Mukhlis, ST, acted as the ceremony inspector. The event was attended by the Deputy Regent, Ir. H. Razuardi, MT, the Chairman of the Regency Representative Council, Juniadi, SH, the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), several relevant officials, invited guests, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), employees of relevant government agencies and institutions, and students.\n\nThe ceremony commanders were First Lieutenant Aris Adam, ST.Han, Commander of Company C, Yonif 113/JS; the ceremonial officer, First Lieutenant Jamaluddin Pasie Per, Kodim 0111/Bireuen; the Flag Raising Team Commander, First Inspector Ridwan, SE; the 1945 Constitution reciter, Ziaul Fahmi, from the National Committee of Indonesian National Armed Forces (KNPI); the prayer recitation by the Head of the Bireuen Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, Dr. H. Zulkifli, SAg., MPd; and the emcee, Fitri, SE., MSM.\n\nFurthermore, the red-and-white flag bearer was Salwa Miranda, a student from MAN 3 Bireuen; the eighth troop commander, Rafli Pasya Lubis, from SMAN 3 Bireuen; the flag bearer, Rizki, from SMAN 1 Bireuen; and the troop commander, M. Mukhlis, ST, from UNIKI Rector Dr. Zainuddin Iba, SE, MSi, and then to the sub-district heads of their placement locations took place on Wednesday morning (July 30, 2025) at the Regency Government Center.\n\nThe head of the KKM organizing committee, Dr. H. Kamaruddin, SPd, MM, CRP, CFRM, reported that the 459 KKM participants will conduct community service in four districts, with each placement area comprising 10 villages.\n\nThe number of participants per study program was 235 from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in Management, 28 from Accounting, 49 from the Faculty of Computer Science and Multimedia (FKOM), 16 from the Faculty of Law (FH), 11 from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, 6 from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, 9 from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, and 6 from the Faculty of Engineering.\n\nThe monitoring and evaluation team consisted of 17 people, and 40 from the Field Supervisors (DPL). Outputs are the direct results expected during the activity.\n\nHe explained that the KKM participants will be involved in four areas: education, technology, agriculture, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).\n\nThe Rector of UNIKI Bireuen, Dr. Zainuddin Iba, SE, MM, hopes that this activity will provide an opportunity for students to learn and develop themselves, making a real contribution to the community.\n\n\"We also hope this activity can be the beginning of a broader collaboration between UNIKI and the Bireuen Regency Government,\" said the Rector.\n\nIn his remarks, the Regent of Bireuen, H. The event is routinely held by the Cot Nga Village Government every three months.\n\nCot Nga Village Secretary Hendri Yunan told several media crews that the blood drive was carried out in collaboration with the Cot Nga Village Government, the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) at Dr. Fauziah Regional Hospital, and the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Bireuen.\n\n\"We have been holding regular blood drives in the village since 2021. The Echo of Muharram activities were held for six days, from Tuesday (July 15, 2025) to July 21, 2025.\n\nThe opening ceremony for Echo of Muharram 1447 H took place in Blang Mee Barat Village, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. The event was officially opened by the Deputy Regent of Bireuen, Ir. H. Cut Azizah. In his speech, Ramos expressed his appreciation for the presence of students and lecturers from Umuslim.\n\n\"We are very happy that the students can come and study here. Hopefully this visit will be useful and become provisions for the future,\" he said in front of students wearing the typical gray uniforms of Umuslim Civil Engineering.\n\nIn addition to introducing meteorological observation tools and techniques, this visit also serves as a means to strengthen institutional relations between universities and government agencies. According to Dr. Ir.
