အမ်ားစုေမာင္းႏွင္ေနတဲ့ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကို ဘယ္လို ေမာင္းမလဲဆိုတဲ့ အေၾကာင္းေလးကို တင္ဆက္ေပးမွာပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မန္ႏ်ဴရယ္ေမာင္းတဲ့သူေတြအတြက္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာဘက္ေျပာင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘာေတြလုပ္ရမလဲဆိုတာေတြကိုပါ ကားေ႐ြ႕မရတာက ဘာလို႔လဲလို႔ သိခ်င္ၾကမွာပါ။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေဘာက္ထဲမွာ ဂီယာမိန္းရွပ္ (Output Shaft) ကို Lock လုပ္ထားတဲ့ ပင္နယံ (Pinion) နဲ႔ Lock Switch ေတြေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Lock Switch က ဂီယာေမာင္းတံကို P မွ ေ႐ႊ႕လိုက္တာနဲ႔ Lock အထိန္းျဖဳတ္ေပးပါတယ္။ ၿပီးရင္ P ကို ျပန္ေရာက္တာနဲ႔ စပရိန္အားေၾကာင့္ အလိုအေလ်ာက္ Lock Switch အလုပ္လုပ္ၿပီး ရပ္ထားခ်ိန္ ကားေနရာမေ႐ြ႕ေအာင္ ထိန္းေပးပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ အတက္အဆင္းေတြမွာ ကားရပ္ထားရင္ လက္ဆြဲဘရိတ္ (Parking Brake သုိ႔မဟုတ္ Hand Brake) ပါသံုးပါ။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကားေတြမွာ Parking Brake ဟာ ေျခနင္းအေသးေလးနဲ႔ ဘယ္ဘက္မွာပါတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံကို P မွာထားမွ ေသာ့ျဖဳတ္လို႔ရတဲ့ ကားေတြလည္း ရွိပါတယ္။ N (Neutral (သို႔မဟုတ္) No Gear) P မွာထားမွ ေသာ့ျဖဳတ္လို႔ရသလို တခ်ိဳ႕ကားေတြကလည္း N ဂီယာမွာထားမွ ေသာ့ျဖဳတ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ ကားေတြလည္း ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားေတြမွာ ရွိတတ္ပါတယ္။ N ကို ႏိုင္ငံအလိုက္ ဖရီးဂီယာ (No Gear) လို႔ သံုးၾကပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ဂီယာမွ မဝင္တဲ့အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ပါ။ Reverse (R) R ဂီယာကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ ဘက္ (Back) ဂီယာလို႔ ေခၚၾကပါတယ္။ Reverse ဂီယာလို႔ မေခၚၾကပါဘူး။ ဒီဂီယာကို ကားေနာက္ဆုတ္ဖို႔အတြက္ သံုးပါတယ္။ D (Drive) D ဂီယာေတြကိုေတာ့ အသံုးမ်ားတယ္လို႔ ဆိုရမွာပါ။ ဘာလို႔ဆို D ဂီယာေတြကို ေရွ႕ကိုေမာင္းဖို႔အတြက္ သံုးၾကလို႔ပါ။ နံပါတ္အလိုက္ ဂီယာေတြ No.1 ဂီယာ နံပါတ္ ၁ ဂီယာကစၿပီး အရွိန္အမ်ားဆံုးဂီယာအထိ အလိုအေလ်ာက္ ကားအရွိန္ကိုလိုက္ၿပီး KD (Kick Down Switch)၊ Engine Control Unit(ECU)၊ TPS (Throttle position sensor)၊ Speed Meter Sensor၊ TCU (Transmission Control Unit Box) ေတြက Solenoid ေတြကို အလုပ္လုပ္ေစၿပီး ဂီယာခ်ိန္း (Change) ေပး၊ ေဒါင္း (Down) ေပးပါတယ္။ ဂီယာတစ္ခုမဝင္ဘဲ ေမာင္းေနဆဲ ဂီယာမခ်ိန္း၊ မေဒါင္းေပးပါဘူး။ ဂီယာထည့္ကာ ေမာင္းႏွင္ေနခ်ိန္ ဖရီး 👎 ျဖစ္သြားတယ္မရွိပါဘူး။ Third (3) ဂီယာနံပါတ္ ၁ ကေန ၃ အထိ ကားအရွိန္လိုက္ၿပီး ဂီယာအတင္အခ်ျပဳလုပ္ကာ ခ်ိန္းေပး၊ ေဒါင္းေပးပါတယ္။ သိပ္မျမင့္တဲ့ေတာင္တက္၊ ေတာင္ဆင္းေတြ၊ Off-Road ေတြနဲ႔ Sport ကားေတြမွာလည္း သံုးၾကပါတယ္။ Sport ေမာင္းရင္ (၃) ဂီယာနဲ႔ လီဘာ (Accelerator Pedal) ကို နင္းၿပီး ကိုယ္လိုခ်င္တဲ့ အရွိန္ေရာက္မွ (D) ကို ေျပာင္းထည့္ပါ။ ECT Power Switch ပါတဲ့ ကားေတြမွာ Sport ေမာင္းတဲ့အခါ Power မွာထားၿပီး ေမာင္းၾကပါတယ္။ Second (2) ဂီယာနံပါတ္ ၁ ကေန ၂ အထိ ကားအရွိန္လိုက္ၿပီး ဂီယာေျပာင္းေပးပါတယ္။ ျမင့္မားတဲ့ေတာင္ေတြ၊ ကုန္းေတြမွာ အတက္အဆင္းလုပ္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ သံုးပါတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ႏွင္းအရမ္းက်တဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေတြမွာဆိုရင္ ႏွင္းထဲမွာ အျပည့္အဝျဖစ္ေအာင္ အသံုးခ်တာပါ။ ဂီယာ ၁၊ ၂ မွာ အလုပ္မလုပ္ေသးဘဲ ၃၊ ၄ နဲ႔ ၅ (ပါတဲ့ကား) ဂီယာေတြမွသာ အလုပ္လုပ္တာပါ။ အင္ဂ်င္စြမ္းရည္ အျမင့္ဆံုးနဲ႔ ဂီယာစြမ္းရည္ အျမန္ဆံုးရေအာင္ သံုးတာပါ။ ွSport ေတြနဲ႔ ေတာင္တက္မွာ သံုးတာပါ။ ဒီဂီယာက ဆီအနည္းငယ္ ပိုစားပါတယ္။ သိထားသင့္တဲ့အရာေတြ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကို ေမာင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ဘက္ေျခေထာက္ကို လံုးဝေမ့ထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ ညာဘက္ ေျခေထာက္တစ္ဖက္တည္းနဲ႔ပဲ လီဘာ (Acce- lerator Pedal) နဲ႔ ဘရိတ္ (Brake Pedal) ကို အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ လီဘာမွာ KD (Kick Down Switch) လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ ဂီယာအခ်ိန္းအေျပာင္းကို အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ (RPM) နဲ႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ထားၿပီး ဘရိတ္မွာေတာ့ STP (Stop Light Switch) ရွိေနပါတယ္။ KD မီးႀကိဳးေရာ၊ STP မီးႀကိဳးေရာ၊ ECU(Engine Control Unit)၊ ECM (Engine Control Module) Box လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ အင္ဂ်င္ကြန္ထ႐ိုးေဘာက္ထဲကို ဝင္ပါတယ္။ KD မီးရဲ႕အလုပ္လုပ္ပံုက လီဘာနင္းခ်ိန္ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရျပည့္ရင္ မိုင္ႏႈန္းျပမီတာ (Speed Meter) ရဲ႕ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ၊ အင္းလက္ေလထိန္းတံခါး ဆင္ဆာ (Throttle Position Sensor) ေတြရဲ႕ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈနဲ႔ လိုသလို ဂီယာအခ်ိန္းအေျပာင္းလုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ STP ကေတာ့ ဘရိတ္နည္းနည္း နင္းလိုက္လို႔ ECU ထဲကို မီးဝင္သြားတာနဲ႔ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ တစ္ေထာင္ေအာက္အထိ ဆီျဖတ္ပစ္ပါတယ္။ ထပ္နင္းလိုက္ရင္ Speed Meter ရဲ႕ တြက္ခ်က္မႈအရ ဂီယာကို ေဒါင္းေပးပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ထပ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္တစ္ခုက Automatic