      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Great and Wonderful Friday Morning Folks, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Precious metals are recovering from the typical “before the Comex Open” hit with Gold being knocked down to a low of $1,476.30 before recovering to $1,480.90, down $2.20 with the high to beat at $1,481.80. Silver was knocked down to $16.92 before the bounce with the trade now above the Maginot line at $17.01 with the high near by at $17.03. The US Dollar is not doing anything inside a 10.5-point trading range between 97.43 and 97.325 with the last quote at 97.390. All of this happened before 5 am pst, the Comex open, and the London close. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We have a mish mash of price swings in our emerging markets with Venezuela’s Bolivar now gauging Gold’s value at 14,790.49 Bolivar losing 8.99 in the overnight with Silver now at 169.887 Bolivar proving a gain of 0.549. Argentina’s Peso now has Gold valued at 88,684.62 Peso’s showing the noble metal recovered 59.31 with Silver at 1,018.84 Peso’s it too regaining 4.84. Over in Turkey, the Lira has Gold’s value at 8,529.33 Lira, taking back 4.32 with Silver at 97.9701 showing a gain of 0.3272 in T-Lira value. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our December Silver Delivery Demands now show a contract count of 914 fully paid for contracts waiting for receipts, or to day trade, inside the delivery month proving an 88-count drop from yesterday’s numbers that just so happened to have 248 contracts traded (yesterday) during the 14.5 cent climb. So far this morning the deliveries in Comex are posting a 19 count Volume inside a half penny price swing between $16.825 and $16.820. How can anyone be trading and profiting off a $25 swing per contract? Algo’s maybe, but they would have to control the entire 19 lot Volume, this minor move in price should make one wonder if there’s an element of criminal here. All day yesterday (and everyday), I observe multiple lot quantities of buy/sell orders 3 to 4 cents higher than the last trade but no takers, yet the Bid and Ask columns continually post ever changing quantities inside the “bracketed” throughout the months traded but no action at the higher prices. In our opinion, this is counter intuitive trading, in order to keep the prices stable, there must be a reason for this and in time it will be outted. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Silver’s Overall Open Interest fell quite a bit during yesterday’s little 14 cent rally helping to prove our point that the only way Silver is kept down is by all that paper pressing the price to artificially lower values with the OI count now at 204,967 Overnighters, proving 3,383 short trades exiting the market during our 24 hour cycle in reporting. That’s 241.6 contracts per penny move, and in our way of thinking, we consider the point that when the rest of these Silver shorts are forced to leave their <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fAQhSRLQnM\">Dire Straits, the prices should Schwing</a> higher in a musical extravaganza as the chairs are pulled and the music is stopped! &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We don’t believe the markets will freeze up first, like many thinks will/should happen. Why? Because it’s never happened before in any commodity. We think this has to play out within the exchanges that have been controlled in order to find the “real” price. Jim Sinclair had mentioned in one of the interviews (on the paid for side) that he felt the Hunt Brothers had a good reason to sue the exchange for outlawing the buying of physical Silver from Comex (if they wanted to). That may happen this time, if Comex does it again and is allowed to do so by those that are supposed to make sure there is no criminal element manipulating prices. Nothing says a free moving market like a super tight trading range inside a commodity where an identified criminal element is allowed to do whatever, huh? Silver is doing the same, but leading this time, as the Silver Signal continues to prove it is a real thing with the trade at $17.00 (March), down 14.7 cents with the low right here at $16.965 and the high at $17.105 done much earlier in the nights trade. The US Dollar is now valued at 98.225, up 4.9 points with the high right there at 98.245 and the low at 98.080. We also have Zero Volume again and no price range to dictate in this game of paper. The fact is, all of this non activity in deliveries goes back to last Monday as well. Silver’s Overall Open Interest gained more on Friday proving that the paper is the only thing keeping the price in check as 633 more shorts had to be applied to the lie in order to keep Silver at bay with the total count now at 224,294 Overnighters still willing to play and as we roll out of the November deliveries into the biggest delivery month of all - Red Silver! &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The December Silver Options come off the board today ending a 4-year study in the largest Open Interest Count in the Comex, finalizing it all at the close of today. The total count going up the options chain in December 2019 tally’s 85,676 bought and paid for Options as of Friday’s close with 20,676 at and below $18 with 11,954 of those at and below $17. Knocking Silver down over $1 in the early part of this month was for this purpose alone, to wipe out over 9,570 “In The Money Options” at the same time NO delivery of any Silver, at the Comex, was processed over the past weeks’ period. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, of note is the scale of purchased Calls going out to 2024 on the Silver Board. This part of the anomaly will have to be looked at in the future as the total for all months going out 4 years is NOTHING to the total due to come off the board today! The combined totals (after Dec 2019) equal only 64,579 with the lion share of these due to expire within the next year (2020). Every month in 2020 Silver Call Options show gains at the $17, $18, and above, with very little to note out in 2022 to 2024. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To add to this is the costs to purchase an option with time on it. Case in point here; Last year November 14th 2018, I purchased a December Silver $26 Call option for 2.7 cents. This is when Silver was trading at or around $14.50. I was able to buy an insurance policy on the cheap, not anymore! &nbsp;I looked at December 2020 $26 Calls and with 1 week less of time value as before, this option now costs 25.5 cents, almost 10 times the amount from last years’ time period and yet Silver is only at $17. If I added $2 more to the Strike Price, maybe I can get a cheap option since Silver went up that much, NOT! The $28 Call option in December 2020 is just under 20 cents. Late last night I was a market maker in December 2020, I was able to buy a $50 Call Option for 4.5 cents. This is not only sharply higher strike price, the cost is inflated as well. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Why is it that the time value became 10 times more expensive in a commodity that supposedly no one wants as the banks keep pointing at the price to say “See? no one wants the product\". If so, why is the cost of insurance 10 times more expensive? All this paper has to come off the markets somehow, will this week be a point of reflection? It should be. We’ll watch to see what happens today after the Red options come off the board and as the November Deliveries in Silver end out tomorrow with the First Notice Day for Red after Thanksgiving. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I won’t be writing the rest of this week, I need the rest after this elongated frustrated study involving the Options Board, the Physical Deliveries, and the Overall Open Interest (aka COT done in a different way). My hope is that I was able to prove to you that the Criminal Element truly has control over the whole damn thing! Too many people choose to ignore these points, yet the biggest elements control them all in order to control the price, forcing many to not see what unlimited paper can do to the price of a product under manipulation. The December Silver Contracts now show an Open Interest tally of 58,021 still in the trade. This count MUST be reduced significantly, because it totals 290,105,000 ounces of Silver, and within the next 3 days of trading. If that number remains consistent, Comex and its warehouses have a problem. Admittedly, &nbsp;these numbers always get reduced, in “Just In Time” fashion, that is until? With the Options Count below the $18 strike close to being 40% of the December Futures Open Interest, the Silver Options Anomaly, may still be an anomaly! I sure hope it means something, for the history books (and my account). &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monday will come and go. The anomaly however, will either add to, or take away, what we already know is a criminal element involved in our precious metals market. In addition, the idea that a foreign entity (HSBC) can add another layer of paper to the first currency of mankind, and in our market, should be looked at by all, not a small group of “willing to paper over everything” bankers. They are still playing the John Law approach, forcing the price of real money lower (using laws and edicts) in order to keep the uncontrollably printed currency higher than the original. Is there a direct link to the Federal Reserve and these questionable and hidden from the public view events?
