      "body": "【教学现场】\n\n由于班上学生的程度参差不齐，所以在拿捏教学进度的时候并不容易。\n\n若教得太深太快，那么成绩弱的学生就跟不上。\n\n若教得太浅太慢，那么成绩好的学生就会觉得无聊。\n\n最后的结果就是两头不到岸。\n\n其次，在填鸭式教学的训练之下，学生们都变得没有学习动力了，\n\n而老师们就变成了批改簿子的机器。\n\n而最后的结果，就是大家都希望逃离这个现场。\n\n【机缘】\n\n很多年前通过其著作，认识了中国著名的教育家魏书生。\n\n他的教学方式和班级经营模式都让我深深的佩服。\n\n而我也在教学中采用了他的方式。\n\n譬如，我常常会在班上展开一分钟挑战，把某些日子设定为学习高效日，控制学生的“三闲”等等，\n\n更重要的是培养学生的自学能力。\n\n魏书生也是一名校长，长期须要外出开会。\n\n可是，他的教学进度却不会被拖慢，\n\n相反的，他可以在短时间内完成所有的进度，\n\n而学生都会考获不错的成绩。\n\n游戏和教学看起来并不相关。\n\n可是，我却从郑如安博士的结构式游戏治疗里学会如何与学生建立关系。\n\n郑博士所提倡的“天龙八部”能够让师生关系变得更亲密，\n\n从而让教学活动变得更顺利。\n\n譬如，在学生在做习题时，我会及时作反映，我会说：“小明，老师看到你很用心的在做习题。”\n\n或者，当学生们在上课时偷偷做别的功课时，我会心平气和的说：“小明，老师知道你很想快快完成国语功课。可是，现在老师是在教数学，你可以在下课时或放学后再完成国语功课。” (待续)\n![26239853_10155448902262979_8300024050996016021_n.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcJW7P5ubx3f5G2TAQKaaq9WmywM4EwtaSyUiiHHX3CEx/26239853_10155448902262979_8300024050996016021_n.jpg)",
