| body | The Immune system! In order to build a strong immune system you need to know how it works. Understanding the biochemistry is the key which involves a network of specialized cells and processes throughout your body. There are two divisions: humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity. The humoral immunity produces antibodies to combat invading viruses, bacteria, chemicals, and other foreign substances to your body. All these invaders are called antigens. The humoral immune system makes a specific antibody for each antigen, by recognizing it and attacking only that one. Your body will build an enormous record of different antibodies as you become exposed to more and more antigens, a lifelong immunologic memory encoded in proteins. It will protect you very well with the right maintenance. Cell-mediated immunity has to do with specialized cells. The T-cell and the B-cell lymphocytes are the most important which differentiate into different subsets with different reactions. Lymphocytes use antibodies to recognize and destroy invading antigens, multiplying quickly as they do this. It is called the lymphocyte proliferative response and this determines how strong your immunity is. Your natural killer cells are large lymphocytes which don't need an antibody response to recognize these foreign cells. They can attack these invaders swiftly compared to the 10 days for antibodies to form or become activated. They are the first line of defence against a new virus or other invaders, until your antigen-specific immune response occurs. The phagocytes are your bodies protector when it comes to injury or invading particles by ingesting dead and dying body cells caused by inflammation. They engulf and kill invading cells, especially if these invaders have already been identified and neutralized by antibodies. The two main phagocytes are known as macrophages, which are made from monocytes, and neutrophils, ingesting viruses and bacteria and even poisons. Macrophages and neutrophils use up a lot of oxygen in this process. This produces a great amount of free radicals, toxic oxygen by-products. This reaction is called the oxidative burst which is very damaging to your body. The smaller this oxidative burst, the better your immunity is. Another way to measure your immunity is through your delayed hypersensitivity response. This is a cell-mediated response where T-lymphocytes release growth factors for recruiting and activating more macrophages. This takes anywhere from one day to several weeks to occur, in contrast to other immediate immune responses. The better your delayed hypersensitivity response, the stronger is your immunity. The SMAC 26 with CBC and Differential blood screen can be measured so you can get your own immune status. The total immune cells in your blood are quite small, but 50-65% are the phagocytes called segmented neutrophils. If these are elevated "segs" it means a bacterial infection, because as soon as an infection starts, your bone marrow releases neutrophils in massive numbers to fight the infection. To boost your immunity and to improve it you should consider these important nutrients, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, zinc, beta-carotene, coenzyme Q10, alpha-ketoglutarate and branched-chain amino acids. It is very important to remember the synergy principal. There are many other nutrients involved in immunity including folic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and pantothenic acid, and chromium. Dietary fat reduces immunity, and dietary protein in the form of whey enhances immunity. So remember this important fact, your focus should always be on complete nutrition. "body": "The Immune system!\n\nIn order to build a strong immune system you need to know how it works. Understanding the biochemistry is the key which involves a network of specialized cells and processes throughout your body.\n\nThere are two divisions: humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity. The humoral immunity produces antibodies to combat invading viruses, bacteria, chemicals, and other foreign substances to your body.\n\nAll these invaders are called antigens. The humoral immune system makes a specific antibody for each antigen, by recognizing it and attacking only that one. Your body will build an enormous record of different antibodies as you become exposed to more and more antigens, a lifelong immunologic memory encoded in proteins. It will protect you very well with the right maintenance.\n\nCell-mediated immunity has to do with specialized cells. The T-cell and the B-cell lymphocytes are the most important which differentiate into different subsets with different reactions.\n\nLymphocytes use antibodies to recognize and destroy invading antigens, multiplying quickly as they do this. It is called the lymphocyte proliferative response and this determines how strong your immunity is.\n\nYour natural killer cells are large lymphocytes which don't need an antibody response to recognize these foreign cells. They can attack these invaders swiftly compared to the 10 days for antibodies to form or become activated. They are the first line of defence against a new virus or other invaders, until your antigen-specific immune response occurs.