      "body": "Can We Learn to Un-Hate?!!\n\n\nIt was one of the most changing days of my life. The weather was so nice to the point that I did not want to go back home and just enjoy the life. As I was getting to the café I liked so much to drink my favorite cup of coffee while reading my new book, I came across an old friend of mine who I didn't see for nearly 4 years.\n\nWe sat together and talked about our lives, work, family and such things for a long time. My friend then asked me one strange question. He said \"can you learn to not hate something or someone? Or is it something that we are born with and we cannot change it?\"\n\nI must say, that question made my thoughts go crazy, I looked at him in complete lost and didn't say a word for, maybe 10 mins?! I didn't know what to say, I never thought about this before, and he didn't have the answer as well.\n\nI kept thinking about that question for the next few days and then I came up with what I think an answer to that question.\nHate and Love are not things related to the genes of the human body. You cannot pass the hate or love towards something to your children. For example, if you like/hate to eat some types of food, your children do not necessarily share the same thing. So I figured we were not born with some hate/love towards something or someone, however we learned through life experience to hate/love the things and people. \n\nSeveral days after that, I wanted to test my thoughts about it and try to like something I hate. I hate to drink tea without sugar, I just can't enjoy the taste of it without sugar. Therefore, I tried to learn to like it, I was training myself to accept the taste of tea without sugar by gradually decreasing the amount of sugar I put in my cup of tea every day. It took me 10 days to reach to the point of removing all the sugar from my cup of tea, still the taste was not good at all, but I was able to finish my cup. Another 10 days with no sugar, now I reached to the point of accepting to drink tea without sugar, I wasn’t enjoying it as much as I did when it was with sugar but it was nice. After Ten more days, I loved my tea without sugar and I enjoyed it very much. Right now, I can't drink the tea with sugar, I enjoy it without sugar much more.\nWith this I learned that I can reprogram myself to hate/love whatever I want within one month only.\n\nI don't have any scientific proof for this but I feel it is very true and I already tested it once and working on another test right now, I want to learn not to hate dogs, I want to enjoy walking them, befriending them and playing with them.\n\nDo you believe you can learn to hate/love whatever you want? \n\nShare your thoughts about it.\n\nThanks,",

It is quite the opposite. Breakfast pizza is a warm, fresh from the oven pizza filled with all your breakfast food favorites.\n\nI’m a little ashamed to admit this, but my breakfasts tend to be boring.  It’s always the same thing: yogurt, oatmeal, or toast.  For the most part, I just don’t have the time in the morning to whip up a fluffy omelet or make a stack of pancakes. But let’s face it, I am usually so beat and lazy on Saturday morning that I don’t get out of bed and dressed until noon.  For mornings like that, this breakfast pizza is the solution.\n\nPizza is a comfort food classic, and when you add breakfast staples to it, you have a sure winner. These are mere suggestions, feel free to use your own breakfast favorites– sausage patties, home fries, scrambled eggs.\n\nI opted to use sliced provolone cheese.  Shredded mozzarella cheese is predictable and not worthy of such a unique pizza.  Provolone has a bolder flavor profile that stands against the other breakfast items.\n\nOne trick that has made all the difference in my homemade pizzas– cast-iron skillet.  Too many times I’ve ended up with wonky misshapen pizza.  It is no longer a problem with the help of my cast-iron skillet. Cold dough is bad news and results in frustration.  Allow the dough ample time to rest and relax to ensure easier shaping.  Cold dough is too elastic and will shrink back to its original state.  No need to use a rolling pin.  I like to drop the dough into an oiled skillet and use my fingers and knuckles to gently push and pull the dough out.\n\nI tend to build my pizza starting with the cheese.  I followed with the meats and carefully placed the tater tots to leave enough room for the cracked egg.  Pre-heat the skillet and dough over the stove on high heat.  This allows the skillet to warm up and precook the bottom of the pizza.  Prop the pizza every other minute or so to check on the underside of the dough.  After about 4 minutes, the bottom of the pizza should be set and lightly golden in color.  Remove from the stove and crack your eggs onto the pizza.  Place it in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the egg whites are cooked.\n\nBreakfast Pizza\n\nIngredients:\n\n1 pound store bought pizza dough\n\n2 tbsp olive oil\n\n5 slices of provolone cheese\n\n1 cup tater tots, fried or baked\n\n4 slices of thick applewood smoked bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces\n\n3 slices Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces\n\n3 large eggs\n\nsalt and black pepper, to taste\n\nfresh chives, minced, as garnish\n\nfresh thyme leaves, minced, as garnish\n\nInstructions:\n\n1. Meanwhile, prepare remaining ingredients.  Cook tater tots and bacon.  Slice Canadian bacon. Set aside until dough is ready.\n\n3. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil into 12-inch cast-iron skillet.  Place room temperature pizza dough inside skillet.  Pat into a disk using the palm of your hand.\n\n4.  Stretch dough out starting from the center, rotating dough in the skillet to form an even 12-inch circle.  If the dough is still too elastic, cover lightly with plastic wrap and let dough rest for 5-10 minutes.\n\n5.  Use remaining 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to coat the top of pizza dough.  Place provolone cheese slices on top.  Followed by sliced Canadian bacon and bacon.  Arrange tater tots in such a way to allow room for cracked eggs.\n\n6.  Place skillet over the stove on high heat.  Cook for about 4 minutes.  Prop the pizza every other minute or so to check on the underside of the dough. Even if you have a million errands to do, once the pizza is cooked, it becomes the perfect grab-and-go meal to keep you energized and satisfied all day long.\n\nMaryanne’s Chic Tip: No need to make your own pizza dough from scratch.  Store-bought pizza dough works perfectly.  Let the dough sit out for at least 30 minutes before you plan to use it.  Even if the package only says 10-15 minutes, give it more time.  Resting the dough at room temperature relaxes the glutens in the dough allowing for easier shaping and less elasticity. If the dough still doesn’t want to cooperate, loosely cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for another 10 minutes, then try again.",
