titleIntroduction to cryptocurrencies and blockchain
body***A big part of our writings on our blog will be dedicated to crypto coins and the blockchain, the biggest revolution of the 21th century. So, we wanted to introduce you quickly to that before we discuss the subject more completely in future articles.*** ![566574434_1280x720.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVDRdMFDEFiGjwAban3hC4ob5Wrd4iWBQQ2iXzVeaoZZR/566574434_1280x720.jpg) ## The Blockchain The Blockchain is a database, a sort of transparent and secure register that record all transactions between users since its creation and allows to exchange in a decentralized way, without help of any bank or centralized service. Everything is done peer to peer, user to user. This technology was brought by the famous and mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto, whose identity is still unrevealed, with Bitcoin, the first crypto coin ever. Blockchain is practically unhackable and unforgeable, this means that nothing can be erased from it because it’s constantly being secured by what we call the miners. The miners are the ones who compose the new blocks, that add them to the blockchain and verify their integrity. There are different types of mining with each its own advantage and inconveniences. The most known ones are Proof of Work and Proof of Stake. The first one is mining with help of calculation power (Ex: graphic cards or Asics), the second one with already existing coins you have in your wallet. The strength of this system is that anyone can become a miner. No need for a degree or a job interview. This way even someone who knows nothing but to set how to set it up can from his room secure a blockchain network among other hundreds, thousands or more users. It’s thanks to the blockchain, that accounting book shared by all users, and it’s genius maintenance system that crypto coins exist in the first place. ### The crypto coins market Thus, blockchain is what allows crypto coins to exist. There are thousands of them, to create a crypto coin is not necessarily complicated, to create a good crypto coin and to innovate is something completely different. Just look at the market and you’ll realize that when looking deeper into them. Just looking on the site Coinmarketcap will make you realize the infinitely big variety of crypto coins existing. Practically every day new crypto projects (as ICO or not) appear on the market. Certain cryptos are made to work as a monetary system, others for a specific application in certain domains (like a decentralized market for example) and some like Ethereum and Neo have their own infrastructure. And then of course there are the ones who have absolutely no reason behind their existence if it isn’t to make traders speculate on it. Despite the gigantic total market cap of crypto coins, the market is still very young and immature. Because of that it’s not rare to see come crypto coins being completely overvalued, being worth more than millions and millions in market cap even though they have nothing to offer if it isn’t promises. It’s one of those things, together with the crazy volatility of the market, that can scare away people and big investors, the insecurity and instability of the market. But, and luckily for us, the opposite also exists thanks to that. I’m talking about extraordinary projects that completely went under majority of investor’s radar. Projects that could easily be in a top 50 position, but who are still far from that. Crypto coins where the price could easily be 100 times superior to what it is right now. That’s one of those things that we’d like to offer you with this blog: The knowledge of the overvalued projects, those who you’d better stay away from, and oppositely, analyses and information’s about seriously undervalued projects that could potentially be among the biggest. <br> ***Thanks for reading us, don't forget to to check our social networks, to upvote and to share our content, that would really make us happy and encourage us in doing what we do.*** [English Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerENG) [English Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer) [French Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerFR) [French Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer-fr) English Mail: [email protected] French Mail: [email protected]

Crypto coins where the price could easily be 100 times superior to what it is right now.\n\nThat’s one of those things that we’d like to offer you with this blog: The knowledge of the overvalued projects, those who you’d better stay away from, and oppositely, analyses and information’s about seriously undervalued projects that could potentially be among the biggest.\n<br>\n***Thanks for reading us, don't forget to to check our social networks, to upvote and to share our content, that would really make us happy and encourage us in doing what we do.***\n\n[English Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerENG)\n[English Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer)\n[French Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerFR)\n[French Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer-fr)\n\nEnglish Mail: [email protected]\nFrench Mail: [email protected]",

