Everyone has in the back of their minds taxes. Some will be receiving money back and others will be writing out that check to the IRS!\n\nThat's how come at this time we're just giving a heads up, a friendly reminder. Do not fall for tax-related phishing attempts — think any kind of communication that asks you to give out personal information or demands a tax payment in any way that’s not an official IRS letter.\n\nAccording to the IRS, 90% of these phishing attempts start with an email. But fraudsters may also use phone calls or letters sent in the mail. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!\n\n\"Phishing Scams\" are attempts by scammers to trick you into giving out personal information such as your bank account numbers, passwords and credit card numbers.\n\nIt’s understandable that you'll become extremely concern and there's a since of urgency to respond to an email, letter or phone call that claims to be from a government agency like the IRS. But scammers are counting on your quick, panicked response.\n\nInstead, pause before you respond and look for the following red flags to help determine whether the communication you’ve received is a phishing scam.\n\nThe email is asking you to click on a link or open an attachment. Phishing emails may include links that send you to legitimate-looking websites or force you to download attachments. But scammers may control the website, and the download may contain malicious software to gain access to your personal information. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!\n\nYou’re being asked for payment information. The IRS will never ask for your credit card or bank account number over the phone BEFORE mailing the actual tax bill. If the email, phone call or other communication you’ve received asks you to provide payment information, this is a red flag, especially if you haven’t received a tax bill in the mail from the IRS. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!\n\nThe communication says you have to pay a certain way. The IRS will NEVER ask you to pay them with gift cards or prepaid debit cards, and options to make payment with them. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!\n\nThe communication has incorrect contact information or payment details. Some scammers send fake letters rather than emails. The IRS lists a few potential signs that they’re fake: Look for incorrect IRS phone numbers. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!\n\nIf you’ve received a communication claiming it’s from the IRS and you’re not sure it’s valid, call the IRS help line at 1-800-829-1040. That way you can speak to an authorized IRS representative to verify that it has tried to contact you. Get your credit reports:\n*If you've just been declined for credit you can request your reports for FREE.In the U.S., there are three national credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion).\n\nWhile most of the information collected by the three credit bureaus are similar, there are differences. For example, one credit bureau may have unique information captured on you that is not being captured by the other two, or the same data element may be stored or displayed differently by the credit bureaus. Bottom line order all three!\n\n2. Confirm everything on your report for accuracy and for any errors.\n\n3. If you find any errors on your credit report YOU CAN dispute it. Each agency has a form that you can complete to do this. Also there's a website to dispute any negative credit reporting (cfpg.gov).\n\n4. Review your credit card utilization ratio. A good rule of thumb is to keep your balances below 30% of your limit. If you lower your balances below 30% of course 10% would be better.your utilization rating would move up your credit score quickly. Example: you have a credit limit of $1000.00. Keeping your balances under $300.00 each month is very healthy for your credit score.\n\n5. If you have any negative marks: collections, judgments and etc, check to see if it's worth disputing or negotiating something that you can afford. Many has lost thousands and thousands of dollars in Bitcoin. Some people lost their life savings, retirement funds and etc. But at the same token Bitcoin has made some folks filthy rich. But after reaching $19,700.00 per coin in 2017, the market came crashing down in 2018, taking everyone who was holding this coin  and any other cryptocurrency down with it.\n\nNow in June 2019, Bitcoin has crossed the $10K mark once again. The buzz...\n\nShould I buy or should I sell...\n\nUnfortunately there is no cookie cutter answer for that. Everyone has their own goals, risk tolerance and time horizon.\nIt's really going to depend where are you in life. \n\nFor those who got taken down in the crash and now you are almost back to where you started, you know how you felt seeing your value depreciate in the quickness. If you couldn't sleep at night, you lost weight ,  your relationship(s) became strained, this may be the time to take your money out and find another investment that is more suitable for you. \n\nFor those that have the stomach for the fluctuations, hang on for the run and see what happens. You've held on this long you might as well see your game plan through.