      "body": "글 1편 주소: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@waythetruth/1-1\n\n제국이 망하는 순서\n이 책이 발행된 해는 2015년이다. 비트코인이 세상에 나온 시점이며, 눈이 밝은 사람들은 투자를, 다소 빠르게 움직인 사람들은 이미 거래소를 만들던 시기이다. 흥미로운 점 2가지가 있는데 하나는 금융계에 치명적인 충격을 주고 있는 이 사건에 대해서 왕웨이는 전혀 예상하지 못했다는 것이고, 두번째로는 그럼에도 불구하고 금융, 화폐에 대한 큰 통찰들이 현재 가상화폐에 비교분석 해보면 전혀 틀리지 않은 말이라는 점이다. \n\n이 책은 역사 속에서 여러가지 정확한 사례들을 수치와 함께 제시하여, 제국의 멸망을 화폐의 변화와 함께 설명해 두고 있다. 몇 가지를 아래 들어본다.\n\n1. 제국 말기 인플레이션 현상 \n로마제국\n- 네로 황제 시대가 되면서부터 로마는 점차 은화의 은 함량을 낮추고 더 많은 은화를 발급하여 정부 지출에 사용하기 시작한다. 이로 인해 화폐가 늘어나기 시작하고 인플레이션이 시작된다.\n- 138-301년 군복 가격은 166배, 2세기 중반부터 3세기 말까지 밀가격은 200배로 물가 상승률은 매년 5-6%에 달했다고 한다. 이 결과 경제 파탄에 빠진 로마 전국은 갖은 반란에 시달리기 시작했고 275년 아우렐리우스가 살해됨으로써 로마 혼란기는 본격적으로 시작된다.\n\n송나라\n- 송나라는 금속 화폐가 아닌 정부 발행 어음의 형태로 지폐를 발급한다. 잠깐 생각해보면 그 어떤 것도 담보되지 않은(본위제가 아닌) 화폐이므로 결국 정부의 신용으로만 보장되는 화폐라는 것을 알 수 있다. \n- 1107년에는 이 교자 발행 량은 한도를 20배 초과한 2400만 관에 달했다고 한다. 결과적으로 이에 대한 실제 시가는 액면가의 10%에 지나지 않았으며 결국 경제 위기를 불러왔다. \n\n독일제국\n- 1차 세계대전에서 패배한 독일은 막대한 배상금을 채우기 위해 무제한 마르크 발급을 진행 한다. 이는 너무 유명한 인플레이션으로 이어졌기 때문에 생략한다. \n- 독일제국은 곧 히틀러가 장악함으로써 새로운 형태의 왕국화 되고 만다. \n\n그 외에도 원나라의 경우 몽고족이 중국을 빨아먹는 수단으로써 지폐를 사용했다고 한다. 이민족의 눈에는 지폐 한장으로 여러가지를 수탈 할 수 있는 그 모습이 매력적이었으며, 남발한 지폐 탓에 앞선 제국들과 마찬가지로 극심한 인플레이션 -> 혼란의 과정 속에 멸망하였다. 여기 나오지는 않지만 조선 말기 대원군의 당백전, 현대의 짐바브웨 사태 등도 정부의 무절제한 화폐 발행 -> 인플레이션 -> 혼란의 대표적인 사례라고 볼 수 있다. \n\n이렇게 보면 여지껏 공황을 이겨내도록 화폐를 조절하여 극복한 것도 국가이지만, 애초에 화폐의 난립을 만들어 내고 혼란을 만들어 내 왔던 것도 국가였던 것을 알 수 있다.\n\n\n2. 선택되는 화폐\n100년 전 중국 가정에서 태어나 엄마가 장보고 오라고 건네 준 동전은 아마 은화이고, 그것도 지금도 너무나 먼 멕시코산일 가능성이 높다. 1910년 통계를 보면 당시 중국에서 유통된 은화는 11억개인데 그 중 1/3이 멕시코 은화였기 때문이다.