The Blue line is a 12 day exponential moving average and the red being the 26 day exponential moving average. It was at this time that Kenneth asked the foundation for more funds to continue operations. The foundation refused any further funding as he was unable to provide a satisfactory picture of where the money had been spent and refused to go into exact details about the company and show objective evidence to back up his statements.\nWe are greatly disheartened that this saga has ended in this way and we apologize for not doing enough due diligence that could have uncovered some of these issues earlier. We are currently working hard to tighten our due diligence practices and ensure that this does not happen again.\nLitecoin was doing perfectly fine before the promise of LitePay and will continue to do so. It just about the when this will happen and when its the right time. This exchanges platform in intended to be launch on  2019 but thats not even the best part. Yahoo Japan is taking a while to do this because themselves are going to get get a look at crypto and test how everything work. There going to be doing this with the exchange platform [<strong>BiTARG</strong>](https://www.bitarg.com). There going to be monitoring how they work there exchange platform and even will buy 40% of Bitarg Exchange this will cost the company  2 bln yen ($19mln). So Yahoo Japan full force with this project and its expected to be launch on April 2019 almost a yer from now.\n<h1>What does this mean to the crypto community</h1>\n This show that big company Believe in crypto and are starting to get involve with it. Crypto has been around since 2008 and it wasen't acknowledge until the end of 2017 and 2018 so crypto is fairly new to us overall!
