      "body": "还以为近期一段时间的烘焙已然结束，却在还没来得及收拾烤箱的时候被塞了一罐青酱，并被叮嘱，已启封需及时使用。猛然之间，便想到孟老师似乎有一道青酱奶酪面包还从未尝试过。\n\n找出孟老师的面包书，果然查到那一款青酱奶酪面包。虽然不是使用成品青酱，但应该也可以用成品青酱来模仿。就它了，海尔烤箱的最后一烘。\n\n进行之中，猛然间发现，这是比较省时的一款面包，基本发酵80分钟，松弛15分钟，最后发酵25分钟，在温度适宜的情况下，还真是耽误不了多少工夫。\n\n长条面包涂满青酱，虽然成品青酱中已经含有奶酪，还是忍不住又撒了些帕玛森。小心把握火候，看到烤得金黄赶紧出炉，颜色太深就不好看了。\n\n颜色不错，味道也不错，咸香适口。。。\n\n\n面团：高筋粉100克，细砂糖7克，盐1/8小勺，原味酸奶10克，干酵母2克，蛋黄10克，水45克，黑胡椒粉1/16小勺，黄油5克\n\n配料：青酱10克，帕玛森奶酪粉少许\n\nIMG_20180426_130607 副本.jpg\n\n将除黄油外的面团料倒入盆中，搅拌成光滑面团，加入黄油，继续搅拌至能拉出薄膜，滚圆，放入盆中，置温暖处基本发酵约80分钟。面团长大至两倍。取出，分割成2等分，滚圆，盖上保鲜膜，松弛约15分钟。\n\n\n\n擀成椭圆形，顺长边卷起。整理成长约25厘米的长条形，放入烤盘，盖上保鲜膜，最后发酵约25分钟。面团醒发结束，在表面均匀地涂抹一层青酱，撒上奶酪粉，放入烤箱，中层，上下火175度，烤约15-18分钟，表面金黄，出炉。\n\n\n孟老师的面包总是很赞。。。。。",