\n\nThe phagocytes are your bodies protector when it comes to injury or invading particles by ingesting dead and dying body cells caused by inflammation. They engulf and kill invading cells, especially if these invaders have already been identified and neutralized by antibodies. The two main phagocytes are known as macrophages, which are made from monocytes, and neutrophils, ingesting viruses and bacteria and even poisons.\n\nMacrophages and neutrophils use up a lot of oxygen in this process. This produces a great amount of free radicals, toxic oxygen by-products. This reaction is called the oxidative burst which is very damaging to your body. The smaller this oxidative burst, the better your immunity is.\n\nAnother way to measure your immunity is through your delayed hypersensitivity response. | body | Business for the Right Reasons It is very important to get into a business for the right reasons because it takes time and commitment. It also takes a good chunk of money if you want it to succeed. There are allot of different business out there and it is easy to get seduced into those quick and next to nothing investment ones. Take a good look at what is being offered and do your due diligence so you don't waste allot of time and money. If you have the money and the qualifications a Francis is a good investment because the system is already set up and the track record for that Francis has been successful. It is time consuming and you have to work with mostly high school kids. The better the Francis the more the investment will be. A smaller business will result in a smaller investment but will usually mean more work has to be done in order to grow and establish the business. I owned a part of a lawn care business which involved many hours of my time. I also owned a green house business on 140 acres back in Manitoba where I spent allot of time building the green house and running it. There was a little store my wife and I ran in Chemainus called Katherine's Things & Stuff and again it took up allot of our time and investment to run it. So if you really love what you do and are willing to spend the time and money in it you should have allot of success as long as you are willing to give it enough time to allow customers to get to know your business. Being in business for yourself is very gratifying if you love what your doing. Make sure you do your research and demand for your product and you will be well on your way. I'm currently involved in the wellness industry which I am passionate about. It is a trillion $ industry so there is a great deal of demand and it offers all the pluses I am looking for. The main thing I prefer in this direct sales market is the residual income and the team building that is involved. Your success is based on your leadership abilities and your training of other team members to become leaders. If you are willing to learn and can follow a proven system then you can become very successful. It is very important to treat it as a business because you have to become dedicated and focused on your goals. The rewards are definitely worth the challenges. Again you have to do your homework when you decide to venture into this business because it will take time and money to be successful. There is no such thing as a sure thing or an easy way to make money. If you want easy buy a lottery ticket and wish for your fortune but don't expect any definite results because the odds are in the lottery's favor. If you don't know where you're going you'll arrive somewhere else. Your #Wealth & #Health https://135602.usana.com/ |

| body | How you can think faster, live longer and be loved by everyone it's not a dream! Cholesterol is a critical nutrient essential for your brain in order for the function of neurons and it is a building block of your cell membrane. It acts as an antioxidant and it is very important as a precursor in your brain-supporting elements like vitamin D, as well as steroid-related hormones (testosterone and estrogen). It is an essential fuel for your neurons. Because neurons can't make enough cholesterol by themselves they have to rely on a special carrier protein to deliver cholesterol from the bloodstream. This carrier protein is LDL and it has been demonized as bad cholesterol. But in reality it is not a cholesterol molecule at all good or bad. It is a low-density lipoprotein and there is absolutely nothing bad about it. The role of LDL in the brain is to gather cholesterol and transport it to the neuron performing very important functions. The brain can't function very well when cholesterol levels are low and there is significant scientific literature evidence to prove this fact. You need to change your attitude towards cholesterol and LDL because they are your friends not your enemy. Blaming cholesterol, and LDL for disease like coronary artery problems is wrong and it has more to do with oxidized LDL. It becomes damaged through physical modification by glucose when the sugar molecules attach themselves to LDL and change its shape, making it less useful while increasing free radical production. You accelerate your brain's decline by following a low-fat, high-carb diet with fruit on the side. You can control the fate of your brain through lifestyle even with your inherited DNA. You can naturally prevent, treat and sometimes cure - without drugs despite the Big Pharma invested interest saying otherwise. Alzheimer's disease, ADHD, headaches, depression, insomnia, anxiety, autism, Tourette's syndrome, all brain based ailments and even diabetes and heart disease all have been currently approached ineffectively and unsustainable by our current model of