| title | IN LOVE WITH CANADA |
| body | Niagara I'm sure you have everyone seen any movie or any picture where the Niagara Falls wonderful what makes the curiosity to see them live is tremendous !!!!! We were visiting them this week and we bring you some tips. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1THc93vdoKQ/WWepI8TssGI/AAAAAAAAEEs/0Me5O2r89nYNql2Od4ibxxWgn5Utv6PGACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7295.JPG Reaching Niagara is very easy, in our case we were the Canadian side as we were in Toronto. The route options are still few and depend much of the time we have available and how much we want to spend. We chose to go by bus because the terminal was very close to our hotel and very affordable price. We could have gone Uber or Cabify we would be by about 80 Canadian dollars per trip, by train or even rented a car, but this was the most economical and advantageous option we found. Since they are almost 130km away, come and go driving can become very tiring. The company we chose was the Megabus that for 42 Canadian dollars sold us a direct ticket to Niagara with wi-fi and air conditioning. In less than two hours we were in Niagara. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_FsW9D1AdtY/WWepI4gWiQI/AAAAAAAAEEw/tjsx9inZ6eUby8fZih9mdleRvN0d-zgIQCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7287.JPG Some people find it necessary to call a taxi to the bus stop to the falls but frankly, are just 4km from magnificent views, with many stories to tell. We chose to walk the route we loved, in an instant we were to see the waterfalls even ahead of us. Along the way there are restaurants, hotels and many signs that explain the history of the famous Niagara Falls. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-t7T0gGd7gw4/WWepItgFCkI/AAAAAAAAEEo/VHXfjUWZZ20JiCbm2Z_dzHB6-bcspnX1gCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7296.JPG It's funny to see how the falls unite Canada and the United States, each country its share and its different view. Honestly the view of Canada seems to me much more interesting than the US, but having a This valid, it is easy to pass one of the bridges and go see near the American part of these waterfalls. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5AmCSQGblMI/WWepKzsY-mI/AAAAAAAAEFA/KYVZ45W9yjghe3Wz33w5anRHdcH-bAywQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7321.JPG For the adventurous there are boats that are very close to the falls and allow to view and a completely different experience from the usual. The tour is called the Maid of the Mist , costs 19 dollars and can be purchased online or on site. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-cOw7kHukvyY/WWepLzT5gdI/AAAAAAAAEFQ/OZvT67-1X-gCnd4TGkE399_Mjx40dIyzACEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7333.JPG Desenganem up to find that Niagara has only water and boats. As is very upset for Tourism, maybe too much .... There are plenty of attractions for all tastes, it looks like we're in a theme park. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-tE-Z-6qa_dI/WWevNYbFjSI/AAAAAAAAEFc/7WgcE88qY8kl4iJQ-d8CtkmqUtsl3ZqRACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7459.JPG So to visit this area, it is better to choose a full day, take a quiet walk by the riverside, boat ride to see the near falls and enjoy after the afternoon to take a walk by the various attractions that are there present. For those who want to get to sleep in this area or return only at night to Toronto, there is still a show fireworks and lights that transform completely the picture bluish paradise of the falls. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BjMetecyzM0/WWewe_nO-0I/AAAAAAAAEFg/t0ehB8uvmCQ12kqHq_YAdgiPlJvR9o1OQCLcBGAs/s1600/41309d1d7fcb357b3110ccf4143a0fa3e01cc92ed2396b20e80a0bab3f38b70c.jpg |

The route options are still few and depend much of the time we have available and how much we want to spend.\nWe chose to go by bus because the terminal was very close to our hotel and very affordable price. We could have gone Uber or Cabify we would be by about 80 Canadian dollars per trip, by train or even rented a car, but this was the most economical and advantageous option we found. Since they are almost 130km away, come and go driving can become very tiring.\nThe company we chose was the Megabus that for 42 Canadian dollars sold us a direct ticket to Niagara with wi-fi and air conditioning. \nIn less than two hours we were in Niagara. \n\nhttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_FsW9D1AdtY/WWepI4gWiQI/AAAAAAAAEEw/tjsx9inZ6eUby8fZih9mdleRvN0d-zgIQCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7287.JPG\n\nSome people find it necessary to call a taxi to the bus stop to the falls but frankly, are just 4km from magnificent views, with many stories to tell. | title | Vegan Temple |