중국의 지방 정부들은 각기 다른 은화를 만드는 바람에 은의 함량이 달라 지방과 지방을 넘나들며 거래를 할때에는 \"화폐 전문가\"를 끼고 거래를 할 정도였다고 한다. 그러다 함량이 일정하고 균질한 멕시코 은화가 들어오기 시작했는데 결국 백성들 입장에서는 거래 비용(전문가가 없어도 되고, 쓸데 없이 함량 가지고 실랑이를 하지 않아도 되었을 것이다)이 낮은 멕시코 은화를 선호하게 된 것이다.\n저자가 너무 좋은 말을 해 둬서 공유 해 본다. \n\n\"예로부터 백성은 화폐를 교환과 가치 유지의 수단으로 사용해 왔다. 정부가 강요하지 않는 한 백성은 가장 편리한 화폐를 선택하기 마련이다\"\n\n암호화 화폐에 대해 거부감 있는 분들께 가끔 들었던 이야기는 결국 각국 정부들이 가만히 두지 않을거라는 것이다.암호화 화폐를 규제하려 드는 정부와 편리한 화폐를 쓰고 싶어하는 일반 사람들 + 이것으로 한 비즈니스를 만들어 보려는 사람들 연합이 분명 맞서게 될 거라는 데 동의한다. 다만 그 이후에, 결국은 어떻게 될까. 그런 대결이 있는데 결국은 어떻게 될 것인가. 이 부분은 각자의 믿음, 신념 등이 작용하여 그 결과를 상상하게 되지 않을까.",

      "body": "독후감을 써야지 써야지 하다가 드디어 작성한다. 책을 읽은지 4주가 되었는데 그 안에만도 시총이 적어도 30%는 오른 것 같다...너무나 빠른 속도를 느낀다.\n\n읽은 동기\n암호화화폐가 이 정도 화제가 되면, 모두가 이걸 미래기술이라 인지하고 열심히 공부 할 줄 알았던 것 같다. 하지만 카페에 앉으면 옆자리에서 암호화 화폐 이야기를 솔솔 듣게 되는 요즘, 생각했던 것과는 달리 사람들의 저항이 많은 것 같다는 생각이 든다. 내가 피부로 느꼈던 암호화 화폐에 대한 거부감들의 사례이다. \n\n1. 서울대 경제학과 졸업생의 조언\n- 우수한 능력으로 경제학을 전공한 이 분은 화폐에 대한 기본적 지식이 있다면 이것이 얼마나 위험한 물건인지를 알 수 있다고 했다.아무런 실체가 없으며 화폐에 대한 책임을 지는 주체가 없으므로 언젠가 거품은 꺼질 수 밖에 없다가 주요 내용이었던 것 같다.  \n\n2. 썰전, 유시민의 견해\n- 평소 즐겨 봤던 썰전에서 드디어 암호화 화폐에 대해서, 사실은 비트코인을 다뤘다. 유시민씨는 강한 어조로,일말의 여지 없이 비트코인은 바다이야기급의 도박판이며 절대로 들어가서는 안되고 국가는 강하게 금지 시켜야 한다는 의견을 피력하였다. \n\n3. 페이스북의 K선배님\n- 금융업에 계셨던 분으로써 두 가지 질문이 기억에 남는다. \n1) 지난 금융위기 때 각 나라 중앙은행이 돈이라도 안 풀었으면 어떻게 되었을까?\n2) 통화량은 제한되어 있다는 것으로 화폐로서의 정의를 충족하는가. \n\n암호화 화폐에 대해 긍정적인 미래만을 보고 있기 때문에 이러한 질문들이 낯설기는 하지만 어찌보면 이 업계에서 그 누구도 명쾌한 답변을 내지 못하는 부분이 아닐까 싶으면서 여기에 대한 나만의 답변을 만들어 봐야겠다 생각이 들었다. 특히 역사속에서 수없이 만들어지고 없어졌던 화폐의 역사, 현재의 이슈들을 살펴보려고 한다.",