treatment otherwise these figures would not be on the rise. Just as we once believed the earth was flat and you may think the sun rises and sets it's the earth that actually spins around the sun you have to change your old way of thinking and see how advances in science have allowed us to improve your quality of life rather than just suffering longer in life. To understand what is happening today you have to go back to our ancestor's diet which consisted of 75% fat , 20% protein and 5% carbs and compare it to the diet recommended by so called experts today which is 20% fat, 20% protein and 60% carbs. The difference in this diet has everything to do with how well you age and whether you suffer from neurological disorder or disease. Cholesterol is a critical brain nutrient essential for neuron functions and cell membrane building. Avoid sugar, gluten and excess carbs. Eat Healthy fats extra-virgin olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, grass-fed tallow and organic or pasture-fed butter, ghee, almond milk, avocados, coconuts, olives, nuts and nut butters, cheese [not blue cheese], and seeds [flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds]. Low -sugar fruit like avocado, bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, zucchini, squash, pumpkin, eggplant, lemons, limes. Protein like whole eggs, wild fish [salmon, black cod, mahimahi, grouper, herring, trout, sardines], shellfish and mollusks [shrimp, crab, lobster, mussels, clams, oysters], grass-fed meat, fowl, poultry, and pork [beef, lamb, liver, bison, chicken, turkey, duck, ostrich, veal], wild game. For vegetables have leafy greens and lettuces, collards, spinach, broccoli, kale, chard, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, sauerkraut, artichoke, alfalfa sprouts, green beans, celery, bok choy, radishes, watercress, turnip, asparagus, garlic, leek, fennel, shallots, scallions, ginger, jicama, parsley, water chestnuts Your #Wealth & #Health https://135602.usana.com/ |

| body | In many ways you have become more easily tantalized and deceived by information that isn't completely deciphered or even proven yet. Can you remember when doctors endorsed smoking cigarettes one time, but this same kind of insane ignorance is happening on a much subtler level in the world of dieting. And this continues sadly to this very day. In the 1900's the typical person living in a city had about 2900 calories per day and of that 40 percent consisted of equal parts of saturated and unsaturated fat. Their diet was made up of eggs, meats, butter, grains and seasonable fruits and vegetables. Few of them were overweight, and then the most common cause of death was either pneumonia, tuberculosis, diarrhea and enteritis. At the turn of the twentieth century most people were beginning to use vegetable oils instead of butter, prompting food manufacturers to create hardened oils through the hydrogenated process so they looked like butter. By 1950 we had gone from eating about 18 pounds of butter and under three pounds of vegetable oil each year to just over ten pounds of butter and more than ten pounds of vegetable oil. Margarine was also gaining popularity in our diets. By the turn of the century people used only two pounds per year, but by mid century, people were eating around eight pounds. Why are we seeing such a rise in heart disease and coronary artery disease? Why are we seeing such an epidemic in diabetes and obesity especially in our young children? Dr. Donald W. Miller, cardiac surgeon and professor at the University of Washington, stated it perfectly in his 2010 essay entitled " Health of a Low-Carbohydrate, High-Saturated-Fat Diet" " The sixty-year rein of the low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet will end. This will happen when the health-destroying effects of excess carbohydrates in the diet become more widely recognized and the healthy benefits of saturated fats are better appreciated." Dr. George Mann, a researcher with the Framingham Heart Study stated on record: "The diet heart hypothesis that suggests that intake of fat or cholesterol cause heart disease has been repeatedly shown to be wrong, and yet, for complicated reasons of pride, profit, and prejudice, the hypothesis continues to be exploited by scientists, fund-raising enterprise, food companies, and even governmental agencies. The public is being deceived by the greatest health scam of the century." For the greater part of the past 2.6 million years, our ancestors' diets consisted of wild game, seasonal plants and vegetables, with the occasional berries. Today our diets consist manly on grains and carbohydrates - many of which contain gluten. One of the main reasons why consuming so many grains and carbs can be so harmful to your health is that they raise blood sugar in ways other foods, such as meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables, do not. The glycemic index (GI), is a numerical rating that reflects a measure of how quickly blood sugar levels rise after eating a certain type of food. The glycemic index encompasses a scale of 0 to 100, with higher values given to foods that cause the most rapid rise in blood sugar. Pure glucose, which has a GI of 100 is considered to be the reference point. For example: sugar (GI = 68), candy bar (GI = 55), banana (GI = 54) and whole-wheat bread has the most with (GI = 71) which is on par with white. We've known for more than 30 years that wheat increases blood