| body | Vegan Temple Both had heard and seen so many delicious photos on social networks, which had even get to go to The Food Temple . Believe me it was not easy to get there but after some three laps at the same site in until we stopped to take a beer in hand as we continued on our quest, appears a lady who tells us; "come the next cut to the left, where there are two trees, a bank in the middle in front of a graffiti of a girl round sunglasses and a street really close." Said and done, after these references there were the stairs he had seen in the photographs and the door to Food Temple. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yc-bhYEo3AE/WVZGCsPNHzI/AAAAAAAAEDU/zd2do_XROLYmQ0EzFERc4bh4yXmHP1dvACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7204.JPG The biggest problem now was the lack of table reservation. How I forgot this detail so important ?! After explaining that we had not booked but longed for the arrival of this day to be able to experience the wonderful snacks, we could be seated at a small table. Divide the table with a group of Italians, they also to try the restaurant for the first time, which turned out to be very funny. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-l-eCrhcgFA8/WVZGCTAwzvI/AAAAAAAAEDQ/5FywpgqTBQM5C_fZoteeJ7l3aEY9jDn3ACEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7209.JPG A loving lady came to ask us if it was the first time in this restaurant and give us the menu, explaining some concept. Dinner is served in two shifts and the menu is never the same, not from day to day or from shift to shift. I confess that the idea of having only one main dish on the menu scared me a little, and if I did not ?! We ended up following the idea of one of the boys and order two plates of each snack and two main to share. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-AFQ4J4TaI4E/WVZGXyraYUI/AAAAAAAAEDc/L7ICzmBH0UY0g27T0OII8KLc-gAhUFFMACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7219.JPG The menu today was a cold melon soup and cucumber, which at first made me twist a little nose to be cold but quickly made me change my mind, mung bean salad, which I am mega fan, bean dip accompanied by vegetables black cut into sticks, udon pink and stewed the Middle east. We then asked, a soup each, two plates of each patch and two main dishes. https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PSldS2xCA-U/WVZG84DrqnI/AAAAAAAAEDk/iBsqesSM9v821p3YmwQKCcIYiEqtrICjQCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7218.JPG The soup, which I had found that I did not feel at all surprised me a lot. I had a velvety texture and a spicy touch at the end, knew me to begin this beautifully vegan experience. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a-GJxA_TDtQ/WVZHnihE40I/AAAAAAAAEDs/H5RcQMLkPVQCZjjp7xKk-s10cvZ946PCACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7232.JPG The tiny tapas bowls, as well as a funny and colorful appearance, were delicious. The black bean dip was crying for more, with the carrots into sticks it was a wonder, and mung bean salad was really well prepared, all the flavors blended perfectly. As for the noodles, as I am a fan of udon, adoreiiiiiiii !!! The only downside, for those who are not a fan of this type of food, is that tapas are all cold. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HHJ5LOPq1Bg/WVZH6-V_I_I/AAAAAAAAEDw/gItNktr6Q34Uu_ipVRtYokcpSaOY2FH_QCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7237.JPG Continuing the list of vegan dishes came the two main dishes, the one that had stewed a little afraid to dislike. The presentation was delicious and very generous dose. With a plate of these already would be more than satisfied. The stew, freshly made and still warm, it was really good, never thought so fond of this dish. I even had chunks of potato starch that resembled small shrimps, in short, a little wonder. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hTrpTL_lrKo/WVZIqZF43vI/AAAAAAAAED0/mQ6xp0nn-doTn_FUhxehc_on-28RtpgegCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7239.JPG Still appeared a vegan chorizo bread halfway through the meal which was delicious, between this and normal bread pudding, to which we are accustomed, there was no big difference. I forgot to mention the drinks from the natural juices and teas, there was a biological cider we decided to try. When it strange taste olive principle, but then combines beautifully with the tapas. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-qimkckw_zF8/WVZKRZvTACI/AAAAAAAAEEA/G6DUew7xttULvAicYwvJjbyiJg9ONrtpgCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7234.JPG Obviously, the experience does not end here, the restaurant has two desserts we had to come to the table to experience !! A cinnamon roll and delicious ice cream of pistachio. Honestly I'm not sure which was my favorite, although it is hard to be surprised by a cold, it was very fresh and tasty. As for the cinnamon roll, this one managed to surprise me by soft and caramelized texture. https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-O_O4mUr9DhE/WVZK-3EkfxI/AAAAAAAAEEI/uAIaNAJ4pFIpY6eKnAcPz3pplOH-pESMgCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7225.JPG still tried to send for some more cinnamon rolls, at least one for each one, but we have had success, it seems that the roll out at breakneck speed and never left none to tell the story. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Hm6Xe5sn10E/WVZLnvF0nsI/AAAAAAAAEEQ/dmrcPynTMAczrgUpaa2205voYTsLolbgACLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7241.JPG https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-o4jSCrPdn8s/WVZLn04FxAI/AAAAAAAAEEU/l6cNxbqThysv0Ko52CclXgNYBd4J_u6SwCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7240.JPG Wonderful food and friendliness of Staff won our hearts, for sure we will return soon !!! |