\n\nShould I buy now? If you understand the concept of cryptocurrency and the \"long term\" perspective of it, then why not? Understand if you're thinking that you're going to get rich overnight, I am here to tell you most likely that's not going to happen and you're investing for the wrong reason. If it happens overnight, great, but don't go in with that expectation because you may get disappointed and you may even lose. Think \"long term\" and invest accordingly.\n\nUnderstand, whether it's Bitcoin, Litcoin or Steem.  Most can never time the perfect entry or exit. You have to believe in what you are investing in and just don't be greedy. This is not investment advice, but just a simple strategy. Dabble in it. Once you've doubled your money, take your principle out and allow the money to work. If you are confident and enjoying the returns invest more. \n\nBottom line there's no cookie cutter answer. How on the weekends many are out with there family eating out...\n\nHer favorite  statement is \" No one likes to cook anymore\"...\n\nAnd she admits that she has adopted the same attitude...\n\nShe likes to eat out on certain days and so forth...\n\nHonestly speaking that's great, if that is what make you happy so be it...\n\nSo I'd asked with eating out, entertainment, traveling, luxury car and apartment are you saving for your future...\n\nShe looked at me and said \" Yes, I am saving within my 401K\"...\n\nI let her know that's an awesome start...\n\nFolks understand, it's great that you are living for today...\n\nBut understand you may live to be 100 ( providing you're taking care of yourself )...\n\nIf you live on a $80,000 income today what would you need to live off of in retirement?\n\nMany of you are not calculating the numbers...\n\nUnless you work a government or state job that has a pension plan, what do you really have? a 401k? But what do they say, \"time fly's when you're having fun\"...\n\nPart of my morning routine is hitting the gym.  I've been doing this for years now. I like to get my training done first thing in the morning. I like to take care of myself so no matter what happens during my day I know I got my work out in. Furthermore training first thing in the morning prepares me physically and mentally for the day. The blood is flowing and I am pumped and super focus. Went to church today to get some spiritual uplifting. I believe from time to time you need to get that spiritual uplifting to keep you balance as a person...\n\nAfter church I did cardio for 2 hours in the park. It was such an amazing work out. Now that the weather is becoming nicer if you can't get to a gym or can not afford a gym membership you can go to your local park and get some exercise in. I did \"EVERYTHING\" that I needed to do to start the process...\n\n#1. I got proper sleep...LOL in the past I was doing roughly 4-5 hours of solid sleep which is not sufficient \nto function properly. So, I slept for a solid 8 hours ( I was super tired ).  I felt good my body really needed it and I felt \nfocused.\n\n#2. I hit the gym this afternoon for 1 1/2 hrs. 45 minutes of weight training and 45 minutes of cardio.\n\n#3. Did my blog for today and my Youtube video for  today.\n\nI am stoked. First day completed!!!\n\n***Also I got to watch the movie \"Fighting With My Family\" which is at the Red Box ( if you still go there as I do )\nI am pretty sure is on Netflix also, it's an excellent movie. I post on here, from time to time.  But nothing consistent. As I was taking my walk this morning, the light came on in my head. This is part of the reason why I am not where I want to be both in my personal and my business because I am not being consistent.\n\nWhen I really looked over my daily activities, that's the piece I believe is hindering me or keeping my progression slow because I am not being consistent. In order to be consistent, you have to be discipline. I'am discipline, I really am, for the things I enjoy,,,LOL!\n\nLet me stop! NO MORE EXCUSES! I have to break this cycle. I know I can do it I just have to go ahead and do it. Starting today for the next 30 days ( you know the first 30 days is the hardest ) I am going to document my journey daily.\n\nFor the month of June I am going to document on my fitness, personal and business journey\n\nMy goal is to be in the best shape of my life ( shredded ) for my birthday ( Jul 22 ).  Get prepared for my birthday cruise to Cuba ( Jul ) and to 10X my business revenue in the month of June. Negativity was coming my way left and right....\n\n By the fourth day I felt everything around me was taking on a calmness...\n\nThe fifth day everything was positive and nothing could effect me...