In practice, Effective steem power refers to the cumulative additon of all one's steem powers, which are the different steem power being delegated and the total steem power of the account. In a mathematical way, **Effective Steem power = Total steem power + Delegated steem power** ## Question 2 > How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"? The process of sending steem power from one user to another on steemit refers to delegation of steem power.