| body | Clouds at Breakfast And if tomorrow's breakfast was a fluffy cloud? For those who have asked that photos radius were those who saw, around the Instagram of fluffy eggs and fat with a delicious air ..... I present to you the eggs Cloud or Cloud Eggs. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XPeIbUaNwmI/WVTU0vj1U3I/AAAAAAAAECs/QYSvAUASXssPJNtTYxiKNSDoO9VJxy_NQCLcBGAs/s1600/IMG_7143.JPG I know I have a special love for breakfast and spend my life browse recipes sites for new ideas. This was one of them, after seeing these huge photographs delicious "Puffy Eggs" had to try them. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XrEK-pKAjNE/WVTUy9YaQ7I/AAAAAAAAEC0/gybZbSLu4YMTZ8RR0jhhPpQI2AaL-QLDACEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7139.JPG It was enough to go CookingLight to see immediately a super simple video of how to make these eggs. Promised a breakfast ready in less than 15 minutes, it seemed IDEAL. I took me two eggs, separated the whites from the yolks and booked the first, putting the latter in the Thermomix to make clear in famous castle. In two minutes I had a ready wonderful texture. It was enough to separate the light into two portions and make a small hole in the middle to fit the yolks. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-hv-Cf7bI6sY/WVTUzMl1TvI/AAAAAAAAEC0/p0gwFs1Y6W4F0zLrIR6gNWtW8xW0dj_mACEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7140.JPG Unfortunately the first gem opened but the second was perfect. A bit of salt and pepper and into the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. According to the original recipe should have put the first clear for 5 minutes, then add the yolks and put in the oven for two minutes. But curiosity was such that I decided to put everything together. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XPeIbUaNwmI/WVTU0vj1U3I/AAAAAAAAEC0/a57MRIOaHDEcJ-5T0iyD7EYQqtsgQ903ACEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7143.JPG The result was not at all the same as it was on the site, but was simply MARAVILHOSOOOO !!! It's compelling, everyone wants to have the perfect hair! For this reason, L'Oréal joined the Withings company, to come against this almost universal desire, and created the Kérastase Hair Coach Powered by Withings, a brush, by collecting data, allows consumers to take better care your hair. This brush is battery powered works on various types of hair and the simple act of brushing begins the process of data collection. The first intelligent world brush is composed of advanced sensors Withings and an analysis system developed by L'Oréal that allows you to monitor the effects of hair routines of each person. Thus, it is possible to minimize the damage to the hair thanks to the multiple sensors that give information on the quality of hair and brushing on the standards. Really you can call smart !!! The brush consists of a microphone listening to the sound of hair brushing and identifies patterns by transmitting information on the hair suppleness, dryness, split ends, breaks and until the level of frizz by load cells 3 axis measuring force applied to the hair and scalp when the hair is brushed by an accelerometer and a gyroscope that help analyze brushing patterns and count the number of times the hair is brushed and conductivity sensors to determine if the brush it is being used in wet or dry hair. The Kérastase Hair Coach Powered by Withings comes accompanied by an app that transforms the information gathered in personalized advice to help consumers better treat your hair. conductivity sensors feed a database automatically via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth for this app, which takes into account factors such as the weather, humidity, temperature, UV radiation and wind, which also affects the flexibility and quality of hair. By following the way it is done with brushing and daily routines, the app collects valuable information including a score on the quality of hair, data on the effectiveness of brushing habits, personalized tips and recommendations about Kérastase products. And we're not talking about anything people !!!! It should be noted that the Kérastase Hair Coach Powered by Withings is one of the big winners of this year's Innovation Award International CES 2017 that every year presents new technological products with unprecedented design and engineering. We stop to this restaurant out of curiosity, close to us, with great reviews and promises snacks crying for more ?! It has our name down for sure. The surrounding area hardly reveals what is hidden there. Giríssimo a restaurant, full of paints, and so spacious that has three distinct spaces. The outside welcomes us with a red carpet, a terrace, a wood oven and a whole room in glass that reveals a great TV for game days and socializing and finally the inside, warmly decorated and well chosen, a space that makes us feel at home, literally. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0rvSup22xyI/WVED4QEVtkI/AAAAAAAAECQ/9jVYBNHcQXQubKfQsCIrGlCwJgrixb-OQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7167.JPG We were looking at the delicious letter and trying to decide what to dinner when Bruno, owner of the space, we came recommend some snacks dishes and a main course to finish, all accompanied by a surprise sangria, highly praised for it . I do not really could have done better idea, little plates of snacks was just what we were looking for. Or had to have work to choose which would come to the table, Bruno explained to us that, in his opinion, would be the best and that quantities would be ideal for us. We were expectant !!!! To our amazement the sangria was cucumber, a novelty that quickly became the favorite fresh, slightly sweet and very soft at the same time, ideal to accompany many dishes that we were arriving at the table. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Vit035xao-k/WVED4EnlRbI/AAAAAAAAECQ/oR2JqVr396MSQ9sEuKGaYJbrZBh4K_T6QCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7168.JPG They arrived the eggs with asparagus and sausage , a batten and a delicious aspect, accompanied by a basket of bread and toast. Hot and humid at the same time and cute, left to melt in the mouth slowly, it goes without saying that vanished in a flash. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-SGEzizV-4VU/WVED55Yvk5I/AAAAAAAAECQ/HXS4jaaXeyEZQ51_-NQWn04fPbvy0MCIwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7173.JPG Came the second snack, Pica-Pau (beef) with fried egg . They had already seen a woodpecker served this way ?! We do not!! Only the smell already promised that there had been a very tender meat that almost crumbled in the mouth and a sauce that gave us want to dive all existing bread. There had to come over a basket that no one can resist this sauce. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bQ6oKzA5YAI/WVED6R-3GRI/AAAAAAAAECQ/oazKxfZt2O4nJBftD0K-4lgQuvv2qvlegCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7178.JPG To accompany these delicious snacks we had some fries crispy and .... SWEET, with a wonderful garlic sauce !! My favorite chips. If we were here was already really happy with this restaurant. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZbUydJVHWHQ/WVED6ddsIzI/AAAAAAAAECQ/R8UDmVSkXGMPJyJszftF4LEwaTNwLvAHQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7181.JPG But we were not, had not just come from snacks to the table and had not stopped surprising us. The shrimp with garlic was the next and last. I could have been no better way to end this bustle of snacks. Large enough to get too satisfied with two or three and take to water a few more bits of bread, this wonderful garlic sauce. https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-cQ5ATCcUwhA/WVED7DLqElI/AAAAAAAAECQ/rrMuuYFpV_kd5x_ZxwVH4eR3W6N2MF4kgCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7182.JPG And it's time the main course, a delightfully cut meat and served with peppercorns, salt and lemon. A true delight that matched perfectly with the previous shrimp with garlic. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-opqoASlrf80/WVED8JfqczI/AAAAAAAAECQ/PHhf2Fqad1UWaU7J2Hd_DVTgA-qY2nCYwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7186.JPG Those who know me already know or that is already more than satisfied, I have to at least try a dessert. And the chocolate mousse homemade fell really well, mainly because it was accompanied by a slice of pie condensed milk . https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xCo9a0ofo60/WVED95KV7XI/AAAAAAAAECQ/2l-RetSq5rsbl-W-KPfvuppEIy_xVabUwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7190.JPG Only individual mousse dose was enough to divide by four, a huge full of freshly baked homemade mousse ?! TORNADO IS A DREAM REALITY !!! And the slice of condensed milk cake was divine, it seemed those convent sweets made by our grandmothers. It was impossible to leave happy this restaurant sneak, it has little. I was very curious with a slate that was in the room and said that the Sunday at lunch , had snacks rotation . It has our name down for sure. \nThe surrounding area hardly reveals what is hidden there. Giríssimo a restaurant, full of paints, and so spacious that has three distinct spaces. The outside welcomes us with a red carpet, a terrace, a wood oven and a whole room in glass that reveals a great TV for game days and socializing and finally the inside, warmly decorated and well chosen, a space that makes us feel at home, literally.\n\n\nhttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0rvSup22xyI/WVED4QEVtkI/AAAAAAAAECQ/9jVYBNHcQXQubKfQsCIrGlCwJgrixb-OQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7167.JPG\n \n\nWe were looking at the delicious letter and trying to decide what to dinner when Bruno, owner of the space, we came recommend some snacks dishes and a main course to finish, all accompanied by a surprise sangria, highly praised for it . \nI do not really could have done better idea, little plates of snacks was just what we were looking for. Or had to have work to choose which would come to the table, Bruno explained to us that, in his opinion, would be the best and that quantities would be ideal for us.\nWe were expectant !!!! \nTo our amazement the sangria was cucumber, a novelty that quickly became the favorite fresh, slightly sweet and very soft at the same time, ideal to accompany many dishes that we were arriving at the table.\n\nhttps://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Vit035xao-k/WVED4EnlRbI/AAAAAAAAECQ/oR2JqVr396MSQ9sEuKGaYJbrZBh4K_T6QCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7168.JPG\n\nThey arrived the eggs with asparagus and sausage , a batten and a delicious aspect, accompanied by a basket of bread and toast. Hot and humid at the same time and cute, left to melt in the mouth slowly, it goes without saying that vanished in a flash. \n\nhttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-SGEzizV-4VU/WVED55Yvk5I/AAAAAAAAECQ/HXS4jaaXeyEZQ51_-NQWn04fPbvy0MCIwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7173.JPG\n\nCame the second snack, Pica-Pau (beef) with fried egg . They had already seen a woodpecker served this way ?! We do not!!\nOnly the smell already promised that there had been a very tender meat that almost crumbled in the mouth and a sauce that gave us want to dive all existing bread. There had to come over a basket that no one can resist this sauce.