Transmission Lock Up Torque Converter လုပ္ၿပီး ကားရဲ႕ ေမာင္းႏွင္ေနတဲ့ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာစနစ္ကို အျမန္ဆံုး ရပ္ပစ္တာပါ။ အရွိန္ကိုလိုက္ၿပီး ဂီယာကို လိုရင္လို သလို တစ္ခ်က္ခ်င္းေဒါင္းေပးၿပီး အျမန္လိုအပ္ရင္ နံပါတ္ ၁ ဂီယာအထိ အျမန္တစ္ခါတည္း ေဒါင္းေပး ပါတယ္။ အခုေခတ္ေမာ္ဒယ္ျမင့္ကားေတြမွာေတာ့ Two Step Break Switch ေတြကို သံုးပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို ေမ့ထားပါ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘယ္ဘက္က ဘရိတ္ေပၚေျခေထာက္တင္ထားၿပီး ညာဘက္က လီဘာနင္းေနရင္ ကားရဲ႕ အင္ဂ်င္ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈစနစ္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ စနစ္ေတြ ႐ႈပ္ေထြးကုန္ၿပီး ဂီယာေရာ အင္ဂ်င္ပါနာၿပီး ပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားတိုင္းလိုလို ဘယ္ဘက္ေျခေထာက္တင္ဖို႔ကို ဘရိတ္ဘယ္ဘက္ အစြန္မွာထားေပးတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားကို ေမာင္းႏွင္ရင္ ညာဘက္ေျခေထာက္ တစ္ေခ်ာင္းထဲနဲ႔ပဲ ေမာင္းႏွင္ရမယ္လို႔ ကားကုမၸဏီေတြက အတိအက်ၫႊန္ၾကားထားပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေမာင္းမဲ့သူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို ေမ့ထားလိုက္ပါ။ ဒီေနရာမွာ ျပႆနာရွိတာက မန္ႏ်ဴရယ္ဂီယာ ေမာင္းေနရာကေန ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေျပာင္းေမာင္းတဲ့ သူေတြအတြက္ပါ။ မန္ႏ်ဴရယ္ေမာင္းတဲ့ သူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို မျဖစ္မေနအသံုးျပဳရ (ဘယ္ဘက္က ကလပ္နင္းရ) တဲ့အတြက္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာ ေမာင္းရင္လည္း ဘယ္ဘက္ကိုသံုးတဲ့အက်င့္ ဆြဲကပ္ေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ဘက္ကို တတ္ႏိုင္သမွ် ေမ့ထားဖို႔လိုပါတယ္။ ညာေမာင္းကေန ဘယ္ေမာင္းေျပာင္းေမာင္းရင္ ေတြ႔တတ္တဲ့ အခက္အခဲလိုမ်ိဳးပါပဲ။ ဒီျပႆနာဟာလည္း ေအာ္တိုဂီယာအေမာင္းၾကာသြားလို႔ ေမ့ေမ့ေဖ်ာက္ေဖ်ာက္နဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ မသံုးမိေတာ့ရင္ ေပ်ာက္သြားမယ့္ အက်င့္တစ္ခုပါပဲ။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြ အလုပ္လုပ္ပံု ေနာက္တစ္ခုက ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြ ဘယ္လို အလုပ္လုပ္လဲၾကည့္ရေအာင္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြက Hydraulically လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ ဆီဖိအားစနစ္နဲ႔ကားကို ေ႐ြ႕လ်ားေစတာပါ။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာဆီပန္႔ (Oil Pump) မွာ ဖ႐ံုသီး (Converter) အဝင္ ဂီယာရဲ႕ Input Shaft မွာ ထိုင္ထားပါတယ္။ ဆီမရွိရင္ ကလပ္ပလိပ္ျပားေတြကို ဆီနဲ႔ ဖိအားမေပးႏိုင္လို႔ ကားမသြားပါဘူး။ ဆီနည္းေနရင္လည္း ပံုမွန္ေလာက္ကားမဆြဲပါဘူး။ ဆီမ်ားျပန္ရင္လည္း ေအာ္တိုဆီအရမ္းပူၿပီး