titleHow to succeed in life ?
body![road-success-580x358.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmb4YiDRE76cB7nLf7YzhQ7L37qKT2Xm2VJaEWN7aAQQWg/road-success-580x358.jpg) ## How to succeed in life? That’s the big question that I will try to answer today. To succeed in life, you must be able to define what success is, accept who you are, do what you love, and fix yourself objectives. Succes is something very different for each person. For some it will be to become a millionaire, for others to have a family, or simply to be happy. ### Step 1: Define what success is for you To succeed in life, you must start by defining what success means to you. There Is an infinite amount of possibilities. Each being is different, each one of us hasn’t lived the same experiences does not have the same character or taste. Success is and will always be subjective. ### Step 2: Accept who you are Each person has his imperfections, we must accept ourselves like we are. Transform your weaknesses in strengths. Critique is human, there will always be someone to try belittling you. Whether you’re white, black, homosexual, overweight, little, muscular, big, ginger, blond, bald, shy, dynamic, positive, … there will always be someone to dislike something coming from you. Accepting what you are gives you the opportunity to be happy. You are what you are, and no one should say what you should be. ### Step 3: Do what you want to do You like to play chess, then play chess. You want to create your business, but everyone says you shouldn’t? Then do it! You know the risks, if you’re ready to take them to be in a better situation, to do what you want to do, to do what you want to do, then do it, or you will regret later. It’s not when you’ll be 70 years old that you will want to say: “I should have made the most out of my youth”, “If I had created my business, what would have happened?”. Live your life like you want to live it, do not finish your days with regrets. ### Step 4: Define your objectives Once you have defined your meaning of success, that you accept who you are, and that you do what you want to do, then you have defined your objectives. This will help at succeeding in life. You want to become rich? Then try with all your determination to gain a little more money, or read and inform yourself on the subject. ***The best advise that I can give you is to live a “good” life (without going for perfection). IT’S YOUR LIFE! Not you neighbor’s. People will never agree with you, but you shouldn’t worry about them. You only have one life that you must go through for a short span of time. It’s better to have remorse than regrets. Life Is too shot for regrets anyway.*** <br> ***Thanks for reading us, don't forget to to check our social networks, to upvote and to share our content, that would really make us happy and encourage us in doing what we do.*** [English Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerENG) [English Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer) [French Twitter](https://twitter.com/VisionaerFR) [French Steemit](https://steemit.com/@visionaer-fr) English Mail: [email protected] French Mail: [email protected]

titleIntroduction to cryptocurrencies and blockchain
body***A big part of our writings on our blog will be dedicated to crypto coins and the blockchain, the biggest revolution of the 21th century.

There are different types of mining with each its own advantage and inconveniences. titleWhat is a startup ?
body![70743-OD11UT-341.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWiJDwhxrUZHMJt731s5kqjgoyVtsb24VFkmDpU8SfCpr/70743-OD11UT-341.jpg) # What is a startup? Whether you are at Dakar, Paris or San Francisco, Steve Blank’s definition is right everywhere: “A startup is an organization formed to search for a repeatable and scalable business model.” ### How do you recognize a startup? A startup has multiple quickly identifiable characteristics: **Temporary:** A startup isn’t made to stay one forever. A startup is a phase of enterprise, with the purpose of leaving that phase as soon as possible. It’s the transformation phase of an idea into a profitable enterprise. **Search of a Business Model:**Creating a startup is answering a need for something in a new way. And the challenge of a startup is to find and build the business model that goes with it. A Business model must be unique. **Repeatable:**This means that a startup must look for a model where it can function on a larger scale on other places or by other people. **Scalable:**The last great characteristic of a startup is its scalability. To have a model where the more costumers you have the greater the profits. So that the future customers always become less expensive than the past ones. It’s that scalability and the fact that the model is repeatable that allows a startup to grow so fast and so far in no time. https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/46/2/1510684911-uber-10.jpg **For example:** The company named Uber officially founded by Garret Camp, Travis Kalanick and Oscar Salazar in 2009 under the name UberCab (“SuperTaxi”). The idea came to them in 2008 while they were at the event “LeWeb” in Paris. They were looking to move with a taxi but couldn’t find one, observing the same problem in the system of Taxis in Paris than in San Francisco. While they still work at StumbleUpon, they return to Silicon Valley and launch a private chauffeur service on demand named UberCab. They had an idea and transformed it into a business company. They started testing their application in San Francisco and then in other cities. And now in 2017 Uber is present in 1000 cities around the globe thanks to an effective and repeatable business model. The expansion of Uber wasn’t done in a few weeks, it took multiple years and asked a lot of money and work. To become a startup is not an objective. If you went to start something, you must create the best structure that will allow you to solve the problem you want to solve.
