      "body": "Last part of our epic 11 day journey lands us at Tokyo, the epicenter of our travels. This city is like the central vital line when it comes to traveling from place to place. Yes, a \"standing\" style restaurant. You won't see a chair in sight. Because the concept fits right into the heart of the Tokyian lifestyle. Gotta be quick, ready to eat and go. It was a very claustrophobic feeling, due to the small size of this place, the distance between you and the wall behind you is literally less than 2 feet. You will constantly be shifting around if anyone needs to get around you while you eat. You and your party will be sharing only 1 grill, and the capacity of customers will mostly be around max 10? It was intimate experience for sure, and we loved it. The meat melts in your mouth as you cook it piece by piece in this tiny grill. She recommended our meats! It was so fresh and once again, a standing restaurant. We initially wanted to go to Grams, but figured we should steer away from the norm and try something else! We cannot even begin to say how much we loved it and the concept! Trying out the vending machine ordering system, to eating alone and feeling this liberated feeling of eating like a loner and that is perfectly ok! The city that is well known for a lot, and I mean,  A LOT of street food!!! FOOD and scenery is what the wandertwins are all about!\n\nOsaka is known more for its industrial architecture and nightlife. But it has its own historic charm, especially the most popular destination, the Osaka Castle. We definitely wanted to see how the night life was like and boy we were in for a big treat. We spent most of our time eating down the long stretch of Dotonbori. \n\nHustlin and bustlin at night, Dotonbori is iconic with its neon lights, and giant 3D like signage running on both sides of the Dotonbori  River. In our opinion, it reminds us of a digital aged version of Venice! But what caught our attention was how much street food and restaurant options there were. And how it is packed everywhere! We tried what supposedly was well known in Osaka:\n\nOkonomiyaki- a type of Japanese savory pancake that can be mixed with multiple ingredients of your choosing. We stumbled on a random restaurant and tried it.