ဂီယာ ကလပ္ျပားေလးေတြ ပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ဂီယာအခ်ိန္း အေျပာင္းလုပ္တာကေတာ့ အေပၚကေျပာတဲ့အတိုင္း KD မီးရဲ႕ ႀကိဳးက လီဘာနင္းခ်ိန္ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ ျပည့္ရင္ မိုင္ႏႈန္းျပမီတာ (Speed Meter) ဆိုၿပီး အျမင့္ဆံုးပါတဲ့ ဂီယာအထိ မီးႀကိဳးေတြနဲ႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္အလုပ္လုပ္ပါတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ေမာ္ဒယ္ျမင့္ကားေတြမွာ CU Control Box နဲ႔ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈစနစ္ ပါပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြမွာ ဆီမေကာင္းရင္ ဂီယာပ်က္တတ္သလို ATF နဲ႔ CVT မွားရင္လည္း ဂီယာပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာနဲ႔ CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူေတြဆို ဂီယာအျပင္ပိုင္းနဲ႔ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) ကို ၾကည့္ၿပီး ခြဲႏိုင္သလို ဆီတိုင္းတံမွာ ေအာ္တိုဆီဆိုရင္ ATF လို႔ ေရးထားၿပီး CVT Gear ဆိုရင္ CVT လို႔ ခြဲျခားေရးထားေပးပါတယ္။ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) ဘယ္လိုသံုးလဲ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြမွာ OD Button ပါတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ ကားေတြလည္းရွိပါတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကားေတြက ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) မွာ OD လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ကားေတြပါ။ Shift Lock Button ပါတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို Shift Lock Button လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ကား Shift Lock ကို ကားေသာ့ထည့္ၿပီး သံုးရတဲ့ကားေတြလည္းရွိပါတယ္။ တန္ဖိုးႀကီးကားတခ်ိဳ႕မွာေတာ့ လံုးဝမထည့္ထားပါဘူး။ ကားလံုၿခံဳေရးအတြက္ ေသာ့ဖြင့္ၿပီး ဘရိတ္နင္းမွ ဂီယာထည့္လို႔ရေအာင္ လုပ္ထားေပးပါတယ္။ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေ႐ႊ႕ရာတြင္ Release Button လို႔ ေခၚတဲ့ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေဘးကခလုတ္ကို ႏွိပ္မွ ေ႐ႊ႕ေျပာင္း ဂီယာထည့္ရတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို Release Button ခလုတ္မပါဘဲ ေ႐ႊ႕ၿပီးရတဲ့ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေတြလည္း ရွိပါတယ္။ Shift Lock ဆိုတာ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားေတြမွာ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံကို P Position ကေန စက္ႏိႈးၿပီး ဘရိတ္မနင္းဘဲ က်န္တဲ့ ဂီယာေတြကို ထည့္မရေအာင္ အထိန္းသေဘာမ်ိဳး ထည့္ထားေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘရိတ္နင္းလိုက္ခ်ိန္မွာ ဘရိတ္ (Brake Pedal) နင္းတံအတြင္းဘက္မွာ တပ္ဆင္ထားတဲ့ ဘရိတ္မီးခလုတ္ (Brake Pedal Switch) ကတစ္ဆင့္ Relay သို႔ မီးေပးကာ shift Lock Solenoid ခလုတ္ကို ဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘရိတ္နင္းမွ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ ေျပာင္းလို႔ရတာပါ။ Transmission ကို Full Hydraulically ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ဂီယာေဘာက္မွာရွိတဲ့ ွSpeed Sensor နဲ႔ Throttle Position Sensor၊ ECU၊ ECT တို႔ရဲ႕ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈနဲ႔ Throttle Idle Plate Valve ကို ပံုမွန္ထက္ ၁၀ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းေက်ာ္ဖြင့္ေပးၿပီး Engine Power နဲ႔ Auto Transmission Power ကို အျပည့္အဝျဖစ္ေအာင္ အသံုးခ်တာပါ။ ဂီယာ ၁၊ ၂ မွာ အလုပ္မလုပ္ေသးဘဲ ၃၊ ၄ နဲ႔ ၅ (ပါတဲ့ကား) ဂီယာေတြမွသာ အလုပ္လုပ္တာပါ။ အင္ဂ်င္စြမ္းရည္ အျမင့္ဆံုးနဲ႔ ဂီယာစြမ္းရည္ အျမန္ဆံုးရေအာင္ သံုးတာပါ။ ွSport ေတြနဲ႔ ေတာင္တက္မွာ သံုးတာပါ။ ဒီဂီယာက ဆီအနည္းငယ္ ပိုစားပါတယ္။\n\nသိထားသင့္တဲ့အရာေတြ\n\nေအာ္တိုဂီယာကို ေမာင္းမယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ဘက္ေျခေထာက္ကို လံုးဝေမ့ထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ ညာဘက္ ေျခေထာက္တစ္ဖက္တည္းနဲ႔ပဲ လီဘာ (Acce- lerator Pedal) နဲ႔ ဘရိတ္ (Brake Pedal) ကို အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ လီဘာမွာ KD (Kick Down Switch) လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ ဂီယာအခ်ိန္းအေျပာင္းကို အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ (RPM) နဲ႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ထားၿပီး ဘရိတ္မွာေတာ့ STP (Stop Light Switch)  ရွိေနပါတယ္။ KD မီးႀကိဳးေရာ၊ STP မီးႀကိဳးေရာ၊ ECU(Engine Control Unit)၊ ECM (Engine Control Module) Box လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ အင္ဂ်င္ကြန္ထ႐ိုးေဘာက္ထဲကို ဝင္ပါတယ္။\n\nKD မီးရဲ႕အလုပ္လုပ္ပံုက လီဘာနင္းခ်ိန္ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရျပည့္ရင္ မိုင္ႏႈန္းျပမီတာ (Speed Meter) ရဲ႕ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ၊ အင္းလက္ေလထိန္းတံခါး ဆင္ဆာ (Throttle Position Sensor) ေတြရဲ႕ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈနဲ႔ လိုသလို ဂီယာအခ်ိန္းအေျပာင္းလုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ STP ကေတာ့ ဘရိတ္နည္းနည္း နင္းလိုက္လို႔ ECU ထဲကို မီးဝင္သြားတာနဲ႔ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ တစ္ေထာင္ေအာက္အထိ ဆီျဖတ္ပစ္ပါတယ္။ ထပ္နင္းလိုက္ရင္ Speed Meter ရဲ႕ တြက္ခ်က္မႈအရ ဂီယာကို ေဒါင္းေပးပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ထပ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္တစ္ခုက Automatic Transmission Lock Up Torque Converter လုပ္ၿပီး