One of the worst setbacks that can happen is losing focus and allowing procrastination to step in. Important as it is, it's difficult to be focused and disciplined. The best way is to stay in the here and now and to concentrate on everything going on in this particular moment. Distraction wastes time, and procrastination keeps you from moving forward. 2. Patient . There's a fine line between moving forward and standing still. The most successful people do all they can to move forward, but they also have the patience to wait and watch. Those who are impatient tend to lose out on great opportunities. 3. Courageous . Doing anything great requires courage, but fear always has a way of showing up. Courage does not mean being unafraid, having courage and showing courage means facing your fears, saying "I am scared and I am moving forward anyway." Courage is like a muscle you can strengthen with use. 4. Self-trust . To do anything great, you have to be able to trust yourself and believe in your capabilities. Success is not something that just happens but something you create. You have to have the confidence to banish any negative voices in your head. Don't give up on the things you believe in--and most important, don't give up on yourself. Confidence helps you be more successful in the life you desire. 5. Goal-setting . Knowing what you want and willing yourself to reach it are two different things. When you know your goals, they motivate you. Remember, if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. Set high goals and don't stop until you reach them. 6. Learning . Just because you are struggling, that doesn't mean you're not learning. Every failure has something to teach you, and everything you learn helps you grow. If you are unwilling to learn, no one can help you; if you are determined to learn, no one can stop you. 7. Positive . Choosing to be positive and having a good attitude will determine a lot about your life. If you set your mind to positivity it can go a long way. Be positive, not passive. Instead of giving yourself reasons why you can't or shouldn't, give yourself reasons why you can and permission to go for it. Happiness doesn't come from circumstances but always from within. |

| body | 1. Adopt a Growth Mindset and Focus on Learning Over Achievement. When you focus on a growth mindset, you embrace all the things that have felt threatening: challenge, struggle, criticism, and setbacks. When you embrace the tough stuff, you open yourself up to fully realize your potential and all that you can be. Instead of depending on luck or “natural” talent, you focus on developing your skills and abilities, and learning from your efforts. 2. You Can Put Yourself into a Growth Mindset You can try a growth mindset on for size, even if it’s just temporary. You can even do it on the spot. “It’s also important to realize that even if people have a fixed mindset, they’re not always in that mindset. In fact, in many of our studies, we put people into a growth mindset. We tell them that an ability can be learned and that the task will give them a chance to do that. Or we have them read a scientific article that teaches them the growth mindset. The article describes people who did not have natural ability, but who developed exceptional skills. These experiences make our research participants into growth-minded thinkers, at least for the moment — and they act like growth-minded thinkers, too.” 3.Change Your Mindset Mindsets are an important part of your personality, but you can change them. Just by knowing about the two mindsets, you can start thinking and reacting in new ways. People tell me that they start to catch themselves when they are in the throes of the fixed mindset — passing up a chance for learning, feeling labeled by a failure, or getting discouraged when something requires a lot of effort. And then they switch themselves into the growth mindset — making sure they take the challenge, learn from the failure, or continue their effort.  4.The Growth Mindset Makes It Worth It, Regardless of the Outcome With the fixed inset, unless you win, you lose. But with the growth mindset, the journey is the reward, even when things don’t go as planned. 5.The Growth Mindset Allows You to Love What You’re Doing The growth mindset does allow people to love what they’re doing — and to continue to love it in the face of difficulties. The growth-minded athletes, CEOs, musicians, or scientists all loved what they did, whereas many of the fixed-minded ones did not. Many growth-minded people didn’t even plan to go to the top. They got there as a result of doing what they love. It’s ironic: The top is where the fixed-mindset people hunger to be, but it’s where many growth-minded people arrive as a by-product of their enthusiasm for what they do. 6. See Your Relationships from a Growth Mindset Picture your ideal love relationship. Does it involve perfect compatibility — no disagreements, no compromises, no hard work? Please think again. In every relationship, issues arise. Try to see them from a growth mindset: Problems can be a vehicle for developing greater understanding and intimacy. Allow your partner to air his or her differences, listen carefully and discuss them in a patient and caring manner. You may be surprised at the closeness this creates. 