sugar more than table sugar and it is a fact that few foods produce as much of a surge in blood glucose as those made with wheat. Blood sugar balance, gluten sensitivity, and inflammation has to revolve around the impact carbohydrates have on your body and your brain. When you consume too many carbs, you eat less fat which is the very thing your brain needs to be healthy. "No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat. Without a brain you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office." - George Bernard Shaw People who were economically disadvantaged throughout life were more likely to smoke, be obese, and have poor diets and the like. In an earlier study by epidemiologist Dr. Ralph R. Frerichs, focusing specifically on the socioeconomic divide in the city of Los Angeles, CA, found that the death rate from heart disease was 40 percent higher for poor men over all than for wealthier ones. Given our original thesis to consider a link from the social system itself to the prevalence of disease and their associated risk factors, we need to consider the direct relationship of stress & purchasing power. Beginning with the latter, which is more simple, clearly poor health habits occur in lower income environments due to the lack of funds for better nutrition, For example, many of the high fat, high sodium risk factor foods leading to heart disease tend to be the most inexpensive food found in stores. It is worth noting that our socioeconomic model produces goods based upon the purchasing power of targeted demographics. The decision to produce poor quality food goods is made for the interest of profit and since the vast majority of the planet is relatively poor, it is no surprise that in order to meet that market, quality must be reduced to allow for competitive buying. In other words, there is a market for each social class and naturally the lower the class, the lower the quality. This reality is an example of a direct social system link to causality for heart disease. While education about the difference between quality food products could help the decision process of a poor person to eat better, the financial restrictions inherent to their condition could easily make that decision difficult if not impossible as, again, such goods are more expensive on average. In an age where food production and human nutrition is a well understood scientific phenomenon as far as what works and what doesn’t - what is healthy and what isn't on the whole - we have to wonder why the abundance of deliberately unhealthy foods and detrimental industrial methods exist at all. The reasoning is that human health is not the pursuit of industrial food production and never has been due to the isolated interest to generate income. "body": "In many ways you have become more easily tantalized and deceived by information that isn't completely deciphered or even proven yet.\n\nCan you remember when doctors endorsed smoking cigarettes one time, but this same kind of insane ignorance is happening on a much subtler level in the world of dieting. And this continues sadly to this very day. In the 1900's the typical person living in a city had about 2900 calories per day and of that 40 percent consisted of equal parts of saturated and unsaturated fat.\n\nTheir diet was made up of eggs, meats, butter, grains and seasonable fruits and vegetables. Few of them were overweight, and then the most common cause of death was either pneumonia, tuberculosis, diarrhea and enteritis.\n\nAt the turn of the twentieth century most people were beginning to use vegetable oils instead of butter, prompting food manufacturers to create hardened oils through the hydrogenated process so they looked like butter.\n\nBy 1950 we had gone from eating about 18 pounds of butter and under three pounds of vegetable oil each year to just over ten pounds of butter and more than ten pounds of vegetable oil.\n\nMargarine was also gaining popularity in our diets. By the turn of the century people used only two pounds per year, but by mid century, people were eating around eight pounds.\n\nWhy are we seeing such a rise in heart disease and coronary artery disease? Why are we seeing such an epidemic in diabetes and obesity especially in our young children?\n\nDr. Donald W. Miller, cardiac surgeon and professor at the University of Washington, stated it perfectly in his 2010 essay entitled \" Health of a Low-Carbohydrate, High-Saturated-Fat Diet\" \" The sixty-year rein of the low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet will end. This will happen when the health-destroying effects of excess carbohydrates in the diet become more widely recognized and the healthy benefits of saturated fats are better appreciated.\"\n\nDr. George Mann, a researcher with the Framingham\n\nHeart Study stated on record: \"The diet heart hypothesis that suggests that intake of fat or cholesterol cause heart disease has been repeatedly shown to be wrong, and yet, for complicated reasons of pride, profit, and prejudice, the hypothesis continues to be exploited by scientists, fund-raising enterprise, food companies, and even governmental agencies. The public is being deceived by the greatest health scam of the century.\"\n\nFor the greater part of the past 2.6 million years, our ancestors' diets consisted of wild game, seasonal plants and vegetables,\n\nwith the occasional berries.\n\nToday our diets consist manly on grains and carbohydrates - many of which contain gluten.