\n\nhttps://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bQ6oKzA5YAI/WVED6R-3GRI/AAAAAAAAECQ/oazKxfZt2O4nJBftD0K-4lgQuvv2qvlegCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7178.JPG\n\nTo accompany these delicious snacks we had some fries crispy and .... SWEET, with a wonderful garlic sauce !! My favorite chips. If we were here was already really happy with this restaurant.\n\nhttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZbUydJVHWHQ/WVED6ddsIzI/AAAAAAAAECQ/R8UDmVSkXGMPJyJszftF4LEwaTNwLvAHQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7181.JPG\n\nBut we were not, had not just come from snacks to the table and had not stopped surprising us. The shrimp with garlic was the next and last. I could have been no better way to end this bustle of snacks. Large enough to get too satisfied with two or three and take to water a few more bits of bread, this wonderful garlic sauce.\n\nhttps://3.bp.blogspot.com/-cQ5ATCcUwhA/WVED7DLqElI/AAAAAAAAECQ/rrMuuYFpV_kd5x_ZxwVH4eR3W6N2MF4kgCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7182.JPG\n\nAnd it's time the main course, a delightfully cut meat and served with peppercorns, salt and lemon. A true delight that matched perfectly with the previous shrimp with garlic.\n\n\nhttps://4.bp.blogspot.com/-opqoASlrf80/WVED8JfqczI/AAAAAAAAECQ/PHhf2Fqad1UWaU7J2Hd_DVTgA-qY2nCYwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7186.JPG\n\n\nThose who know me already know or that is already more than satisfied, I have to at least try a dessert. And the chocolate mousse homemade fell really well, mainly because it was accompanied by a slice of pie condensed milk . \n\n\nhttps://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xCo9a0ofo60/WVED95KV7XI/AAAAAAAAECQ/2l-RetSq5rsbl-W-KPfvuppEIy_xVabUwCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_7190.JPG\n\nOnly individual mousse dose was enough to divide by four, a huge full of freshly baked homemade mousse ?! TORNADO IS A DREAM REALITY !!! And the slice of condensed milk cake was divine, it seemed those convent sweets made by our grandmothers.\nIt was impossible to leave happy this restaurant sneak, it has little.\n\n\nI was very curious with a slate that was in the room and said that the Sunday at lunch , had snacks rotation . \n\nIt seems that we will return there soon Chico Fininho !!!!",

| body | Review: Frezyderm Velvet Sun Screen, The Wonder of Sun Protection Good time asks the beach or pool and beach or pool implies sun exposure right? I know that most people is limited to use sunscreen only when this exhibition so here I am to tell you about an absolutely wonderful sunscreen. I do the usual caveat: the sunscreen is to use always. Always in your life, it's always always! Summer, winter, with sun, without sun, at work, on the beach, in the car, on the terrace, in the jog to stay fit, always! I hope so overcome you by fatigue. For me, now speaking in sunscreen is equivalent to Frezyderm Velvet Sun Screen. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nWoUwC9IjZ8/WULrs54ZwNI/AAAAAAAAD_4/UyKycQhy_lI0Cl67MQTJXsxun3bdE4KjQCEwYBhgL/s1600/IMG_9028.jpg This sunscreen is described as an "innovative transparent sunscreen for the face that spreads evenly at the touch. Its unique formula leaves a velvety feel on the skin, provides matt finish for 6 hours, absorbs sebum and smoothes . appearance of wrinkles its light texture, no fat and translucent makes an excellent make-up pre-base prevents the signs of photo aging and protects against pigmentation caused by sun exposure.. Features: velvety touch, matte finish for 6 hours, absorbs excess oil and sebum, softens the appearance of wrinkles, translucent, waterproof, allows the skin to breathe, non - greasy texture, no parabens, dermatologically tested, non-comedogenic. " With SPF50, respecting the regulations of radio UVB / UVA 3: 1 and protection against IR and visible light, I have used this protection every day. Its technology "second skin" allows you to create a second skin effect, since it is translucent, and its silicon finish makes it look like we are applying a cloud in the face. Absolutely perfect in terms of cosmeticity! The texture is wonderful, wonderful, unbelievable. Only this amazing texture was halfway to fall in love with this product. Very easy to spread and quickly turns into velvet, leaving a matt finish that is completely unnoticeable in the skin. This is literally a farewell to the concept of sticky sunscreen, whitish and hard to apply. More, packaging is beautiful, resembles a test tube but full of style. Simply twist the cap for dispensing the product through a pump airless system, of which I spoke here , allowing us to take advantage of all the product's packaging. There is a presentation with color and colorless, for those who want - and well - associate makeup sunscreen, both cosmetically delicious, both with SPF50. I completely surrendered! Two years ago it noted, is value! |

| title | Ultimate Destination Maldives |