\n\n My sixth day, I felt I was getting confirmations on what I was doing through YouTube videos, audios and etc. ( which I wasn’t looking for, but it all came to me )...\n\nSo now I am going to challenge myself to do this for another 30 days...\n\nPositive thinking. No negativity. Of course negative things will happen but quickly delete it or turn it into a positive...\n\nFocus on what you have vs what you don’t have. Focus on what’s right in your life vs what’s wrong in your life...\n\nPlus, I am adding on, do more than what’s expected personally and professionally...\n\nTreat everyone like they’re the most important person in the world ( most people feel that way, right? 😃😃😃)...\n\nWhy am I doing this? It's a bad habit...\n\nI don't know about you, but I have been going through some challenges both personally and professionally...\n\nI'am guilty of focusing on what's wrong  and what I don't have versus what's right and what I do have...\n\nThis morning I was listening to a Youtube video with Anthony Robbins and he spoke about taking a 7 day challenge to see if he could go 7 days straight without thinking or saying anything negative. He said  after completing it, it had changed his life...\n\nA light went on in my head and I decided today I would take this challenge. Positive thinking for 7 days straight...\n\nI felt it can't hurt, but help. I have been facing so many challenges and I feel at times I am in a dark space. Doing this challenge will help change my way of thinking and change my atmosphere...\n\nI know because I am thinking this way, everything is not all of a sudden  going to turn positive. I am aware I am still going to be faced with challenges, but now I am going to approach them differently. Having goals and thinking positive is just not enough. \n\nWhat you have to do with building up your self image is that you have to go back into your past and relive your best memories. Remember your happiest times, victories and success. Remember that awesome feeling.\n\nTake that feeling and activate your imagination. Imagine yourself being happy, having success and achievements in the future. Picture what you want and feel that you can have it. Now take that same feeling that you had for your past, apply it to your future and feel it in the present as if you have already done it. I know it sounds crazy. But you will feel happy and like a winner. Do it daily! Don't just do it for two days or 1 week or 10 days and quit. It may sound a little funny, but it does happens. When a man cries it's very unique to the general public even weird to some, right. So most men, who are facing extreme situations, behind closed doors, cry.\n\nSo, I asked permission to speak to a friends son. I knew the son was going through some situations. And I was fully aware he needed some encouragement outside of his parents encouragement. The situation is, he recently broke up with his girlfriend who has a child with. He moved out of their apartment and had to move in with a relative. He has no job, no money, no car, owes child support for his oldest child ( not by the same woman). So needless to say his situation is pretty dark.  I actually over heard an argument that he was having with his girlfriend or should I say his now ex girlfriend. Argument , full of emotions, loud and vulgar. Definitely unhealthy. After everything went silent I asked could I speak with him.\n\nWhy did I want to speak with him? I heard something in his voice that made me feel his mental was really weak. Long story short he began to vent and went on a 1 hour rant. Full with emotions he began to cry . I gave him some words of encouragement shared some life experience and gave him some things he needed to do for himself.  After our conversation, I asked how did he feel. He stated, he felt much better with a clearer head.\n\nI share this story because yes men are viewed as strong beings, warriors. But there are a few men who have been seriously injured during battle. Struggling with life decision situations and don't know where to turn to. They feel alone, depressed and in a dark place.Who do they turn to?\n\nLoneliness, depression and darkness can lead to other drastic things. If you know someone like this, reach out to them. Let them know you love them and care for them. If you have limiting beliefs about your health, get rid of it. If you have limiting beliefs about money, get rid of it. If you have limiting beliefs about relationships, get rid of it. Identify what YOUR limiting belief(s) are and then get rid of it.\n\nYes, it's easier said than done, but you can do it. Start by tapping into your subconscious mind. Say affirmations before going to bed and when you wake up in the morning. Meditation and visualization also is key. Write your goals down. Look at your vision board. Do you have a vision board?\n\nReplace your limiting belief(s) with positive belief(s). That means seeing yourself in a different way. This is were \"I AM\" come into place.
