidad en el otro cuando éste, harto de tanta falta de concreción, amaga con marcharse.\n\nEl artículo más leído, visitado y comentado de Locos de Amor es Mi ex me confunde. Un ejemplo es el que nos escribe Elizabeth, una lectora que ha tenido una complicada relación de idas y venidas durante unos 10 años, con una persona que remata la faena con este gancho que de tan absurdo, se da la vuelta y casi roza la genialidad: no quiero tener una relación contigo, pero no quiero que estés con otras personas.\n\nCada vez que escucho estas palabras, se me viene a la memoria la historia de las concubinas durante la época del imperio chino. Cada emperador podría tener unos cuantos de miles de concubinas, seleccionadas por el personal que se encargaba de estos menesteres. La gran mayoría de estas miles de personas no pasaban de compartir una o dos noches con el imperial personaje, para después recluirse en el así llamado Palacio de las Concubinas Olvidadas, en donde estaban ya las otras concubinas de los anteriores emperadores, condenadas a languidecer en una vida sin pareja, sin hijos, sin poder salir de la Ciudad Prohibida y en definitiva, retiradas como objetos en desuso que nadie quiere ya, pero que nadie se atreve a tirar.\n\nEn definitiva: un perro del hortelano nivel leyenda.\n\nEl problema en realidad, lo resume a la perfección la copla popular que reza Ni contigo, ni sin ti, tienen mis males remedio. En efecto, sean cuales sean los males de la persona que te mantiene en ese sinvivir, tú no eres el remedio. De la misma manera, tu problema no es externo ni tiene nada que ver con él o con ella, tu problema está en tu vida. Mientras no la pongas en orden y de paso, te pongas en orden a ti, esa persona vendrá como una apisonadora, pasando por encima cuando quiera, como quiera y las veces que quiera y hará contigo lo que le venga en gana.\n\n![mujer-el-poder-300x202.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZ5KBAoA4antuR9otEGRGu3ZoYzoSqJCa5AqvxpsUG3WF/mujer-el-poder-300x202.jpg)\n\nTal y como si fueras un objeto cuya única función existencial es la de estar ahí para cuando le convenga.\n\nO como una concubina china encerrada para siempre en la Ciudad Prohibida.\n\nSi lo que deseas es que esta persona siga haciendo exactamente lo mismo, no lo dudes, sigue en contacto. Cuando necesite algo, no dejes de estar allí, dándolo todo. Cuando no te necesite, no le molestes, no le reclames y no le reproches. No le pidas hechos: confórmate con bonitas palabras, promesas abstractas, lloros o súplicas.\n\nMientras esta persona no te busque porque no te necesita o está entretenido/a en otros menesteres más interesantes, ten relaciones insustanciales con gente a la que trates igualmente como recursos para subirte el ego o sacarles aquello que el otro no te proporciona. No hagas nada relevante para cambiar: quédate esperando eternamente a que esa persona te llame para tener tus cinco minutos de sentirte vivo. Así que aprovecha el momento. Y búscate una buena droga para sobrevivir al resto, porque te hará falta.\n\n¿Quieres ser tú quien asuma la dirección de tu vida? Empieza por tomar decisiones. Actúa como actuarías en una ruptura.