\n\nOne of the main reasons why consuming so many grains and carbs can be so harmful to your health is that they raise blood sugar in ways other foods, such as meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables, do not.\n\nThe glycemic index (GI), is a numerical rating that reflects a measure of how quickly blood sugar levels rise after eating a\n\ncertain type of food.\n\nThe glycemic index encompasses a scale of 0 to 100, with higher values given to foods that cause the most rapid rise in blood\n\nsugar.\n\nPure glucose, which has a GI of 100 is considered to be the reference point.\n\nFor example: sugar (GI = 68), candy bar (GI = 55), banana (GI = 54) and whole-wheat bread has the most with (GI = 71) which is on par with white.\n\nWe've known for more than 30 years that wheat increases blood sugar more than table sugar and it is a fact that few foods\n\nproduce as much of a surge in blood glucose as those made with wheat.\n\nBlood sugar balance, gluten sensitivity, and inflammation has to revolve around the impact carbohydrates have on your body and your brain.\n\nWhen you consume too many carbs, you eat less fat which is the very thing your brain needs to be healthy.\n\n\"No diet will remove all the fat from your body because the brain is entirely fat. Without a brain you might look good, but all you could do is run for public office.\"\n\n- George Bernard Shaw\n\nPeople who were economically disadvantaged throughout life were more likely to smoke, be obese, and have poor diets and the like. \n\n \n\n \n\nBeginning with the latter, which is more simple, clearly poor health habits occur in lower income environments due to the lack of funds for better nutrition, For example, many of the high fat, high sodium risk factor foods leading to heart disease tend to be the most inexpensive food found in stores. | body | Just like cancer is, in part, an immune system disorder, sociological traditions which persist with ever-increasing problem generation for society could be called a value system disorder.[1] This disorder has to do with a kind of structured psychology where certain assumptions have been given credence over time based merely on their cultural persistence, coupled with an inherent reinforcement of itself in operation. The larger the social context of the disorder, often the more difficult its resolution, not to mention mere recognition itself. On the scale of a social system, it becomes very difficult as the society as a whole is constantly being conditioned into the dynamics of its own framework, often creating powerful self- preservation reactions whenever its integrity is challenged. These, what could be called “closed intellectual feedback mechanisms”, are what comprise the vast majority of arguments in defense of our current socioeconomic system, just as they have in generations prior. In fact, it appears to be a general sociological trend since, again, people's very identity is invariably associated with the dominant belief systems and institutions they are born into. In the words of John McMurtry, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of Guelph, Canada: “In the last dark age, one can search the inquiries of this era’s preserved thinkers from Augustine to[...]Ockham, and fail to discover a single page of criticism of the established social framework, however rationally insupportable feudal bondage, absolute paternalism, divine right of kings and the rest may be. In the current final order, is it so different? Can we see in any media or even university press a paragraph of clear unmasking of a global regime that condemns a third of all children to malnutrition with more food than enough available...? In such a social order, thought becomes indistinguishable from propaganda. Only one doctrine is speakable, and a priest caste of its experts prescribes the necessities and obligations to all...Social consciousness is incarcerated within the role of a kind of ceremonial logic, operating entirely within the received framework of an exhaustively prescribed regulatory apparatus protecting the privileges of the privileged. Methodical censorship triumphs in the guise of scholarly rigor, and the only room left for searching thought becomes the game of competing rationalizations.”[2] Such reactions are also common with respect to established practices in specific fields. For instance, Ignaz P. Semmelweis (1818 -1865), a Hungarian physician who discovered that puerperal fever could be drastically cut by the use of simple hand washing standards in obstetrical clinics, essentially foreshadowing the now fully accepted germ theory of disease, was shunned, rejected and ridiculed by his finding. It wasn't until long after his death his now very basic realization was respected. Today, some use the phrase, “The Semmelweis Reflex” as a metaphor for the reflex-like tendency to reject new evidence or new knowledge because it contradicts established norms, beliefs or paradigms.