| body | Thank you so much for sharing this amazing post with us! Have you heard about Partiko? It’s a really convenient mobile app for Steem! With Partiko, you can easily see what’s going on in the Steem community, make posts and comments (no beneficiary cut forever!), and always stayed connected with your followers via push notification! Partiko also rewards you with Partiko Points (3000 Partiko Point bonus when you first use it!), and Partiko Points can be converted into Steem tokens. You can earn Partiko Points easily by making posts and comments using Partiko. We also noticed that your Steem Power is low. We will be very happy to delegate 15 Steem Power to you once you have made a post using Partiko! With more Steem Power, you can make more posts and comments, and earn more rewards! If that all sounds interesting, you can: - Download Partiko Android at [Google Play](http://bit.ly/2SRFIta) - Or Download Partiko iOS on the [App Store](https://apple.co/2PcXkSd) Thank you so much for reading this message! |

| body | Photos and more: https://bit.ly/2CJcPcO #notrecommended #cable #adapter #usbc #displayport #macbookpro #macbook #dell #monitor #display #apple #external #review #problem #fault I bought this USB C to display port cable to connect my MacBook to the external monitor - Dell S2417DG. After a few days, the colors on the external monitor went bad so I wrote a message to the seller and received the replacement. After one hour with the new cable, my MacBook display went off for good and nothing helped to bring it back, there was no display on the MacBook monitor and no display on the external monitor as well, the only visible button on the touch bar was the ESC key. I left the feedback on the seller site and send my MacBook for repair. Apple service said there was a problem with the logic board. Cable manufacturer has been testing on a variety of MacBook Pro and Dell monitors, and have not found this problem yet. The seller doesn't want me to send him back this cables, but I am not going to use them anymore. Photos and more: https://bit.ly/2CJcPcO |

| body | Links, video, and more: https://bit.ly/2Ss0xe5 #actioncamera #gopro #hero #goprohero7 #hypersmooth #gimbal #recommended #gadgets #accessories #settings #review Do not buy GoPro HERO 7 for hyper smooth stabilization Older GoPro cameras: HERO4, HERO5, HERO6 with gimbal are doing a much better job. You can find a lot of videos on YouTube where people are comparing the hyper smooth stabilization from GoPro hero 7 with the older GoPro camera on a gimbal and the gimbal stabilization is much better. How to get better quality videos with GoPro HERO 7 camera GoPro HERO 7 camera straight out the box is not recording the best possible video quality. To get the best results you have to change some settings. I was testing different settings for the last couple of days and the best results I had when I was recording 4k 25fps (with 24fps I got the flickering problem under the artificial lighting) what gives me nice motion blur and these settings: FOV: "SuperView" is doing much better than the "Wide" setting, you can correct the distortion in the postproduction if you don't like this fisheye look. Stabilization: Auto Protune: On Shutter Speed: Auto EV comp: -0.5 White Balance set manually depends on the weather - What is the color temperature. You can set this to "auto" but sometimes the camera is going crazy with the color temperature during the recording like you can see on the timelapse from the GoPro camera in the video above. Min ISO: 100 Max ISO: 400, I am using maximum ISO 800 for dark situations but anything above that is giving too much noise. Sharpness: Low Color: Flat This allows me to color grade and sharpen the video in the post-production but if you are not going to edit your video you may want to set sharpness to "Medium" and color profile to "GoPro". RAW Audio: High Mics: Auto This was the best audio settings for me so far. I am going to record a lot with GoPro HERO 7 camera now and if I change any settings I will let you know. GoPro Accessories Micro SD Card The GoPro camera requires a micro SD card which is not included with the camera. To be able to record videos in 4k resolution, you need the fast micro SD card - minimum 30 MB/s write speed. Battery If you are recording a lot of videos or you are traveling a lot, you will need at last one extra battery for your GoPro camera. Original GoPro batteries are not very expensive so I definitely recommend you to buy original one instead of cheaper third party batteries. BUY BATTERY HERE You can also get Dual Battery Charger, it's expensive but one battery and USB C cable are included and you don't have to charge GoPro batteries one at the time in your GoPro camera. My personal choice is this EPSON primarily because of the low cost of ink cartridges. Advantages: - reliable - low initial cost - low running cost - copy, print, and fax - Wi-Fi - paper tray (150 sheets) - double-sided printing - automatic document feeder (30 sheets) Disadvantages: - noisy when printing - slow print speed - made of cheap plastic - automatic feeder sometimes refuse to work until you change the paper config in the settings - USB cable not included Read More: https://bit.ly/2SrmOIS |