ကားရဲ႕ ေမာင္းႏွင္ေနတဲ့ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာစနစ္ကို အျမန္ဆံုး ရပ္ပစ္တာပါ။ အရွိန္ကိုလိုက္ၿပီး ဂီယာကို လိုရင္လို သလို တစ္ခ်က္ခ်င္းေဒါင္းေပးၿပီး အျမန္လိုအပ္ရင္ နံပါတ္ ၁ ဂီယာအထိ အျမန္တစ္ခါတည္း ေဒါင္းေပး ပါတယ္။ အခုေခတ္ေမာ္ဒယ္ျမင့္ကားေတြမွာေတာ့ Two Step Break Switch ေတြကို သံုးပါတယ္။\n\nဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို ေမ့ထားပါ\n\nဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘယ္ဘက္က ဘရိတ္ေပၚေျခေထာက္တင္ထားၿပီး ညာဘက္က လီဘာနင္းေနရင္ ကားရဲ႕ အင္ဂ်င္ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈစနစ္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ စနစ္ေတြ ႐ႈပ္ေထြးကုန္ၿပီး ဂီယာေရာ အင္ဂ်င္ပါနာၿပီး ပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားတိုင္းလိုလို ဘယ္ဘက္ေျခေထာက္တင္ဖို႔ကို ဘရိတ္ဘယ္ဘက္ အစြန္မွာထားေပးတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားကို ေမာင္းႏွင္ရင္ ညာဘက္ေျခေထာက္ တစ္ေခ်ာင္းထဲနဲ႔ပဲ ေမာင္းႏွင္ရမယ္လို႔ ကားကုမၸဏီေတြက အတိအက်ၫႊန္ၾကားထားပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေမာင္းမဲ့သူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို ေမ့ထားလိုက္ပါ။ \n\nဒီေနရာမွာ ျပႆနာရွိတာက မန္ႏ်ဴရယ္ဂီယာ ေမာင္းေနရာကေန ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေျပာင္းေမာင္းတဲ့ သူေတြအတြက္ပါ။ မန္ႏ်ဴရယ္ေမာင္းတဲ့ သူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ကို မျဖစ္မေနအသံုးျပဳရ (ဘယ္ဘက္က ကလပ္နင္းရ) တဲ့အတြက္ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာ ေမာင္းရင္လည္း ဘယ္ဘက္ကိုသံုးတဲ့အက်င့္ ဆြဲကပ္ေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ဘက္ကို တတ္ႏိုင္သမွ် ေမ့ထားဖို႔လိုပါတယ္။ ညာေမာင္းကေန ဘယ္ေမာင္းေျပာင္းေမာင္းရင္ ေတြ႔တတ္တဲ့ အခက္အခဲလိုမ်ိဳးပါပဲ။ ဒီျပႆနာဟာလည္း ေအာ္တိုဂီယာအေမာင္းၾကာသြားလို႔ ေမ့ေမ့ေဖ်ာက္ေဖ်ာက္နဲ႔ ဘယ္ေျခေထာက္ မသံုးမိေတာ့ရင္ ေပ်ာက္သြားမယ့္ အက်င့္တစ္ခုပါပဲ။\n\nေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြ အလုပ္လုပ္ပံု\n\nေနာက္တစ္ခုက ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြ ဘယ္လို အလုပ္လုပ္လဲၾကည့္ရေအာင္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြက Hydraulically လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ ဆီဖိအားစနစ္နဲ႔ကားကို ေ႐ြ႕လ်ားေစတာပါ။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာဆီပန္႔ (Oil Pump) မွာ ဖ႐ံုသီး (Converter) အဝင္ ဂီယာရဲ႕ Input Shaft မွာ ထိုင္ထားပါတယ္။ ဆီမရွိရင္ ကလပ္ပလိပ္ျပားေတြကို ဆီနဲ႔ ဖိအားမေပးႏိုင္လို႔ ကားမသြားပါဘူး။ ဆီနည္းေနရင္လည္း ပံုမွန္ေလာက္ကားမဆြဲပါဘူး။ ဆီမ်ားျပန္ရင္လည္း ေအာ္တိုဆီအရမ္းပူၿပီး ဂီယာ ကလပ္ျပားေလးေတြ ပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ဂီယာအခ်ိန္း