[3] Overall, once a given set of ideas is entrusted by a large enough number of people, it becomes an “institution”- and once that institution is made dominant in some way, such as existing for a certain period of time, that institution could then be considered an “establishment”. “Institutional establishments” are simply social traditions given the illusion of permanence and the longer they persist, often the stronger the defense of their right to exist by the majority of culture. If we examine the institutional establishments we take for granted today – from macrosystem attributes such as the financial system, the legal system, the political system and major religious systems – to microsystem attributes such as materialism, marriage, celebrity, etc. – we must remind ourselves that none of these ideas are actually real in the physical sense. These are temporal meme structures we have created to serve our purposes given conditions at certain points in time and no matter how much we emotionally attach to such issues; no matter how large an institution may become; no matter how many people may believe in such institutions - they are still impositions of thought and transient by nature. So, coming back to the context here of the value system disorder, the Free-Market Capitalist system, while arguably being deeply decoupled from physical reality and a root source of the vast majority of the social woes in the world today, keeps itself in place through a set of culturally reinforced values and power establishments upon which the society is ultimately conditioned and generally inclined to defend. "body": "Just like cancer is, in part, an immune system disorder, sociological traditions which persist with ever-increasing problem generation for society could be called a value system disorder.[1] This disorder has to do with a kind of structured psychology where certain assumptions have been given credence over time based merely on their cultural persistence, coupled with an inherent reinforcement of itself in operation. The larger the social context of the disorder, often the more difficult its resolution, not to mention mere recognition itself.\n\nOn the scale of a social system, it becomes very difficult as the society as a whole is constantly being conditioned into the dynamics of its own framework, often creating powerful self- preservation reactions whenever its integrity is challenged. These, what could be called “closed intellectual feedback mechanisms”, are what comprise the vast majority of arguments in defense of our current socioeconomic system, just as they have in generations prior. In fact, it appears to be a general sociological trend since, again, people's very identity is invariably associated with the dominant belief systems and institutions they are born into.\n\nIn the words of John McMurtry, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of Guelph, Canada: “In the last dark age, one can search the inquiries of this era’s preserved thinkers from Augustine to[...]Ockham, and fail to discover a single page of criticism of the established social framework, however rationally insupportable feudal bondage, absolute paternalism, divine right of kings and the rest may be. Methodical censorship triumphs in the guise of scholarly rigor, and the only room left for searching thought becomes the game of competing rationalizations.”[2]\n\nSuch reactions are also common with respect to established practices in specific fields. Today, some use the phrase, “The Semmelweis Reflex” as a metaphor for the reflex-like tendency to reject new evidence or new knowledge because it contradicts established norms, beliefs or paradigms.[3]\n\nOverall, once a given set of ideas is entrusted by a large enough number of people, it becomes an “institution”- and once that institution is made dominant in some way, such as existing for a certain period of time, that institution could then be considered an “establishment”. “Institutional establishments” are simply social traditions given the illusion of permanence and the longer they persist, often the stronger the defense of their right to exist by the majority of culture.\n\nIf we examine the institutional establishments we take for granted today – from macrosystem attributes such as the financial system, the legal system, the political system and major religious systems – to microsystem attributes such as materialism, marriage, celebrity, etc. – we must remind ourselves that none of these ideas are actually real in the physical sense. These are temporal meme structures we have created to serve our purposes given conditions at certain points in time and no matter how much we emotionally attach to such issues; no matter how large an institution may become; no matter how many people may believe in such institutions - they are still impositions of thought and transient by nature.\n\nSo, coming back to the context here of the value system disorder, the Free-Market Capitalist system, while arguably being deeply decoupled from physical reality and a root source of the vast majority of the social woes in the world today, keeps itself in place through a set of culturally reinforced values and power establishments upon which the society is ultimately conditioned and generally inclined to defend. This is made increasingly powerful in its persuasion since the dominant value system disorder at hand today is born out of assumptions relating to critical human survival itself.\n\n[1] To clarify the phrase, the term “Value” refers to an ethical preference in a personal or cultural sense, generally considered subjective. It becomes a basis for action. For example, a person who believes in a certain religious philosophy might establish values in favor of certain behaviors. A value system is a set of consistent values and measures.\n\n[2] The Cancer Stage of Capitalism, John McMurtry, Pluto Press, 1999, p.6\n\n[3] General biography of Ignaz P.