| body | Photo, Video, and Links: https://bit.ly/2BBJqiN #gaming #gear #keayboard #mouse #headset #keypad #razer #game #play #mice #headphones #forgamers Gaming Gear Personally, I prefer to spend more on the product which will work for years than buy a cheap one and replace it after a few months because it broke down. There are several top gaming gear brands like Logitech, Corsair and other, but I'm such a fan of Razer. All Razer gear I had was well made, serve me for years. Here are my thoughts about razer gear... Razer Gaming Mouse - Razer Naga I have 2012 model of Razer Naga for 5 years now and it's not available anymore, but you can get the new version of this mouse with interchangeable side plates - 2, 7, and 12 button configuration. It's the best mouse I've ever had. Having many buttons on the mouse is very useful in many RPG and shooter games, but I used to use just 9 of 12 buttons available. Advantages: - reliable - has a lot of programmable buttons - durable, tangle free cable Disadvantages: - top paint started to come off after 4 years of use - left button started to double click sometimes after 5 years of use - expensive Razer Keyboard - Razer Anansi Unfortunately, this keyboard is not available anymore, with 12 programmable buttons and not that big price it was the best options 6 years ago when I bought it. It was working great before I spilled tea on it after that, I had to disable some programmable buttons. I may get a waterproof keyboard next time... Currently, I was able to find just one Razer keyboard with extra programmable buttons - Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 and it's very expensive. If you don't need extra buttons on the side Razer has also much cheaper keyboards with all programmable buttons like Razer Cynosa Chroma or Razer Deathstalker. Although I happened to use programmable buttons, they are not necessary for me and I will definitely buy cheaper Razer keyboard next time. My personal choice now will be Razer Cynosa Chroma Advantages: - small - spill-resistant - affordable price - individually programmable backlit keys I can't tell much more because I don't own this keyboard yet. Razer Keypads I had Razer Nostromo and Orbweaver keypads and it's a great device if you keep playing one game every day. There was a time when I used to play only League of Legends and the keypad was a great and comfortable device, but when I started to play multiple games I keep forgetting how the keypad buttons were configured on different profiles. I am not using it anymore. The same keypads as mine are not available anymore, here you can find the new Razer keypads: RAZER KEYPADS ON AMAZON Advantages: - reliable - has a lot of programmable buttons - small and comfortable Disadvantages: - hard to remember buttons configuration if you play multiple games - expensive Razer Headsets I had Razer Megalodon and Tiamat, I can tell these headphones have a great audio quality but the ear pads foam is not the best and doesn't look nice after time. If you wear glasses they may be not comfortable. Moreover, the headband may break if you drop them on the floor too many times. Currently, I use the old version of Razer Tiamat headphones which is not available anymore. Here you can find Razer Tiamat V2: RAZER TIAMAT 7.1 V2 ANALOG 7.1 Advantages: - good sound quality - audio control unit - 7.1/stereo toggle button - mute button - microphone mute button - speakers/headphones toggle button - speakers output - tangle free cable Disadvantages: - easy to break when dropped - expensive - bad ear pads quality Photo, Video, and Links: https://bit.ly/2BBJqiN |