| body | Maldives It's time to start planning the next vacation destination. Began to spring, the smell of flowers that we enter through the window, the afternoon hotter and lighter clothes, everything leads us to think where we would like to spend the next vacation. If you still have no plans, but I go from Christmas to do a little piggy bank, we have the ideal solution, MALDIVES. That image plane we see in the movies, small islands surrounded by turquoise blue water, is what we will see on arrival to Male, capital of the Republic of Maldives. This paradise is in the middle of the Indian Ocean and has more than 26 sets of islands, about 1200 small islands called atolls. Unusually low annual temperature of 25 degrees, which makes this desirable destination throughout the year. My experience was in Kandooma, a well-known island by majestic waves for surfers and have activities for the whole family. At this time should already be thinking that this kind of travel is wildly above the budget they have set for this year. Fortunately not, although it is one of the most expensive destinations we know, this little island becomes accessible to ordinary mortals. But remembered starting the piggy bank at Christmas, RIGHT ?? I hope you're already well chubby !! This hotel is a Holiday Inn, which for those who are affiliated with your system may have numerous advantages. You can choose the type of accommodation, depending on how much you want to spend, small houses on the first floor with garden view, ground-floor rooms with sea or slightly larger houses on the water, and the latter are the most expensive. You can also choose the type of regime, from all inclusive to half board or only breakfast, the island is very tiny but has a bit of everything, with about four different restaurants and different prices. All rooms are equipped with water, teas and coffees and even oranges and juice machine. All for a super holiday practices. Best of all is not having to mess us a lot and better yet, do not have to ride in a car, motorbike or transport. Everything is within walking distance. For those already thinking; "That dry, a week closed on an island without doing anything ..." is well mistaken. The activities are daily, from the very well-equipped gym, open 24 hours a day, there is boating, chance to swim with the mantas, visit other islands, surfing more waves away, snorkeling, diving, yoga classes, water aerobics, and so on ... I can say that within a week I could not try it all. So no, it is NOT at all a dry living on a small island for a week. As for the Surf, I'm no understood, but I can realize myself from A. happiness when conditions are good. The first advantage of this island is that the number of hosted surfers is limited, which makes it not walk all stuck on top of each other when the waves are good. Another advantage is that wonderful right perfeitinha, is less than 30 steps from the cabins intended for surfers. Yes, the ideal is to book the Perfect Wave , already accustomed to travel aimed at surfing, that puts us in the perfect place for practicing this sport. And do not worry no surfers as I also remember and care for us perfectly, in addition to pay less. The best of these holidays is rest, I felt I really got more than rested, did not have to walk preoccupied with meals, with car rentals or excursions and even better, the A was happier than ever to surf your favorite right. If not done piggy bank since last Christmas, start now and mark for next year, I'm sure it will be unforgettable. |

I hope you're already well chubby !!\n\n\n\nThis hotel is a Holiday Inn, which for those who are affiliated with your system may have numerous advantages. \nYou can choose the type of accommodation, depending on how much you want to spend, small houses on the first floor with garden view, ground-floor rooms with sea or slightly larger houses on the water, and the latter are the most expensive. \nYou can also choose the type of regime, from all inclusive to half board or only breakfast, the island is very tiny but has a bit of everything, with about four different restaurants and different prices. \nAll rooms are equipped with water, teas and coffees and even oranges and juice machine. \nAll for a super holiday practices.\n\n\n\n\n\nBest of all is not having to mess us a lot and better yet, do not have to ride in a car, motorbike or transport. Everything is within walking distance.\nFor those already thinking; \"That dry, a week closed on an island without doing anything ...\" is well mistaken. The activities are daily, from the very well-equipped gym, open 24 hours a day, there is boating, chance to swim with the mantas, visit other islands, surfing more waves away, snorkeling, diving, yoga classes, water aerobics, and so on ...\nI can say that within a week I could not try it all. So no, it is NOT at all a dry living on a small island for a week.\n\n\n\n\n\nAs for the Surf, I'm no understood, but I can realize myself from A. happiness when conditions are good. \n\n\n\n\nThe best of these holidays is rest, I felt I really got more than rested, did not have to walk preoccupied with meals, with car rentals or excursions and even better, the A was happier than ever to surf your favorite right. \nIf not done piggy bank since last Christmas, start now and mark for next year, I'm sure it will be unforgettable.",

| title | In Love with Bali |
| body | The Paradise The first time I went to Bali, was to have loved the film Eat, Pray, Love and have devoured the book with the same title of author Elizabeth Gilbert . The purpose of travel; curiosity by the Asian culture and also the pursuit of something different, simple and peaceful, a bit like in the movie. It was love at first visit. In Bali, most habitants are Hindu, cultivating the spirit of nature and daily thanks for everything that surrounds them. It caught my attention the fact that every day, early in the morning, people get to a specific place with a small board with several items on it. Make a small banana leaf box called Canang Saris and put inside a coin, a lot of food, flowers and incense. When these offerings are placed on the ground, they are to ward off all evil spirits, when placed on top of rocks or temples are to thank the spirits of good. That's why when I speak in Bali, the smell of incense is one of the most important features to get describe