အေျပာင္းလုပ္တာကေတာ့ အေပၚကေျပာတဲ့အတိုင္း KD မီးရဲ႕ ႀကိဳးက လီဘာနင္းခ်ိန္ အင္ဂ်င္အပတ္ေရ ျပည့္ရင္ မိုင္ႏႈန္းျပမီတာ (Speed Meter) ရဲ႕ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ အင္းလက္ေလထိန္းတံခါးဆင္ဆာ (Throttle Position Sensor) ေတြရဲ႕ တခ်ိဳ႕ေမာ္ဒယ္ျမင့္ကားေတြမွာ CU Control Box နဲ႔ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈစနစ္ ပါပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြမွာ ဆီမေကာင္းရင္ ဂီယာပ်က္တတ္သလို ATF နဲ႔ CVT မွားရင္လည္း ဂီယာပ်က္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာနဲ႔ CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူေတြဆို ဂီယာအျပင္ပိုင္းနဲ႔ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) ကို ၾကည့္ၿပီး ခြဲႏိုင္သလို ဆီတိုင္းတံမွာ ေအာ္တိုဆီဆိုရင္ ATF လို႔ ေရးထားၿပီး CVT Gear ဆိုရင္ CVT လို႔ ခြဲျခားေရးထားေပးပါတယ္။\n\nဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) ဘယ္လိုသံုးလဲ\n\nေအာ္တိုဂီယာေတြမွာ OD Button ပါတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ ကားေတြလည္းရွိပါတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကားေတြက ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ (Shift Lever) မွာ OD လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ကားေတြပါ။ Shift Lock Button ပါတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို Shift Lock Button လံုးဝမပါတဲ့ကား Shift Lock ကို ကားေသာ့ထည့္ၿပီး သံုးရတဲ့ကားေတြလည္းရွိပါတယ္။ တန္ဖိုးႀကီးကားတခ်ိဳ႕မွာေတာ့ လံုးဝမထည့္ထားပါဘူး။ ကားလံုၿခံဳေရးအတြက္ ေသာ့ဖြင့္ၿပီး ဘရိတ္နင္းမွ ဂီယာထည့္လို႔ရေအာင္ လုပ္ထားေပးပါတယ္။ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေ႐ႊ႕ရာတြင္ Release Button လို႔ ေခၚတဲ့ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေဘးကခလုတ္ကို ႏွိပ္မွ ေ႐ႊ႕ေျပာင္း ဂီယာထည့္ရတဲ့ ကားေတြရွိသလို Release Button ခလုတ္မပါဘဲ ေ႐ႊ႕ၿပီးရတဲ့ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံေတြလည္း ရွိပါတယ္။ Shift Lock ဆိုတာ ေအာ္တိုဂီယာကားေတြမွာ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံကို P Position ကေန စက္ႏိႈးၿပီး ဘရိတ္မနင္းဘဲ က်န္တဲ့ ဂီယာေတြကို ထည့္မရေအာင္ အထိန္းသေဘာမ်ိဳး ထည့္ထားေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘရိတ္နင္းလိုက္ခ်ိန္မွာ ဘရိတ္ (Brake Pedal) နင္းတံအတြင္းဘက္မွာ တပ္ဆင္ထားတဲ့ ဘရိတ္မီးခလုတ္ (Brake Pedal Switch) ကတစ္ဆင့္ Relay သို႔ မီးေပးကာ shift Lock Solenoid ခလုတ္ကို ဖြင့္ေပးပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘရိတ္နင္းမွ ဂီယာေမာင္းတံ ေျပာင္းလို႔ရတာပါ။ ဘရိတ္နင္းေပမယ့္ ဂီယာတံ \nေနရာေျပာင္းမရျခင္းဟာ ဘရိတ္မီးအဝင္ Fuse ျပတ္တာ၊ Brake Pedal Switch