"body": "\nPhoto, Video, and Links: https://bit.ly/2BBJqiN\n#gaming #gear #keayboard #mouse #headset #keypad #razer #game #play #mice #headphones #forgamers\n\nGaming Gear\nPersonally, I prefer to spend more on the product which will work for years than buy a cheap one and replace it after a few months because it broke down.\nThere are several top gaming gear brands like Logitech, Corsair and other, but I'm such a fan of Razer.\nAll Razer gear I had was well made, serve me for years. Here are my thoughts about razer gear...\n\nRazer Gaming Mouse - Razer Naga\nI have 2012 model of Razer Naga for 5 years now and it's not available anymore, but you can get the new version of this mouse with interchangeable side plates - 2, 7, and 12 button configuration.\nIt's the best mouse I've ever had. Having many buttons on the mouse is very useful in many RPG and shooter games, but I used to use just 9 of 12 buttons available.\n\nAdvantages:\n- reliable\n- has a lot of programmable buttons\n- durable, tangle free cable\nDisadvantages:\n- top paint started to come off after 4 years of use\n- left button started to double click sometimes after 5 years of use\n- expensive\n\nRazer Keyboard - Razer Anansi\nUnfortunately, this keyboard is not available anymore, with 12 programmable buttons and not that big price it was the best options 6 years ago when I bought it.\nIt was working great before I spilled tea on it after that, I had to disable some programmable buttons. I may get a waterproof keyboard next time...\nCurrently, I was able to find just one Razer keyboard with extra programmable buttons - Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 and it's very expensive.\nIf you don't need extra buttons on the side Razer has also much cheaper keyboards with all programmable buttons like Razer Cynosa Chroma or Razer Deathstalker.\nAlthough I happened to use programmable buttons, they are not necessary for me and I will definitely buy cheaper Razer keyboard next time.\n\nMy personal choice now will be Razer Cynosa Chroma\n\nAdvantages:\n- small\n- spill-resistant\n- affordable price\n- individually programmable backlit keys\nI can't tell much more because I don't own this keyboard yet.\n\nRazer Keypads\nI had Razer Nostromo and Orbweaver keypads and it's a great device if you keep playing one game every day. There was a time when I used to play only League of Legends and the keypad was a great\nand comfortable device, but when I started to play multiple games I keep forgetting how the keypad buttons were configured on different profiles. I am not using it anymore.\n\nThe same keypads as mine are not available anymore, here you can find the new Razer keypads: RAZER KEYPADS ON AMAZON\n\nAdvantages:\n- reliable\n- has a lot of programmable buttons\n- small and comfortable\nDisadvantages:\n- hard to remember buttons configuration if you play multiple games\n- expensive\n\n\nRazer Headsets\nI had Razer Megalodon and Tiamat, I can tell these headphones have a great audio quality but the ear pads foam is not the best and doesn't look nice after time. If you wear glasses they may be not comfortable.\nMoreover, the headband may break if you drop them on the floor too many times.\n\nCurrently, I use the old version of Razer Tiamat headphones which is not available anymore. Here you can find Razer Tiamat V2: RAZER TIAMAT 7.1 V2 ANALOG 7.1\n\nAdvantages:\n- good sound quality\n- audio control unit\n- 7.1/stereo toggle button\n- mute button\n- microphone mute button\n- speakers/headphones toggle button\n- speakers output\n- tangle free cable\nDisadvantages:\n- easy to break when dropped\n- expensive\n- bad ear pads quality\n\nPhoto, Video, and Links: https://bit.ly/2BBJqiN",

You can easily send and receive your tokens with the mobile wallet like Coinomi. You can also put your tokens on the exchange and let world evaluate it. If you are an influencer for example, you can deploy your personal token and use it like your own currency. Polish Bitcoin influencer Szczepan Bentyn deployed 21 000 000 his own tokens named Token of Szczepan Bentyn(BEN) and distributed over 3 500 000 of his tokens among family, friends, fans and market. Read more about the use of personal tokens in his post: bitcointalk: Personal Tokens - why I issued my own personal token. Initial Coin Offering (ICO) An initial coin offering (ICO) is a type of funding using cryptocurrencies. Companies and startups can distribute their coins trough ICO and get the funds required for their project. Contributors receive tokens which can grow in value after the success of a funded project or lose after its failure. You can find Trending ICOs list here: https://www.icoalert.com/ Airdrops Another popular way of token distribution are airdrops where tokens are distributed for free or for example after sharing someone's content. On EOS blockchain for example, some airdrops are for all EOS holders. Upcoming airdrops: https://airdropalert.com/ How to deploy personal token The hard way - require basic IT knowledge, you can find many step-by-step tutorials like this one: How to issue your own token on Ethereum in less than 20 minutes but it's complicated and for some not technical people, may looks impossible. Fortunately there is easy way to deploy your own personal token. The easy way - there are some user-friendly websites like https://www.personaltokens.io/ where you can deploy your personal token with just a few clicks. All you need is Metamask wallet and some Ethereum on it. Video and more: https://bit.ly/2CvNZwK |

