| title | My Budwig Cream for Breakfast |
| body | Budwig cream in my own way 😀 At breakfast or lunch 😊 This revisited Budwig Cream is an excellent option for a delicious and nutritious breakfast, rich in vegetable protein, fiber and very low in sugar. It will make you feel full without weighing you down and follows the rules of "food combining". In the recipe you will also find how to prepare a very quick berry jam with chia seeds. REVISED BUDWIG CREAM Gluten Free Sugar Free Plant Based Ingredients for one person For the revised Budwig Cream: 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced flax seed (or hemp seeds) 1 tablespoon of pumpkin or hemp protein (Neutral) 1 teaspoon of Maca root powder 125 gr of vegetable yogurt without sugar 1/4 lemon juice For the wild berry jam: 1 cup of blueberries / raspberries / blackberries 3 teaspoons of chia seeds grated or powdered ginger (optional) water q.b. toppings: Seeds of your choice Choice of vegetable butter (here I used pistachio butter) Method: Prepare the jam by putting the fruit in a pan or in a non-stick pan and 4 or 5 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat for two minutes. When the fruit is softened, mash it with a fork, add two more tablespoons of water and chia seeds. Let it reduce until the water has evaporated. (You can prepare a little more and store it in the fridge for a maximum of two or three days). Prepare the Budwig Cream by putting in a bowl the flaxseeds (or hemp), the maca root powder and the pumpkin proteins. Mix the powders. Add the yogurt and lemon juice and mix with a spoon to mix well. Add half a choice of fruit, wild berry jam and seeds. Enjoy! 😀 |

| title | Cold shower: an extraordinary vitality |
| body | Cold shower: an extraordinary vitality It's a shock and you're thinking that we get sick. In reality it is a millenary practice spread in many cultures of which science is beginning to discover and study the innumerable benefits. This practice is useful for rebalancing the body's energy circulation, removing stagnations. To enjoy its benefits, you do not necessarily have to practice Yoga. My teacher, Christian Prestia, taught me how to teach it, and as a good student, curious and hungry for knowledge of what I am, I immediately wanted to experience its benefits. If I succeeded, everyone can do it. From this ancient millennial practice since the days of the ancient Romans (frigidarium), to the Scottish shower, we have arrived to the day cryotherapy, with rooms cooled with liquid nitrogen up to -30, -40 degrees where to stay 2-4 minutes. Today all professional athletes use this practice. For a few years now he has been talking more and more about him thanks to a pioneer in this field: Vim Hof (The Iceman), who became famous for having recorded 21 cold resistance records going well beyond what was believed possible for human physiology: a swim of 120 meters in apnea under the ice, a half marathon in the snow above the Arctic polar circle at -20 in barefoot shorts and an immersion in the ice for 1 hour and 52 minutes. The scientific community has begun to study and analyze changes in the physiology of those exposed to the cold. The most important aspect of this training in the cold, because it is a type of training, is that it improves the body's ability to thermoregulate and the immune response. The main benefits of this practice are: • Increase of willpower and self-discipline; • Improvement of the circulatory system; • Improvement of the lymphatic system; • Increase in thermogenesis and peripheral circulation (hands and feet); • Activation of metabolism with consequent release of brown fat as an energetic form and reduction of white fat; • Cell repair and increased immune system performance (with increased white blood cells, especially lymphocytes and monocytes); • Acceleration of recovery time after intense training and attenuation of muscle and joint pain and inflammation; • Increased resistance to stress, energy and production of endogenous antioxidants (glutathione); • Production of noradrenaline which relieves depression and anxiety; • Increase in hormone production and fertility; • Energizing in the morning and relaxing before going to sleep; According to Yoga it is better to start first by the genial ones, then move on to the lower limbs and finally to the whole torso. I know that the first step is the most difficult, but once done, you will discover a vitality never before experienced! Just do it! As Jerzu Gregorek said, Easy Choise, Hard Life. | title | The Unconscious: how to train Him! |
| body | "Your every wish is an order." (The Unconscious) The 95% of the actions we do are guided by a part of which we are not aware: the unconscious. Without going to disturb Freud, in NLP, for unconscious we mean simply everything that makes us perform actions automatically without realizing it: it is our automatic pilot. As Richard Bandler says, "the unconscious is enormously powerful, but needs to be guided". Let's take an example: did you ever drive the car and at a certain point you found yourself where you had to get there without realizing it? Just because maybe you've done that road so many times and now it's saved in your maps, go automatically. Who drives your actions while you do other things at the same time? The unconscious, your Autopilot. Returning to the initial computer metaphor, the unconscious is our hard disk, capable of storing and processing millions of sensory information per second, managing our state of attention. Now, since he can do all these things automatically, why should I learn to talk to each other if he can already do it all by himself? The answer is very simple: because everything we ask him to do, he does it, often without being aware of it and in the wrong way. Let's take an example; have you ever thought of constantly thinking about something to the point that you said "I have to get it out of my head, I do not have to think about it anymore" and as far as you repeat it, you get exactly what you do not want? So if we give wrong commands to our unconscious by creating images associated with that thought, we will give him wrong instructions, which he will faithfully execute. It's like throwing a stick to your dog, he'll pick it up and bring it back to you. ... Exercise: Turn these words • Do not be angry ... take it easy; • Do not worry … • Do not look … • Do not raise your right arm ... • Do not touch … • ... continue you, make a list of sentences expressed in negative and turn into positive. 2. Be proactive: use verbs and phrases that lead you to do something positive and not to stop doing something with a negative connotation. Exercise: Transform these sentences • I want to lose 10 kg ... I want to weigh 60 kg • I want to stop smoking ... • I want to stop eating junk food ... • I want to stop taking my work home ... • ... 3. Express yourself in the Here and Now: it does not perceive the future. I will, I will, I will, I will have ... it is as if they did not exist. Exercise: Here it is Now • I will call Mario ... today I call Mario • When I will finish … • When I will have … • ... 4. It is a child of 6 years: children know, they are unconscious. The unconscious is like a 6 year old child. When you talk to Him, you express yourself in a simple way. Simplifies! 5. It is a punch in the stomach: it is simple and direct. Get to the point immediately. Exercise: The antechamber • Write down on a notebook whenever you use phrases with the if and the ma; • Go straight to the point, think about the action you want to do; 6. It is fussy: the more specific and detailed you are, the more it will create a guide-image that will follow as it were the treasure map; Exercise: Fried Air Express directly and in detail what you want: I imagine that X (specifies the situation) becomes Y (specific) in this way; • I want to feel better ... • I want to be in Health ... • I want everything to go for the best ... • … Go on 7. It's a Robot: it literally executes what you tell it. It is not able to perceive the allegorical meaning of what you say. Exercise: Life is a Fanny! • "It's a shitty day" ... "it's a busy day" • I feel broken ... • I do not have any more ... • You make me die … • It smokes my brain ... • ... An excerpt from my book Transform yourself 7 steps to bring out the best in you (in the process of publication) |