the streets, there is no corner where there is a small box of these. The beaches are mostly a postcard blue water and rocks covered with various shades of green. If you ask me which is what I like best , though the picture is in Uluwatu , the favorite is Bingin . Not only the beach itself but throughout the environment that we live in it. A young, relaxed and happy spirit in which all problems are left in the top of the stairs and life is viewed with a certain lightness. The first time I visited Bali and met Bingin , swore I would return and would set me there. So it was, I could not resist to come back and stay a few nights in this wonderful beach to enjoy each special moment that you live in it. I was able to convey the same love of A. nowadays talks to return soon. I can somehow stop talking in Kelly's Warung , a wonderful place right opposite the sea, on the sand, where you eat the best bowls of Pitaya and acai. Bali exudes all color, joy of life and peace. The traditional food is delicious and very healthy. There are lots of dishes with rice, pasta, egg, chicken, kebabs soy sauce with meat dishes with peanut sauce, pancakes made of banana ... A huge list of delicious dishes where I can (and should) highlight the Nasi or the Mie Goreng , a plate of rice or pasta, vegetables and chicken with spicy sauce and fried egg, the Gado-Gado , a spicy salad of eggs, vegetables, tofu and peanut sauce, chicken Satay, small grilled chicken satay with peanut sauce , and finally the delicious Banana pancakes , which are no more than pancakes made with bananas and chocolate. Needless to say I like ALL of the most famous dishes and served in Bali. It is impossible not to mention one of the things I like most (probably you too) to see when I'm on vacation, the sunset. Here the sun sets in the sea in warm shades of red and orange. If you are more lively, I like to see the sunset in a beach bar such as Single Fin in Uluwatu , the Ku-De-Ta in Seminyak or El KABRON in Bingin . If the idea is to relax and enjoy a Zen moment, the ideal is to see in the sand of any beach accompanied a Bintang. If the objective is dinner with the romantic light of this time of day, then it is in Jimbaran which are the best restaurants, walk in the sand, with a multitude of fish and shellfish finished fishing. To end the tours, I strongly recommend Ubud where I always like to spend the days leading up to the homecoming. Green landscapes, extensive rice fields and wonderful places to visit. Since the monkey forest to Ketut , the healer of the film Eat, Pray, Love . I was me forget another of my favorite places, only discovered in the second trip to Bali, Canggu . It is the most beautiful beaches of Bali, is probably on the list of the ugliest, the sand is black and the sea is not as intense blue as in others, but the environment is more than wonderful, exudes calm and tranquility. Most people that walk around here is adept of a healthy lifestyle, practice Yoga, Surf or some other type of physical exercise. The shops are relaxed, colorful and restaurant area on the seafront, is reminiscent of a beach party where the lights are small colored balls hanging on wires, similar to those of the Christmas tree. It has two of my favorite restaurants, Bowls Nalu and DEUS EX MACHINA , and two of the favorite stores of A., Insight and optical with all models of Les Specs . I could stay here for a few more hours, trying to describe the trips to Bali and how these can change in as individuals but the ideal is to go live this experience. It is one of the sites that I will never care to repeat, because whenever there come back, bring something that adds me and makes me happy. |

| title | The Importance of Clean the face skin |
| body | The Importance of Clean the face skin Facial cleansing has to be said! It is essential to remove make-up and all impurities that accumulate throughout the day in addition to prepare the skin for the care that we will use next. This means, a lot of attention to cleansing the face should be the very first step in our care routine skin !!!! They will see how good the feeling of applying the product and feel for your squeaky clean. So if skip this step let laziness if they want to stay beautiful forever !! Cleansing the skin it may even be performed in two steps: a pre-cleaning with micellar water, oil or balm for removing make-up face and a second cleaning in which it is withdrawn some oily residue left by first cleaning and are eliminated impurities accumulated over the day. There are several (many !!!!!) of choices in this field! Numerous textures, numerous smells! Oils, balms, micellar water, creams, mousses, gels, milks, everything! All to meet the needs and preferences of each. Regarding oils and ointments, the effectiveness of its use is easily explained by the maximum "like dissolves like". These solubilize the oily impurities and, when in contact with water, form an emulsion easy to remove. Passing the examples! The Gelée Fondant Demaquillant Clarins (absolutely unbelievable), the Take the Day Off Clinique, cleaning oil Caudalie and Camomille Silky Cleansing Oil Body Shop are very good options for cleaning oils, often used here at home, Regarding the micellar water, do not forget (pleaseeeeee) that has to be removed from the face because its formulation contains detergent and for this reason it is not recommended to stay in contact with the skin (do not believe? Agitate to see if it does not foam !). Good choices? The Fresh Water Cleansing of Youth Lab Bioderma Sensibio H2O (even if they are very oily skin Sébium H2O