| body | https://bit.ly/2EKXPgD #energy #boost #energyboost #life #health #sport #sleep #bedtime #relax #coldshower #routine #lifestyle #aweake #getup #strength #power #regen Plan: - Sleep for 6 - 9 hours - Wake up early - Exercise for 30 - 60 min - Take cold shower - Eat light breakfast and drink coffee or yerba mate Sleep Well Sleep Length Most adults need 6 - 9 hours of sleep, to figure out how many hours of sleep you need just set up the alarm to 6 hours every day in the first week. If you feel tired increase sleep time by 1hour every week until you find the best sleep time for you. Sleep Routine It's very important to sleep and wake up the same time every day, even on the weekends and holidays. Your brain and the internal clock will adjust to the sleep routine and you will feel rested. Relax About 30 - 60 min before your bedtime relax your body and mind, you can take a hot bath, lay down and read the book, listen to the radio or relaxing music, do some yoga stretches. Prepare the Bedroom Open the window to ventilate the bedroom, if you live in the noisy area or it's cold outside close the window before you go to bed. Don't set the heating too high, the best temperature for sleep is 18°C - 24°C. Avoid Avoid napping, stimulants, and alcohol in the late afternoon and evenings. Don't drink and eat just before bedtime, the best time for the last meal is 2 - 3 hours before sleep. Wake Up Early Depending on the hours you work and time you need before work set your alarm 1 hour earlier, for example, if you start work 9 am and you need 1 hour before work, set the alarm to 7 am without the snooze mode. This will give you time for some exercises and a cold shower. Exercises Do some exercises before breakfast for 30 - 60 minutes, more intensive exercises you do more energy you'll have for the day. If you really don't have time to do exercises, go outside and jog for 5-10 minutes. Cold Shower You can start with warm water and reduce water temperature or just set your shower to coldest water possible and just pour water over your body, the first time will be the worst. Cold Shower Benefits - reduce stress - improve skin and hair - help loss weight - improve immunity and circulation - speed up muscle recovery - woke you up Light Breakfast It's better to eat more often but smaller meals, don't overfeed yourself. If you eat too much in one meal you will feel sleepy. Me I eat last meal 3 hours before my bedtime, I go to bed and wake up the same time every day. I had the most energy when I was sleeping 6 hours a day but after a couple of months it was harder and harder to get up from the bed, now I sleep 8 hours a day but I am planning to try 6-hour sleep again. Before my bedtime, I lay down and read the book for 30 - 60 minutes. When I go to sleep I lay down in the most comfortable position and don't think about anything but relaxing all my muscles, I just think in my head "Now I am relaxing my feet. Now I am relaxing my hands ..." when I finish relaxing all my muscles and I am still awake, I do it again over and over it helps me focus on relaxing my body and don't think about other things like next day plans. After I get up from the bed, I do 30 - 40 min workout, drink yerba mate, take a cold shower and eat breakfast. It's not easy to jump out bed, force your body to do some exercises in the morning, and pour the cold water over your body but if you try and keep on doing it will be easier every day. Good Luck! Thank You for reading :) |

If you really don't have time to do exercises, go outside and jog for 5-10 minutes.\n\nCold Shower\nYou can start with warm water and reduce water temperature or just set your shower to coldest water possible and just pour water over your body, the first time will be the worst.\n\nCold Shower Benefits\n- reduce stress\n- improve skin and hair\n- help loss weight\n- improve immunity and circulation\n- speed up muscle recovery\n- woke you up\nLight Breakfast\nIt's better to eat more often but smaller meals, don't overfeed yourself. If you eat too much in one meal you will feel sleepy.\n\nMe\nI eat last meal 3 hours before my bedtime, I go to bed and wake up the same time every day. When I go to sleep I lay down in the most comfortable position and don't think about anything but relaxing all my muscles, I just think in my head \"Now I am relaxing my feet. Now I am relaxing my hands ...\" when I finish relaxing all my muscles and I am still awake, I do it again over and over it helps me focus on relaxing my body and don't think about other things like next day plans. After I get up from the bed, I do 30 - 40 min workout, drink yerba mate, take a cold shower and eat breakfast.\n\nIt's not easy to jump out bed, force your body to do some exercises in the morning, and pour the cold water over your body but if you try and keep on doing it will be easier every day. Good Luck!\n\nThank You for reading :)",

