But in this case upvoting is encouraged because it attract rewards for the author of the content as compare to downvoting which do not earn any reward.\n\n**Curation** on other hand on steemit blockchain refers to the rewards that a user recieved from posting a quality content.\n\nCuration occur as soon as voting is done on a quality content. In steemit blockchain user who creat blocks are refered to as **witness**.  But i wish to vote for @justyy who  designed the Steemyy.com, and @steemchiller for designing the SteemWorld.org, because one can not operate smoothly on the steemit blockchain without this tools.