opt for the same brand), H2O Bioderma Hydrabio Eau Demaquillant Micellaire of Nuxe Eau Thermale Micellaire of Uriage, among others. Leaving the pre-cleaning back the product to clean the skin of their choice should not only be to your liking in terms of flavor and texture but it should also be suitable to your skin type. Starting with those who like to cleansing the face with water, for example Clarins features a range of mousses, called Doux Nettoyant Moussant, suited to different skin types. The Purifiant Nettoyant Gel Nuxe is absolutely wonderful and a great option for combination skin and also the Youth Lab has its Daily Cleansers wonderful suitable for various skin types. Do not forget the Nettoyant Mousse Fleur de Vigne Caudalie is a real delight, as well as the Filorga Demaquillant Mousse. There is a plethora of options in this field, but these are the election. For now! For those who prefer a clean without water then there are the cleansing milk (which should be followed by a tonic) does not consist of a cleaning without rinsing and just for that reason for giving more comfort to the skin (so it is often the favorites of dry skin ). There are also facial cleansing milk suitable for various skin types, although here the range of options is not as wide. Again Clarins shines having a milk cleanser for mixed / greasy skin and to dry skin. Among others, the Demaquillant Confort Lierac is a good product as well as the Lait Demaquillant Confort of Nuxe. These two give milk for all skin types and is especially suitable for dry skin. Finally, there are the tonics. Expendable in the opinion of some, unavoidable in the opinion of others. I clearly belong to the second group. First, forget the drying tonics. FORGET THEM. Why? Tonics normally are the alcohol-based, which can be irritating and even pro-inflammatory, drying the skin in every way. Wrong. The use of a tonic is important because this will reset the hydrolipidic film Pece that is removed during cleaning, because it protects the pollution action, tightens pores and because it is a good disinfectant. Returning to the Clarins, especially their taste to be precisely Tonique Lotion free alcohol. Personally, I like to merge the usual tonic with an exfoliating tonic. These toners are chemical exfoliants that use low concentrations acids such as glycolic acid and salicylic acid, among other and serve enhance cell renewal, thus preventing stains and reducing the imperfections, as well as being excellent in anti-aging. Good products? Glow Tonic of Pixi containing 5% glycolic acid and it is wonderful to use every other day, not as Alpha M Liquid Gold. The Lotion Tonique Eclat of Lierac is highly accomplished and Lotion Clinique Clarifyng are suitable for different skin types and all contain salicylic acid (will likely be the next acquisition since we already have the Pixi and the Lierac!). Finally and very important! Forget the make-up remover wipes in your life! Forget, erase, eliminate! They are only for use in SOS and SOS a very serious! I hope that you from now on religiously clean your skin! |

"body": "The Importance of Clean the face skin\n\n\n\n\nFacial cleansing has to be said! It is essential to remove make-up and all impurities that accumulate throughout the day in addition to prepare the skin for the care that we will use next. \n\nThis means, a lot of attention to cleansing the face should be the very first step in our care routine skin !!!! They will see how good the feeling of applying the product and feel for your squeaky clean. So if skip this step let laziness if they want to stay beautiful forever !! \n\nCleansing the skin it may even be performed in two steps: a pre-cleaning with micellar water, oil or balm for removing make-up face and a second cleaning in which it is withdrawn some oily residue left by first cleaning and are eliminated impurities accumulated over the day. \n\nThere are several (many !!!!!) of choices in this field! Numerous textures, numerous smells! Oils, balms, micellar water, creams, mousses, gels, milks, everything! All to meet the needs and preferences of each. \n\nRegarding oils and ointments, the effectiveness of its use is easily explained by the maximum \"like dissolves like\". These solubilize the oily impurities and, when in contact with water, form an emulsion easy to remove. \n\nPassing the examples! \n\nThe Gelée Fondant Demaquillant Clarins (absolutely unbelievable), the Take the Day Off Clinique, cleaning oil Caudalie and Camomille Silky Cleansing Oil Body Shop are very good options for cleaning oils, often used here at home,\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegarding the micellar water, do not forget (pleaseeeeee) that has to be removed from the face because its formulation contains detergent and for this reason it is not recommended to stay in contact with the skin (do not believe? Agitate to see if it does not foam !). Good choices? The Fresh Water Cleansing of Youth Lab Bioderma Sensibio H2O (even if they are very oily skin Sébium H2O opt for the same brand), H2O Bioderma Hydrabio Eau Demaquillant Micellaire of Nuxe Eau Thermale Micellaire of Uriage, among others.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLeaving the pre-cleaning back the product to clean the skin of their choice should not only be to your liking in terms of flavor and texture but it should also be suitable to your skin type. \nStarting with those who like to cleansing the face with water, for example Clarins features a range of mousses, called Doux Nettoyant Moussant, suited to different skin types.