Professional studio lights may be very expensive, but here is a cheap option to start with. Neewer CN-304 Budget led panel for photography and video - budget friendly - supports several battery types - filters included - tripod and camera mounts - brightness adjustment - 12v socket Disadvantages: - made of cheap plastic - filters need some tape to stay in place when you use an led panel upside down - standard AA batteries are not good for longer usage periods Video and more: https://bit.ly/2EMKUL8 |

I am using it for my mirrorless camera, but it's too small in my opinion. If you are looking for this kind of tripod for the big camera, buy a bigger version. It's very flexible so you can wrap it on almost anything anywhere. Rotatable aluminum ball head allows you to orient camera however you want. Quick release small clips allow you to attach tripod quickly and don't block battery cover if it's on the bottom of your camera. Disadvantages: - legs sometimes breaking apart when you wrapping them on something, you just have to push them back in place - phone holder cracked in my case - some of the clips can be loose, some tape helps Video and more: Read more: https://bit.ly/2LsJhTe |

I don't think it's the most effective way to learn a programming language, but I like to let my eyes rest from the monitor from time to time. You can also find a lot of free books online, I just found this list on GitHub: free-programming-books Online tutorials and courses - the best learning method in my opinion. Rewriting code is the best way to learn and practice to code. Rewriting the code from the website is easier than rewriting it from the book, but you have to rewrite the code instead of copying it. Just type in for example: "HTML5 tutorial" on google and you will find a lot of free tutorials and courses like: - www.w3schools.com - www.codecademy.com - www.udemy.com - massive list of tutorials found on GitHub Youtube - Watching videos is not the best way to learn. It's harder to focus on watching the video than reading and your brain works better when you read. | body | Read Full Post Here: https://bit.ly/2EsvpHc #chair #office #desk #computer #gaming #computerchair #officechair #gamingchair #recommended #review Choosing a proper office or gaming chair is crucial to avoid serious back problems and discomfort. But before you buy a chair here are a few things to keep in mind: Lower back support probably the most important feature, a proper chair should have adjustable lower back support. Adjustable chair height and backrest are another important features. Make sure you can put your feet flat on the floor and your knees are bent at 90-degree angles. Adjustable armrests allow you to keep your arms in a comfortable position. Neck support helps you to avoid neck pain. Durable materials and well made - If you don't want a squeaky chair with loose parts, make sure that the chair is well made with good materials quality. My gaming chair I bought my gaming chair over one year ago and it's still like new although I am using it for eight hours every day. The chair which I am talking about is an AKRACING chair - durable metal construction - well made - adjustable seat depth, height, backrest, armrests, and lower back support - removable lower back support and neck rest - many color options - good price for value I can definitely recommend this chair. Please don't consider this post as tax, financial or investment advise! Cryptocurrency coins like bitcoin, ethereum, dash and other are stored on the blockchain network, to access them you need the public and private key. A cryptocurrency wallet stores private and public keys, there are several kinds of cryptocurrency wallets. Hardware wallets are small devices similar to the USB stick. They store public and private keys offline and supports many cryptocurrencies. To access them you have to connect hardware wallet to the computer and type in the PIN number. You can store several cryptocurrencies on one hardware wallet, however, I got a problem with lack of memory on my Ledger Nano S and I could install only 3 wallets on it. The most popular hardware wallets are LEDGER and TREZOR Paper wallets are another very secure way to store cryptocurrency. Paper wallets are printed on a piece of paper, make sure you are using clean and secured computer and printer when you are going to print a paper wallet and do it offline. Paper wallets are very secured but not easy to use. Online wallets are websites where you can log in and access your funds.