7. Artistic Ability Can Be Developed Far Greater than What You’re Born With Edwards agrees that most people view drawing as a magical ability that only a select few possess, and that only a select few will ever possess. But this is because people don’t understand the components — the learnable components — of drawing. Actually, she informs us, they are not drawing skills at all, but seeing skills. They are the ability to perceive edges, spaces, relationships, lights and shadows, and the whole. Drawing requires us to learn each component skill and then combine them into one process. Some people simply puck up these skills in the natural course of their lives, whereas others have to work to learn them and put them together. 8. Don’t Judge, Teach of Parents, Teachers, and Coaches In fact, every word and action can send a message. It tells children — or students, or athletes — how to think about themselves. It can be a fixed-mindset message that says: You have permanent traits and I’m judging them. Or it can be a growth-mindset message that says: You are a developing person and I am interested in your development. Praising children’s intelligence harms their motivation and it harms their performance. Parents think they can hand children permanent confidence — like a gift — by praising their brains and talent. It doesn’t work, and in fact has the opposite effect. It makes children doubt themselves as soon as anything is hard or anything goes wrong. If parents want to give their children a gift, the best thing they can do is to teach their children to love challenges, be intrigued by mistakes, enjoy effort, and keep on learning. That way, their children don’t have to be slaves of praise. They will have a lifelong way to build and repair their own confidence. 9. Physical Skills Can Be Developed Far Greater than What You’re Born With She was far from a physical wonder as a youngster. She was a premature baby, the twentieth of twenty-two children born to her parents, and a constantly sick child. At four years of age, she nearly died of a long struggle with double pneumonia, scarlet fever, and polio, emerging with a mostly paralyzed left leg. Doctors gave her little hope of using it again. For eight years, she vigorously pursued physical therapy until at age twelve she shed her leg brace and began to walk normally. 10. We All Have Interests that Can Blossom into Abilities The same is true for every prodigy Winner describes. Most often people believe that the ‘gift’ is the ability itself. Yet what feeds it is that constant, endless curiosity and challenge seeking. Is it ability or mindset? Was it Mozart’s musical ability or the fact that he worked till his hands were deformed? These experiences make our research participants into growth-minded thinkers, at least for the moment — and they act like growth-minded thinkers, too.”\n3.Change Your Mindset\nMindsets are an important part of your personality, but you can change them. Just by knowing about the two mindsets, you can start thinking and reacting in new ways. People tell me that they start to catch themselves when they are in the throes of the fixed mindset — passing up a chance for learning, feeling labeled by a failure, or getting discouraged when something requires a lot of effort. And then they switch themselves into the growth mindset — making sure they take the challenge, learn from the failure, or continue their effort.\n\n4.The Growth Mindset Makes It Worth It, Regardless of the Outcome\nWith the fixed inset, unless you win, you lose. But with the growth mindset, the journey is the reward, even when things don’t go as planned.\n5.The Growth Mindset Allows You to Love What You’re Doing\nThe growth mindset does allow people to love what they’re doing — and to continue to love it in the face of difficulties. The growth-minded athletes, CEOs, musicians, or scientists all loved what they did, whereas many of the fixed-minded ones did not.\n\nMany growth-minded people didn’t even plan to go to the top. They got there as a result of doing what they love. It’s ironic: The top is where the fixed-mindset people hunger to be, but it’s where many growth-minded people arrive as a by-product of their enthusiasm for what they do.\n6. See Your Relationships from a Growth Mindset\nPicture your ideal love relationship. Does it involve perfect compatibility — no disagreements, no compromises, no hard work? Please think again. In every relationship, issues arise. Try to see them from a growth mindset: Problems can be a vehicle for developing greater understanding and intimacy. Allow your partner to air his or her differences, listen carefully and discuss them in a patient and caring manner. You may be surprised at the closeness this creates.