Neither chains nor cells. Elephants could easily break free of the rope in which they tied, but surprisingly they did not.\n\nI went to the trainer and asked him why such majestic and beautiful animals simply stand and do not try to free themselves. He replied: “When they were young and much smaller than now, we tied them with the same rope, and now when they are adults, the same rope is enough to hold them. Growing up, they believe that this rope can hold them and they are not trying to run away.” It was amazing. Having the skills to analyze human behavior can play an important role in the life of each of us. The ability to recognize a liar in a person will save time, preserve health, protect yourself from negative emotions, save money, and sometimes even life.\n\nMany famous personalities have devoted their work to the study of lie recognition. These issues were addressed by such famous persons as former FBI employee Joe Navarro, doctor of forensic psychology Lynn ten Brinke, behavioral analyst Dr. Lillian Glass. The scientific literature, which appeared because of an in-depth study of lies by these people, was highly appreciated around the world. \n\nBy carrying out a behavioral analysis of liar people, scientists have proven that rolling eyes can indicate insincerity. By giving out a lie, a person will feel psychological discomfort and resort to various methods of disguising it. Therefore, psychology experts recommend paying attention to their behavior to reveal lies.\n\n### 1.  A change in the position of the head \n\nChanging the position of the head, when a question was said or just before the answer, it would be very likely that the person was lying. \n\n### 2.  Abnormal respiratory rhythm. \n\nA deceiving person, uttering a lie, worries at a reflex level. This leads to a change in the rhythm of breathing. At this moment, the heartbeat becomes more frequent, blood flow increases, breathing becomes heavy, the voice weakens. \n\n### 3.  Repetitive phrases and words. \n\nThe repetition of phrases aloud is observed when a person tries not only to an opponent but also to convince himself of the said lies. The desire to cover some parts of the body\n\nLawyers with trial experience claim that evidence incriminating a liar forces him to automatically cover his neck, stomach, chest, and even his head with his hand. \n\n### 7.  Reflex jerking legs \n\nIn a nervous and uncomfortable state, the body reflexively begins to give out lies. This is especially characteristic of the legs. The legs that began to move show that their owner wants to quickly move away from the circumstances. In addition, they often turn to the exit. \n\n### 8.  Difficulties in speaking common words \n\nThe analysis of interrogations by video regularly confirms that it is becoming increasingly difficult for a lying person to speak more and more.