\n7. Artistic Ability Can Be Developed Far Greater than What You’re Born With\nEdwards agrees that most people view drawing as a magical ability that only a select few possess, and that only a select few will ever possess. But this is because people don’t understand the components — the learnable components — of drawing. Actually, she informs us, they are not drawing skills at all, but seeing skills. They are the ability to perceive edges, spaces, relationships, lights and shadows, and the whole. Drawing requires us to learn each component skill and then combine them into one process. Some people simply puck up these skills in the natural course of their lives, whereas others have to work to learn them and put them together.\n8. Don’t Judge, Teach of Parents, Teachers, and Coaches\nIn fact, every word and action can send a message. It tells children — or students, or athletes — how to think about themselves. It can be a fixed-mindset message that says: You have permanent traits and I’m judging them. Or it can be a growth-mindset message that says: You are a developing person and I am interested in your development.\n\nPraising children’s intelligence harms their motivation and it harms their performance. Parents think they can hand children permanent confidence — like a gift — by praising their brains and talent. It doesn’t work, and in fact has the opposite effect. It makes children doubt themselves as soon as anything is hard or anything goes wrong. If parents want to give their children a gift, the best thing they can do is to teach their children to love challenges, be intrigued by mistakes, enjoy effort, and keep on learning. That way, their children don’t have to be slaves of praise. They will have a lifelong way to build and repair their own confidence.\n9. Physical Skills Can Be Developed Far Greater than What You’re Born With\nShe was far from a physical wonder as a youngster. She was a premature baby, the twentieth of twenty-two children born to her parents, and a constantly sick child. At four years of age, she nearly died of a long struggle with double pneumonia, scarlet fever, and polio, emerging with a mostly paralyzed left leg. Doctors gave her little hope of using it again. | body |  For the first time in history, the Korean government has officially recognized the codec trading platform as a legitimate financial and banking institution. Local media in Korea has reported that Korean financial institutions have completed a plan to classify pre-coded trading floors as a sector known as "pre-coding and brokerage" to enable high performance transaction platforms with support from local authorities * From suppliers to financial institutions For years, the Korean government has looked at legalizing the pre-coded sector with practical rules and policies, mainly to prevent large-scale attacks and possible security breaches. out, as seen in the case of Bithumb and Coinrail in early 2018. Local finance agencies, however, fear that regulating the pre-encoded market will make the public believe that the government has legalized coding. As a result, South Korea delayed regulating the pre-encoded exchanges. This week, local newspapers have revealed that the Korean government has agreed that pre-coded trading platforms will be viewed as legalized financial businesses, creating a new industry dedicated to pre-codec trading platform. In short, the new regulatory framework created for the pre-coded trading platform may have a negative impact on both the trading platform and the investor, because that means that the customer knowledge policy (KYC ), anti-money laundering (AML) and customer verification will become more difficult. Fish & chips was originally a working-class food in the UK around the mid-19th century. In 1860, the first "fish & chips" was opened in London by Joseph Malin. This fast-paced, fast food was popular and spread throughout colonies such as Australia, New Zealand and other parts of North America. The fish used for processing this dish are cod, a common fish in the Atlantic. Firstly, pieces of fish fillet are fried crushed after applying a mixture of flour mixed with wheat flour, corn flour, flour, eggs and water. Then the fish is served with chopped chips but not too thin. Traditional fish and chips must be wrapped in newspaper, with tomato sauce, some green beans and a slice of lemon. The Scottish version of fish & chips has more vinegar and water.  It is just fried fish and fried potato chips, but the combination of crispy aromas of potatoes, the sweetness of each piece of white meat such as snow, mashed potatoes, tomato sauce and a bit sour light from thin slices of lemon ... mix together and give diners an impressive taste. Visitors can experience the same way in different countries, but enjoying the fish & chips in the UK brings a completely different feeling.
